And then you go, no, that's actually a famous parody account and that's not real information.

So they had a 5 and 12 season. The jets with Aaron Rodgers. They made it clear their Relationship came to an end. It was made official in. In February. But for the sake of the story, we knew that shit. In January, Aaron Rodgers then accused jets owner Woody Johnson of letting his teenage sons influence team decisions using Madden NFL video game ratings. On January 6th.

Johnson Johnson told the New York Post that his son Brick, quote, has no role in the organization. Quote, in my family. My great grandfather took my grandfather to meetings when he was a teenager. Johnson told the Post. He'd dress up in a suit, go to meetings. That's the way you teach the next generation. I love. They think that this is how everybody's life works, not just theirs. That's what you do. It's an apprenticeship. Does Brick have any decision making? Absolutely not. No decision making, despite what you might read.

Cause you're running out of time for them to have been dating when you get into her age. So you're just like, what do you mean by that?

What do you mean you met on a plane on the way to somewhere and that he signed your book and wrote how many championships he'd won inside of it? What do you mean that you talked about philosophy? I'm not really understanding what you mean by anything, but it was the story they told.

And then they are in this interview and it's time to tell the story. And instead she goes like, nah, we won't be talking about that. Okay, well, now we're going to zoom in on that.

Yeah. Because what do you kind of like Britney with an eye?

Yes. It's like you the thou. Dost. I'm not going to protest.

UNC denied, quote, unquote, false reports that Hudson was banned from their football facilities, which had been reported by Pablo. And then in August, she made a phone call.

She called me, for those who don't know, out of the blue on a Saturday night. Which is also one of those things. I don't know if you ever feel this way doing a show where I'm like, I'm sitting in a room, I'm talking, and then I have no idea how it's received outside of said 100%. I have no idea. You have no idea. You're flying blind. You're just like. The whole time I'm doing a show, I'm thinking, what is the worst thing someone could think about the thing that I just said?

Because I'm sitting finding it out for the first time before everybody else finds it out for the first time.

And they could be looking to how I react. And I'm like.

And there's also, like, there's no getting around the fact that she's like, she is a woman. And it's like, we don't want to Monica Lewinsky her 100.

So I'm there being, like, responsible in the way we discuss it so that we don't out of one side of our mouth say, wow, we really were bad with Monica Lewinsky. And, well, what we did to Britney Spears wasn't fair. And then out the other side of your mouth, do the exact same thing to somebody in real life.

Which is also hard because you're also like, I'm also not trying to infantilize her or say, she doesn't know what she's doing. So. Yeah. So talking about her Calling me for that long. And also, she just, like. There was, like, a lostness to her, though. And, like, I felt bad because there were times where I was like, oh, we're just, like, talking. You're like a person still. Do you know what I mean? I don't know.

So that was my. That was our cross to bear this year.

I mean, it was. It was. And nothing really came of it, right?

Yeah. But, you know, I don't know. And then another part of me goes like, okay, so you're. Because I saw. Happened to see a video of her walking into NFL films and telling a bunch of people whose job it was to do something, how to do their job. And so it's like, well, if you're gonna be that. If you're a woman who works in sports, I'm gonna treat you like a woman who works in sports.

Right.

[Katie Nolan]

Like, I would check you in a way that if you needed to be checked for the way you're dealing with another woman in sports, that's how it.

Right.

[Katie Nolan]

Work. So it's like, which are you? I don't know which you are. I don't know how I'm supposed to be treating you. I see you're in the building. I don't know which door you walked through. So I don't know what it is. Are you his girlfriend? Or are you. Do you work here?

And I think that's why we. We've sort of gone back to Bill for a lot of this, where it's like, he's a grown. He's a grown man.

Listen. He's a grown man, and the yes men around him are grown men.

And it's like, I really would have. I don't know. I was. I'm not saying they did anything wrong. I'm saying, as a fan of some of these people, or at least of the regime that they used to work through, I would have thought that at least one of them would go like, hey, we have a job to do.

I am. I've been all the way through confirmation. My mom said, get through. I went to. It was called ccd. It was on Wednesday nights. Had my religious education, where I was taught.

I think they were, like, legally had to be on Wednesday nights.

Is that when you were.

One night? Well, I'm Jewish, so mine was, of course. Well, but not necessarily of course.

Do you have. You had classes you had to go to?

Well, no, not even that. Just, you know, growing up in Boston, all of my friends were Catholic, and they all couldn't hang out on Wednesday nights.

My husband also, like, the confirmation thing, where it was. He was like, I'm out after getting confirmed. But, like, you do the thing.

It's tough. You know, the Archdiocese of Boston had some. You know, there's just.

It's tough to spotlight.

You just reach a point where you go, like, listen, I was in for all the. Don't do this. You should be more like this person. Walk like this.

Help these people where you can lead with love.

And then once we got into some of the other stuff, I went. I don't know this for me, so.

I wish. I thought about lying just then, and I didn't. So technically, that was saintly of me.

It has been probably about 30 years since my last confession. Once they stopped making me go to those, because they used to go, like, that's awful. You're going and doing your confession.

Well, it's not. It's what it is.

Right? But I'm like, well, okay, but it's different. Telling this guy my secrets when my whole class is standing outside waiting for their turn. What if they overhear? They're not vowed to anything.

No. Can I suggest as so we. This is selfish.

I'm about to be really selfish. We root for the same sports teams. We are two ladies from the Boston area who have lived in New York for a long time now who still have a deeply, deeply unhealthy attachment to certain teams from New England.

Okay. I, as someone raised Jewish, can't do this. But if you happen to be walking by a church because this Pope has connections to sports, as you said, he's a White Sox fan. Spike Lee gave the Pope because the Pope went to Villanova, and a lot of the Knicks went to Villanova. Do you think you could just walk into a church, say a little prayer for the Boston teams? I don't know if you can pray to the Pope, Light a candle, maybe at home. Just anything that you think could get us in, because I don't like that New York may have any edge whatsoever.

[Katie Nolan]

That's so true. I will also say this could be. And this may be a war I'd be entering us into that's centuries older and bigger than us. But what we thought. What's being done with the Pope with, like, let's say, an Etsy witch. Oh, what if we got into the Etsy witch business? What if we took to the dark arts?

[Charlotte Wilder]

We got bad. Am I. Am I. Am I inciting a. A satanic panic by saying that because the Pope is a White Sox fan, we got to get a witch who loves the Red Sox?

Yes. No, this is brilliant. We got to go to Ireland. We got to find one of those Irish that's. We gotta Irish Boston. I'm also not Irish. You know, I'm just, like, really borrowing.

Right? No, and that's fine. And that's okay. That's. It was theoretically a melting pot. I do feel as though maybe we're boiling out some ingredients right now, and it was supposed to be a melting pot.

I was told as a child every year in every class to embrace the melting pot.

I guess our schools were teaching different.

Yeah, I think we're gonna have to, because the Pope. But I will say it didn't make me go to church when I heard that the White Sox fan was now gonna be Pope, but it made me go, like, if that ain't what faith is all about, to have to publicly say, you root for the. That you believe in the White Sox, a team that, at the time, you're like. And then look at that. Didn't they get the number one pick in the draft? Yes. That's what I'm saying. This Pope has swayed like it's going. And so is. It's.

It is true, though. Believing in the White Sox and the possibility of a championship really is like believing in God. Because you're just never going to see it.

[Katie Nolan]

Never. And you have to just believe.

It's unknowable.

Blind. It is completely unknowable. We picked people in that draft of who we thought we were or in the. It wasn't a draft. It was a conclave.

Conclave, June. We find out that Paige Beckers and Az Fudd are dating. That's the big news of June. Now, again, this is sort of one that's like, we kind of been new, you know, But I think that's when it was. Was confirmed. June 21. Az Fudd posts a mirror selfie on her Instagram story. And in the photo, her phone case says Paige Becker's girlfriend. That same week, they allegedly wore rings featuring each other's birthstone on July 8, which is the next month. But shut up. A fan captured footage of the duo holding hands after a Wings vs. Mercury game. What is it about them?

Why do they make me do that?

[Katie Nolan]

When I see them, I go like.

Like. Yeah. No, same.

Yeah. They love each other.

That does wagtalk including the name of the high school she went to the year she was named Gatorade player of the year, her ranking in the Class of 2021, and the basketball players she was named after. Amazing. We're happy for them and we love them.

Somebody will confirm, but we'll just pretend anyway. On September 5th. 5th. On the 5th of September. Beware the 5th of September Phillies outfielder Harrison Bader hit a homer. He's one of those players. You do have to write who they are right before. Because Harrison Bader has played for so many teams, you have to identify where he was at the time that this happened.

Phillies outfielder Harrison Bader hit a home run during a matchup against the Miami Marlins. Video circulating online appears to show. That's us covering our bases.

It showed. Yeah, allegedly.

It showed the ball landing in front of a woman with that haircut. You know the one.

[Charlotte Wilder]

Yep.

The one that's usually telling. Asking people where they're from from in front of a woman in a Phillies jersey and a man in a black shirt seated to that person's right as they search for the ball on the ground. The man then walks over, picks the ball up. Then he walks back and hands it to his son Lincoln, who we later find out it's his birthday. Oh, or they're celebrating his birthday. I Don't know if we checked a birth certificate.

I don't trust no one.

[Katie Nolan]

The dad said, I was already ecstatic. Like, Bader's home run ball. I get to put it in my son's glove. And that was already enough, you know, and then here she comes. That's the quote. And then here she comes. Video shows the woman in the Phillies jersey with the haircut walk over to the guy who's embracing his son, and she demands the ball from his perspective. He says, someone touched my arm. She screamed in my ear, that's my ball. Like, so loud. He appeared shaken on the video. You see him going, like, what? Like, trying to process. Right. What's happening. Shaken by the confrontation. After a brief interaction, he plucks the ball right out of his son's mitt, hands it to the woman in the Phillies jersey with the haircut. And he said he made the decision because he did not want to do something he would regret in front of his kids. Now, I do. I did say this at the time, and I would like to. To say this again now. I do appreciate the way that man handled that. Yes, I do think that the, you know, world decided, and probably correctly, that they were entitled to the ball just as much as that woman, and he was not in the wrong, and he shouldn't have had to give the ball back and that she shouldn't have acted that way. That being said, I think sometimes we lose sight of the fact that what would happen in ideal circumstances is not what might happen in real world circumstances. And this could have gone and escalated in a lot of different ways. And it seemed like this dad realized pretty quickly that in order to cut off the potential damage a woman flying off the handle like this could do, I'm gonna just give the ball back. It's just a ball, and it really doesn't mean that much to me. And then I think because of that, he was rewarded. They ended up giving that kid, like, tickets to other stuff and, like, swag. He got to meet Harrison Bader and take a picture with him. They were rewarded for the injustice that happened.

[Charlotte Wilder]

Yes.

[Katie Nolan]

But then, because it's the injustice, Internet, we sorta don't let things go. And it became about hunting this woman down. And that's where you lose me. Because, yeah, I think she was wrong. And, yeah, I do think we're in a world where a lot of times these people don't admit when they're wrong. And I think the general public, if I had to check the meter, the thirst meter for retribution is high. We're like, we want to see people get their comeuppance because a lot of people aren't confronted with their consequences anymore. They're just out here doing what they want and letting it affect everybody in their wake. But this is just a lady who was. And I actually. The first person I heard say this was Nick Castellanos from the Phillies on Mookie Betts's podcast. Because that's what sports media is like now, where he said that it actually. She might have been having the worst day of her life. Something might have just. That lady might have gotten stuff taken from her over and over and over and over. And this was the last time. And she just wasn't going to stand for it anymore.

[Charlotte Wilder]

Yeah.

[Katie Nolan]

Also possible. Possible. She's a horrible thing to be around and she sucks and nobody likes her. These are all possible things. Right. But it was just like the way everybody sorta was like, where is she? Names were being reported that. I'm like, that's not that woman. That's not the same woman. This is. What are. What's the witch hunt of it all? Charlotte. We're doing that thing where I keep talking and then I'm like, open up and let Charlotte say, no, no, I'm.

[Charlotte Wilder]

I. This was all. This was. So this is it. You're right. This is. And I'm with you. And I think that that's where it's like. Like kind of blows my mind. That. And.

[Katie Nolan]

And.

[Charlotte Wilder]

And makes me sad because it's like, if this had been about. If this had been. She did something illegal. Yeah. Hunt her down. Right. If she had said something truly vile to somebody.

[Katie Nolan]

Case in point, the. There was a fan later. I think it was in the playoffs. I believe this was at a Dodgers game. This isn't from this same month. But a woman said she was going to call ice on a Dodgers fan after something happened.

[Charlotte Wilder]

Yeah.

[Katie Nolan]

We all were like, find her. Get her out of her gig. Like, that's. That is a genuine. What the fuck lady. Yeah. Do not bring that into this game.

[Charlotte Wilder]

Exactly.

[Katie Nolan]

And like, this could have escalated to that. But again, to that dad's credit, he sort of like, it was an unpleasant interaction. She was wrong. But he was like, and it's over now.

[Charlotte Wilder]

It's also one of those times where it's, you know, we all learn this or we don't. But I've learned this at some point where it's like. Like sometimes it's easier to let the person who's wrong be right.

Yes.

If. Especially if there are witnesses where you're just like, I'm gonna let.

[Katie Nolan]

It sounded so threatening. Well, especially if people can see. Well, because I might.

[Charlotte Wilder]

Watch yourself.

It's. And also it's like if there's an audience of any sort, people are very perceptive. They can. They can usually read body language or tell how someone's feel. It's like, you know, you just let someone sort of make their own mess and you don't have to fight them.

Yeah, we'll let. We'll let everybody figure this out. And I bet it is like they'll never admit it and they shouldn't, but I bet it is sneaky nice when you see the world reacting to the viral moment that you're a part of and you see them all going like, that's not. She's wrong. It's not the. Not their fault. But really, what a viral moment. That and Coldplay. Coldplay was also interesting because they were. I mean guys. All you had to do was not react like that.

I was so.

We wouldn't have cared.

Proud that that happened at Gillette Stad. I know I claimed that as my own because it's where the team that I love plays.

I was like, those are my Coldplay concert.

I couldn't believe.

Just kidding. Head of hr. You know what? I feel bad for them too though, that they got completely.

Again, it's that it went too far.

It was funny. I don't need to know their names, but it was funny because he's a tech CEO.

Right, Right, right, right. And you're like of all the people you're really supposed doing that. And idiots just go and smile. That's all. Just smile. Or don't hold each other. Maybe during the we're going around and putting the Jumbotron on people who are holding each other moment, they were warned. They said, hey, kiss cam coming, bro. Go to the bathroom. Now's the time to take a break.

They're coming to look for you.

Yeah, it's just brazen hubris. And sometimes when you fly too close to the sun, you girl or girl bus too close to the sun. As Taylor would say. Yeah, you and that like it there was. But then you read reports that the woman was like locked in her house and was like, people are calling me a home wrecker.

And I like it's just because it's also. We don't know on the Internet the full story.

I know.

We don't know what anybody's deal is.

[Katie Nolan]

I know. And we're watching this happen right now because again, not to ruin the magic, but we are pre taping and like, as we speak, what's going on at Michigan is unfolding.

So like we don't really know, but everybody wants to know. Yeah. And you see a detail that feels real enough. It fits what you do know. And so you run with it and then you're like, man, we're getting out of hand. Getting out of hand. Yeah. And we all got to be responsible. But couple viral moments that were fun to talk about.

The amount of difficulty going into getting a wedding planned. I remain baffled by how many people do it, go through all of it and then throw it away to fuck somebody else. Yeah. I don't know. At some point I just go like, sex is a thing. Right. And it's a part of life. It's one that I tend to enjoy when it's at. But I'm not. It can't be at the steering wheel for me forever. I re. That part of me has passed.

And then later, was so embarrassed when she got closer and said, hello, I've been waving at you. And I went, I'm blind. I'm sorry.

I see that picture and I immediately go, most embarrassing.

I see some pictures from events that I wish I hadn't seen.

Yeah. Because it's like, I know where I was.

Like, I know what was happening in my life.

I know those weren't the photos I wanted to wear.

Minnesota Links forward Nafisa Collier lambasted. I love a good lambasting. WNBA commissioner Kathy Engelbert and the league office saying that the WNBA has the, quote, worst leadership in the world. This was the press conference heard around the world.

[Charlotte Wilder]

This was like, this was explosive explosion.

[Katie Nolan]

Explosive. The. The what was said, the timing of it, the ten toes downness of it.

[Charlotte Wilder]

Jaw dropped.

[Katie Nolan]

Yes.

[Charlotte Wilder]

And I was, I was inspired by that. Yeah. Because it's really scary to do stuff like that. And I would have been an anxious mess.

[Katie Nolan]

Anxious mess.

[Charlotte Wilder]

And she probably wasn't like having a good time, but she knew it was the right thing to do and she did it.

[Katie Nolan]

And she was. I was so, like, I just felt like I was with her when she was like, trying to catch her breath. Yeah.

Yeah. You could feel the.

Because she's like, I had to run it. And she was hurt and she's like having to go, like. Because in any moment, even if you have just walked there from a pleasant slumber and you were carried on a, you're still in that moment. Like when they say, be aware of your breath when it comes to. To public speaking, it's because you can get so anxious that you're like, don't even realize that you're really holding your breath. And so she it that having her be so human in that moment while also going, I'm not going to stop. I will continue. I have a lot to say and I'm going to say it. Sorry that I am saying it and I sound so tired. I just loved it and I thought it was amazing. She also obviously is the vice president of the wnbpa, which is the players association. So she, she's like the second head of the women's players and said the league lacks accountability on key issues and that she was speaking candidly because, quote, for too long I have tried to have these conversations in private, but it's clear there's no intention of accepting that there's a problem. She was talking about their officiating in particular. She said the league has made it clear it isn't about innovation. It isn't about collaboration. It's about control and power. Also in her remarks, Nafisa said that in February she met with Engelbert and asked the committee commissioner how she planned to address the officiating issues in the league. And then I think we have audio of how she says that that went.

Her response was, well, only the losers complain about the refs.

[Katie Nolan]

Echoes of defense wins championships in terms.

Well, I also have a thing to say, something that we can't leave out here is that Kathy Engelbert was a CEO of Deloitte, the consulting firm that tells you how to lay off your own employees.

[Katie Nolan]

Nafisa continued, I also asked how she planned to fix the fact that players like Caitlin Clark, Angel Reese and Paige Beckers, who are clearly driving massive revenue for the league, are making so little for their first four years.

[Charlotte Wilder]

Her response was, caitlyn should be grateful she makes 16 million off the court because without the platform that the WNBA gives her, she wouldn't make anything. And in that same conversation, she told me players should be on their knees thanking their lucky stars for the meteorites deal that I I got them a.

[Katie Nolan]

Lot to unpack there.

[Charlotte Wilder]

Charlotte Wilder it's just I, when I hurt went it's she wouldn't be anything without the wnba. Have you heard of college basketball? Have you heard of basketball? Have you heard of social media? The amount of platforms that Caitlin Clark.

[Katie Nolan]

Had and has to have because you're not paying her, because you're paying herself wrong.

[Charlotte Wilder]

It's like when I think about those numbers, I do feel rage.

It rises up for me most when they find them for saying something on a podcast and they're like, we're fining you $500.

It's like you can't even give a fine.

Also, $500 is still insane if you're making $7,800 thousand dollars.

And just to know that people who three years ago were saying nobody watches women's basketball, this sucks. Women can't play sports, are sitting courtside gambling more than that one's salary on the outcome of this game and making more money off of it than her is like, get it together. Yeah. And hopefully they're going to. I was as stern as I'm ever comfortable being. I said, figure it out, Sue. I know Sue Bird has really nothing, but I said, figure it out, Sue. I don't want a lockout. We can't do this. I feel the same way about baseball, and if I had one of them here, I'd say the same thing. On your knees.

Well, the word choice.

[Katie Nolan]

And there's a lot of discussion around word choice. And I know a common refrain as someone who's always calling out men on their word choice, the one that comes to mind, the biggest one, many, many years ago, because we're always old, was when Greg Hardy was making his return to the NFL and he said he was going to come out guns blazing. And you were like, after you were accused of allegedly abusing a woman and part of the abuse, and there were many parts. And I do not miss the days of reading police reports and getting into that kind of stuff because, boy, does it stay with you. But one major part of it was allegedly throwing her onto a futon covered in assault rifles. And to then have your triumphant return to the NFL. And in it, you don't have the presence of mind to go, don't mention guns.

[Charlotte Wilder]

Or you do it on. Don't mention.

[Katie Nolan]

You just go, I'm coming. I'm ready to come back. Guns a blazing. And it was like people, their defense was always, he's a football player. He's not thinking about his words. He's a man. He's not thinking. You're just overly thinking. And it's just. Kathy Engelbert, you should know better. You should know better. Better than to bring up being on your knees thanking for a league full of women. It just is. You should know better. And I know people disagree with me on that. There's many ways to say what she's trying to say there, and I'm sick of us thinking that it's that you can't hold people to account. If you're a commissioner of a league, you should be very good at speaking. You should be very good at saying exactly what you mean and not mincing words and while also being careful to not say something you don't mean. That's literally all you have to worry about.

[Charlotte Wilder]

You should also, at a bare minimum, pretend to respect the players who play for you, even if you don't, which is its own issue.

[Katie Nolan]

Like in an ideal world, in an respect.

[Charlotte Wilder]

In an ideal world, you respect the people that you are literally making money off of. But if you don't, you should be able to pretend.

[Katie Nolan]

Yeah, please. I do miss that. I know that meant that stuff was being drawn over our eyes, but I.

Can'T look at it well, well, but.

I can't look at all of it.

It's also also like, maybe.

Just like, there was a level of like, I don't even know. It's just the brazenness of it. Yeah. And saying all of it out loud is like, I guess, you know what? You're working with the. Which is why it was so important that Nafisa say it.

Right. And also so brave. God, do I hate when people use that word when they talk about female athletes.

[Charlotte Wilder]

No. Same. But this ponot.

[Katie Nolan]

It is. This was like, if this had happened in the mnba, it would like it. It sent, like, seismic waves through sports. People went like, whoa. During the, like, playoffs, she's like, calling a press conference and making the narrative like, hey, this is how the commissioner talks about us. Real quick while you're all paying attention, before we go into the off season. This is the way the person in charge of their side of negotiations talks about us.

[Charlotte Wilder]

Yeah.

[Katie Nolan]

And we're not going to stand for that anymore.

[Charlotte Wilder]

So.

Because this is something that I think sports fans are waking up to. That's me being hopeful. Is the way that. That, like, these teams and their money, they use reports in the media to sort of control the narrative when it comes to negotiations.

[Charlotte Wilder]

Absolutely.

They know you want the sport. They know you don't want a lockout. They know the jersey means a lot to you. And so they. They. They use that as a shield. And they blame the players. And they teach us that, like, those players are asking for too much. They're entitled. They use that. And it's like, not true.

[Charlotte Wilder]

Right.

[Katie Nolan]

And so I shout out, nafisa Collier. I think that was cool. I'm getting worked up again. Let's go to somewhere fun.

While the two were engaged in a personal relationship. Hobbs resigned as athletic director back in 2024. In August, the same day that he was scheduled to meet with a law firm that was hired to investigate a consensual improper relationship between him and Salim Beasley, who is again, the head coach of. Of the gymnastics team. Seline Beasley's salary doubled from the start of her tenure in May 2018, when she earned $95,000 annually, to the 2023, 24 season, when she earned $190,000. Between her base salary of $165,000 and a $25,000 retention bonus. In the span of six years, she signed three contract extensions. So he steps down. There's rumors of this thing. Then in November was when we found out they were launching an investigation. I believe that she was fired and had. Has filed a wrongful termination lawsuit against the school or was going to. And then this month, what happened? His wife filed for divorce. And in the filing cited, like, they are very much in love with each other and their love is the most important thing that. Whatever or whatever. But basically, a lot of people online were speculating that it was like a power move to hold on, waiting to file for divorce until the filing of the divorce would basically counteract any of, like, the money that the woman who took her husband was going to try to get out of the school. So she basically blocked her from, like, getting. From being treated like a victim in this situation, which I thought was kind of.

Because there's an escalator in your contract that if the team you just abandoned wins the national championship, which odds are they're not going to.

They beat lsu. And then I just have a hard time believing that this isn't some sort of family master plan for him.

It's like too much time believing. This isn't the simulation glitching. The fact that Whit Weeks, weeks before he and she went to Ole Miss.

And her name's Landry, which is the most football name of all time.

And he keeps getting his laundry left.

And he found God. I'm Lane Kiffin. There are a lot of football coaches who've prayed to God and God. God has told them all to take the job that just happens to be offering more money. There's someone who. A bunch of people have done jokes about this.

When it's like God talking to college football coaches, and he's like, I've been saying, you need to go get it, man. Go get it. It's for you. Anything you want is for you. Take it. You're the most like me. You're the most like me of any of these people.

I think it's that the college football coaches have a different game God. Like, have a God who's always looking out for them, who really has their back, who. It's not the unknowable God. They know this God, and he comes with money.

Other chance. Is that what they think is the voice of God is just their. Their self interested.

Right. It's called narcissism.

Right, right, right. You're appealing accidentally to yourself and going, I'm God. And God says. God says them kids. God says, those revs says they dog.

It just gives. It gives the game away for me the way these. The coaches can. If you can leave a team that's about to go play in the playoffs and not be villainized for that, then coaches don't matter. Which would then mean coaches don't need to take huge con. You don't have to pay a big coach. Because coaches don't matter.

Because if what Lane Kiffin did just now wasn't absolutely destroy Ole misses chances of winning a national championship championship, then coaches don't matter.

Your coach mattering that much means them leaving you over. But they're like, you can't say they could still win. They still get to play. No, no, no. How Are you gonna.

Well, Right. It also does away with any idea of, as the Bachelor always said, are you here for the right reasons?

Because believe it or not, there really are people who don't just say something as crazy as, I didn't look at the numbers. That's irresponsible. Of course you look at the numbers. But there are people who go, it's not about that for me. It's about something more important. There are people who don't just say that. In fact, they're usually the people who aren't saying that at all.

Because they don't have to. It is their guiding principle in their life. And I'm just sick of a. How much in sports, we're willing to go, like, you'd take the check. Same thing with, like, the Saudi Arabian comedy. You'd take the check.

You're like, yeah, actually, I wouldn't.

I. And what I'm saying is that I wouldn't. And then they go, well, you're. Then you're just a butter. You didn't get invited.

There's always a stop. Stop simping for people's ability to make an unlimited amount of money. It's such a weird. You're not them. They're not giving you any. Like, yes. You say yes to it because you have to work two jobs, and both of those jobs suck. Not the truth for this fail son who runs this team. And it's like, they're different situations. Stop giving your excuses to him because he's taking them and running with them.
