Julie Chrisley
It went perfectly.
Todd Chrisley
Real offer down to the penny. They're picking it up tomorrow. Nothing went wrong.
Sponsor/Announcer
So what's the problem?
Todd Chrisley
That is the problem. Nothing in my life goes as smoothly. I'm waiting for the catch.
Sponsor/Announcer
Maybe there's no catch.
Todd Chrisley
That's exactly what a catch would want me to think.
Julie Chrisley
Wow.
Sponsor/Announcer
You need to relax.
Todd Chrisley
I need to knock on wood. Do we have wood? Is this table wood?
Sponsor/Announcer
I think it's laminate.
Julie Chrisley
Okay.
Todd Chrisley
Yeah, that's good. That's close enough.

Julie Chrisley
I'm doing good.
Todd Chrisley
Yes. You look very casual.
Julie Chrisley
Well, I couldn't start today and be any more casual than what you are today.
Todd Chrisley
I have on. I am wearing athletic gear. After the marathon last night with you, I had to.
Julie Chrisley
Okay, well. Well, let's unpack that because it's not what you think or what he wishes. I'm sure I did not feel well when I went to bed last night.
Todd Chrisley
You could have just left it with out there as if we'd had this marathon.
Julie Chrisley
I know, but I didn't feel well when I went to bed last night. So I got up a few times
Todd Chrisley
in the middle of the night, which wakes me up.
Julie Chrisley
I'm sorry, I didn't. I mean, I needed to take some medicine. I went to the bathroom. It was just. It was just not a good night.
Todd Chrisley
And what happens when you get up and you come back to bed?
Julie Chrisley
Where you been?
Todd Chrisley
But what are you doing? How fast do you go back to sleep?
Julie Chrisley
Well, it just. Within minutes.
Todd Chrisley
It's like someone shoots her the moment she lays her head.
Julie Chrisley
That's not true. Last night it felt that way.
Todd Chrisley
But me, I'm wide awake at that point because you.
Julie Chrisley
And then he's one that says he never sleeps and he's over there with his mouth gave.
Todd Chrisley
Look, I have to get it in when I can because y' all going to work me like Tyler Perry works Cicely Tyson.
Julie Chrisley
That's not true.
Todd Chrisley
They gonna work me like Tyler worked Cicely straight into the grave. Sisley's still getting checks after she died.
Julie Chrisley
Well, whatever you want to say, I'm gonna let you.
Todd Chrisley
Was I sending you recipes at 2 o' clock this morning?
Julie Chrisley
You were.
Todd Chrisley
Cause you woke me up.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah, so I always wake up folks to a recipe that he wants tonight. But my schedule. Everybody wants me to do something.
Todd Chrisley
Isn't it a wonderful thing to feel like Todd does?
Julie Chrisley
So I have that. I need to take care of my own house. Then I've got to cook your taco bake that you want me to make tonight. Then Savannah asked me if I'll come over there to help her because her cleaners are coming tomorrow.
Todd Chrisley
Does that tell you how bad Savannah is that she has to have her mama come clean her house before the cleaners come?
Julie Chrisley
Not clean it. Just help her put some things away.
Todd Chrisley
Well, why doesn't Pig Pe. Patty put her shit away when she takes it off?
Julie Chrisley
I. I don't know, Todd. I can't answer that.
Todd Chrisley
See, but how many times has she said, daddy, will you come help me clean my house?
Julie Chrisley
But if she did, you'd probably go over there and do it.
Todd Chrisley
I'd go the hell off on her while I was doing it.
Julie Chrisley
Okay, but you would do it.
Todd Chrisley
I would probably. There's no doubt I'd help her. Yeah, but I would. I would tear her ass up for having.
Julie Chrisley
Well, regardless. So we've got that. I've got that. So my day's, like, busy. I've been getting doctor's appointments for your mother scheduled. Yeah. Just trying to do life. Take care of everybody.
Todd Chrisley
Except me, folks.
Julie Chrisley
Oh, my gosh. Did you hear me say I'm making him a taco bake tonight? I don't want a taco bake.
Todd Chrisley
You. One thing. I tell you, she does one thing. You mean to tell them that second thing?
Julie Chrisley
One thing. Then it's, will you get my peptides together? Oh, I got to do that, too. That's another thing I got to add to my calendar today.
Todd Chrisley
Yes. Because let me tell you something. I live by my Peptides.
Julie Chrisley
I know, folks. And that's why he's so excited about Good Guy rx.
Todd Chrisley
Yes. Because I. Well, let's just not. Let me do it. You tell the difference of what it's been for me.
Julie Chrisley
I mean, you tell it. I mean, Listen, you, you're the one
Todd Chrisley
when I was in the shower.
Julie Chrisley
That has nothing to do with. That's nothing to do with.
Todd Chrisley
Now you just want to jump up on these cakes.
Julie Chrisley
Shut up. I'm just saying you say you feel really good since starting your Peptides.
Todd Chrisley
I do.
Julie Chrisley
I mean, it is kind of where medicine is part of medicine is heading.
Todd Chrisley
Yes.
Julie Chrisley
And so I love that you're jumping on that train, especially for men, because you have so many people that reach out to you and it's women and they're like, okay, Todd, what are you doing? You look great. You know all these things and you are so healthy. And you know, they're like.
Todd Chrisley
And they're asking for their husbands.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah, like I need to get my husband started doing whatever it is that you're doing. So I love that you now have this platform that I can tell you to share that with people.
Todd Chrisley
And, you know, I get a lot of things, you know, a lot of messages where people will comment on my skin. What are you doing with your skin? And then it'll be, Todd, what are you doing? You're 58. Whatever you're doing, I need to get my husband on this. I've had husbands now are messaging and saying, my wife told me to message you because I need to know what you're doing.
Julie Chrisley
Well, and I think so much, and we haven't really talked about this in a long time, but your fibromyalgia, I think that it's helped it between the working out because, you know, the doctors always told you working out was key and you never did it. But I think the working out along with the Peptides is making a huge difference. I can tell just like, you know, certain times of the year or the weather and it would affect how you felt and how you moved and I think it's really made a difference.
Todd Chrisley
How am I moving now?
Julie Chrisley
You want to tell her, Todd? Shut up.
Todd Chrisley
She knows.
Julie Chrisley
Can I tell you what happened today? I'm not even going to tell you.
Todd Chrisley
No, she don't want to tell me because she's rubbing her ankle. So that tells me that she failed. Go ahead and tell them. Did you fall?
Julie Chrisley
No, I didn't. I almost fell, but I went to get in the car.
Todd Chrisley
What did I tell you?
Julie Chrisley
And okay, you know, the running boards,
Todd Chrisley
they're slippery that are there every time that you've had for. You have a brand new Escalade and.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Todd Chrisley
But you've always had running boards.
Julie Chrisley
No, it doesn't matter. So I guess my shoes are slippery on the bottom and that's slippery where it's washed. And so I just went. I had stuff in both my hands, so I didn't, like.
Todd Chrisley
Like it. Like when the ice storm hit.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah.
Todd Chrisley
So she was making snow angels in the street.
Julie Chrisley
So I just went to step on the running board to get into the car, and I slipped. It was so slippery. And I hit my. My leg right here. It's probably going to be bruised, if I had to guess, another spanky moment.
Todd Chrisley
You had another spanky moment.
Julie Chrisley
No, it wasn't. It just was slippery. I can't help it. It just happened.
Todd Chrisley
Judy, you do so many things. It's just dumb. And you.
Julie Chrisley
How's that dumb?
Todd Chrisley
But do you know how bad it is when you do this kind of stuff and you sit there and laugh at yourself? What's that say?
Julie Chrisley
Well, if I didn't, I would cry, so I might as well laugh rather than cry.
Todd Chrisley
So, I mean, I'm just saying, folks, she was standing. Let me tell you what she did to me the other day. I couldn't help but die laughing, because she does come her. She's sitting here putting her makeup on, and our shower is a glass shower, and I'm right behind her. So I'm always doing lewd things to her through the shower. And so I get out, and she's looking at me.
Julie Chrisley
No, tell him what you normally do. This is so disgusting. And it makes me so mad. After he has washed his entire body with his washcloth, he wrings it out. Not even wrings it out good. And then he will throw it over the shower door and hit me right in the head or the face. And I will have makeup. Trying to put my makeup on, trying to curl my hair. And then it gets soaking wet.
Todd Chrisley
It does get soaking wet. I've been doing this for them 20 years. It is not. I ring it out completely, and then I just toss it over. Now she's sitting in the same spot. She knows I'm gonna do this.
Julie Chrisley
You got to be dodging something all the time. I'm minding my own business.
Todd Chrisley
You would be sitting in front of
Julie Chrisley
my makeup mirror, putting my makeup on or doing my hair. I don't think I'm gonna have to be dodging stuff coming at me from every angle. Oh, God.
Todd Chrisley
She. I wait because she rolls her hair up on these big old rollers, and then I toss it over, and it always lands right on top of those rollers.
Julie Chrisley
So it knocks a roller out or gets good and wet. So then, you know, folks, it doesn't
Todd Chrisley
curl as good and you know, she hates cursing. She does not like it.
Julie Chrisley
But he'll make a preacher cuss. He makes me cuss. He is to blame when I go to heaven and I have to stand before God and I have to account for all my sins and I curse him. He is to blame.
Todd Chrisley
I'm going to say, she made me do it.
Julie Chrisley
Lord, no.
Todd Chrisley
But it lands always. My aim is so good, it lands right at the top of her head. She goes, I swear, stop your stupid shit. I go, that's very Christian, like Julie.
Julie Chrisley
And then I always say, you'd make a preacher cuss.
Todd Chrisley
But going back to the story, you know, I work out three, four days a week, and she's sitting there like he is.
Julie Chrisley
You know what? Nothing is worse than somebody. It's like. It's like a smoker that quit smoking. They're the worst, right? Because they're always like, how can somebody smoke? How can you smell like, cigarettes? Or. Or somebody that drinks has quit drinking. How can they have a drink?
Todd Chrisley
I'm going to let her keep going. So I'm getting ready to hang her with.
Julie Chrisley
Now he's with his workouts. You know how I work out all the time.
Todd Chrisley
Well, do what? Do what?
Julie Chrisley
Oh, yeah, you do.
Todd Chrisley
So she's standing there looking at me, and I said, look at the stomach. And this one right here. She said, well, look at this one. It pulls her shirt up.
Julie Chrisley
Was my stomach flat?
Todd Chrisley
She's. Her stomach is flat. So she stands in the mirror beside
Julie Chrisley
me because all he wants to do is look, look, look.
Todd Chrisley
How many do I have? How many do I have here?
Julie Chrisley
I got them, too.
Todd Chrisley
How many do I have right here?
Julie Chrisley
Oh, my God.
Todd Chrisley
Come on. Come on. Jump on that.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah, okay. Okay, I got it, too.
Todd Chrisley
So she's like this. And I'm up here, and she's doing her stomach. And I said, oh, look at that. I said, now feel of this. And she tried to cop a Feel how you are. She went lower. I said, that's not an ab. It is a muscle, but that's not the ab, Todd.
Julie Chrisley

We had a great mother's Day.
Todd Chrisley
You had a great mother's day.
Julie Chrisley
I had a really good mother's Day. Chase, Savannah, Grace, and Chloe, Everybody was in the house. That made me happy. I got Savannah made up for all the years that she's missed. You know? Can I just tell you? No. 3.
Todd Chrisley
Was it 3?
Julie Chrisley
Yeah, 23, 24, and 25.
Todd Chrisley
Because we went in January. That's right. Gotcha. Okay.
Julie Chrisley
Can I just tell you how much I love Nicole genovese jewelers in St. Louis? She takes such good care of me through Savannah, of course. But I got some new jewelry, and I got a new handbag for my husband. That was a big surprise. Grayson brought me flowers. I got a card from Chase. He hand wrote me a card and had a little something in there, so it was a good. Chad gave me a card, brought me a dessert.
Todd Chrisley
Yes.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah. And then I got. I got two very special cards, let me say. So I want you to look at these cards, folks, that I got from my girls at the summer camp. So this is the first one. The first one. And so they make these cards. They're literally just from a piece of white card stock they take and do classes, and they learn how to make them.
Todd Chrisley
I think Hallmark should really do a problem with the prisons.
Julie Chrisley
They should.
Todd Chrisley
Because look at the talent. Look at the talent that these women hire.
Julie Chrisley
Look at this one. These are two. And these are just two of them. They do them for every occasion. And I'm just gonna read a little bit of this because she wrote it to me, but I just wanted you to hear it. She said, miss Julie, I miss you so much. I know I don't talk. I know I don't talk to you a lot. To be able to tell you how grateful I am to have you in my life. The things you have done for me and my kids, I can never tell you thank you enough. You are my prison mama. And I Miss you so much, every day. Happy Mother's Day. I hope you have the best day. You deserve it. I love you so much.
Todd Chrisley
How sweet is that?
Julie Chrisley
Not so sweet. Yeah. And then a few of the girls, three of them, did me another card and just, Happy Mother's Day. Pray your day is good. Enjoy your day. You know I love you. I wish you were here to give me one of your hugs. God bless you and your family. How sweet is that?
Todd Chrisley
It's.
Julie Chrisley
You know. And you know what? They either made these cards or they got them from someone that made them in prison. And then they took the time to send them to me. So I am so grateful. So I will cherish them.
Todd Chrisley
You should, because, I mean, that is. I mean, that is something special because. And it goes back to what we've talked about, about the relationships that you. That you make you with someone all the time.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah. Yeah. And so this one, I actually, when I left, we lived together. Like, we were in a two. Two person room. And so she was my. She was my bunky. And, you know, when. When she first went in there, they didn't really want to put her in my room because, you know, she's young and, you know, she's gotten in trouble a couple of times and.
Todd Chrisley
But you got her straightened up.
Julie Chrisley
She promised me. She's like, I promise if you let me move into your room, I will be so good. And she has been. I mean, she is like, she's doing some things in the community now even, and she has just like, completely turned it around. So, you know what? It wasn't in vain, you know, and so she was just. She was so sad when I left because, you know, we. I was. I was like a source of comfort for her, you know, and I was a safe place for her, and she wanted to make me proud and she wanted to do the right thing. And I think that accountability was something. And a lot of these girls never grew up with that and they didn't have it. So, you know, I love to be able to be that for them.
Todd Chrisley
I wanted to talk about. I think that's amazing. You know, one of your friends, we got home yesterday. Yep. And again, Judah and I talk. We have. We actually have more time now than we've ever had as far as talking to each other.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah.
Todd Chrisley
But we normally, in the mornings, it's when I'm brushing my teeth, shaving, and you're putting on makeup or whatever, and it's always, I need you to help one of my friends. I need you to help one of my Friends.
Julie Chrisley
So I still got one that I'm waiting on. A big one. A big one.
Todd Chrisley
And so I started working on that, what, three weeks ago. So I called her yesterday. I was coming down the road when Rick Stover with the Bureau of Prisons, who has been such a saint, to work with me, because I do ask a lot, and I do dump a lot off on him. And so he's been such a saint, you know, to help with all the things that we're doing. He called me and said, this file, this case number, this reg number, they have been approved for home confinement. And so I looked it up, and I said, oh, my God. That's Julie's friend.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah.
Todd Chrisley
And so I called you and said, go ahead and let her know she
Julie Chrisley
wants to get home to be with her mom, who's not doing well. And so that was. That was a. That was a big win, you know, for somebody when you've been away for a long time. I actually got to see this friend last weekend, so I've kind of met my little contribution for the women that I had relationships with that I knew that got out that I can get to, like, you know, they were within driving distance of me. I will go and pick them up from the halfway house. We go to Target. We get their necessities, what they need, and then I take them out to a nice lunch. And so this is the third one that I've done, so I was able to do that last week, and her son and grandson actually was able to join us for lunch. And you helped her son, so he was so grateful for that. And it was the first time she had seen her grandson in 10 years. Yeah. And so it was. Yeah, it was a good day. You know, that was a really good day.
Todd Chrisley
I think that. You know, we did a podcast yesterday for Alex Little, who's our attorney.
Julie Chrisley
Yes.
Todd Chrisley
About the corruption within the judicial system and the Department of Justice and things like that. And we talked about that, you know, and I thought it was very. He said. I want to say to you, he said, because I have the ability and the privilege of being able to have access to y'.
Julie Chrisley
All. Right.
Todd Chrisley
And he says, and I see what you do every day, because I'm a part of what y' all are trying to get accomplished.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Todd Chrisley
And. And he says. And did you catch it when he said. He said, you two have taught. He said, you two have strengthened my faith.
Julie Chrisley
Yes, I did. I did.
Todd Chrisley
And when I heard that, I just said, for the glory of God. For the glory of God.
Julie Chrisley
And, well, it goes back to the fact that you and I say this to my children, I say this to other people. You don't know what other people are going through and how you lead your life. Are we perfect? Absolutely not. We sin and we make mistakes every single day.
Todd Chrisley
She does more than me.
Julie Chrisley
But how you lead your life can so have such an impact on people that you don't even understand. Like you don't even understand it sometimes. But, you know, we just try to do the best we can do.
Todd Chrisley
I think that. I think we do pretty good. Yeah, I do. I think we do pretty good.
Julie Chrisley

I was doing a workout yesterday with a country music artist here and he said, todd, how are you doing? And I says, better than I deserve, I'm sure. And he said to me, he said, I don't know. He said, I think we're all supposed to be blessed. And that hit me so hard when he said that. And. And it's so true.
Julie Chrisley
Well, I think we especially, I can only speak for you and I. And I feel like I can speak for both of us with this, that we feel like we have been so blessed in so many ways even though we have gone through some really hard things.
Todd Chrisley
Yes, yes.
Julie Chrisley
But compared to other people. And you know what? So many people live in their own bubble and they Don't. They don't even stop to think about what other people are going through. You know, like take, for instance, my friend, right? Literally, she was in prison with me. Her son was in prison next door. Literally, he would go out to the fence and holler, hey, mama, I love you. Have a good day. Now that is her. So heartbreaking that she is having to communicate with her son through this fence that you're not even supposed to do that. But, you know, she would do it because literally she could be in her room because, you know, we didn't have air, so the windows were open and she could hear him out there in her room. So she would.
Todd Chrisley
But imagine how that made her feel to hear her son say that, to be able to hear his voice. What about all of those women that were there with you that could not hear their son's voice?
Julie Chrisley
Exactly.
Todd Chrisley
So it goes back to what I have said. Count your blessings. Small or large, count your blessings. Because at the end of the day, and I've had a lot of, you know, because we're coming up on a year's anniversary. The 28th of this month will be one year. And. And I thought about this yesterday, that we've had so many wonderful things happen for us.
Julie Chrisley
Right?
Todd Chrisley
But when you look at just human nature and how people act, it's really sad. It's not great. It's sad because people that want to talk about other people are just using someone else's pain to mask their own. Yeah. Because you got a housewife over here talking shit about this person. But this woman over here that's talking all the mad shit knows that her husband's been screwing around with her best friend for the last three years, but she's going to talk about this woman down the street who's having an affair.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Todd Chrisley
Or that can't pay their mortgage or can't pay their car payment or, you know, their child got in trouble or whatever.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Todd Chrisley
And. And, you know, we have never done that. We have never sought comfort in someone else's pain.
Julie Chrisley
No, I don't.
Todd Chrisley
And I think that it's really. When I just. When I. When I look at what the human nature is, it's so messed up.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah. Yeah.
Todd Chrisley
It's so messed up.
Julie Chrisley
It's so messed up that you find comfort in someone else's pain and that
Todd Chrisley
we can't celebrate someone's win.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah. Yeah. I mean, well, people can't get it through their head that there's room for everyone, like, wherever you. Whatever you're doing, wherever you, you know, Whatever you're succeeding at, there's room for other people.
Todd Chrisley
Well, you know, I just don't think
Julie Chrisley
that people can see that. And it's, you know, it goes back to the Bible of coveting what someone else has or is doing, you know, and it's hard. I'm not sitting here saying that, you know, that is something easy for you to do. But I don't know, I, I, I try to surround myself with people and I think this goes back to it, having authentic relationships. Because I think when you have true, authentic relationships where you truly love this person, then you want the best for them.
Todd Chrisley
Absolutely.
Julie Chrisley
Like, I can tell you, my people that I associate myself with, that I am friends with, I want the best for them.
Todd Chrisley
Absolutely.
Julie Chrisley
If they go out here and make a billion dollars, God bless you.
Todd Chrisley
Yes. Now you can buy lunch, if you
Julie Chrisley
can pay your house off early or pay your cars off or make a great investment, whatever it is, I am so happy for you. But I think we so want to have all these surface level fake relationships that aren't even real relationships. And so it causes all this resentment and stuff to breed because you really don't care about the person.
Todd Chrisley
No. You know, you have to create a Persona in order to be friends with someone. Then you're literally applying for a position.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Todd Chrisley
And you know, do I do that?
Julie Chrisley
No, you don't. No, you don't. I don't think either one of us does that.
Todd Chrisley
But I just, I just feel like that I also think that age has a big part of kind of where we are growing up. Yeah. I don't have time in my life now. Could I make time? I could probably make time for people.
Julie Chrisley
I feel like you make time for whatever you want to make time for.
Todd Chrisley
Absolutely. But I don't want to.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Todd Chrisley
I don't. I have a full life.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Todd Chrisley
My life, I'm grateful to say, and I'm grateful to my Lord and Savior that I can say my life is full. I have my relationship with God. I talk to him all throughout the day. When I lay my head down at night, I pray when I get up
Julie Chrisley
to pray to make you quit cursing so much or to help you or
Todd Chrisley
that my wife not be so judgy. Judy.
Julie Chrisley
Okay.
Todd Chrisley
But I have a, you know, I've got a great job. I've got great. I'm working on things that I love to work on, and God blesses those things. And then, you know, I have my children, and they're not perfect. Our children are not perfect. And their heart, our life is hard when it comes to our kids. But at the end of the day, our kids are alive.
Julie Chrisley
Yes.
Todd Chrisley
They're here to be. To create hard.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Todd Chrisley
So I try not to allow the things that they do that I don't agree with or that you don't agree with or that frustrates me. I still now say when that happens, God, thank you for letting me have them. God, thank you for letting them be here. And so.
Julie Chrisley
So what were you gonna say? That you don't need more relationships? Is that what you were gonna say?
Todd Chrisley
Yeah, I don't, but.
Julie Chrisley
See, I don't. I used to think that way, but I don't, because I feel like. I feel like we met some amazing people when we were in Texas this past week.
Todd Chrisley
Yes.
Julie Chrisley
That I could easily see myself being friends with and investing in.
Todd Chrisley
But women are. Women are like that. Let's talk about that just for a second.
Julie Chrisley
Second.
Todd Chrisley
Women are very much social. Social creatures. Right.
Julie Chrisley
There's some men are, too, though.
Todd Chrisley
None of the guys that I'm friends with are.
Julie Chrisley
Well, that's because you're all the same.
Todd Chrisley
Yeah. I mean, like, Jay's not social. Jason's not social.
Julie Chrisley
They're more social than you are.
Todd Chrisley
Well, I'm still training them.
Julie Chrisley
Okay.
Todd Chrisley
I just think that guys are good with staying at home.
Julie Chrisley
Home.
Todd Chrisley
Staying in their own comfort zone, not going out, you know, doing. You know, guys don't have to go to lunch. Guys don't have to go hang out.
Julie Chrisley
Right. Some do, but I think you're.
Todd Chrisley
I just don't think at my age, they do.
Julie Chrisley
Maybe not at your age.
Todd Chrisley
I mean, I know that Chase and, you know, Grayson, all them. Those are kids. Chase, not so much.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah.
Todd Chrisley
But they've always. Me and my friends are going so and so.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Todd Chrisley
I mean, okay. That's kids stuff.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah.
Todd Chrisley
But I'm at home. I'm in my comfort zone. Everything that I need is right there. I can run my business from there. I can do everything from my cell phone. You've always got food in the house for when I'm hungry, for whatever it is that I want. My house is always clean. I've got a clean bed. I mean, everything that I need is in my home. And that 28 months at the extended stay taught me that we don't have to have all the things that we thought we had to have. And I've gotten comfortable with that because I don't want to be burdened by a bunch of stuff that I've got to wonder, where is that? Did Chase steal that? Did Grayson steal That, you know, I don't want to have to deal with that.
Julie Chrisley
And when he says that, folks, he's meaning like a pair of shorts or perfume, a cologne or something like that.
Todd Chrisley
Louis Vuitton bags, luggage, pants, whatever they
Julie Chrisley
might need at night.
Todd Chrisley
Underwear. Who steals another man's underwear? Who the hell would want another man's underwear? My sons will steal mine. So much so that what have I told you you're not allowed to do anymore?
Julie Chrisley
Don't wash anything. Keep his stuff separate.
Todd Chrisley
I said do not wash my underwear with Chase's underwear or Grace's because I don't know where the hell they've been. So I have everything I need now. I met wonderful people in Texas and I love Texas and have for many years. And I think that there's a gen, there's a general authenticity amongst people in Texas.
Julie Chrisley
Absolutely.
Todd Chrisley
And they're very down to earth good people that we have met. But that goes back to giving God the glory because God has surrounded us with these people that keep coming into our lives that are good, great people.
Julie Chrisley
Yes.
Todd Chrisley
And, and I think that's wonderful that you feel that way. But like, I'm not going out to dinner. Even there, I'm not. I mean, that's just not what I want to do now. You know, if I'm out with you somewhere and you run into somebody, hey, how are you? It's so nice to see you. That's what I do.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Todd Chrisley
But for me, my comfort zone is you.
Julie Chrisley
Do you get stressed? Well, of course you do. And if you don't, I'd honestly be concerned about you. Okay, I want to take a minute to share something really important to me, and that's Good Girl Rx, a female focused health and wellness company created by my daughter, Savannah. As women, we so often put everyone else first and ignore our own health. Or we're just told to push through instead of being truly listened to. What I love about Good Girl Rx is that it's built around real medical care and compassion. Through their telehealth platform, women can meet virtually with licensed medical providers who take the time to review your health history and goals. If it's clinically appropriate, your provider may discuss personalized treatment options, including GLP1 medications like tirzepatide, as well as wellness therapies such as nad. Everything is determined by a doctor and tailored to the individual. As a mother, it means everything to me that this company was created to help women feel supported instead of judged. Everyone's journey is different. Different results vary, and not everyone qualifies. But having access to licensed physicians who truly listen can make all the difference. If you're ready to take a step toward prioritizing your health, visit goodgirlrx.com and use code CONFESSIONS15 for 15% off at checkout. Medical care is provided by licensed physicians.
Todd Chrisley
I never thought I would be able to say it, you know, and I've said this now to you several times in the last few months. One of your biggest fears over the course of our marriage was all we know how to do is be parents. We've been parents since I was a parent at 21. You basically became a parent at 21. And you and I just put that together the other day, too, because you and I started dating when you were 21, and I became a parent at 21. And. And I used to say, I don't know what I'm going to do when our kids start leaving. And you and I had a hard time when they first started leaving.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Todd Chrisley
And that worried you because I think you were worried about, oh, my God, he's going to have a midlife crisis, you know, there's going to be some trick on the side, you know, whatever. And I have found such peace knowing that it's me and you.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Todd Chrisley
I'm good with that. Now. We still have Chloe.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Todd Chrisley
But Chloe is like, does her own thing.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah.
Todd Chrisley
Like Chloe didn't bother anyone.
Julie Chrisley
Right. Well, I think it's just so weird
Todd Chrisley
for us to have one child.
Julie Chrisley
We've never had just one child in
Todd Chrisley
the house, like, ever.
Julie Chrisley
Even. Like, I remember when I came home from the hospital with Grayson, Lindsey and Kyle were dropped off to us within 30 minutes. So. I mean, with Chase. When I. When I brought home Chase, Lindsay and Kyle were dropped off to us within 30 minutes. So I have never had just one child in the house ever.
Todd Chrisley
But that was done from that ratchet ass ex wife of mine that. Who thought that was going to break you because you was coming home from the hospital with your own flesh and blood baby.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Todd Chrisley
And then she was going to throw hers off on you, thinking it was going to overwhelm you.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Todd Chrisley
Well, little did she know, I married a real woman. And that didn't happen.
Julie Chrisley
We. We managed, so. But we've never had just one child. So this is the first time when we left to go away, we had Grace and Chloe in the house. So now it's just Chloe.
Todd Chrisley
It's just Chloe. Well, I mean, Grace, it's Chloe and Nanny Faye.
Julie Chrisley
Yes.
Todd Chrisley
And Nanny Faye is the most rebellious teenager you could have ever raised.
Julie Chrisley
Yes. Yes. So I have determined I'm just going to take care of somebody my whole life.
Todd Chrisley
You know that she told me yesterday to get aft.
Julie Chrisley
Okay, well, you must have aggravated her there again. Well, she wouldn't just say that.
Todd Chrisley
You know, she would just say that.
Julie Chrisley
She wouldn't. You. You had to have aggravated her or said something to her.
Todd Chrisley
I scared her in the recliner, okay. And she went off and said, go get F. Well, foul man. 81 years old, but she's the worst teenager that we've ever raised.
Julie Chrisley
You know what? But she's good. She's good. Like I said, I made her doctor's appointments today. I'm going to take her before we fly out this week and yeah, we'll be good. I don't want her going to the doctor by herself because she will tell them that she does not have arthritis and that her knee was caused by Covid. Yes, or the COVID shot.
Todd Chrisley
The new study that came out through Vandy, the doctor in Dallas, Dr. Wade in Fort Worth, is going to do a procedure on her for stem cell and to fix her knees. He sent me after I told him, you know, listen, she's going to blame this on Covid, on the vaccine. And he sent us the paperwork of the study that came out through Vandy. That said, the COVID shot is now linked to joint issues.
Julie Chrisley
Okay.
Todd Chrisley
And said Nanny Faye was right all along.
Julie Chrisley
Well, maybe so.
Todd Chrisley
So you can't say nothing because now he's verified and he sent me the literature on it. But, you know, I feel like that.
Julie Chrisley
And
Todd Chrisley
I feel like that within a year, God has blessed us so much. And, you know, I was talking to Terrence as when you pulled up, and I didn't realize it, but he came home on April 29, and we came home on May 28. Terrence was my roommate, along with three other guys, four of them, the guys. And. And so we stay in touch with him. Terrence is a good girl. Good girl. Our ex, But. And so Terrence calls Julie or me and the kids, you know, every day. And when he said. I said, we're coming up on a year, he said, I know mine was April 29th, and I had never put those two together. And I said, you mean that we were 30 days apart because, you know, Ratchet Sherry Salisbury thought she was going to steal him away from us and send him to another camp because he was my assistant. And, you know, there at the camp, getting me all the information that I needed to get her fired by. By. And so he was my assistant. You know, we were scanning documents every night on the phone, getting it out of there so we could expose all their corruption and thievery and everything else. And I said, look at that, Terrence. She tried to destroy. I said, tried to destroy our friendship. I said, but you and I are like Ally McGraw and Ryan O'. Neill. I said, you can't break down a good love story. And he just busted out laughing. He said, I don't even know who that is, but I'm going to look it up. But, you know, I feel like that we have been so blessed in this year, y'. All.
Julie Chrisley
More like Thelma and Louise.
Todd Chrisley
Yeah, he and I. Thelma, Louise, I feel like that in this year, so much good has happened. I watch you, and I watch where you are today versus the day that you came home and that you are much more secure with being at home now. You're much more secure with who you are. More so than I think you were before you went. There's a calmness about you. Your spirit has calmed down, and I love to see that. I love to see that. I look at where our kids are. We're in probably a much better place than we have been in a long time, and that's even before the 28 months. And I wanted to clear up, because, again, I'm getting all these messages on Instagram because I had set on two sons of me that I'm not coming back to television. What I meant to say was I'm not coming back in that same format of Chris Lee Knows Best, you and I. You know, what I'm working on, you know how that's going to be set up. But I want when we come back on television, it to be very authentic because I think the people that tune into us deserve that and that have stuck with us deserve that. And so I am coming back to television. We all are.
Julie Chrisley
Yes. Speaking of that, yesterday it was announced the show that Savannah and I were working on with some amazing women from all walks of life. You know, they were either some, some kind of television housewives, reality bachelorettes, you know, when I was away for three weeks in the Dominican, that's what we were working on. So I'm super excited, you know, worked with an amazing production team. 495 Productions. Sally and Kim are just, I mean, when I tell you they are bosses. They. They are.
Todd Chrisley
I mean, I haven't met her.
Julie Chrisley
They. They really are. I mean, when I tell you, they are just. Both of them are just like. And I feel like I can say that because I've worked in production, I've had showrunners, I've had, you know, people in production. I know. And I mean, when I just tell you, they were just amazing. So you, you know, and this show's
Todd Chrisley
going to be on Amazon right now. You. I mean, I don't know how deep we can get into. Whatever it is.
Julie Chrisley
I don't know. Not too deep.
Todd Chrisley
But you had some wonderful experiences with some of these women.
Julie Chrisley
Oh, absolutely. Absolutely. So, well, it was announced who's on there. So the two girls, two girls from the Bachelor, Jen Tran and Kaitlyn Bristow. Both of them amazing. Jen is just like this sweet little baby. I mean, she was same age as Savannah, but I just always. I just wanted to take care of her.
Todd Chrisley
Well, you kind of became the mother of the house.
Julie Chrisley
And Caitlyn, Caitlin is just. Oh, my gosh, she's just the sweetest.
Todd Chrisley
Well, we love her because she's sweet. I love her.
Julie Chrisley
We've been on her podcast and Margaret Joseph, she is.
Todd Chrisley
You love Margaret.
Julie Chrisley
Amazing. She just has this air about her that is just like a queen, you know? I mean, just the way she carries herself, the way she dresses, everything. Hilaria Baldwin, who I think I absolutely love. She's amazing.
Todd Chrisley
Did she speak in Spanish or did she speak.
Julie Chrisley
Both, honey, both. Both. Tamar Braxton, who you know we love.
Todd Chrisley
You know that Tamar is coming on our show here.
Julie Chrisley
Kenya Moore, who was lovely to me.
Todd Chrisley
I don't know her.
Julie Chrisley
That's the first time I had ever met her. Christine Quinn, first time I'd ever met her. She is this beautiful goddess. I mean, she's. She's absolutely stunning.
Todd Chrisley
But is she nice?
Julie Chrisley
She was very nice to me. She was very nice to me. Very nice.
Todd Chrisley
So you had no.
Julie Chrisley
Brittany Cartwright and Britney, you know, Kentucky girl. I said, girl, I was in Kentucky. I lived there. She said, you. I said, I did for 28. 28 months. Went right by where you got married, girl. Check myself in. Who else did I forget? Did I forget somebody?
Todd Chrisley
So was anyone rude to you?
Julie Chrisley
Oh, Kim. Kim Zolciak.
Todd Chrisley
Well, now, gotta love her.
Julie Chrisley
She's amazing. Kim marches to her own beat, and I love it. So it was. It was an amazing experience. It was so far out of our comfort zone. But I'm so glad that I did it, you know, I'm so glad that I did it because it was something so different. But the only thing I ever had to compare to was Chrisley knows best.
Todd Chrisley
Right. But that was a lot for you because I talked to you at night.
Julie Chrisley
It was a lot for me. But you know what? I lived with 220 women, so to live with 10 in the Dominican wasn't
Todd Chrisley
that big a deal.
Julie Chrisley
Wasn't bad. It wasn't a bad way to make it.
Todd Chrisley
I'm sure Savannah's version is going to be.
Julie Chrisley
Well, we'll save that for the cameras.
Todd Chrisley
So sure hers will be different.
Julie Chrisley
But it was great. And I'm super grateful for the.
Todd Chrisley
But, you know, I want, you know, going back to what we're creating. I want everything to be as authentic as possible. And, you know, and I've said that to the kids, that if you're not willing to show up every day and tell the truth about everything that's going on in your life, then we're not doing it right. We're not going to come. You're not going to waltz in and say, that's awful limits, because you know that they will do that.
Julie Chrisley
Right? Right.
Todd Chrisley
And we're not doing that. It's going to be what it is.
Julie Chrisley
And it's hard. That's hard. It's hard to be an open book, you know, because there are certain aspects of your life that you hope or wish that you could protect and just keep for yourself.
Todd Chrisley
Well, I think that those are those special moments that. That you hold that are precious. They remain Precious. If you don't talk about them, that means to anyone.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Todd Chrisley
Don't talk about them. If this right here means so much to you that it's so precious, don't talk about it. Guard it. Don't be. Don't. It's not a secret if you tell one other person.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Todd Chrisley
But our kids have the. Have this kind of thing about them to where we're going to talk about what the others are doing, but we're not going to talk about what I'm doing. And I couldn't help because I was watching an episode of the Kardashians, and this was an older one. And you know how I worship Chloe.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah.
Todd Chrisley
I mean, I worship her. And all those girls have always been sweet to us, but she is just. The girl is just salt of the earth. I love her so much. And she was talking about Courtney. You don't want to tell shit in your life, but you want to talk about everybody else's.
Julie Chrisley
Right?
Todd Chrisley
We have that same thing in our family.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Todd Chrisley
You got some that want to tell everybody else's business, but when you can't talk about that, don't start with me. We're not doing that. Yeah, well, that's not happening with this new plat, with this new platform that we're doing.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Todd Chrisley
So I'm excited about the projects that we have that are coming up. Very excited. I'm very excited about a huge project that. That we're working on that was why we were in Texas last week. And, folks, it's going to be amazing. You're going to meet some of the best people in the world. You're going to see what it's really like in Texas. You're going to. You're going to see a lot of relatability.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah.
Todd Chrisley
With. With these folks and with this town.
Julie Chrisley
Yes.
Todd Chrisley
And. And it's. I'm very excited about that. Now, listen, I've had a lot of pushback and fought to get to, you know, what we're going to be filming.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Todd Chrisley
But I'm very excited about it, and I'm very excited about truly living an authentic life. And I feel like that for so long in my life, even when I was growing up, even when I was little, my mother has always been a wonderful human being. A wonderful mother. And was strict. My mother was strict. And my mother did not want us to have a hair on our head that was not straight. She wanted us dressed impeccably and she wanted us clean at all times, and her house had to be clean at all. Times her cars, her yard. And then she complains because I'm the same way, but because she's not really that way anymore.
Julie Chrisley
Not.
Todd Chrisley
I think she's. All that stuff doesn't matter to her anymore because she doesn't. It doesn't have to.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Todd Chrisley
Because her kids are grown.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah.
Todd Chrisley
She's proven her point.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah.
Todd Chrisley
But I feel like that for my entire life, I've always been worried about someone else's opinion, whether it was, how does he look or how's he dressed or whatever. Growing up, even as a child. And folks, let me tell you something. The greatest level of freedom that one has is when they surrender their mind to themselves, when they don't give in to what someone else tells them to do or expects them to do. Because that's been kind of something that's been new for me. And you. That you. You've. Has. Has kind of put you on your heel for a few times. I said not doing that.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah.
Todd Chrisley
If that interferes with what. With my piece and with what I'm doing, I'm not doing that.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah.
Todd Chrisley
And you had never heard me do that.
Julie Chrisley
No.
Todd Chrisley
So how did you.
Julie Chrisley
And it's hard for me because I'm not there, you know? And I will. I will do for somebody else or do something and put my own self on the back burner, you know?
Todd Chrisley
But do you want to end up at 70, as resentful as I was at 50?
Julie Chrisley
No. No, not at all.
Todd Chrisley
So I want you to look. I want you to look at where I am and see that we only have. So we've got far more Runway behind us than we do in front of us. And I have made that commitment that if I have another 20 years, then I will have lived as long as my dad, you know? And y' all say, oh, my God, would you stop saying that? You're going to live to be a hundred. Look at your blood work. Look at your, you know, your physical whatever. You don't know that.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Todd Chrisley
And all your benchmark is, is how long did your parents live.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Todd Chrisley
That is your benchmark. And so when Daddy died, that was something that caused me to really start thinking about my own mortality.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Todd Chrisley
And these next 20 years, I don't feel bad about Satan. These belong to me. These are my 20 years. So what I choose to do with my 20 years is my business.
Julie Chrisley
Right.
Todd Chrisley
And if what I'm doing in my 20 years is something that you want to do and that meshes with the things that you want to do in your next 30 years, because you're going to live longer than I do, probably because, you know, I'm. What am I, five? I'm five years older than you, so you're probably going to live longer than me.
Julie Chrisley
I'm very good, you know, genetics. So probably not, but.
Todd Chrisley
Well, we're not going to talk about your shitty DNA, but. Say there again.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah, see, there you go.
Todd Chrisley
Stop saying things like that. There's another one sits right here. But I am afraid, you know, I want you. I want you to get to that same place, right? Because it's so freeing when you start setting boundaries around yourself, right? And other people start noticing that, right? Because our kids have noticed it now. And when they come to me, it's not, dad, I need you to do this, it's now, dad, would you do this? Dad, can I talk to you about something? And if it's possible, can you help me with this? It's not you expecting me to do
Julie Chrisley
it now because you're grown, right?
Todd Chrisley
You didn't listen to all the advice that I gave you all these years, so, no, you're not going to steal my next chance.
Julie Chrisley
20, right?
Todd Chrisley
So I am, for the first time in my life, I have a piece about me that I don't care what anyone says. I don't care what their opinions are. They're not in my home. I'm not laying down with them. They're not feeding me. They're not friending me, and they're not. I'm not going to say what Mama said with that F, okay?
Julie Chrisley
Please don't.
Todd Chrisley
But if you're not doing those three Fs with me, then I don't care what you do and I don't care about. I've got. I've got people in my life that I love genuinely, that I consider to be friends that I'm always there for. But those people have never crossed those lines. They've never taken advantage of me, right? And they have loved me for exactly who I am.
Julie Chrisley
Right?
Todd Chrisley
I don't have to pretend to be something that.
Julie Chrisley
That I'm not.
Todd Chrisley
And that is very liberating. So I want that for both of us. So, I mean, I do see that, you know, you. You are back into that same routine of not knowing how to say no, right?
Julie Chrisley
I'm a people pleaser.
Todd Chrisley
But here's the thing. How bad is it to please a thousand people and to do and to leave yourself behind?
Julie Chrisley
I know it's something I have to work on.
Todd Chrisley
So, yes, I want these next 20 years that you and I are going to be you know, hopefully healthy and doing whatever. I want us to be wonderful grandparents. But grandparents? We're not raising kids. I want us to be wonderful grandparents.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah.
Todd Chrisley
I want us to be able to my quota. I want us to be able for you to. We're sitting there laying in the bed, scrolling, and we see a place on there. Then you're like, I would love to go there. Okay, book it for tomorrow.
Julie Chrisley
Tomorrow.
Todd Chrisley
We'll leave tomorrow.
Julie Chrisley
Right?
Todd Chrisley
Because, you know, that's how I do. I don't want no long planning, because if you start stressing me out, I will cancel a trip on you in a minute. If you start, Savannah and Julie will be a buzz kill for a trip anytime because. Oh, my God, you want to go here. Look how amazing this is. Sure. It's all I need to know. Then 30 minutes later, oh, my God. I've got to have 3,000, 716 outfits for this. And I've got to have 19, 17 pairs of shoes. And I've got to do this. And I've got to find out if we can go. Oh, my God. This has turned into a job.
Julie Chrisley
Oh, well, sorry.
Todd Chrisley
So, you know, I don't want that. I want us to be able. I want us to be able just to pick up and go.
Julie Chrisley
Well, let's just pick up and go.
Todd Chrisley
Come on. Well, let's do it. Where you want to go?
Julie Chrisley
I don't know. I'll find somewhere.
Todd Chrisley
Where is the place that you would like to go? The first it. Okay, book the trip. Okay, book the trip. It'll have to be after January, so find out when after January that you can book this trip. I don't want to be gone more than 10 days.
Julie Chrisley
Okay.
Todd Chrisley
And then we will film it while we're there so that we can share it.
Julie Chrisley
Do a little vlogging.
Todd Chrisley
Yes. So that we can share it with everyone. Because that's been our trip that you've been wanting to do.
Julie Chrisley
Yeah.
Todd Chrisley
Savannah's been now said it was amazing. Grayson loved it. So then book the trip, y'.
Julie Chrisley
All.
Todd Chrisley
It's on her to book the trip. Okay, so after January, so February, March, whatever. We'll be in Italy.
Julie Chrisley
Okay, sounds good. It's a date.
Todd Chrisley
All right, then. You know I've never had sex under the testimony.
Julie Chrisley
Okay, okay, okay. Okay. On that note.
Todd Chrisley
On that note, they say the salamis are huge.
Julie Chrisley
Okay. Until next week.
Todd Chrisley
Until next week, folks.
Julie Chrisley
You say good luck, and I'm going to say God bless. Because you don't get to say God bless today.
Todd Chrisley
You've been talking too ugly I said one, folks. Until next week, good luck and God bless her.
