Foreign. Welcome to the Courage and Clarity podcast. I'm your host, Steph Crowder. I'm a former sales training director who's helped thousands of entrepreneurs earn a living doing something they love over the past 10 years. On your journey, you'll need the courage to be bold, to take risks, and to do what looks crazy on paper. You'll also need the clarity, the brass tacks, simple strategies that actually work. And on this podcast, we deliver both in equal measure. Oh, and by the way, we've got absolutely no time for bs, gross marketing tactics or get rich quick schemes. Just sustainable business strategies for good humans with big dreams. If that sounds like you, you're in the right place. Let's go. Hello there friends. Welcome to the podcast. This is episode number 125, and on today's episode, we are talking all about my high level Mastermind. It is sold out group programs. And today I want to answer the question, is this Mastermind right for you? What exactly is it? What is the sold out group programs Mastermind and what sets it apart? The reason I'm talking to you about this today is I have decided to do a very kind of just like, small invitation because I've been having conversations with a lot of you who have been thinking about the Mastermind, or maybe you just saw that I was launching my same day sales program, which is a more foundational, you know, sales training program. Some of you have been reaching out to say, like, you know, I actually think I might be a better fit for something more high level. I'm more advanced, I'm further along, I'm looking for more intensive support. And so I decided I'm not going to be doing, you know, a sort of bigger campaign for the Mastermind for a few more months. And I just decided that I wanted to extend the invitation to a very small number of new clients for this moment in time. So I actually have a couple of really juicy and exciting bonuses available for joining the Mastermind now. And I only have literally eight spots available as of this moment. And I've been having a lot of different conversations. So if you want to, you know, hear more about what I'm offering, go ahead and put in your application so that we can have a full conversation. You'll be invited to have a full hour long sales call with me where I will help kind of, you know, ask questions, listen to your situation, everything you have going on right now, and I'll be able to offer what I would sort of prescribe as your game plan if you were to come into the program. I will tell you exactly what your customized individual plan would be. I'll usually pick out about three main things that we would tackle together. And I can really give you a sense of exactly what you would need to do in your individual situation to really hit the ground running and, you know, have a solid start to working with me for the next year. So I just want to start by saying you can go to stephcrowder.com mastermind and that is going to take you to the page where you can put in your application. Like I said, I have just a very small number of spots that I'm allowing in for this particular little period that I'm doing. And this is only available. I'm going to close it up on Friday, April 25th. Okay. So the way this is going to work is you will apply, you will enroll before the 25th if it's a fit for you, which again, I can help you figure out on our call together. And you're going to be immediately added into our back end so you can start digging into some of the curriculum I'm going to tell you about today. You can start listening to my vault of amazing coaching calls. I literally have had clients make back more than their investment, maybe even 2, 3, 4x their investment before our year together actually began. So you have this like bonus time with a lot of my materials. We let you into the community and your time will officially start like your year. The clock of your year will start on Monday, May 12th. So I know this probably sounds like it's a long time away, but believe it or not, it's really coming up quick. If you want to be part of this, you want to be part of this group that is getting started on May 12, you have to be enrolled by April 25. So you can go to stephcrowder.com mastermind if you think one of these spots is for you, I would love to chat. So I knew I had to do this episode because over the past couple of years that I've been running the Sold out Group programs Mastermind, it used to be called the Messy Middle. It's now called Sold out Group Programs. Though, to be honest with you, I just want to real quick say, even if you don't have a group program, what, what is a group program? Just first of all, any kind of group offer. Some people are like, I don't have a group program, I have a membership. Or I don't have a group program, I have a course. All of that is a group program. Okay. It's like you're serving people in a group. But even if you feel like your business model falls into something different, I just want to say up front that I have clients in the Mastermind who are not doing groups right. Right now I have clients doing one on one type of work, whether that's coaching and even service providing. So all of the strategies that I teach inside of the Mastermind will work even if you are doing more one on one type of work. So I just like to say that off the top, I don't want the words group programs to be something that makes you think like, oh, you kind of. That sort of seemed like it was for me. But you know, I'm not sure about that piece. What I will say is that the majority of my clients, maybe even all of my clients think, you know, even if they're not doing groups right now though, a lot of them are, they think to themselves, there's probably a group offer that I'm going to work, put out there and work towards one day. So even if it's not now, maybe you're doing one on one work right now. You know that scaling to a one to many or one to more kind of offer is likely in your future. This could be a fit for you. So like I said, because I've been having lots of conversations with people reaching out, I really did want to break it down. Because, you know, even if you've been following me for a while, maybe you've watched me kind of go through a few launch cycles of this, I know that there sometimes is still the question, like, what exactly is it and what sets it apart? This offer, this container, this way of working with clients has become something I have fallen head over heels in love with. My heart and soul and brain, all of me is so invested in this program and my client results like truly speak for themselves. The transformations and the, you know, results that my clients get, I think is a huge reason why so many people resign with me and stay on as one of my clients for just for years. And that's because this is such a unique program and it really is a special program. So I wanted to share a little bit more about exactly what you could expect if this is something that you've thought about, but you're just, you know, haven't really pulled the trigger so far. Okay. So I want to start by just sharing why I created the Mastermind and who it's really for. Okay, so first of all, this is really for more advanced entrepreneurs who feel like you need more than the basics. You may very likely identify as being in the messy middle of entrepreneurship. So even though the program is now called sold out group programs, it is still very much about weathering that messy middle season. So what do I mean by that? When you're a beginner, you have beginner problems. And I'm not gonna say it's not hard. It's certainly there's like so many different problems that we tackle as beginners and we talk about most of those problems over in my same day sales program. But then you get to a point where like actually things are, are working, right? Like you've had some success, you've made some money at this, you've worked with clients like you, you have a real business now and it's super exciting and yet you still feel far off, somewhat far off from where you ultimately want to be. I've been calling this like the middle miles of a marathon, right? It's like you're 13 miles in, 15 miles in, 16 miles in, and it's like you've already run a lot, but you're like, holy crap. Like there's still, there's still like so much more that I want to do and so many other levels that I want to go to in this space. It starts to feel messy, it starts to feel sticky, it starts to feel inconsistent, right? It's like I've had some success, but then a setback and then, you know, I'm working really hard. I don't want to burn out. Like, there's so many considerations that go into this season of business. It is my strong belief that I've had for years now that when you get to this point in business, having a business coach and having support is non optional. And I really do mean that. And that's coming from somebody who didn't have a coach when she was in the messy middle and quit, right? Convinced myself that it was all too hard and all too scary and I was destined to fail. So I broke my business before it could break me. And when I came back to business, I vowed that I would never go without support again. Some of you are out here right now trying to do this on your own or trying to just do it with your business friends. And I have to tell you, it's a recipe for disaster at the end of the day. I'm not saying you're 100% going to quit, but certainly it's my lived experience that when you're just inside your own brain and you're not expanding your mindset and you're not expanding your Strategies. I just had a conversation this week with someone who was super successful a couple of years ago and everything has just stopped working. And you might not feel like everything has stopped working, but certainly what for me, what that speaks to is that the game does change. We have to keep updating our strategies. And that is one thing that I teach in the Mastermind is the most updated sales strategies, the most updated business strategies. It is a place to get the support that you need to go the distance. And what we really focus on in the Mastermind are repeatable sales systems and consistent revenue. Right? So creating consistency to be consistently sold out in your business, whatever you consider sold out to be your, your personal definition, it could be group programs that every spot is taken. It could be one on one coaching, you're, you're full. It could be a course that you sell that you, you know, hit all the numbers that you hope to hit, right? So whatever your definition of sold out is, that is what we're helping you work towards. This is really a program for scaling business owners and it really is for folks who are looking for high touch, personalized support. The truth of the matter is when you're a newer entrepreneur, you can get really far with cookie cutter advice, right? Can get really far with training programs and coursework. But there comes a point in business where you need individualized, personalized feedback in, you know, this one size fits all business building stops working. Okay? You need to have the individual nuances and the quirks of your business and your personality and your niche and your industry. All of it needs to be taken into account and know before you ask, Chat GPT is not a business. Okay? I actually put a post on Instagram about this. If you haven't seen it, you can go check it out at. Hey, Steph Crowder. ChatGPT is so helpful for so many things, but being your business coach is not one. Okay? We don't hire a computer to, to be, you know, an actual brain, okay? It's a great research buddy, it's a great organizer, it's a great research assistant, but it's not your mentor. And if you're treating it as such, it's only a matter of time before it's not, you know, it's gonna kind of fall apart at the seams, right? So if you've been following me for a while, like I said, you might be wondering whether this Mastermind could be a fit for you. And I know you have a lot of different choices out there in terms of different coaches that you could work with. And different programs that you can do. And that's why I really wanna break it down. So let's start by talking about what exactly the sold out group programs mastermind is. And then we're going to talk about what sets it apart. Okay, so quick overview of the program. This is like I said, a high level intensive coaching program. It's a year long. It used to be six months, now it's a year, which I love. I love that we've extended it to a year. I did that because six months would just go by so fast. And most of my clients, like the majority of my clients were resigning at six months. And I just thought to myself, if they're going to be resigning anyway, let's just go ahead and make it a year. There's something, I experienced this because I've worked with my mentors for a year at a time. And there is something that happens mentally when you make a commitment to work with a business coach for a year and you get to say to yourself, I've got my coach for the next year, like, I know what I'm doing. I have a year to really uplevel. And so I love the commitment that that brings. And also I would find that when people would get to the six month mark with me, like things were just starting to get really fun. Like we were just starting to like really have a breakaway in a lot of cases. I mean, some people get there in, you know, three or four months, but like by, by six months for sure, like things are starting to happen. And I hated that I would have to maybe say goodbye to people at that stage if they didn't resign. So for an entire year you get the level of support that we provide. I'm gonna go deeper into what those, these different sort of pillars of support are. But one thing I always like to, to say when I think about my mastermind is it is just unparalleled support. There is so there are so many ways to get coaching in this program. It's like I sometimes think of it as like 360 degrees of support. It's like no matter what your style is, no matter what your calendar looks like, no matter what you've got going on in your life, I mean, I think you all know I'm in an incredibly busy season in my life of, with the ages of my kids and my business and everything else that's pulling for my attention, I really desired to create a program where you could get in and get out, get what you need and not have to feel like you're falling behind. There really is no falling behind in this program because you can just get support so quickly. And so I don't wanna say effortlessly cause there's always effort required. But there's just so many different types of support for you to receive that can be appropriate in different situations and different use cases which I'll describe. So at a high level, what if we were to look at the structure? The way I would really break it down is weekly coaching calls with me, weekly group coaching calls where you can get coached. Individual support on those calls so you can get coached on our calls. Personalized support that is available via our feedback submission process and through our coaching channel that we, we use Slack. And I always like to say like I am one tag away in Slack, right. Monday through Friday, myself and my coaching team are in there coaching our clients. You do not have to wait for the next call to get coached. We're there for you, you know, anytime you need us. Right. Within 24 business hours. We're getting back to our clients on weekdays. There's also the actionable curriculum. So this curriculum is like a vault of all of the amazing things that I've created In the past 10 years of my career. The star of the show is probably my Buzz Blitz process, which is my full launch process. It includes over 50 email templates backed by sales psychology. And I explain the sales psychology to you of each email and also calendars for how to plan your launch and what to do on each of the days. And honestly it's very plug and play. I have people come into the program and immediately double their launches just by using my Buzz Blitz process. All right. And like I said, that includes email templates, webinar strategy, so much more. Like I already said, the program is a year long. It is 8, 000 for the year, which I think is an incredibly reasonable rate if you look across the industry at other options available. And there is a six month payment plan available and it's, it doesn't really cost any more to do the six month payment plan. Which brings it down to, I think about, I think it's 1,335per month for six months for all of the support that you get in the program. And again, I work, I'm going to talk more about this too. I work with my clients to help them at least break even on their investment. But the majority of my clients are doubling, even tripling their investment within the first six months, let alone a year. Right. And a lot of my clients are doing much more. I have One client who within the first, I think month or two, 20x his investment in the program just by getting started with our tools and our curriculum and our templates. So you know, if you apply yourself, of course and you ask for coaching, it's so possible to make this a reality. All right, so let's talk about what does set this mastermind apart. So I already mentioned this a bit, but I just, you know, I can't hit the nail on the head enough here. Unmatched personalization and support. So you may have the experience of going into other group programs or even other masterminds where you kind of feel like just a face in the crowd. In our program, my clients are often blown away by how seen and heard they really feel. I will know your business. I will remember your business. I will know things about your business that you will wonder how I even remember that. But I will, because I have a process and because that is my commitment in the mastermind is to really get to know on a pretty intimate level what is going on in my clients businesses. Okay. You will get one on one feedback from me. It's individual one on one coaching in a group environment. It is this beautiful, best of both worlds. Like I always tell people, I don't do one on one coaching because I believe that my group program is better than one on one. And that's because you get all the benefits of one on one, all the individualized support that you want. But you're also receiving the benefit of watching everybody else get coached and you have the objectivity when you're watching other people get coached to apply what's being taught to your own business. So any given coaching call is like 10x right? Cause you're watching 10 different coaching interactions even if you don't come with a question that day. Right. So I know my clients very deeply and like I said, they are just consistently amazed at how well I remember the details of their business. And I think that is why they continue to come back. So as I mentioned, there is coaching every single week with me. I am on 90 of my calls. You know, when I have a vacation or I have, you know, kids, kids stuff, there will be one of my amazing, talented coaches or, or even a guest coach, like a guest workshop. Sometimes I have my peers come in, but for the very, very most part it's me every single week with my clients. And that's something that's, you know, I, I do in the mastermind specifically so my clients can bring their questions, their challenges. And it really is like having A coach that you can talk to just, you know, every single week. You can ask for feedback on your sales page, your launch assets or even your 90 day plan. So that's our feedback submission process that we use for those things. So in addition to, in addition to our coaching calls, we have this feedback submission process where you get to submit up to four pieces of what really whatever in your business per month. So that could be your 90 day plan, which I'll tell you about in just a second. Your sales page, your webinar slides, anything that you think would be helpful for us. To help you get where you're going, myself and my team provide very detailed feedback. Oftentimes we're sending back a loom video. Kind of breaking things down is incredibly hands on and helps you action on it and go and get results. Now, about the 90 day plan. So this is something that I think is really unique to my program. I have this process inside our curriculum called 90 Day Planning and it's where I help you learn exactly how to create two types of goals in your business in 90 days. You need to know your money goal. So like your revenue goal for the next 90 days and you need to have an audience goal. And I teach you exactly, number one, how to discover what yours should be in a way that is doable and realistic. And I also help you discover what your MMAs or money making activities are that are going to get you there. So you create your plan which I guide you through how to do it. That alone is like, before I even get involved with your plan, you're going to feel so clear. Then you get to send it to me through our feedback submission process and I will give you a video back with all of my thoughts of like, here's where I think you're on track. Here's what I think you could be missing, here's what you should do differently and here's. I hate to be the magician who shows her trick, but when clients are like, how do you know my business so well? This is a big reason why when you do a 90 day plan for me, it really helps me understand, okay, I know exactly what this person is up to. I know what their goals are. So then when I see you in coaching, when I see you in my Slack channel, I know what your bigger goal is. And I would say that is really my gift as a coach. That is really my secret sauce is I've always been told this by mentors and people I've worked with that my gift is making complex things simple. So when I help you put to, like, when we do these 90 day plans, it feels like you're doing the impossible. You're like, how do I break down these, like, crazy big, aspirational, overwhelming goals that I have? We help you do that through my 90 day planning process. And then I'm really, really good at helping my clients stay laser focused week by week by week on what it's gonna take to get to that, you know, those goals that you set out for in your 90 days. Okay, so that piece is huge. Now, I also just want to mention that one of the things that I think is so great, like in keeping with the feedback submission process and also our Slack community that I mentioned, where we are doing coaching every single business day is as amazing as my group coaching calls are. You don't have to wait for the next one in order to get coached. Okay? You can get answers right away via Slack within 24 business hours. A lot of times faster. We will be there for you. So you don't have to wait. If it's like, you know, we have our coaching call and then it's like the next day and you're like, oh, shoot, I have this question. I'm gonna have to wait all the way till the next call. We're there for you in between the calls as well, so there's always a place for you to go to get coaching. This is what I mean by 360 degrees of support. It's like, if there's not a call happening, there's the community. If you want our eyeballs on something, you get to submit for feedback. There's just so many different ways to get what you need. Okay. So I also just want to share and touch on, you know, some of the success that my clients have been achieving inside of the programs. As I mentioned, you know, it is definitely a deep commitment of mine as well as my team to help our clients get really amazing support in the program. And not just support in the program, but results. Okay. I think a lot what I've seen over the past 10 years is I see a lot of coaches and I disagree with this. Right off the bat, I want to tell you, I disagree with this. A lot of coaches abdicate their responsibility of the job they were hired to do by putting it back on the client. And what they'll say is, like, well, I'm not responsible for your results. Like, that's what you're like, you're responsible for your results. And I have to say there was probably a time in my career that I was like, well, that makes sense. Right? It's no longer my belief. Right. I see it as like, it kind of takes two to tango. Right. I see. Whenever a client chooses to work with me, I see it as a job that I'm being hired for. And I don't know about you, but if somebody hires me to do something I'm wanna do, I wanna hold up my end of the bargain. And so, yes, I believe that it is partially my responsibility. Like if I have a, if I have a program and my clients aren't getting results, that's on me. Like, it can be easy to be like, well, that, you know, they, they, they aren't doing what they're supposed to be doing. Like, you know, I can't come to their house and make them do it. And while that's true, if you are having a program where your clients are not getting results, the person you have to look at is yourself. So I have created a culture of really solid results. And that is not an accident. My clients work really hard, they come to coaching, they apply themselves. So, yes, I need you to do that part. Maybe not every week over the next year, you're going to take vacations, you're going to have things pop up. And all of that is completely fine. By the way, for those of you who are out there, wait, quote, unquote, waiting for a better time. There's no better time because there will always be in a year, there's always going to be. That hits the fan. There's always going to be emergencies, accidents, economies going up, economies going down. Like, there's always going to be circumstances, which is another reason that I've made it a year. But if you make it your intention to show up, at least, ideally once a week, even just popping in, whether it's to the call or to our community, submitting something for feedback, something, you know, every week you are going to make so much progress. You know, just thinking about the results that our clients have created inside of the program, I'm actually just kind of looking at one of the things that we do in the mastermind that I think is so cool is we have such a healthy culture of celebrating. So I talk a lot about celebration as a sales, a sales strategy. And there's actually really solid research out of Harvard Business School about how people who celebrate make more money, people who celebrate have more success. And so just we have this whole channel inside of our program of clients celebrating the amazing things that are happening. For example, just looking at it right now, one of my clients just this week said, I made over 16k in revenue in March and over 43k in Q1. That's more than I've ever made. I had a client just yesterday running a webinar that she put together. I just did this brand new high converting sales webinar training and she surpassed her best goal. So like, her sort of like, you know, the goal that she set, that she was really aiming for was 65. She ended up going over that goal. She was at 66. I think she actually even ended up in the 70s when the, when the webinar was actually delivered. Another client just said, sold a third intensive. So that was something I worked with. This client on Coming into the program is putting together an intensive offer in just a few short months. She's sold her third intensive for this new offer, which is a high ticket item, which has been amazing. I have lots of clients celebrating new sales calls, people signing up for their programs, hitting their goals, making profound impacts on the world with their podcasts. So many amazing results are happening. It's like I can't even keep up with all of the great things that are being, you know, celebrated inside of the program. And so I think it's really, really important for me to kind of just reiterate that I take my client results really seriously. And that is why our clients, on average, double and triple their results. And again, like I said, oftentimes it's not unusual to see someone 5, 10, even 20x their return on investment in working with me. And that's because when you come into the program, we're talking about sales and sales strategy. So I know it can feel like a risk to put in $8,000. And it might be tempting to look at it as like, oh, I have to sink in $8,000 to get the coaching right. Like, I have to give away $8,000. Yes, I know the coaching's really valuable, but like, I'm parting with $8,000 and that can be really painful. What I would have you look at is very quickly we're going to work on helping you find the quickest path to making back your investment. So it's not like the 8,000. We don't want the goal to be $8,000 is down the drain forever. That's not the point of being in this mastermind. This is a scaling mastermind. You should be making money in this mastermind. Right. And so this is about making back your return on investment at minimum. And like I said, most of my clients are certainly going to do more than that. So I think that's really important to think about as well. And if you are interested in hearing more client stories, we have lots of testimonials. They've been on the podcast. You could scroll back. I'm going to be doing a new batch of interviews because I have new clients who are killing it lately. So we're going to do more podcast interviews. But you can also again go to stephcrowder.com mastermind and I've got lots of different cool client stories that are there, even some video testimonials. So this program has been around for years now and you know, I think I've probably helped over a 100. Yeah, I would say I've helped over 100 people in this mastermind. So it is definitely not a like trailblazing program. It is a tried and true at this point. Okay, I want to talk to you about the curriculum and what you're actually going to learn and implement. So I've already touched on a couple of these. But just to kind of put it in one place, there's a lot of great material for you. You actually get access to pretty much everything I have. You'll get my year on the wall if you don't that you will receive same day sales curriculum. So you really unlock this vault. Including all of my old coaching calls. Again, those alone are like gold. We have a private podcast for the coaching calls so you can, you know, just kind of. I keep thinking about learning by osmosis and how, you know, you can just pop in your headphones and hear me coaching people and receive a transformation from that alone. And you get to get started with that right away. Like if you join right now, you are going to get access to my coaching call replays right away, which is really exciting. But here are other things you're going to get access to right away. And these are the pieces that I think really make the programs shine. So as I mentioned, our 90 day planning process really is the cornerstone of your business planning. I will walk you through how to make a 90 day plan with both a money goal and an audience goal. Then we review it together, make sure you're on track. I send you a video back and tell you the things that you need to do to make it even stronger. I already mentioned my buzz blitz process, but this is definitely a fan favorite. My proven launch system that has generated over a million dollars in revenue for my own business, but also hundreds of thousands of dollars, probably a million in my clients businesses now too. You get access to the templates over 50 email templates, the sequences, the exact framework that I use to run my successful launches that my clients have replicated across so many different industries and niches as well. Webinar strategy. So like I said, I just updated this to be 2025 current. I actually just updated Buzz Blitz and my webinar strategy. Brand new stuff for 2025. So this is the framework that I use to create high converting sales webinars. Plus a breakdown of the psychology behind all of the steps. And like, what is the sales psychology that is making it work? So you're not just getting the tools, you're learning the why behind the tools. And when you understand the why, you'll be able to implement it that much better and also take it with you into the future. And like I said, we've got so many email templates, not just my Buzz Blitz templates, which are designed to help you increase sales and engagement, but also personal invitation templates. So we talk a lot about outreach and where to find leads and what to say to them. That's all included in this program as well. And one thing I don't do a good job mentioning is my sales call training. So I do sales calls in my business. I teach sales calls, I convert almost 100% of my sales calls, and I teach my exact five part framework that I do on every single one of my calls. So that training alone has made my clients so much money. So you get that in the program too. Okay, we're gonna talk about the community and kind of probably wrap it up from there. So I think I've been over most of this, but just to tie a bow on it, like I said, this mastermind is really not just about the coaching calls, it's the community. So not just myself and my coaches via our private Slack channel. I mean, that part is amazing. But how about the power of a supportive community where our sold out group programs members help each other and share their wins and share ideas and talk about what the latest podcasting strategies are and talk about what they're using ChatGPT for and what some of the really great prompts are right now. Right, so you're not just getting the tools and coaching, but you're also getting a network of like minded, high level entrepreneurs who are all striving for the same goals, even though they are scattered across so many different cool niches, which I think is really fun. And I think it's also important to just kind of, you know, mention that my clients, I just reflect on this all the time. My clients keep coming Back. I have clients that I've been working with for years, five years, some, in some cases even more than that. But certainly, like, since this mastermind has. Has been back, like 2022, I've had some clients that have stayed in the whole time. And I want to be clear that's not because it's not working for them, but it's because they don't want to leave. Okay. They're seeing such great results that they just want to keep rocking with me year after year. And it's an honor of a lifetime to have clients that trust me to that level and to get to be with them long enough to see the growth and to see the overall transformation. I mean, I have one client. I want to do a whole case study on this, but this was something that was shared in our community very recently. So I know that she wouldn't mind me sharing this, but I have a client who told me, and I'm going to just go ahead and read this. This client said. Over the past two years, with Steph as my business coach, I have gotten myself out of a pretty deep financial pit. I went from having to dip into savings every month and reducing my savings to a very scary level to now having a relatively comfortable amount of saving. Can we just pause? Okay. I went from having to dip into savings every month and reducing my savings to a very scary level to now having a relatively comfortable amount of savings, and I'm regularly paying all of my expenses without dipping into savings. When I started with working with Steph, I 100% couldn't afford her services without a credit card and a dream and courage is what she said. So I put it on my credit card and crossed my fingers and worked harder than I've ever worked as a business owner. It was a big risk that has totally paid off. I can't thank you enough, Steph. And I love reading those words because I know, like, I make investments in my business, too. And I know that it can be really scary, especially when you're not able to do it without a credit card or your savings are not in a place where you would like. Maybe that's your situation, maybe it's not. Either way, I think this testimonial really speaks to the partnership and the alchemy that I've been able to create between myself and my clients. Clients like this one work their asses off. There is no question about it. Right? Like I am a client or I am a coach who's going to have you work hard if you don't want to work hard. I'm probably not your person, okay? Not burnout, not like, you know, hustle culture, grind yourself into the ground. But like you will be expanding your capacity to do hard things in my program. That's what I'm all about. But when you expand your capacity to do hard things, you get results beyond your wildest dreams. And that's why clients stay with me. That's why they choose to re enroll because of the long term results that they achieve. And the last thing with this is I want to just mention to how deep my investment is in your success when you are my client. I am so deeply invested in every single client's success. And that's why my clients do see such solid results. I really go all in. And I think that they feel that in every part of the program. You know, when I quit my business in 2021, a part of the reason I did that was because I was too scared to go all in. I knew that. I knew that I was an all in kind of coach and that like doing it halfway was not for me. I felt out of integrity, like trying to do it halfway. Because the truth is I was guarding myself. I was scared to go all in. Because going all in means you might fail. Right? And that's why I had to quit. Because it wasn't right. And the only way that I could come back to it was by being a hundred percent in it with my clients. And I'll be honest, sometimes that is terrifying because I don't always have all the answers. I don't have a crystal ball. I'm not a business God. But going all in with my clients means that I don't quit on them and that we will not stop until we figure it out. I choose to have the belief there's no client problem that we can't solve together. That's what all in looks like for me. So if something's not working, I'm going to help you figure out what the hell is going on. That's what all in means. And like I said, I think that that is so felt by my clients and I think that that is why their results really look the way that they do. So, friends, I hope this is helpful for those of you, like for those of you who are not in a place where this is for you, maybe it's just been interesting to hear what this, you know, experience is like. And some of you reach out to me and you're like, it's not the time for me, for me to do your mastermind now. But like, I can't wait to do it someday. And that's great. Some of you are listening to this and you're like, yeah, I think that one of those, like, very limited spots that Steph has, I, I think that's for me. And maybe you're somewhere in between and you're, you're on the fence. What I'd like you to do if you're on the fence or you're any like anywhere on that spectrum is just go ahead and apply for a spot because when you do that, I can invite you to talk to me. We can have an hour long call where, like I said, I will outline, based on your situation, what I think you would need to work on inside my Mastermind. And you can decide if that feels like the kind of work that you want to do over the next year and if it feels worth it. So again, you can go to stephcrowder.com mastermind I do have a couple of VIP bonuses available, so we can talk about those. All right. If you just go to stephcrowder.com mastermind I think stephcrowder.com apply will get you there as well. Get in your application. You will be hearing from me very soon.
