Hey guys, welcome to Continuous Profit. Today I want to talk to you about something which is built and once you understand what it is, you're going to want to build one this week. Like today, everybody today is using AI, Obviously. You know, you have your subscriptions, you have your prompts, you have your tutorials, the whole thing, right? Most people are getting the output that sounds sometimes a little bit generic. If you're doing like copywriting or if you're doing social media, it feels a little off brand, you know, that's the feedback that sometimes we get close, it's almost there, but it's not quite right. So here's what we figure out and this is why we took a little bit of a break last week, because I was really working on, on this process throughout the entire week and you know, I was tweaking, I was doing different versions and we figured out that AI obviously is not, is not broken. I mean you have, you see these statements out there, it's like, yo, AI doesn't work anymore, blah, blah, blah, blah. That's it, it's not for you. And you have the AI fanatics, right? So you know, you might fall somewhere in between. I was definitely the guy falling in between. And after last week where we fully dove in, I understood that for our process for Content Momentum and the podcast, we had something missing. The foundation, right. So today I'm going to show you exactly what that foundation is, why matters, and how to build it in, in under one hour, which is so good. So this episode is going to be around 20 minutes, so pay attention, I'll save you month months of frustration. This was like me talking to Claude, talking to ChatGPT, trying different versions, trying different things. And let me tell you, like we executed it with one of our customers and they were mind blown. We executed it with ourselves and I mean the output is like 99% right there. It's so good. So first let me tell you exactly what happened when I built one, right? So I didn't just build it because I read about it, I built this part, this thing that I'm going to show you, like, because I needed it, right? Like I didn't see any tutorials, anything. Like we started to get into, you know, we started building something for our customer and we're like, man, we really need to frame it, frame the message this way. And if you're familiar with our six levers, we're talking about the research aspect and the creation aspect. How do we save the message, how do we tell the stories, right? So you Know, in the next few months, you're going to start to hear a little bit about our story. We're in a new chapter. You know, personally, me and Fonse and in the business, don't worry, we're not going anywhere. We have something on the, in the soccer world and we're basically rebuilding some things and, you know, we'll let you know just a little bit. So I really wanted to build what was next for our content and not only for ourselves, but also for the service very intentionally. Right. Like, we don't, we didn't really want to react to like, the types of content that are trending and, and all this thing we wanted to create proactively and make our life sincerely a lot easier. Right. So I sat down and, you know, we actually did the work, we did the prompting, we did the, the back and forth. We tested a few, a few tools. I answered the deep questions, I went through personally, my own origin story with this new thing early in the business, the hard sessions, the beliefs I operate from, but never really, you know, we never really share those out loud. You know, everybody tells you in the content, hey, share about yourself, share about your stories. 1 say that I, that I like a lot is like, share about your, your scars, not your wounds, meaning things that were hard at the time, obviously, but now you can actually talk a little about it. Not something that's so recent that, you know, we cry together in camera. Right? But, you know, there's. It has been like really hard to kind of frame the messaging around my own stories because they're all in here. So it's almost like I needed a sounding board with whatever tool and the AI tool or Claude or ChatGPT to be like, how can I relate this? Maybe I forgot something. So I really wanted to capture that. So here's the thing that I didn't expect. I didn't expect, you know, clarity, not just the productivity, but I didn't expect clarity. Like things I knew about myself, but never organized it into words, like stories that, like, where deep down that somewhat related, made me who I am today. So suddenly, like all the AI tools I was using, especially ChatGPT, started producing output that actually sounded like me, which is insane. I was like, man, like. And I sent it to a few people like, man, this is crazy. And I tried the same process with a customer and for them, their mind was blown, right? And this is a customer that has everything. You know, they know who they're sell to, they know who they talk to, they're very in touch with their actual customer. And we started building this. And funny enough, as we were building, they were also building a parallel something like that, right? I almost acted like, okay, if my copywriter needed my mind, why would I tell my copyright, right? So we started building these agents and giving them something like very real that they can grab from to create the messaging and to create the stories and to create the frameworks and the things that we share here on the podcast, right? So as this thing starts, you know, asking me questions, this thing meaning like the agent, right? I have more material than I thought, more and, and more stuff that what you see online, right? Like, and you know, it was never organized. It was all in my head. I was like, I never like, kept a diary, right? So I was like, how do I actually put this in paper? And so let me, let me actually break it down. So there's, there's three to five things we can see that you might want to listen. So what is not. Let's start there. Like what, what's not a context document? The context document is not a bio, right? It's a summary. A bio is just a summary of like the things that you did. It's not like intelligence, right? Is not a brand guide. The brand guy will tell you like the colors and the fonts and you know, not know how you really think. Because we want to have like a sounding board that is almost like I'm talking to the least, you know, as for a. For our own case, right? Like for you, we like a second to you, right? And it's not a business plan. Those are for like, those are future focus. Those are context document is. Is very truth based for like who you are like in the root, right? So here's the definition for you. It's a living document that captures who you are, why you build what you believe and you make this and how you make the decisions and how you sound. So again, is a living document that captures who you are, what you built, what you believe, how you make your decisions and how you sound super cool, right? So I think like, everybody needs one. After I made mine, I was like, everybody needs this. And I'm literally grabbing these context documents from myself, Luis, and then from business, and I'm putting them together. And that is the learning documents that we put it at every agent that works for us on the AI world, like whether that's a copywriter, whether that is, you know, some, some agents making us make decisions or optimizer processes, like that's the context that they need to think like us Almost, right? So this is why I feel like every business needs one. You know, there's three to five things that we can share today. And you know, as we continue to develop, let us know. So number one, AI tools are only as smart as what you give them. And like, this is the worst that they will be. Like, they will just get better and better and better. And if you're not on the AI train, I highly recommend starting dipping your toe and try shooting. So if you give AI a paragraph about yourself, for example, to get paragraph level output, give it your full story, your beliefs, your voice, your customer. Like everything changes. The tool didn't get smarter. The foundation is what got stronger, right? So like, you know, if try, try this way, you know, you have your Agent or your ChatGPT or Cloud on one side without your context and you'll be like, hey, write, help me write a piece of content about this thing, right? And again, like we like to create content is we like to riff and then that is also part of the context and then it writes right, but give it that. And then after this episode, create your context document, put them in there as a knowledge base and then run the same prompt. You be mind blown on how good and how it frames and how it relates to the story that you already have in your head and we can connect the dots. Keep in mind, AI might not be smarter than us just yet for certain reasons, but for certain things. But I think like connecting all the dots based on your goals and your objectives and your things is incredible, right? So number two, your brand voice lives in your head and it needs to get out. Especially when, you know, we're podcasters, we may be solopreneurs, maybe we have a smaller VA teams. Like, it's all in here and like you have feel the noise. That's how I felt. Like I felt a lot of noise in my head. And once I started not only, you know, putting in writing, but sharing it and documenting it through these questions, it helped me out ton. So most entrepreneurs know exactly how they sound in a real conversation, but the moment they sit down to write content or a brief to whatever copywriter or somebody that helps you with content, something gets lost, right? There's always something that we might be missing. So our context document is how you capture the voice and use it everywhere, like forever. Like, you're never, ever, ever going to forget any of that. And like we, this is my next step. I think we're going to start doing like monthly updates to update the context document. So it's always you know, thinking about those things and always present, you know, if, when we talk to it or when we prompt it. Right. Number three, it's a clarity tool as much as a productivity tool. So we didn't just build this to make our AI work better. We built it because I needed to know what exactly the beliefs that we're following and, and how the angle sometimes like, you know how sometimes you're trying to explain something, you don't really know how to explain it. Kind of like this episode, but. But like that's what it was. Like, how can I actually frame what is the angle? Like I needed somebody to almost like explain my thoughts back to me, which is crazy to think about. But it's like, well, every time I told the story or share that, it would talk back to me and be like, here's what I understood. And it was spot on. And it's like, man, like, you did it. You explained this better than I did, which is awesome. But things I believe, you know, about money, about building, about where we're going. Right. Sometimes we don't know what we don't know. And it's crazy to think we think we know. But it's a, is a very eye opening exercise this of the context document. So answering those questions on paper changes how you also show up, especially during content writing conversations, in decisions. And again, I want to be very clear, this is not for the agent or the AI to create 100% of, of the content for you. No, this is like a sounding board. This is, hey, this is my rift, this is my expertise. I really want to create content about this. What do you think? You know, based on my goals, on my background on all this, these data points and how can we write something that's really specific or write the podcast descriptions or write the YouTube channel descriptions. Right. That we don't sound like. Sorry. That we don't sound like a robot. Right. Number four, it makes every person on your team faster. So this is maybe an untapped potential for this. I haven't really tried it yet, but we're about to do it. Like, you know, we have a process in our service with content momentum with the copywriters and the VAs in our team that they're basically writing the social media captions and the podcast descriptions. And this is for hundreds of episodes every single month, you know, for different types of customers. Anything from entertainment to high end education. We have healthcare, we have politics, we have everything. Right. So we have to craft, you know, first it was really hard because we had to like hire a specific copywriter for each one of them. Right now we have the help of tools like AI that can help you do that. But at the same time it's like, how do you define a prompt that sounds. Or how do you design, how do you write? Like gym, our healthcare show, for example. Right. So now with this agent, you can plug it in in different parts of your process, whether that is research side the creation. I, how do I frame this message based on these goals that I have and based on the guest goals, how do I write the captions based on that? On our goals and our call to actions on our, you know, we're promoting this thing. Like, how do we actually give the instructions to an editor so they actually can, it helps them frame it in a way that benefits the business. Right. So if you have a new copywriter context document, if you have a new editor, like even if you do context documents for each one of them, that'll be, that'll be awesome. So new team member who needs to understand what Beesworth is and what we stand for, send them the context document. Like they can understand what we're coming from. Not just for the AI, but also for the team and the people. Like, I, I know where this is going, I know where the company is going. And now we can create together in the same direction. Right? So you also start, stop explaining yourself and start building a foundation that everybody really connects. Almost like a knowledge base of what that is. In fact, as we're building this ourselves, like I said, one of our clients, we're building an imperial. And on Friday when we checked in, I was like, hey guys, I've been building this document, check it out. And they're like, oh, this is insane. This is very funny. We've also been building that and they share it with us. And it was mass helpful to understand kind of where they're going and really what they want to build. So the fifth reason is obviously, you know, I think it compounds over time. Version 1 is not your final version. Every time you have a new story, a new insight, a new belief that you think is worth capturing, you need to add it to this document, right? Like in six months you might be having a living document that is most valuable thing in your business. I do believe it does get better the longer that you use it. So I built in my internal process every month a few questions to answer so we can start adding to this context document that it's living. And by the way, like my personal context document, the version one was 22 pages. I don't think I could sit down and write 22 pages about myself, even if I try really, really hard, Right? So it's like the second I read it, the second I saw, I was like, mind blowing. Like, Fonse, you need to do this. Right? So, so now you guys are okay. Louise, I want to really see, like, how, how, how you can build something like this. So this is how you. This is how you build it. It's three steps and you can start today. Right? You ready? Cool. All right, we're going to do it as simple as possible. And like I always say, if you have any questions, we have business creator club, and we meet Every Friday at 12:30 Eastern, open Q and A, almost like office hours. And we've been talking about these things to help, you know, facilitate the content process, which is super cool. So here we go. Three easy steps for you to start today. So number one, start with a conversation, not a blank document. This was a massive hack for me. I was like, talk to the AI. And the idea came from, you know, talking to my dad about, about AI. Sorry, my wife texted me, oh, my God, my adhd. Okay. I'm talking to my dad about AI and he's asked me, it's like, dude, Luis, I don't know how to use AI. Do you have a video that teaches me how to do it? And I'm like, yeah, you can find these tutorials online on the basics of it, but I feel like they lack context because they have these generic tools and you can really use AI or Claude or ChatGPT for many things. Right? So how does it apply to you? And talking to him on the funnels, I realized something. I'm like, we can ask AI to teach me how to work with that with AI based on my projects or the things that I need to do. So massive hack. Ask AI the best way to work with them. Be like, hey, I am this person. This is my goal. How can I work with you? Teach me. So basically that's what I did. But anyways, step one, start with the conversation. Don't open a Google Doc and try to, like, describe yourself. You Basically write your LinkedIn bio and you will despise it, right? So here's what I'll do. Have a conversation. Use an AI tool to interview you one question at a time. That was massive. I didn't say, hey, give me all the questions. Like, just ask me one question at a time. Let the real stories come out, the origin, the hard questions, the decisions. Like, and if you're here's the fun part, you might frame it as a. As a one thing. Try to be as neutral as possible, but also, like, share the things that drive you. You know, maybe things that you don't want to share publicly, but those are the real things that make you. Right. Like, messy is totally okay. Real is essential. Your goal is like, capturing that raw material, not a polished document. And I sort of got like, the. The hack here is not to type it. Like, if you receive the question, talk back to it. So there is. You can have the AI capture that. Like, there's, you know, you can talk to ChatGPT or Claude. I recommend Claude because that's the one that. That I saw. A more solid material for now. And you can talk back to it and it will ask you things back, which is crazy. So like I said at the end, you'll see there's a link right below where you can download the prompt to get all this started. Right. So step two, go deeper than you think. You need to write surface level answers. Produce surface level output, right? Crop in, crop out. So go deep. I remember there was an answer. I spoke for like eight minutes, and I was like, this is the detail. And I did this because of this thing. And then this happened. And then, you know, because of that happened, this is what I thought. And literally just like regurgitated the stories, right? The most useful material is the uncomfortable stories. Your relationship with money, that was a huge one, right? The. The moment that maybe you almost quit. You know, what you wish you could say when someone asks you what to do, sometimes they're like, you know, you know, how industries, we're like, hey, how you doing? Oh, yeah, I'm doing good. Like, well, sometimes we're not good. And maybe we feel this way. And I think it's because of this. Maybe, you know, I feel this way because of that other thing. So I actually had to answer a bunch of questions that I would never ask myself out loud. That's where the best stuff really lives, not the highlight reel. So ask the hard ones. What would disappoint the younger version of you? What will you believe about building? You know, but most people would disagree with. And. And it's crazy because, like, he was feeding me these questions, and I was like, wow, this is better than therapy session. So, and now step three, very simple, right? Organize it, version it, and use it everywhere. So take all that raw material and structure it. You know, identity, story beliefs, behavioral, you know, behavior patterns, your voice, your story bank, you know, there, if you're in a podcast environment, like if you're a podcaster, you go guest or you like, go on events, like, there's these stories that you always share. Capture those, right? Maybe there's also a secondary or a third story, and maybe you don't share that much. Put it in there, right? I will call this version one. You just have to be perfect. You just have to exist. That's the starting point. You can always add to it, right? And then grab it, export as a PDF tool and put it as a knowledge base or a file. Your AI, your AI agents or your AI tools. And this is a cool part. It's like the reason we created it this way. Obviously we use an AI tool to help us capture this information, but whatever tool comes out, that is, the people say that is better. We can grab these context documents and fit it into the knowledge base and be like, use that as well, like research, but use that as your frame to frame the results that you're giving me, right? You can also give it to your team, you can give it to your AI agents, you can give it to your vendors. If you want, you can create a vendor version of this, right? Like, for example, I'm sharing the bistros one with a team. I'm not sharing my personal one, for example, because my personal one, I think is more for me when I go and create content like this, for example. So I know they're like, oh, Louise, well, how do I start? Well, to make it a little easier. So here's, here's what we put together, which is, which is really, really, really cool. So everything I just taught you, you know, the AI tools like ChatGPT Cloud, highly recommend doing this with Claude. If you have another preference in a different tool, go try it out there. How I, how this helped me was comparing two tools I did. I ran the same process first on ChatGPT and then in Claude in parallel. And as soon as I start seeing that cloud got a better output, I fully dove into Claude. But anyways, anything? Yeah, all these concepts that we just talked about, it all works better when this foundation exists. Like your copywriter output, your, you know, your content, your ideation, your research, everything, right? So the process is very simple. It's just one conversation for an hour. And I literally, I did this while I was walking my dog. I ran my phone, I was talking to my phone when I was walking my dog. So we knocked two birds, one stone, right? So this version one document changes how you create forever. And we're going to use this for, to rebuild our websites. We're going to do this to rebuild the podcast website. It's. I'm excited. You know, we package everything you need to know in this starter prompt that we're going to be sharing. It's just one page SOP I think might be, you know, two. We'll see. It's going to be a link in the show notes and then you can just run that prompt and you're going to have version one done today. Super cool. So on the next episode I'm going to show you. Maybe we'll see. Depends on the response of the this episode. But I'll share it just in case. If you want to be on top on that context document, you know, almost like your boards of advisors. And this is what I'm working on right now. So if you really want that, just send me a message or comment on the episode. Be like this. We want the boards of advisors agent. And basically it's like an AI that knows your business, your pressure test. It helps you or with different decisions that you might want to take based on where you are today. Right. It's almost like, you know, you know how AI tends to be like super positive all the time. It's like almost you have to tell us, like, no push against me. Like, if I'm saying something stupid, tell me I'm saying something stupid. But. But anyway, so what I'll do is I'll put that starter prompt in a link right below in the episode and you can just literally copy and paste it, put it in your favorite AI tool and go run with it. If you need a little bit more help with it or if you have any questions, come join us in Business Creator Club. We meet every Friday at 12:30. But also there's resources in there. This episode is going to be there together with the prompt so people can see it. Come hang out and let's just make content better and just have fun in the doing the process. Guys, thank you so much for tuning in and I'll see you on the next episode. Take care.
