Carrboro Mayor Barbara Foushee speaks with 97.9 The Hill News Director Brighton McConnell on Friday, Feb. 7. She recounts Tuesday’s town council meeting — which started with a message from the mayor to the community about Carrboro’s elected leaders’ approach to withstanding the changes happening at the federal government level.
