This week in the Compression we are ending the year with 90.8 Million. It may be a little short from the target but surely it is more than doubled from the previous year. Logan shares his learning from the time he started creating this quest; from keeping things in perspective, utilizing leverage up to leading his team effectively. This year, success was not only felt for the company but in Logan's self-image, health, and relationship with his family as well. He shares that his superpower is being able to look at a big goal and break it down, create habits and systems around them to be self-sustainable, and achieve those things. And the most important lesson in this quest is a goal is not just to achieve it but the becoming process while you are going into that end journey.
