Foreign. Welcome to the Courage and Clarity podcast. I'm your host, Steph Crowder. I'm a former sales training director who's helped thousands of entrepreneurs earn a living doing something they love over the past 10 years. On your journey, you'll need the courage to be bold, to take risks, and to do what looks crazy on paper. You'll also need the clarity, the brass tacks, simple strategies that actually work. And on this podcast, we deliver both in equal measure. Oh, and by the way, we've got absolutely no time for bs, gross marketing tactics or get rich quick schemes. Just sustainable business strategies for good humans with big dreams. If that sounds like you, you're in the right place. Let's go. Hello. Hello, everyone. Welcome, welcome, welcome. Come on in. I see y' all rolling in. We are going to get started right on time. So excited to have you all here today. All right, let me go ahead and start sharing my screen. We're gonna jump right in. Welcome to double your launch. This is going to be your playbook for your biggest sales yet in just 20 hours a week or less. Now, when I say 20 hours a week or less, I mean like the time that you already have. This is not gonna be adding 20 hours to your week. It literally means if you've got 20 hours that you're working in your business, you, you are able to double your launch. You are going to be able to reach your biggest sales yet. You're not going to have to create a new offer in order to do it. You're not going to have to chase followers or trends. And so I'm so excited to dive in. I have lots of good stuff. This is going to be an action packed training. So I am going to take this at a pretty good clip. So let's dive in. Here's what we're going to cover today. We're going to get into the one huge mindset trap that's keeping you from bigger launches. And as soon as we clear this out of the way, the path to being able to double, triple, quadruple, and beyond your launches and your sales is going to come much clearer. We're also going to talk a lot about why you do not need to and physically cannot double your work time in order to double your results. We're going to talk about what to do instead. Okay. It's going to have nothing to do with time, which I know will be a huge relief for a lot of you who feel like you're very busy. We're going to Talk about how to 2x all the way up to 5x your launch results each even if you don't grow your audience at all, you are not going to have to grow your audience. Even if you have a small audience. These strategies are going to work for you. And then we're also going to get into how to take your current offer and present it as a no brainer. Yes. Without gutting it, slashing it, slashing your prices or creating anything new. Okay. And then at the end of today's class which is 1 o' clock Eastern Time, we have a really special treat. I've never had the opportunity to do this before and I am so excited. We going to have four of my Mastermind clients who have each doubled their launch many times over. In fact, they're going to join us for a launch double panel where you can ask them questions. They're going to share about their experience in doubling their launches and so definitely make sure you, you bring some questions to be able to ask them. They will weigh in on their experience doubling their launches as well as their experience in my Mastermind because at the end of today's training we, we will be opening applications for my signature Mastermind which is called Sold out Group programs. And I have a special bonus available for you for just 48 hours. So the best time to join is by end of Wednesday this week. Stay to get your questions answered by your my amazing panel and by myself and get your application in now real quick. Housekeeping. Because like I said, this is an action packed training and I want to get to all of the good stuff as far as how to communicate with me during this training. We have a chat box as well as the Q and A. So if you type into the chat myself and Lacy, my assistant who is here, we will be able to see your chat. You are not able to see each other's chats and that's on purpose. So don't feel like anything's gone wrong. We just want you to be able to fully focus on this training today. So use the chat to tell us like oh my gosh, this resonates with me or I love this or whatever's on your mind. I love to see your chats coming through and then for your questions, like you actually have a question that you want me to answer and or you want the panel to answer. Use the Q and A box that's at the bottom of your zoom panel to type your questions. We are going to get to all of your questions at the end of today's session. Okay. Because here's the deal. I know you. All right, if you're here today, I am willing to bet that I know a little bit about you. You might be somebody who's launched before. And when I say launch, what I really mean is a sales campaign, a sales promotion, like a big push where you're trying to create concentrated sales and concentrated customer intake in a short number, like a short amount of time. So you might think of this as like a cart open and cart close. It could be for a group program, a course, digital product. Even for one on one, you can use launches, right? And for you, if you have launched before, maybe it worked for you at one point, but now it's slowed and feels flat. I've been hearing this a lot. Okay. Or you might be here today and you've never launched. It's not something that you've done in your business yet, but you are really interested in getting new clients consistently without burning out. Sounds pretty good to you either way, you're proud of what you've built, but you really can't imagine working any harder than you're already working. And if it were up to you, you would serve clients all day. Like, that's your favorite part of the business is helping your clients. It's the promoting yourself that you find truly draining. And you really can see the next version of you, right? You're excited about that next version of you. You want that in 2026 as we round the corner on a new year. But part of you wonders, am I really ready? And I also know what you really want. It's, it's really simple, right? You want a clear system for getting clients consistently year round. You want clients who come to you pre sold and ready to work, right? Like they're just ready. They're like, I get it, I want it. I'm ready to roll up my sleeve. Like those dream clients. You want to feel confident and aligned about your offer and how you sell. And you want to feel secure and stable in your business. Not so all over the place. If you resonate with this, drop me a chat, tell me this is what you're looking for and let me know right at the end of the day, you want a scalable, sustainable and sold out offer just like our clients. So here is just a smattering of our clients inside the sold out group programs Mastermind. This is just a sample. I couldn't fit everybody onto the page, but I kind of wanted to display like yearbook style our clients who have been reaching so many different exciting goals inside the Mastermind related to selling out their offers and creating that sustainable business that they dream of. And I hope you can see as well just all of the different kinds of niches and industries that we've been able to create sold out offers with the exact frameworks I'm going to be teaching you today. We have people who are, you know, helping with relationships to book writing, to Egyptian hieroglyphs, architecture, fatherhood, motherhood, homemaking, metalsmithing, so many amazing different industries. And as you look at this too, you can just see so many different examples of what sold out offers look like across these different businesses. Right. And that's really exactly what I've been able to create myself. So over the course of my business I have had lots of different business models and in that time I've been able to create a multiple six figure signature course, six figure low price point product, a $47 product to cross the six figure mark, multiple six figure group program, and six figures in one on one coaching launches. Again, we don't really think a lot about launching and using launch based models for one on one coaching, but it can actually work really great for that type of business model as well. And so for me, once I cracked the code on six figure launches across these business models, I created my own sales psychology process that truly does work for every kind of business. And now hundreds of my clients have used it to create their own five figure and even six figure launches that sell out their groups and their one on one offers year round. By the way, a bunch of you who are here today and maybe watching this replay. By the way, there is a replay for those of you who are here live. I always get that question. Yes, we will have a replay, but I'm Steph Crowder. I'm so excited to meet you and I'm so excited that you are here. I know your time is precious, so thank you for being here with me. My background is in sales and sales training. So I started at the company Groupon when I was 22 years old. I was absolutely terrible at selling. I almost got fired. I truly got put onto a performance improvement plan. I was on the chopping block, but I figured out selling. And I eventually became not only a sales trainer, not only a sales training manager, but but ultimately a sales training director who taught sales to thousands of people. I even got to travel to Europe to their headquarters to teach what I had helped develop here in the United States. So that was incredible. Ultimately though, I walked away from that cushy corporate job where I had stock options to coach entrepreneurs and learn how to be a coach for entrepreneurs online at a company called Fizzle. I've now hosted well over 500 podcast episodes. I was a co host of the Fizzle show and now have my own podcast called Courage and Clarity. And I'm a business sales and Life coach with 10 years IF experience, more than 10 years of experience in this industry and over a million dollars in total revenue. Perhaps most importantly, I am a mom of two little kids. I have one kid in competitive sports. My other kiddo has an extra needs. I manage two school, two different school schedules, two different life schedules, neurodiversity, and I work 15 to 25 hours a week in my business. That's all I've got. Right? So if you've got that, you can make this work. As so you probably love the idea, the reason you're here today is you love the idea of doubling your client roster or more. But you might be thinking one or all of these things. You might be thinking, okay, but to double my sales, I'd have to double my hours, and that's just burnout waiting to happen. Like I'm not willing to burn myself out, right? You might also be thinking, if I want bigger results, it means more work, more followers, maybe even a whole new offer. Again, just sounds like it's going to really be something that bogs you down. Doubling my launch equals doubling my workload. And I can't stretch myself any thinner, right? These are probably some thoughts that you've had, if you're anything like the clients that I've helped. And I've had these thoughts too, because here's the truth. You've been trying. I know you've been trying really hard, especially recently in 2025. And maybe the results aren't great or as great as you want them to be. So you think, I already said it, I already tried. I already told people, and they just don't want it, right? Like I told them the offer, they don't want it. Maybe my offer, my price, or my audience is wrong. Maybe that's something I need to change. And maybe most importantly, you might be thinking, if I can't keep up with what I'm doing now, how could I possibly double this? Right? So when you're having these thoughts, you start to feel drained, you start to feel salesy because you're starting to get like you maybe a little bit of that desperation, which creates this feeling of salesiness, right? And you dread visibility. I've been talking to a lot of people about platforms like Instagram recently, and for a lot of people. It feels like those platforms are harder to be seen. So you're dreading trying because it's demoralizing when you put yourself out there and you don't get much back in return. Right? This makes you feel discouraged about the future, especially if you have a business model that was working better a few years ago and has not been working as well recently. Okay, that. That creates discouragement. You might be doubting whether you're cut out for this long term and weathering wondering whether this is even worth it if there's an easier path for you outside of entrepreneurship. And you may feel fearful as you wonder whether this thing that you're working on right now could ever even scale sustainably. I talk to a lot of people who say things like, yeah, I've had some success, but, like, I don't see how this is gonna scale for me in a sustainable way. Right? And so you end up pulling back instead of showing up more. You post less, you email less, less. And you hide when it matters most because, like I said, it feels demoralizing. Nobody wants to keep putting themselves in that position. You compare yourself to others and wonder what you're missing. You're, like, looking around at your peers and you're like, they've got it figured out. How come it doesn't work for me? You may be tinkering endlessly with your offer, with your messaging, and sometimes even just creating a new one. You're like, well, this one didn't work. Let me create something new. That probably feels good and exciting for a little bit, but before long, you're back to the same problems of Stagn. Um, you also feel somehow busier than ever and working more just to get the same results in the end. And the result of all of this is fewer clients, plateaued sales, frustration, whiplash, and uncertainty. Right? Here's the deal, my friends. Here's the key that's gonna unlock this whole thing. You've been just playing the wrong game. And I know from experience. I'm gonna tell you all about it, okay? The key to doubling is not working harder. It's scaling what already works. Okay? It's about scaling your genius, not your time. Louder. For the people in the back. It's about scaling your genius, not your time to double your launch. You will need to learn to double your brilliance, not your hours. Okay? So when you figure out how to do this, when you figure out how to double your brilliance, you will go from dreading everything related to selling to feeling absolutely convinced that your best, most helpful work is out in the world. When you're launching, seriously, you will look forward to launching. I know some of you are like, there ain't no way, but you will look forward to it. You will look forward to showing up big and bold because you will finally feel like you're content that you're putting out there when you're selling and your messages are actually helping people, right? Like, what if you're selling material is the most nurturing thing that you can put out there in the world? It's totally possible you will finally be able to see the path to doubling or even tripling your business without losing your mind. It's finally going to feel like, okay, actually I can do this. And you will find you actually have more time and more capacity even though you have more clients, okay, you can really start to bend time when you figure out how to double your brilliance. When you double your brilliance, you feel confident that your sales messages are actually helping people. They're not just adding more noise to an already overwhelmed Internet. And that makes you want to get out there more because you're somebody that wants to help people, right? You feel really clear about the transformation that you provide and why people need you. You feel confident that you get people results, which, which makes you excited to invite more people. You feel calm instead of frantic. I think launching gets this really bad rap for being like really frantic and really scary and really like exhausting. It doesn't have to be that way. When you stop playing the game of chasing more time, which is a true fool's errand in the first place, you get the right system for launching and you will actually feel less busy. Okay? You will feel hopeful that your business can become the sustainable, sustainable economy proof exception that you've wanted to believe that it could be just that business or it doesn't matter what's going on on the outside, you're rocking and rolling and you will feel proud that you're finally standing out in your industry and helping people in a time when you are needed the most. Because you best believe in times like the one we are in right now, people want hope, people want help, people want to feel better. And that is where those of you who are doing amazing work in the world, you need to be there more. Not shrinking back. Now is not the time you're too needed. Okay? So when you figure this out, you stop hiding and start showing up on the stages that actually move your business forward. I work with so many people who are like, I see myself on stage, I see myself writing books, but I Can't quite get there, right? This is the work that will help you do that. Your message finally lands and people get it instantly and raise their hand for your offer. They're like, I'm in, right? You install a repeatable sales engine that takes launches from a roller coaster to more predictable results. And you step into true thought leadership, building a body of work that you're proud to put your name on. The ripple effect of this, I see this all the time in my clients, is your personal life shifts, too. You get deeper relationships, more courage. In every room you walk into, you're carrying yourself differently, and people really do start to notice that, including your most importantly, yourself, right? You also know that this is not just about the initial success of getting more clients. You don't want to just do this once. You don't want to just be a flash in the pan, right? You want to know how to reach new levels and stay there comfortably because success without stability will eat you alive, Right? You want to. You don't want to sell your soul just to hit your numbers like, gross, right? You want to do a great job for your new clients. You don't want to just sell and then have the whole thing crumble. You want to sell well and then have amazing client results on the back end. You don't just want to do it once. You want that sustainable scale, and you want a business that's not a runaway train sweeping you and your personal life right up with it, right? Because here's the truth, okay? I myself know a thing or two about what I like to call the scaling scaries. Okay? The scaling scaries are when things are starting to work, but it becomes, as the name suggests, scary, right? In 2020, 2021, I was launching very regularly in my business. I got results. People were buying. Super exciting. Lots of people. Like, it was working, right? My business was even helping my young family build our dream house, pictured here at that exact same time. Okay? Like, and literally this would not have been possible without the success of my business. It's like, okay, on paper, this is all going great, but the entire thing felt so out of control for me, it made me physically sick. Okay? I was afraid that scaling would break me. I kept also repeating. I couldn't figure this out. I kept repeating my 180-200k years. I repeated that three times, and I didn't know how I could get past it because I could not work any harder than I was already working. I was like, how do people do 500k a million in business? I Am working as hard as I possibly can, and I can't get past this level. What is going on here? Right? At the same time, I was starting to have team members who were depending on me for their income. So that felt very scary. I was very scared of failing, letting people down, getting canceled, and making a huge mess of things. Okay, so what did I do? Well, I broke my business before it could break me. Here's my Instagram post telling my audience, hey, guess what? I got a job. Anybody here ever fantasize about just going and getting a job? I decided that a remote job with an $80,000 paycheck sounded just like bliss. Like, so simple and so freeing. And at first, there was an immense sense of relief. I was like, let another CEO figure out this scary stuff. Let me clock in and clock out. Like, that sounds great, right? So just a few months after my best launch ever, I did not have a business anymore. Okay? So I really enjoyed that job for a little while. But soon enough, I realized I could not run away from my purpose anymore. So here's the thing, guys. If any of you have fantasized about going to get that job, here's the truth. The entrepreneurial nudge. It won't go away. Okay? It will not go away. Almost exactly a year later, it was September of 2022. Here's the post being like, I'm back. I mean, you guys, I ghosted my audience. I stopped posting my podcast episodes. All got deleted. I thought I was done forever. My website expired. I was more surprised than anybody to be coming back, but I just knew that I was meant to do more. I just knew that I was not meant to be behind the scenes. And so I decided that if I was gonna come back, I was gonna do it differently. I was not willing to feel the way that I felt before. I wanted to do it sustainably, with courage and strategy combined. The crazy thing is, immediately I broke the ceiling that I had been stuck at and started scaling to 300k, then 400k. My accountant was baffled by this. She was like, it's like you never left. You were gone a year. You ghosted everybody. It's like you never left. Like, what is going on? Right? So the best part is I work no more than 20 hours a week, sometimes less, as I already shared. I never miss a milestone with my kids. That's very important to me. I'm a better coach than ever right now with better client results. I'm a true thought leader, making the impact I always dreamt of and my whole life Got an upgrade. I got fit. I improved my health, My marriage is better. We sold that dream house, didn't feel like the dream anymore, and moved to a cozy 90s house with a very peaceful creek in my backyard. Right? So, like, what the heck? What changed? Here's what changed. I stopped trying to avoid failure and poured everything into unleashing my brilliance. I stopped playing the game of trying to create more time. The number one thought in my head in that previous version of my business was how I didn't have enough time. Every day I'd wake up and be like, I would just be more successful if I only had more time. How do I make more time? And one day it just hit me where I thought to myself, what if time is not the most precious resource? Because it isn't. It just like hit me like a ton of bricks. My ideas and my brilliance and my genius, that is the most important resource. So I embraced my inner genius as the key that would unlock my true potential. And I had to let go of my obsessions that I was coveting. That broke me. My obsessions were creating more time, people pleasing my clients, not wanting anybody to ever be mad at me, and avoiding negative feedback. What I did instead is decided. You know what? I am more focused on getting my clients results instead of trying to win a popularity contest. Now, I'm pretty sure most of my clients would say that they like me, but it's no longer my priority to make them like me. I want to make them successful. And once I started leading with that and stopped being so afraid of hearing negative feedback, especially with, like, comments online. At the time when I quit my business, it was when so many people were getting canceled and I was very scared that that would happen to me. Well, now I've gotten to the point where I know that I'm. It's not if I make a mistake publicly, it's when I'm going to make a mistake. I am a human being, but I also have the tools to make things right when that day comes. Right. I can lean courageously into that instead of trying to make myself so small that scary things never come to my doorstep. And as a result of all of this, I went all in on doubling my launches. And that's exactly what happened. Right? So you might be thinking, I'm not ready for big launches like that. That's too scary. I'm not ready for that. I need to grow my audience first. I'm an introvert. I just want a small, cozy business. Like, I just want the soft life right I have too much to figure out before I can scale. I just want to do Evergreen. I don't want to have to launch like that seems crazy. Just let me figure out how to do passive income or whatever, Right? But here's the deal. In my experience, less was never the answer. Okay? You're here because you want more. You want to help more, you want to earn more, you want to experience more. And that's a beautiful thing. That's a wonderful thing. Do not believe the lie that peace will be found when you make yourself smaller. I checked. Promise. That's not it. Okay. Being seen and going big is actually gonna be the thing that sets you free, even if you're a little afraid. I'm afraid right now. I'm gonna sweat through this blazer, right? You're gonna be scared, but that's okay. You can feel some fear. It's worth it. It's worth it to see yourself fulfilling your potential. So less is not the answer. And it never was. Okay? So you are ready. You're ready to learn how to double your sales right now. And everything actually gets so much easier when you know how to sell out and stay sold out year round. Because, listen, nothing in business is more uncomfortable than not hitting your numbers. I had a client once, I will never forget this, she said to me, she said, you know, selling is uncomfortable. Learning how to be out there is uncomfortable. But nothing is harder than not being able to pay my bills. And I just haven't been able to forget that because it's true. Right? Like, that's like, choose your hard. That's truly the harder, the harder path. Because every other business problem will be solved and quickly and easily when you start enrolling the number of clients you desire that, like, if you're able to increase your enrollment, it's going to become this broom or this mop in your business that can just clean up so many other problems that you're facing. Okay, so. So put this problem first. I know you have a long list of things that you want to tackle, but put increasing your sales in the number one spot, you're going to be amazed at how many other things it cleans up for you. I see it every day with my clients. You can learn to double your launch by doubling your brilliance. Even if you have never launched before or if you used to launch but it stopped working, you maybe are launching now. Like, you use launches in 2025 and it's going okay. You know it's going okay. You can still double your launch. You hate being self promotional. You can do this, too. And as I've stated, and I'll just keep saying, because it's so important, you do not have endless hours to work at this. Me neither. You can still double your launch. All right, so we're gonna get into the launch triangle, which is gonna be the tool that helps you double your brilliance. All right? So our launch triangle consists of three parts, and we're gonna break them down one at a time. Our launch triangle balances eyeballs, demand, and sales. These are the three components that you need in order to be able to double your brilliance. Notice we don't have time anywhere in the vicinity of this triangle. Okay. The launch triangle doubles your results because we're going to create more demand, more reach, and more sales without doubling your hours or anything coming, even coming close to doubling your hours. Okay? So up first is more eyeballs. You can also think of this as more reach, if you like. The goal of getting more eyeballs is more people seeing your brilliance. You are brilliant. You have genius inside of you. You are a subject matter expert. But it doesn't matter if nobody sees it, right? Like, your offer is not the problem. The problem is not enough people are seeing it. Okay, so your thought here is probably. I'm trying to. I'm trying, but it feels like I'm shouting and no one hears me. Okay. The reality is, most people in your audience have no idea that you're even selling something. I see this all the time with my clients. They'll come in, they'll be like, well, you know, like, I post a couple times and I sent some emails, and, like, they didn't buy it. Right. But that's just not the way that marketing works, especially in 2025. There is new marketing data that tells us that our consumers need an average of 88 touch points with us and our offer in order to even think about making a buying decision. And I don't want you to be disheartened by that because it doesn't have to be you saying the same boring things over and over again. 88 times. We can have really interesting, cutting edge, magnetic, exciting messages. That's going to be when we get to the demand section. But they're just not seeing you enough. Right? And the few who have seen your offer didn't see it enough times to remember or to care. What if that's the only problem? Or, like, what if that's your biggest problem? For a lot of my clients, it is. You're gonna hear from some of them today. The fix here is a visibility System that makes showing up strategic, rhythmic, and impossible to miss. So your work is finally seen by the right people at the right time, on repeat. You need a visibility system in order to even be seen enough for somebody to consider working with you. Okay? So before you tackle this problem, you post when you feel inspired, and then you disappear. When you're tired, you're probably very erratic, which is very normal. But that's how we know we have an eyeballs problem, right? Your visibility feels random. And when you think about saying something, you're like, what do I even say? You might feel frozen. You water down your message because you're afraid of annoying people. Every promotion feels last minute and very messy. It feels like you're making it up as you go along. And your sales are a roller coaster. Sometimes great, sometimes crickets, and it probably feels pretty random. Now, after we clean this up, you follow a clear and repeatable rhythm. There's no more winging it, okay? You show up where your audience already is without burning out. People start anticipating your launches with excitement. You even get people reaching out to be like, hey, when are you opening? Or when's the next time I can work with you? You're starting to build that excitement ahead of time, which is an amazing thing. Because of that, your sales flow in earlier, steadier, and with more ease. And as a result, you feel calm, confident, and in control even when you're launching, which I know is unheard of for a lot of us. I've. I've done many stressful launches before I figured this out. It's no longer stressful for me. It's just a Monday in my life. Right? So I want to introduce you to this framework that I teach. This is one of the backbones of sold out group programs. It's called Buzz Blitz. And my Buzz Blitz system is how my clients are making their launches impossible to miss. So it is a five to six week process. It just kind of depends on your individual situation and also the calendar. But here's what we're doing over that time. There's a nice little handy acronym for you called warms. Because guess what? The right launching framework should warm up your audience. We're always talking about nurture content. Make sure you nurture before you sell. No, no, no. You want to make your sales content so good that that is the nurturing. Right? Like, I always have the thought when I'm launching, that's the best time to be on my list. That's the best time to be listening to my podcast, because it's my Best, newest, cutting edge thoughts and buzz blitz helps me do that. So in week one, we are going to create a wait list and a waitlist strategy. We call it VIP week. That starts to dredge up sales from people who are your low hanging fruit. Which is why we have some money signs in our waitlist strategy week. Okay. This also starts to warm up people. We start to tease that they need to start paying attention, which is really going to activate people going forward in your launch. In the second week, we announce your event. I call it a launch class or a demand event. It's actually what I'm doing right now. Like this is a demand event that is kicking off enrollment for my program. Right. So you're going to announce that event and you are going to have lots of exciting, engaging, magnificent, monetizing, electric messages and podcasts and content across all platforms to announce your event and get people actually putting it on their calendar. Okay. Then you're going to rally registrations. We have a full strategy, by the way. When you learn Buzz Blitz, you get a full calendar detailed with exactly what to do on every day and templates that you can use that are informed by sales psychology. So you are going to use those to rally your registrations. And then a week before your launch event, your webinar is what I like to do. A webinar or a free challenge, you start to talk about your offer in advance. This is something that I get comments on all the time from people who are like, wow, it's really refreshing that you don't wait until your webinar to start selling something. Remember we used to do that a few years ago. For those of you that have been in the game a while, it used to be like surprise. Now I'm going to pitch you something. That's not how buyers are wanting to buy in 2025. They want notice, they want to prepare, they want to think about it, they want to to their partner. And so we make the week before your lodge event a real like education around your offer week. So that when they come to your class, they're ready, they're ready to talk to you, they're ready to apply, they're ready to ask questions, and they're ready to enroll. So that's the S is your sales week. Sometimes it's two weeks. For some of my clients, we do a two week process here. But after you have your webinar, you have your sales week or two. And that is when you are talking to people, closing the deal and solidifying your sales. And this is the Process that so many of my clients have used to sell out their offers. Speaking of which, here are the niches that I've tested Buzz blitz with. This is truly crazy. People will be like, well, yeah, but I don't think that will work for me because I'm in. Blah, blah, blah. This is not even everybody that I've tested this with, but it's a pretty good sample size. These are. Every single one of these represents at least one client that has effectively used my Buzz Blitz process to increase their sales. I mean, look at all the different kinds of niches, all the different kind of business models I have. Yet I've been doing this for a very long time. I have yet to find an industry where I'm like, I don't think buzz blitz is going to work for that. It just hasn't happened. It really is universal and can be applied and customized to your situation. Okay, so this is my client, Renee. Renee went from three clients in her group program to 15 in one launch. And all she changed was using Buzz Blitz. So her group program had slowed down to three enrollments per launch. And without changing anything about her offer, her delivery, or her curriculum, we just focused on Buzz Blitz. We focused on customizing it to her and making sure that her unique business message was heard. And in just one launch, Renee 5X'd her launch. Forget about doubling your launch. 5 extra launch. My favorite part is it was her busiest season. This is, like, her busiest season of life. She is a professional performer, and she is often, like, out there in the world, going out for these huge auditions and winning them. And she's also a mom. Okay. She was able to create these results with buzz blitz, which I think is amazing. Okay, now we're moving on to strategy number two of our launch triangle, which is more demand. Let me have a little sip. More demand. So the goal of this point of the triangle is more people wanting your solution. So we've addressed your reach. Now people are seeing you. But how do we make those people actually want what you have? So your thought here might be my. My audience already knows what I do. They just aren't buying. Right. They already know what I do. They're just not buying it. Here's the reality. They might know what you do, but they don't yet feel why it matters. Those are two different things. Why should they care? Right? In 2025, clarity just is not enough. You need cutting edge. You need to be different. You need to be bold in a way that stops the scroll, makes people feel seen, and builds demand. Before you ever pitch. So the fix to this is thinking about and learning how to be magnetic. Okay. You need a modern framework like my blast method, which I'm going to walk you through in just a minute, that turns everyday content into demand driving communication. This really helps my clients take their kind of basic generic messages that have worked. Okay. And catapult to that next level. Okay. Because before you address your demand issues, you're going to write a hundred posts and they all sound the same, right? You might bounce between feeling too salesy and too safe. You keep saying, I already told them, where is everybody? Like I keep saying it, they're not coming. Your copy feels flat, so you keep tweaking your offer, tweaking your niche. You keep, like trying to retool it, right? And you know you're good at what you do, but your words just don't show it. Right? I hear that from people all the time. They're like, I'm so good at what I do. I just don't feel proficient at showing people that I'm good at what I do. Right. After you address this, you have a bold and magnetic message that makes people stop and say, she's talking to me. Like, that's me. Right? You write with not just clarity, but also conviction. And you are no longer doing any kind of over explaining. You are making bold messages and you're standing behind them. What do the kids say? 10 toes on it, right? No more over explaining. No more being generic. No more playing it safe. And because of this, your audience quotes you. They quote you, they share you. They repeat your phrases because they're sticky and they remember it. You feel seen for your real expertise. And every post, every podcast that you do builds demand. And your people come in pre sold. They're ready to work with you because of all that nurturing and all that education that you've done in your messaging, right? So how do you stop sounding like everyone else? You have to think about being magnetic. I know there's a lot here, but I'm going to walk you through it. Okay? So the first thing you got to do is define your mission. You have to define what makes you different. You have to pull your unique perspective to the surface. There's a million business coaches, right? There's a million health coaches, there's a million course creators. What makes you different and what is you? And moreover, what is your unique reason for being here? Why does it all matter, right? And then you also want to be. Listen, this, this one, I mean, this one alone will change everything is Actually listening to your people and using their real words in your content. Please stop writing with Chat GPT. That's the other thing. And then you wouldn't plan to go on about that. But y', all, I promise you, I can tell. They can tell. Just ditch that, okay? You could use ChatGPT for lots of other things, not your messaging. Your messaging needs to come the real brains and the real words of actual people in order for it to magnetize them. Okay? You need to learn how to write fast with blast. Blast stands for bold language. They use attention grabbing, surprising, and targeted. I want you to audit your messages right now, Your Instagram posts, your emails, your podcasts, and ask yourself, are they bold? Do they use real client language, real prospect language? Do they grab people's attention? Are they surprising, and are they targeting an actual problem? And look for where you might be falling short. Okay? You also need to think about, once you figure all that out, building a repeatable email rhythm that incorporates all of this and sells for you. Okay? You turn your best ideas into a live demand event, just like I'm doing right now. And you repurpose everywhere. You repurpose everywhere. And you keep your message consistent because being repetitive is a big part of an effective sales process. Okay? And then finally, you have to track your demand signals to identify warm buyers. I see this all the time with clients where you've got leads just like falling out of your bucket because you're not looking for the demand signals, and so you're losing your leads. You have to start identifying interest. The outcome is your everyday content becomes a demand engine, and people show up to your invitation already sold. That's how we make this work. Okay, so this is my client, Melody. You're actually going to hear from Melody today on my client panel. Melody, when she came to sold out group programs, had experienced a previously successful program that really came to a screeching halt, to use her words. And she has now gone to overfilling her programs, like above her sort of baseline goal, and even launched this year a new offer with 100 clients who joined the program and her launch. So after the market shifted, she found that things came to a screeching halt. People were interested, but they just weren't signing up as easily. Again, that's a messaging problem. That's a demand issue. And so Melody really focused on magnetic messaging and became a fantastic writer of sales emails. Her emails really went from pretty good to, like, very memorable, right? And she uses the blast method for that. And her messaging went from bland to bold. She now regularly sells out above 20 to 40% of her goal and even added a third cohort to meet demand. And she launched her new program, which is called Speak like a Senior Leader, and got over 100 new clients in one launch, which was super fun to get to support her in. Okay, that comes down to building demand. Okay? Our third and final strategy here in our launch triangle is more sales. So our goal with more sales is getting more people saying yes with ease. Now, your thought here might be, I'm great at what I do, but I hate sales and marketing. I hear this literally every day. So it's okay if you feel like this, but the reality is you don't hate selling, okay? You hate awkward, unaligned selling. And you also hate trying to sell and then not closing. Trying to sell and people ghosting you. That's what you really hate. Nobody hates sales. When it's working, when the clients are rolling in and you're getting your goal right, you've just never been taught a confident, conversational way to close that feels good to you and to your clients. So you downplay your offers, you avoid follow ups, and you miss easy sales that were already on the table. So the fix for this is a modern service first sales process that helps you confidently guide people through every stage of the buying journey without pressure, pushing, or guesswork. Okay, so before we address this, you are second guessing every message and every sales call and you're thinking to yourself, am I being pushy? Like, I feel like I'm being pushy here, right? And so you also probably aren't following up very much or very well. Like maybe you follow up once, but again, you don't want to be pushy. You don't want to seem desperate. So you kind of ghost people and figure that if they're not joining or not signing, then they just don't want to work with you, right? Your launches feel all or nothing. There are bursts of energy followed by crickets. You're relying on luck instead of skill and structure. And you finish your launches thinking, I just wish people more people had said yes versus when you figure out this piece, you guide your sales conversations confidently and you know what to say without a script. You follow up naturally with people and consistently because you genuinely believe in what you're offering and you know that what you are doing is going to be a great fit for them. Based on your conversation, your stripe notifications are rolling in even when you're not launching, which is an amazing feeling. Your sales calls feel helpful, not like pressure. And your clients Even tell you that they love your sales calls. I hear this all the time and so do my clients. And it's the best feeling to feel like your sales calls are actually helping people. You close 80 to 100% of your sales conversations and your selling feels genuine, steady, and yes, it can even feel fun. Okay, so what you need to think about with this is stop leaving sales on the table by moving people all the way to a yes. So I want to introduce you just briefly here to my concept of what I call the sales sales cookbook. And this is what we use in sold out group programs. So over here you can see this is like a flywheel that just goes around and around. And starting from the top, we have to first break this down by focusing on turning. Turning strangers, strangers out there in the world into leads. And we do that by turning new eyes into subscribers, referrals, connections and followers. This is something that buzz blitz really helps with. Okay, and then we focus on turning your leads. Now we just kind of have casual followers. They're not really talking to you, but they're starting to pay attention. And we turn those into prospects. When we turn people into prospects, we go from just attention to real connection. And that's where you can start to build trust and spark interest. Okay, now that you have somebody at the prospect stage, it's time to convert those into clients and actually close the deal. So this is where you focus on inviting interest to the next stage and learn how to close with confidence. You are going to learn, and you need to learn how to guide natural service first, sales conversations. And then once you have clients, a lot of people quit here, but we're not done yet. You're going to turn your clients into results and also raving fans. So you're going to, we focus in the mastermind on thinking of like the client loop and focusing on turning success stories into social proof. Right? So you're delivering results and you're leveraging that social proof, which helps you celebrate, share, and attract that next wave of leads. So you can see how this is really all connected. But most people have never been taught how to see this as a cycle. And the beautiful thing too is typically you're probably falling down at one of the stages or even a couple of the stages. And part of this is diagnosing. Just like we call it a cookbook because it's like if you have a cookbook out on your table in your kitchen and you follow the recipe, you should get a cake, right? But if you put in something weird or you Miss a step, you're not. Your cake's not going to turn out very well. And so we use our cookbook to diagnose what might be going wrong. So you repeat this cycle, keep the rhythm going daily without a second thought. It just gets baked into the fabric of your working life. And you don't just do this during a launch. That's the other mistake that a lot of people make is they only sell but a couple times a year. And then that just creates all kinds of issues, including pressure and feeling really dysregulated. Right. So I want to introduce you to my client, Brian. Brian has only been in the Mastermind since, gosh, July, I think. And so Brian has gone from one client to seven clients by learning how to close the sale. Brian came to the Mastermind with just one recurring client on his book, and he hopped on our 30 day fast track, which is something new that I've created that helps you learn to sign one to three clients in 30 days, in less than three months with a. With concentrated effort. Here's what Brian's able to create. This is literally from four days ago, so I was very excited to share it with you all. Brian said one of yesterday's sales calls just confirmed he's in and paid for his first payment plan payment. That means six new clients in October, which is my entire Q4 goal in one month. These are not old results, y'. All. This is like, this is this October. Okay. I've also now booked revenue from brand new clients to cover my SOGP registration. So he's already paid off his full investment in the program. And taking that booked revenue plus my collected revenue from my pay as you go client, I hit my $9,000 90 day plan revenue goal. So that's another big thing that we do in the Mastermind is help you put together your 90 day plan. And a lot of my clients do hit that early, just like Brian did. So, amazing story here. So that's the launch triangle, right? And the truth is, any of these three strategies that you just learned are really powerful on their own, but when you put them together, that forms the launch triangle. And that's when you become truly unstoppable. The launch strategy helps you sell out your offer with a consistently full client roster anytime year round. But I want you to think of this as a triangle balancing on the end of a pencil. If, if you like tip in any one direction, it's going to fall right off, right? So it's not enough to just focus on one point. You have to Balance the triangle by pouring into all three. The truth is that you need all the pieces. It's not enough to just master one of these areas. I actually see this all the time where somebody's done really well on one point, but it's not working. And that's because we've neglected at least one of the other points. So in order to double your launches and sustain, sustain that success, you need the three areas working together. It's like a stool with only two legs. If you only have one or two of the points, you're going to lose your balance. Right? Your sales could flop at any time and you will wonder why you're suddenly hearing cricket. So if any of you watching this are like, God, it used to work and now it doesn't, I'm willing to bet that all that happened is one of those points tipped out of balance. Okay? Flops are not random. It's coming from that lack of balance between our three main strategies. So scaling a sold out group program is truly amazing. But there are going to be traps along the way and you need to know about these, especially if you're thinking right now, well, cool, let me go and try and do this myself. Number one is strategy hopping, okay? Number two is inconsistency. And number three is being isolated on your journey. So the great news is having a sustainability sustainable sales process solves these traps. Number one is strategy hopping. You just jump from thing to thing to thing to thing to thing, trying to fix it. The solution to this is commitment. Okay? And the way that we do that with a sustainable sales process is you leverage one strategy for 90 days and actually give it a chance to work. Too often we quit on something before it even had a chance to do its thing. And so you have to have the courage to commit to one strategy for 90 days. And having a sales process will help you have that discipline, because it does require discipline. Right. The second problem was inconsistency. And the solution to that is clarity. When we're inconsistent, we're not clear on what we should be doing and we're not clear on what tasks actually move the needle in business. And that creates dabbling. Right? So inside of SOGP, we focus on doing something that we call one hour a day of MMAs. MMA stands for money making activities. And it's something that I, I'm harping on with my clients all the time. When they focus on doing just one hour a day of money making activities, those are the activities in your business that actually create sales. You start to clean up your Sales problems really quickly. Okay? Number three, the this problem is being isolated. This one is big. It's a big reason that I ended up quitting my business as I was sharing about earlier. And the solution to this is advising. Okay? When you have a sustainable sales process and you have somebody advising you on that, someone with a lot of experience who's done this many, many times, you will never again face another business problem without expert help. And you don't have to reinvent the wheel, like literally take the shortcut, right? You don't have to spend the next year or two years trying to figure this out. You can shortcut the whole process by using something that has already been tried and true and proven. Right? Because selling out your group programs year round is complex, okay? And if you were gonna try to like, piece this together on your own, these are all just a few of the things I thought of that you would need. You would need a course about audience growth, a course about messaging and copywriting, a course about selling, a course about launching, a course about mindset and thought work, right? You'd have to piece that all together. And that doesn't even include any guidance. Right. And any actual coaching. This is how I spent the first six years of my business, trying to piece it all together. And please believe me when I tell you there is a much easier way. When you try to do it alone, you miss your blind spots. You try to cobble it together from a bunch of different places. You leave out key details without realizing it. And the truth is, at your level, you need experience, sales, trained eyeballs on your stuff, giving you the tweaks and the feedback that you need to move forward with confidence. You need coaching and a plan that is tailored to you and your unique situation. So to recap everything we've gone over here today, you learned that in order to double your sales, you don't have to double your time or effort. No. Nor should you try. Let's all put that down, right? You want to focus on doubling your brilliance. Instead, you learned that doubling your sales is not optional to become the business owner that you know you're meant to be. The time is now. And getting smaller, making yourself smaller is not going to fix it. It you learned all about the launch triangle and the three strategies that you need to sell out your offer every time, which was more eyeballs, more demand, and more sales. And you heard my story and my client stories about doubling our own launches and beyond across so many different industries and niches to build dream businesses and ultimately dream lives, right? So Question you might have is can you really go from up and down to smooth and steady in your business with all the clients that you're looking for year round? The answer is yes you can. And there is a mastermind for that. So I want to invite you and I'm so excited to open the doors for sold out group programs which is my immersive and high touch 12 month mastermind for mid stage business owners who are ready to grow their reach and sell out their offers with repeatable sales systems. I'm going to break down. There's a lot in this amazing, amazing container but I'm going to do my best to show you all of the pieces that make it so special. We're going to talk about weekly coaching feedback reviews, all the curriculum and templates. I'm going to give you a little preview of what we have, how our on demand written coaching works and we'll also talk about our amazing tight knit community. And then remember, very soon you're also going to get to hear from four of my clients, four of my current clients in our launch double panel. Okay? So definitely hang around so that you can hear from them. So this Mastermind is a hybrid and coaching and training program like no other. This is not a course. Okay. This is a coaching and training program and there are five key aspects that create this unparalleled education and support. Sold out group programs curriculum. Let's talk about the trainings, templates, scripts and visuals. Just. I'm going to give you just a sample of what we have for you when you sign up for sold out group programs. So there is so much for you to discover, learn and implement inside the Mastermind. Our curriculum is very client led which means that everything I've created has been developed with you real people in mind. It's also a living library and you'll actually see some examples of that. I'm always creating new curriculum because I believe when you hire me one of the things you're hiring me to do is to keep up on what is working in the industry online. And so I am always updating my strategies. If you've been launching with 2022 strategies, that's a huge part of the problem. So I'm always updating our teachings to be relevant to what is working right now. Okay. So we talked a little bit about Buzz Blitz. Buzz Blitz is everything that you need to install that repeatable sales system that we talked about. When you join the program you get 55 over 55. I don't know, I've lost track. There's a lot of sales psychology informed email templates. So you can see that if email templates aren't your thing and you're like, I want to write my own, that's great. I also explain the why behind it. So because I'm a director of sales training by trade, I'm very steeped in sales psychology. And every one of these emails I show you and tell you what I'm trying to do in the email so that you can do it yourself. Okay. So you can use the templates the way they are. Lots of clients do that. Or you can take it, make it work for you. And so then you'll also see you get a full launch calendar that tells you everything that you should do in the different days of your launch. Also very recently updated this year, Buzz Blitz 2.0, which I personally am obsessed with. So if you're ready to go to the next level and go beyond the basics, then. And you want to know what's going to work in 2026, that's Buzz Blitz 2.0. We have a new, like, very robust planning document that tells you everything you need to do. I teach you how to do high value, high converting webinars using my Converts framework. I'm using it right now. Okay. And lots of my clients have created huge results using this too. And so like I said, I'm always keeping my ear to the ground and making updates to bring you the very best of what is the industry. So a huge piece of what we do in the program that I personally love so much is what we call the Clarity to Cash cycle. And this is where you will create and learn how to create your own 90 day plan. Not only will you create your plan, but you will submit it to me for feedback. And then when, when I receive it from you, you're going to get video feedback in return. So here I am, look at my little face in the corner, leaving detailed feedback for my clients, telling them what I think they're missing, telling them what I think they should think about, and helping them just feel really good and really secure so that they have their marching orders for the next 90 days. This is really the heartbeat of the program. It really helps me feel close to my clients. And you feel like, you know, every time I see you in coaching, I hear this from people. They're like, how do you remember so much about me? Because I'm looking at your 90 day plan and I'm like, sort of always keeping that in the back of my mind for every coaching conversation we have. So this really helps me know your business on another level. Okay. High converting sales conversations, also huge. I have clients who have said like this training, this one right here, how to run and close deep dive sales calls. This training has made my clients so much money by itself. Right. This is where my sales training director days really, really come through. I have videos, trainings and templates for creating sales conversations including exactly what to say and how to say it. So I have a five step sales call process. You do not have to do sales calls in my program, but when you learn how to do it the way that we do it, you're probably going to want to give it a try because it's very effective and very value based for your clients. It's called consultative selling and it really helps you get to know people before they sign on the dotted line. And then we also have other trainings like my let's talk mini call. If you're having a hard time even getting people to talk to you, this is a great strategy for bringing out folks that you can eventually invite to do sales calls. Okay. We also have personal invitation templates that you can use and swipe to start reconnecting with people and to leverage your warm network. Okay. We already talked about one on one feedback on your plan. All right, wait, I went backwards. That's what happened. Okay, cool. I mentioned that I recently created this brand new resource and it is like this alone. I've been thinking to myself, I'm like this alone. I could sell as its own like 500 course. But it's only available in the Mastermind is my 30 day fast track. It's designed to help you sign one to three clients in one month. And so every day for 30 days there is a short video with a prompt. And when you dive on that thing and you start to really work it, that is where we're getting clients seeing massive results in a short amount of time, including my client Mara, who just recently posted this in our community. She did the the 30 day fast track and she literally has been going viral on social media. So she was stuck at 1300 Instagram followers for a very long time. I've coached her a lot on her frustration around social media and after implementing what she learned in the fast track, her follower count has jumped up to 5,300. She's gone viral on Tik Tok, she's gone viral on threads. You don't have to go viral to be successful in my program, but I just think it's really cool that she did. And not only that but she's getting clients from it. She got a, a full pay. A pay in full book coaching client who found her through Instagram. She also got a client through TikTok. And so she signed three clients very shortly after doing the 30 day fast track. And so this actually ends up being. This represents. I think I did the Math. It was 30% of her annual goal just by doing the 30 day fast track. Guys, this is just a piece of the mastermind. Okay? So you also get access to lots of other things in the curriculum as well. You really get a vault of things that you can access, explore. You get access to same day sales, which is my program that helps you learn how to get a client in 24 hours. Crickets to customers, which is my very first program that I ever created that's helped over 350 entrepreneurs with their core, core message, community and customers. My year on the wall training, as well as your coaching replay vault, we have a private podcast with all of the coaching calls I've ever done. And I have had clients make $50,000, $100,000 just by listening to coaching call replays. Okay. You get access to all of that right away when you join. Okay. So that was the curriculum. Let's talk about my weekly deep dive group coaching so you can get your questions answered live on our incredible coaching call. I've always done one call a week, but I think for all of 2025, I now coach two days per week. And I love it. I coach on Tuesdays and Thursdays and it's just like there's so many opportunities to talk to me, right? You can raise your hand and get coached. And it's so much better, in my opinion, than one on one coaching because you get to not only get your questions answered, but you get to benefit from eight other people, 10 other people just depending on the day, also getting coached. Right. And I always have people be like, I just learned so much from listening to other people getting coached. Right. It's also such a great weekly touch point to come to the calls. And like I said, that private podcast is available. So if you can't come, it's no big deal. You can take me with you in the car, take me with you when you're decorating your Christmas tree and just be having that learning by osmosis coaching in your brain. I have had clients be like, hey, I haven't come to a call in three months and I've gotten so much from just listening to the, the coaching replays. Okay, okay. So let's also Talk about getting expert feedback on your work. So even if you can't come to a call or you need coaching in between the calls, there is a number of ways to get support beyond my live calls. One of them is our feedback submission process. So at this stage of business, cookie cutter strategies are not going to do it for you. You really need customized and personalized attention on the things you're working on. So myself and my sales train coaching team, which right now I have a co coach, her name is Haley. She's amazing. We give you video feedback on really anything you want to submit. You get to submit four pieces of work per month. It could be your 90 day plan, it could be your sales assets. Like I will read your emails, I will tear up your emails. You can ask the folks who are gonna come onto the panel, they'll tell you all about it. I will look at your webinar, I'll look at your copy, your messaging, your content and we will give you very robust feedback on those assets. So when I say my brain is on your business, this is what I mean. We're really in the guts and in the trenches of what you're actually doing. So like in this screenshot here, for example, in video feedback that I gave to my client Angie, I helped her come up with a brand new messaging framework on my whiteboard and this is in a loom video. So that's the kind of feedback that you can expect with our feedback submission process. Okay. I also want to tell you all about how you can get coaching in our platform in between our calls. So daily coaching is available in our portal and like I said inside the mastermind, there are so many ways for you to get support between the calls. So if you can't attend a call, you can still get coached. I am in there coaching. Haley's in their coaching every single day, Monday to Friday on our messaging platform. You just submit to our portal and we get back to you in one to two business days at the latest. Okay. And if that is not fast enough for you, this is my new favorite thing. Brand new, hot off the presses is my like instant coaching with. Hey Steph. Hey. Steph is my fully trained AI sales coach. You can talk to her at 3 o' clock in the morning if you want. She's always there for you. You can see I was just playing around with her and I said, can you help me plan out my next launch? And she said she starts asking questions so that we can start planning it together. This is just available whenever you need it in the program and it has been trained on all of my intellectual property and I have been testing it. It's a very weird experience to be talking to your own brain. But I've been testing it just to make sure that I like her responses and I feel like they' accurate and my clients have actually been loving it. So they've only had this for like, I don't know, I think a week. And my client Mara said Steph bought for the win. She was able to map out a 15 minute sprint with her podcast. And then my client Allie said Steph's AI robot just wrote my reel and she was able to get her Instagram reel out there by using the hey Steph bot. And then she, I watched her reel. It was great. So that was really cool to see how this is helping people beyond all of the other support that's available too. This is also an incredible community of like minded business owners. Okay. They are just built different. These clients in this program, they're so supportive. They're standing by and waiting to celebrate with you. They're friendly, hardworking, vulnerable and like I said, we have a very strong culture of celebrating our wins inside of sogp and I think that's one of my very favorite parts about this group of people. As you can see we have helped so many different niches. So I think that's something really unique about this group as well is it's not just one kind of business owner. You are going to meet people across so many different industries and that's really cool because you can really learn things when you get outside of your own little bubble. Right? And like I said, we are always celebrating wins and you never have to do this alone again. Okay? So everything you get in sold out group programs, mastermind the SOGP curriculum, all the trainings, templates, scripts and visuals, your weekly deep dive group coaching twice a week these days, expert feedback on your work. Daily coaching on our messaging platform including hey Steph, my around the clock instant coaching AI sales coach and also this incredible community of like minded mid stage entrepreneurs. The investment for SOGP I think is an absolute steal. It's 8, 000 for 12 months for this much support training curriculum. And we also do have a payment plan available so you can go to stephcrowder.com SOGP and that is the place to get the process started. Very short application form to just help me kind of get a sense of whether we we might be a good fit for you and then I'll, I personally review that and I'll get back to you and invite you to the next step, which would be either to go ahead and join if you're ready, or if you want to have a deep dive sales call with me, you'll be invited to do that too. Now I do have that special bonus available for you if you join by the end of Wednesday this week, which is a one on one 60 minute strategy call with me. You can use this call anytime. So, oh, here's the other cool thing about joining right now. If you join in this cohort, we are, you're going to get to be with me through all of 2026 as your business coach. So between now and the end of the year is going to be bonus time with all of my curriculum, all of my coaching call replays. You're going to kind of get this bonus time to start to take everything in. And then your time in the program is officially going to start on the, I think it's January 5th when we get back from, you know, holiday time and you'll have all of 2026 to work with me. Okay. And so when you snag this bonus, the 60 minute strategy call bonus, you can book that anytime. We can do so much in 60 minutes, it'll blow your mind. We can map out your whole launch. We can help you make a plan to, to make your investment back. We can troubleshoot a sales call that you've recorded. We can do so many things in 60 minutes. The choice is yours. And I don't have the capacity to take one on one clients in my business at this point. So the fact that you're able to snag one on one deep dive time with me, this is really the only way that I offer that. So if you know you're going to be joining, do it by the end of Wednesday in order to get that. Okay, so stephcrowder.com so GP is the place to go to apply.
