Too often, we look at physical health as either a vanity project or an afterthought. Instead, we should view exercise and nutrition as vital tools for building the capacity to serve our families, our businesses, and our communities with technical excellence.

Because if we are to offer our lives to the Lord and for the cause of the mission, shouldn’t we be the best version of ourselves?
