Foreign welcome to the Courage and Clarity podcast. I'm your host, Steph Crowder. I'm a former sales training director who's helped thousands of entrepreneurs earn a living doing something they love over the past 10 years. On your journey, you'll need the courage to be bold, to take risks, and to do what looks crazy on paper. You'll also need the clarity, the brass tacks, simple strategies that actually work. And on this podcast, we deliver both in equal measure. Oh, and by the way, we've got absolutely no time for bs, gross marketing tactics or get rich quick schemes. Just sustainable business strategies for good humans with big dreams. If that sounds like you, you're in the right place. Let's go. Hey there friends. Welcome to the podcast. This is episode number 126. I think this one is really going to resonate with you if you identify with the idea of being in the messy middle of entrepreneurship. You know what I mean by that? What it feels like to be in the messy middle where you don't feel new to business, like you've been doing this for a while, you probably even have some success that you're super proud of. And at the exact same time you feel like you have miles to go, like a ways to go before you're where you've always pictured for yourself. You are in the messy middle. And you might be surprised and maybe even a little bit disoriented or caught off guard by the sensation of being in the messy middle of entrepreneurship. You very likely feel like your to do list has only grown. Whereas maybe when you were first getting started, you, if you're anything like me and all the clients that I help, you probably pictured life at. The stage that you're at now is being a lot easier, right? You're like, when we're first getting started, we're like, if I could just make a little bit of money, if I could just, you know, get my first 100, 000 or my first 50k or whatever that number is, everything's gonna feel so much easier, right? And hey, sure, like some things definitely get easier when you bring money into your business. I say that all the time to my same day sales clients who are more on the beginner side of things, where I tell them, you know, you can have problems or problems with money. It's always easier to solve a lot of the problems when you have more revenue in your business. But there's also this maybe less spoken of and less talked about thing that happens when you start to have success where your overwhelm Might increase as well. And often it does increase as well. And I think because this doesn't get talked about as much, you might feel like you're doing it wrong. When you feel that overwhelm, you might have thoughts like, I shouldn't I have this figured out by now? Like, why do I keep getting so overwhelmed? Shouldn't I know what I'm supposed to be doing? Why does this feel so difficult? Why does it feel like I'm only adding things to my to do list? This is starting to feel unmanageable, right? Sometimes I talk to people who use that word, unmanageable. This business I'm building has started to feel unwieldy. It feels like it's getting away from me a little bit, or it feels like a mess in some ways, right? Like I don't have the right systems or I don't have the right processes. Maybe you feel like a lot of your success was created due to manual effort, which is all well and good, but we all know that manual effort can only take us so far, where we have to shift into another way of growing because we only have so many hours in the day and we only have so much energy available, right? There has to be a different way of growing beyond your manual effort. People will also tell me, you know, things feel like I've been successful, but it feels like a roller coaster. Things feel up and down and I just want off. I want off the roller coaster. I want to feel some consistency. I want to feel some predictability, like, when is this business going to feel at least somewhat predictable, where I feel like I can rely on it and not have to feel afraid of where the next client is coming from, right? So if you, like I said, if you resonate, if you're hearing this and you're like, oh, yeah, she's got my number, I want to talk to you about what we can do to mitigate those feelings. And what I. I never believe in, like a one size fits all or a magic bullet or a secret pill that we could take to take the feelings away. And I don't even think that's the point. I think the feelings are part of it. But I do want to share something that at this stage of business, if you resonate with being in that messy middle of entrepreneurship, there is something that you can and should do in order to break through and make the unmanageable feel manageable. And I'm going to share what that is. And I'm going to start by telling you a bit of a personal story. Okay. And then I'm going to share something from someone else and will kind of tie everything in a bow. I'm going to tell you more about my sold out group programs Mastermind, which is at least if you're listening to this in real time. My I have applications open right now, but only until Friday, April 25th. Okay. So I'm taking just a small number of new clients right now and it's a really excellent time to join the program, which I'll talk to you more about in a little bit. But you can go to stephcrowder.com apply or stephcrowder.com mastermind. Either of those will get you where you need to be, can read all about the program, you can read a lot of people's success stories and you can just put in your application so you and I can get a chance to talk together about whether this could really be your. Right next step. But I want to talk to you about when I was in the messy middle of entrepreneurship myself and what happened to me and how things played out and why. Because it's really because of this story that I'm about to tell you that I am so passionate and so in love with helping people at this stage because I've been down a couple different roads. Like there is a true and genuine fork in the road at this moment. I've shared this in the last episode that, like that cookie cutter business advice that podcast business advice, wherever you're getting it can get you really far, right? But there comes a point in business where you have to take nuance into account, right? You're working with more clients now. You have experience under your belt. You know, these are the middle miles of the marathon. And we need to be looking at things like, you know, if it were a marathon, like how what's your running gait look like? You know, what are your feet doing when they hit the floor? Why are you getting shin splints? Like, are you fueling properly? Like, there's so many elements that go into this stage of the race, right? So when I was at this point in business, it was 2021 and I'd had a lot of success in my business. I, you know, for those of you who've been listening for a long time, I had the first version of the podcast. Back then I had helped lots of clients. I had done, you know, multiple six figures. A lot of that was from a signature course. And I had opened up my first Mastermind. I called it the Messy Middle, which is the sold out group's program's Mastermind. Now it's changed shape, but it is still the heart and soul of the Messy Middle. Mastermind is definitely still intact. I've just improved it and created more results with my clients since that time. But when I launched this mastermind, the Messy middle, in 2021, at the beginning of 2021, it was really like an extension program for people who had been in my signature course, which is called Crickets to customers. And I basically was. I used my if you're in same day sales or, you know, my same day sales process. I used my own process to get my first 11 clients into the Mastermind and I built it with them. I didn't have any curriculum. I didn't have anything. I offered them a founding, sort of founding member price point and I built the program with them. And it worked. It worked. It was. So I had my first 11 people in January and then I went ahead and put together a more sophisticated sort of launch process. I really got the first 11 people by personal outreach and tapping people on the shoulder, which is what I teach in same day sales. And then I developed more sophisticated strategies. I had my first big sales webinar in March and I brought quite a few more people into the program at that point. I increased the price and I got more clients. And through the rest of 2021, I even got a support coach to help me. We were busy with clients and guess what? Things were going really well. This is the surprising part of the story. Maybe it's surprising. Things were going really well. Clients were getting results, I was getting success stories. People were using the things that I developed. I developed over 50 email templates, sales email templates that I've only improved and, you know, yeah, made better over time. They're still available in the Mastermind as Well as a 2.0 version of them now. But back then that was so much work for me and it was like my blood, sweat and tears. It was everything I had learned about online business and it was working and it was so exciting. And in this Mastermind, people could get feedback from me. I would record video feedback and I still do that inside my Mastermind. You get to submit up to four pieces of material for us to review and send you typically like a loom video back with everything we think you should change. You could submit your sales page, your messaging, really anything that you need, we will review it for you. And we were doing that back then in 2021 and everything was working and it started to feel really scary. It started to feel Like a. Like, kind of like in a nightmare. So I don't know about y'all, but I think a lot of people have some kind of recurring nightmare, right? Like, when you're stressed, you might see the same imagery or the same symbolism pop up in your dreams. For me, it's elevators. I'm not scared of elevators. But in my dreams, when things start to feel out of my control, I will have a variety of dreams where there's an elevator and it's typically going up and down, out of control, and it's going really, really fast up, and it's crashing back down, and it's really scary, and I can't get off, right? That's how my business started to feel in 2021. And I know that you might hear that, and some of you maybe have experienced this, and others are maybe not quite there yet. And you're thinking to yourself, like, oh, poor baby, like, you were too successful, right? Like, champagne problems. But this is a real thing because there's a lot of things, a lot of thoughts in your mind when things really start to work, right? Because it' and also, it's not perfect. And you're not perfect. You're never perfect. And the back end of your business is likely a mess, and it feels messy, and you don't have the right systems, and you're kind of bootstrapping things with paperclips and duct tape. And at least you know, where it got to be for me was like, I am just scared of this thing going off the rails. And I didn't really even have a specific idea of what that looked like. It just felt like this boogeyman under the bed is all I can describe it as. It just felt like one of these days I was going to mess up so badly. I was going to really disappoint a client. Maybe my clients would all get together and decide that I'm terrible. I don't know. Like, it wasn't even a specific fear as much as this, like, dark cloud of, like, this is only a matter of time before something really bad happens, right? Where it's like, it feels great now, but I think it would just be better if we got off the ride. Was basically where my brain went. I just think it would be better if we got off the ride, like, instead of learning how to navigate those ups and downs, right? That roller coaster. There's. The truth of the matter is there's so much we can do besides get off the ride. But in that moment, I didn't have. I didn't know that I had other options. In fact, I would say I was making the ride a problem, right? Like, I felt like. I think I was having thoughts like, surely it shouldn't feel like this, right? Like, if this were really meant for me, I wouldn't feel like this. I wouldn't feel terror. I wouldn't feel high highs and low lows. I wouldn't be tired of selling it. I wouldn't be tired of talking about it. I wouldn't be, you know, bored of it or whatever was going on. I just kept thinking, like, it must not be this, right? Like, this must be a sign that it's off, right? And with that, I convinced myself that it was time to get off the ride. And I also convinced myself that there wouldn't be a ride somewhere else, right? So when this opportunity came my way to be a director of sales and marketing in someone else's bigger company than mine, it felt like such a relief to be like, oh, thank God. Oh, thank God. Like, put somebody else at the. At the steering wheel. You know, Let somebody else take the wheel. I'll just collect my paycheck and that will feel great, right? And so you may know this if you've been listening for a while. Cause I know I've talked about this story in a few different ways, but in the fall of 2021, I quit my business. I made it right with my clients. I either offered them, you know, kind of offered them a special deal. Some of them, Some of them I gave a partial refund to. I just shut everything down. And I couldn't shut it down fast enough. And again, I want to remind you, nothing was wrong. Nobody had pitchforks. Nobody was coming for me. But the relief that I felt, I had to let my co coach go. I had to shut the whole business down. I posted on Instagram to say, hey, guys, you know, world, I'm going to go take a job. I will still be around. And then I proceeded to ghost everyone. And I was not around, right? My podcast, my hundreds of podcast episodes got deleted. My website was I let it lapse and it got purchased by, like, some overseas person in a different language. And it's gone. Right here is the fascinating part. The problems. The truth of the matter was the roller coaster. This might sound cheesy, but just stay with me, okay? The roller coaster had a lot to teach me. And the thing about things that we have to learn is they like to follow us. If you're meant to learn it, if it's for you, if it's your Next lesson, it's not going away, right? It's actually like, whack a mole. So you go to your next thing, and then you're maybe feeling a little better for a while, like I was. And then some of the old things just reared their ugly heads again, and I was like, oh, my goodness. Like, what is happening? Right? I started to feel the entrepreneurial itch, the very familiar feeling that I have felt every time I've been employed, right? The. The thoughts and the questions of, I could do this on my own. I need to be able to help people by myself. Like, I could, you know, build an empire. I have more. Like, I want to see how much money I can make so I can make more value in the world. I don't want to be stuck with a paycheck. I don't want to be stuck at 85 grand or whatever, you know, I don't want to be stuck at whatever the number is. I don't want to be leashed or caged. Sky's the limit. And again, every time I've worked for someone else, I have inevitably come to that place. And it's funny, because I think two times ago now, my husband looked at me so casually in the kitchen, our old kitchen, and was like, when are you gonna get this through your head that, like, this is just what you were made to do? This is just who you are, right? And it's like, I couldn't outrun the roller coaster. It's like, even though the roller coaster could be scary, once I got off, it was like I was watching from the sidelines, and I was, like, watching other people on the roller coaster, and I was like, wait a minute. Like, maybe that wasn't so bad. Like, I actually really like that one part where it does the loop de loop, right? And I had to get back into the game. I'm mixing metaphors now, but you get it, right? Like, if you are built this way, if you have a gift for the world, if this is your path, it might be tempting to, like, whatever your. You know, you might have thoughts like, well, maybe I'll just. You know, I have clients who will be like, maybe I'll just go get a job at a grocery store. Or maybe I'll just go bake cookies with my grandkids. Or maybe I'll. If. If it starts with maybe I'll just listen, you will come to a point where you're like, man, that roller coaster, that was. Roller coaster. That was. That was some good times, right? And so when I came back to Business. I knew I was gonna have to do it differently, right? And that's. That's what I decided to do. And I'm gonna tell you the thing that's made all the difference in the world. Because the roller coaster doesn't change. The roller coaster is the roller coaster. But I no longer am having the dream of the elevator up and down. I no longer feel that the boogeyman is under the bed. I just feel incredibly prepared to weather any twists and turns that come my way. I have really fully stepped into my job and my role as the conductor of this crazy train, right? And I no longer have the thought, like, oh, my God, like, who's gonna make it stop? Like, why? How do we make it stop? And my thought now is just like, oh. Like, this is my job to figure out. Nobody's coming to figure this out. This is my job to figure this out. And I'm gonna talk about how in just a second. Cause this is really, really important. When I came back to business, one of the first things that I did was got help and support. That's kind of part that I left out of the story of being on the roller coaster before. And it wasn't that I hadn't invested in courses and even, like, higher, like, higher touch group programs. I was in, like, strategy programs. I would say, you know, learn how to launch. Learn how to put your course on evergreen, like, whatever, right? Like, really high strategy courses. And. And I'm not saying that those weren't useful. They were. They. I made lots more money thanks to those programs that I was part of. But what I wasn't doing was expanding my mental capacity and my emotional capacity to become the leader that my business needed to be. Those are two totally different things. My friends. Increasing your strategy and learning how to do Facebook ads and learning how to write an evergreen sequence and learning how to post on Instagram and learning how to lead gen. Like, all of that stuff is strategic. And look, strategy has a very prominent place in our business. But where most people go wrong, and I was one of them, is I. For all of the time I was putting into strategy, you should be matching it. Or I'm gonna go ahead and say doubling the amount of time and energy and effort you spend on increasing your own emotional and mental capacity to do hard things. So what does that look like? For me, it has looked like I. I have a mentor now, and I have invested heavily in coaching since coming back to business. Right? When you have a coach, when you have a business coach, and even, like, my preference Is you may know that when I came back to business, one of the other things I did was I became a certified life coach. I had no idea that was going to be my path. I just got kind of drawn into the. Into that world because I knew that I wanted my thoughts to be different. Like, that's where I started was like, if I'm going to come back into this, I can't go kicking and screaming, right? Like, I want to love what I do again. I want to feel good. I want to be. The $2 million version of myself is something I still think about almost every day. What is the version like, the $2 million version of me? Like, what is she like the woman that I want to become, right? That led me to life coaching, which led me to become certified. And there was an even moment. There was even a moment there where I was like, I'm done with business coaching. I'm going to become a life coach, right? I'm just going to like, I don't want to go back to that muck and mess of the business that I built, right? And then I remember my. My business coach, my mentor. I met her for the first time in Miami. I've told this story before, but this is my coach, DL Sharon said to me when I met her in Miami. She said, what if everything that you are dealing with in the business just follows you into your new life coaching business? Then what do you want to do? And of course my answer was like, oh, well, hell no. Then I just want to go with the business I already have. I already have an audience, I already have experience, I already have a reputation. Like, if you're telling me that this not going to magically be easier by going over somewhere else and reinventing myself, right? And I think we do this all the time. Like, that was. My version is like, let me start a new business. But I see people do this all the time too, where they're like, well, may Instagram's the problem. Maybe if I get off Instagram, it's going to feel better. Or like, you know, email. Nobody's reading my emails anymore, so, like, let me just figure out something else to do. And it's just like they're jumping from thing to thing to thing, hoping that that will fix the problem. But all of those platforms were never the problem. They're just platforms, they're just tools. It's never the tool, right? It's the person behind the tool. And I say that with love. I say that with experience. And that was the moment in that conversation. Where I decided to stop running from the roller coaster, right? I decided to stop running from the roller coaster and instead just be like, all right, the roller coaster is coming with me. No matter if it's this business, a life coaching business, a job working for somebody else, this roller coaster is here. If you, my friend, if you have the roller coaster in your life, it's there to teach you something. It's there because you're ready for it. It's there because you built it. And so you are the only person who is going to be able to figure out how to make it a smooth ride. And so for me, what I decided was like, all right, if I'm doing this, I'm not doing it alone. Because the last time I did it alone, I got so afraid. It was like being in a dark cave with a matchstick, right? I said, if I'm doing this again, I'm going to surround myself with people who are smarter than me, people who are further than me, people who have been here before. And I'm going to invest in having sound counsel because. Not because I don't trust myself, right? But because I don't need to put pressure on myself to come up with all of the answers all by myself. How can I expect myself to be somewhere that I've never been before? And why wouldn't I if someone is out there who's like, yeah, I've been there, and this person's 10 steps ahead of me. And they've literally been like, yep, I did that part. Oh, that twist and turn. Yep. That was a tricky one. They've been there and they're standing by, ready to support. Why would I not hire and, And. And invest in having people to help me figure it out, right? So that's exactly what I did. Like I said, I have hired business coaches, I've hired mentors. I. And I. I vowed when I came back to business, I said, I'm never going. Going it alone again. And y'all can hold me to it. Here I am three years later, and I'm. I've. I've still have a business coach, and I always will. And I'll tell you the really specific reason why I am now able to have the thought. I tell my clients this all the time, that my favorite thought in business is two things. One, every problem has an answer, right? Every problem can be figured out. There is always a solution, even if it doesn't feel like it's coming up for me right away. And then the thought that's tied to that is I never have to do it alone. I always have people that I can ask. I have coaches that have been there, like I said, I have coaching calls that I can go to and be like, I'm stuck, I'm scared. I feel like a mess. I don't. I'm out of answers. I'm frustrated, I'm angry. Right. Whatever is going on for me, that's the mistake that I made before is I was alone in the four, you know, between the four walls of my office. Then I had friends. Like, some of you are listening to this. You're like, yeah, but I have business friends. Like, we bounce things off each other. Yeah, same, same. It's actually 100. Not the same thing though, right? Because those friends. Here's what happens. My friends were like, okay, you want to take a job? Like, all right, we didn't see that one coming. But, like, we support you. I mean, right? Like your friends are there to support you. Your friends, sure. And you might be thinking, I have friends that really push me and that's great. But your friends are not your business coach. Right? Your friends are not your life coach. They're not. And let me, let me say this, I think I've said this recently. Chat GPT does not count. Okay? We're not counting chat GPT in this conversation because chat GPT is a yes man. And chat GPT is going to tell you what you want to hear. And at the end of the day, it's not an actual human with a brain. Right? It's not the same thing. It's not camaraderie. It's not a person who cares about you. It's not a strategic partner. It's not a mentor, as much as that would be convenient. It's not, it's not a therapist, right? And so the value of support as you scale. And if you, again, if you resonate with that idea of being in the messy middle, this will be the call that you get to choose. If you're going to answer is, do you want to continue to do it the hard way? And honestly, if you're like me just being stubborn, right? And just being like, well, this is my business. I'm supposed to figure it out. And like, you know, I'm going to hang on to every penny. I'm going to hang on to every dollar. I work so hard for this money. No, I'm not going to spend it. No, I don't want to invest in myself. Like, I don't want to, you know, part with this hard earned cash. Like, all of the things, I can't afford it, whatever the case may be, when you have the opportunity to be supported through the mess so you can have the thought, I don't have to figure this out. I always have a place. Or I don't have to figure this out by myself, I should say, I always have a place that I can go, a place where I can get my questions answered, a place where I can brainstorm. I have a coach who is invested in my success, and together we're gonna figure this out. Right? Like, no. So now you know, it's not that I never have fear. I literally have had fear. Today, on this actual day, I have fear. But in the same breath, I'm able to say to myself, okay, listen, you're not stuck, right? Like, you're gonna go to the coaching call, you're gonna call your coach, you're going to come to the call, you're going to do what needs to be done, you're going to raise your hand for help, and they're not going to stop coaching you until it gets figured out. And I can just relax and be like, okay, right? Right. You know, I don't have to, like, even the scariest problems I can think of, right? Like running out of money in my business or having a client who's so angry that they tear me down on the Internet. I mean, just something crazy. Our brains go to crazy places, right? Even the big, bad, scary ones. I'm still not scared at the end of the day because I'm able to say, oh, yeah, I have people who could help me with that. I actually have people who've been through that, and I could go to them and they would tell me they would, like, help me brainstorm what I should do. They'd be like, go try this. Go try that, and I'll go, try it, and I'll come back. Like, I think hopelessness and defeat is what ends businesses, right? Like, when you feel like you've tried everything, when you say, like, I think those are some of the most toxic words we can say is, I tried it and it didn't work, or, I already did that. I already did everything, right? When you come to coaching and you have support and you're able to say, I'm always. There's always another thing to try, and there's always someone there to help me. I don't have to figure this out alone. And every problem is solvable in my business. Every client problem, every revenue problem, every last problem, every messaging problem, you name it. There's a Way to figure it out. You will be unstoppable, right? You will look at that roller coaster and be like, this is just a ride. This is just a ride. This isn't a problem. Hitting it actually let me put my arms up and scream a little bit. Supposed to be fun. And before you know it, you will scale right out of the messy middle. I don't really know, I don't really resonate myself with being in the messy middle anymore. I was back when I started this program, but I'm past it now. And that's not to say that there's not problems. There are certainly problems, but I no longer feel those like roller coaster ups and downs to the degree that I did. And that has everything to do with facing head on. A lot of the operational, a lot of the systems, the revenue, all of the big, bad, scary things that I ran away from, I have, one by one, just stepped into being the CEO that I need to be. And that doesn't mean that I'm done. But it doesn't feel like whiplash anymore. It doesn't feel out of control. It doesn't feel like a runaway train. It feels like a business, right? It feels like a, it feels like a, like an actual grown up business. And there's plenty for me to do, but there's, there's life on the other side of the messy middle. There is a place that you can come to where you will be like, hey, I've like learned how to ride this thing. I've been on this ride. It goes round and round and it's no problem. It's just no problem. And the other reason I wanted to share this, so that's my experience, but I wanted to also share this note that I received from a client. So as I mentioned at the beginning of this podcast, I am opening enrollment for just a very small number of people. Like I'm talking a handful of people I can take right now. And I'm offering a couple of really exciting bonuses. If you apply, you'll get to hear all about it. Or if you get my emails, you can read my emails where I actually am giving you the choice between two really exciting bonuses that I've never offered before. And I don't know if I'll be able to offer them again because they're very transparently. There'll be a lot of work on my end, so I don't know if I'll be able to do it. We're going to try it and see and maybe I'll love it. And we'll do it again. Maybe not. So if you're curious and you, you know, see one of those bonuses and you're like, oh, my gosh, I really want that, now would definitely be the time to lock it down. So I have a new client who, like I said, I have a very small number of spots for enrollment right now. This client already took two of my spots already taken. And this message came in this weekend, and I'm sharing this message anonymously with permission from the person who sent it. And completely unsolicited, this person sent me a note. And I have to start by saying, I get a note like this every time. Every time I enroll people in the Mastermind. What we do is. So my doors are closing on April 25th. We're not officially kicking off until May 12th. But in between now and then, you get instant access to my curriculum and I think, really excitingly, the vault of coaching calls. I've been coaching people in this program for years, so there's just, like, so much. So much coaching that you can just. I've been calling it learning by osmosis. You can just plug in and hear me coaching people. And the benefits and transformations that people have gotten from simply listening to the coaching calls, it's insane. And this person is a great example of that. So this person messaged me again totally randomly on Instagram and said, hey, Steph, I just wanted to let you know that I'm so glad I joined your Mastermind. And it hasn't even started yet. I've been listening to Zoom calls and hearing you coach everyone else is so comforting to me. My business already feels more manageable just knowing I'm going to have support and won't have to figure it out on my own. I have felt myself relax a little bit because I was swimming in confusion before. Now it feels like I'm going to figure it out. Can't wait for May 12th. So if you think about this, this client went ahead and paid, you know, the full price of being in the Mastermind. Right now, the mastermind for 12 months is an $8,000 investment. So I understand it's a significant investment for a year of intimate business coaching with me. But to have this client who has not even officially started their time with me in the program. Right. We have not spoken on the phone beyond our sales call together. I've not coached this client yet. This client literally is just getting value on value from listening to my coaching calls, which you can also take with you as a podcast, which I think is. We have it As a private podcast, which is really cool to me, that just says it all and it just goes so hand in hand with my own experience of support. Being the game changer, right? If you are in the messy middle of entrepreneurship, if you want to have sold out offers and you have feel like you have a million things to figure out, give yourself the gift of support. I'd love for it to be in my mastermind. But even if it's not, okay, even if it's not my mastermind, then you want to hire a different business coach. Whatever the thing is, please just let this be your sign that going it alone, trying to do everything yourself, hoping it goes away, hoping the roller coaster just stops if you put your head between your knees, okay is not the answer. Right? Help is available. Help will change everything. I see it in all of my clients. We get them to the other side of things, right? We help them double, triple, quadruple, even 20x their investment in the program. So come work with me or evaluate whether it could be a good step for you. And if it's not me, then go. You know, if you've been eyeing somebody else or you really connect with another business coach or life coach or whatever it needs to be, go hire them, okay? Don't try to do the messy middle by yourself. That's what I have to say. I've been there, I've done it, I tried it for us. 0 out of 10 I don't recommend. It was a good experience for me. But I don't want you to have to take the long way around because that's what it was for me. At the end of the day is very much the long way around. All right, doors are open to the mastermind through April 25, which is a Friday. And again, you'll get bonus time with all of my materials. You can get started right away. You can start listening to this coaching that that client was telling you about and you can start digging into all my material, all my done for you sales templates, all of my curriculum. And then your time officially begins in the program. You'll come into the community and you'll start getting coached yourself on May 12th. Okay. Steph crowder.com apply stephcrowder.com mastermind put in your application. Even if you're unsure, it'll help us have a conversation and you can kind of decide what you want to do from there. All right, my friends, I will talk to you soon. I can't wait to see your application for the sold out group programs. Mastermind and until then, I'm wishing you the courage and the clarity to go after what you love.
