Joseph experienced rejection from his brothers, false accusations and wrongful imprisonment, yet God raised him up into a position of influence fulfilling the dreams he had been carrying since his youth. Sometimes in life things don't work out the way you expected, but as we follow God's lead amazingly He brings us into His perfect will.

Can you trust God to defend you? Can you trust God with your reputation? With this message Pastor Pete kicks off our new "Keep heart" series. We hope this message encourages you.

“Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain.” Pastor Pete’s message today is an encouragement to us, so that we do not labour in vain, but build well. We, the church, are called together to be God’s co-workers and to fulfil His purpose.

This week sees the start of a new series, looking at God’s invitation to participate in His mission. What does missional living look like? In his message, Pastor Sammy unpacks the reasons why following Jesus and making Him known is a matter of relationships – a love relationship with Him, which results in an overwhelming love towards people.

Pastor Judith brings this series to an inspiring conclusion. Jesus’ healing of the paralysed man is an unmistakable sign, to believers and non-believers alike, that He is God. He certainly has the power to heal, but He also has the authority to forgive sins.

The Bible says that Satan comes only to steal, kill and destroy. But, the Bible is equally clear that Jesus has complete authority over spiritually demonic forces. As Pastor Paul explains in today’s message, the darkness can impact our lives, but Jesus is more than able to set prisoners free from the bondage of Satan and bring them into the joy of His Kingdom.

In today’s message, we see Jesus calming the storm that threatened His disciples. As followers of Christ, we too will have to face storms, but Pastor Jordan reminds us that we can trust Him because He is Lord over everything and there is no storm that He cannot still.

Jesus offers us a resurrection life, an abundant life to see the power of God at work in us and through us, but a life that nonetheless requires total commitment. Are we willing to count the cost? Are we willing to pay the price? This is Pastor Sammy’s challenge to us today.

Today’s message centres on the story of the Roman centurion whose faith is said to have amazed Jesus Himself. It was a faith that understood the true nature of Jesus’ divine authority. If we are truly children of God, we too will have a God-given authority that we can exercise to serve and to bless others.
