I started this podcast in 2018 and for me this is the piece of content that gives me that time to truly connect with myself. However, it’s no longer fair to be riding the Consultant Life flagship. I maybe back or I may rebrand and create another podcast. But I know it’s certainly not a farewell. I’m truly grateful for all the support you’ve given me over the years and I hope I’ve given you some golden nuggets to implement into your life. So please don’t be afraid to let social media be your secret weapon. Love Katie.

In this podcast I want to encourage you to revisit something you’ve always wanted to do, but “life” stopped you. From degree or career choices you did when you were younger.

In this episode I cover easy ways to make money from LISA’s, bank account switching and side hustle tax allowance. Have the best March!

In this podcast I walk you through how I’m adapting my goals to meet my health. Habbit best tracker & daily stoic. What February is going to look like for me. The boring, but vital building blocks.

The ups and downs of 2023. Lots of advice throughout this and how I’m personally tailoring my goal approach for this year.

In this episode I talk about just giving self love when I’ve been ill, what Christmas is about and some card action. Hope you enjoy and I’ll see you in 2024!

Hey y’all, let’s talk about November. The last half of the year I’m feeling very optimistic. However, I did have a hit with now being nightshade intolerant, BUT I feel I’ve handled it 10x better than before. Next month will be a gut health focused podcast for anyone like me. Also, went pumpkin picking for the first time. It was insane! FYI start Xmas shopping now!

This for me personally is my most vulnerable podcast. Leaving trading behind & getting help. I hope it helps anyone in the same situation I was. Take care my friends.

A bit of an emotional one, but sometimes life is. For anyone with chronic pain I hope this helps you feel less alone. Here’s to letting go of trading and coming back another day. Tearing up because even though many things didn’t go to plan. One thing that did was meeting my now boyfriend that I am truly grateful for.

Seasonal affective disorder in summer? You are not alone & here’s what I’m doing to help. Also, some exciting news! Hopefully next month I’ll know more
