Okay, let me guess. You fall into one of these two camps. The first camp is you want to earn $100,000 in a single year for the first time. Or you're in the second camp where you've already made six figures in a year before and now you want to learn how to make a hundred K or more in a single launch. And you don't want to just do it once, you want to do it every single time. Whether you're in Camp 1 or Camp 2. I want to invite you to a brand new training that I have cooked up and it's called 100k group programs. We are going over the 12 month blueprint I have for you where you're going to learn how to start, sell out and scale your group program. Whether you are making your First a hundred K or you're scaling to 2,50, even 500K, you need to know where you are on this map and exactly what strategies you need right now to get to the next milestone. This training is brand new, totally free, and it's happening on July 8th at noon Eastern time. If you want to get signed up, go ahead over to stephcrowder.com workshop and I cannot wait to see you there. Let's go to the show. Welcome to the Courage and Clarity podcast. I'm your host, Steph Crowder. I'm a former sales training director who's helped thousands of entrepreneurs earn a living doing something they love over the past 10 years. On your journey, you'll need the courage to be bold, to take risks and to do what looks crazy on paper. You'll also need the clarity, the brass tacks, simple strategies that actually work. And on this podcast we deliver both in equal measure. Oh, and by the way, we've got absolutely no time for bs, gross marketing tactics or get rich quick schemes, just sustainable business strategies for good humans with big dreams. If that sounds like you, you're in the right place. Let's go. Hello. Hello CNC listeners. I am so excited to have you here today. Welcome to this announcement episode where I'm going to tell you my big news and I'm going to tell you all about it. I'm going to tell you about not only the announcement itself and all of the details that I have right now, but also the decision that went behind it. Some of the kind of behind the scenes why I am so excited about this decision making. Beyond the obvious reasons, there's a lot of thought that has gone into this. So let's dive in as you may have been able to figure out from the title of this episode, I am thrilled to share that I am going to be hosting my very first live in person event for the sold out group programs Mastermind. It is happening. Clients only, active clients only. It's happening in October, October 22nd and 23rd. It is not a mandatory event. I know not all of my clients will be able to to join us. But it is an optional, inclusive. It's included in the Mastermind, which is crazy. I've been told by multiple friends that this is absolutely insane. There's just a very small show up fee to kind of help us plan for who's going to be there. Because we do have, we don't have unlimited space. We have limited space in the, in the space that we've rented. So we have to have a sense of who's going to be there. But this is happening and I am so thrilled. I have not done a live in person event since I think it was 2018. I hosted an event in Austin, Texas with a friend of mine and I loved it so much. It was a retreat. We all stayed in a house together. This is not going to be like that exactly, but I loved it and it was always my intention to do more of that because I have benefited so much from in person events which I'm going to share more about. In person events for business have changed my life completely. And you know, I had babies. I went and I was so. I had a baby at the time. I had a little one, a two year old in 2018. Then I went and had another baby and then the world shut down and I just am kind of picking up the pieces. I got little kids and the time is now, the time is here. I have been wanting to do this for years and years and I'm so thrilled you're able to finally kind of pull the trigger and make this happen. So I wanted to tell you all about it, especially at the time of this recording with the doors to the sold out group program's Mastermind opening. So very soon the clients who enroll are going to have an opportunity to come join me. We're going to do this event October 22nd and 23rd here in my town of Louisville, Kentucky. Louisville, Kentucky. For those of you who live in other places and are like, what is she saying? We say Louisville. But it's, you know, Louisville. And it's gonna be so much fun. So I am, you know, I don't have a schedule of what we're gonna be doing just yet, but here, I'll tell you what, I know, I know that I'm gonna bring my clients together from honestly not even just around the US So far we have people who are coming from across from overseas. I can't even believe that it, it blows my mind. And we are going to do two big days of coaching, teaching, learning, masterminding. It's going to be me, you know, in front of the classroom, but it's also going to be very, very hands on. I plan to, if you're going to join us, I plan to send you home feeling so ready. So, so, so ready for, I mean the timing is great. It's the end of October, right. So we're going to probably, if I had to guess, we're going to talk a lot about 2027 and I'm going to prepare my clients to go home and just get after it. And you know, there's so many reasons that I wanted to do this event even though, you know it's, I'm not making, obviously I'm not making money. In fact I'm losing money on this event on purpose. We are going to keep it really, really simple. My clients will, you know, pay for their own travel and their own lodging. We're going to make a few suggestions for where I think people should stay, some cool hotels and stuff. We will do one big dinner on me and then other than that it's going to be, you know, we've rented the space to do the teaching but we're keep it really simple because I wanted to be able to like I could have done a really fancy bougie, crazy event but I didn't want to have to pass the cost onto my clients. I really wanted to experiment with doing a live event. Like I just thought to myself, wouldn't it blow everyone's minds if they're already paying such an incredible price for my Mastermind. My mastermind is 8, 000 for the year right now and it's a lot of access to me with weekly, two times a week, weekly calls. Um, I get to know my clients businesses very well. It's very hands on myself and my amazing expert support coach Haley who knows so much about so many different topics but especially client delivery and copywriting and sales messaging. She's fantastic at those things. It's an amazing program. It's already an amazing program. I already over deliver and I love, I will always, always stand by that. And then to add this on top of it feels kind of insane and I like in the best way. I love this that we're doing this. So that's what's happening now? I think this is so important for my clients and for me as the leader because I have benefited so much from going to events, conferences for sure. But then also I've been to events as a client that are close, like client only events. And those types of events are life changing. You get to know face to face the other people that you're in the program with. You get to know your coach face to face. You get to spend that FaceTime with me over your shoulder, walking around the room, helping you create real things for your business. Real sales messages, real launch plans, real annual plans, all the things that we're going to be doing together. It is just invaluable. I remember the first time I really went to an event like this, I think was in 2023 and I had to get myself to New York City. My kids have been, gosh, I don't know, like 4 and 7, something like that. And I remember it was the summertime and there were terrible thunderstorms and my flight was canceled. And one thing about living in Louisville, Kentucky is it's not really a very big place. Our airport is amazing if you're going to be flying in. I love our airport. It's small, but it's really clean and nice and it's not a like crazy hectic experience. But you know, for a lot of places you, you may need a connecting flight. And that wasn't the case in this particular scenario was flying to New York, which is one of the places that we do fly direct. But everything was canceled, everything was grounded. And I think the storms must have been here in the Midwest, not in New York. And I remember frantically searching online for neighboring airports. I looked at Lexington, I looked at Nashville, I looked at Cincinnati, I looked at Indianapolis. And I was like, I am getting myself to this event. Like, I am not missing this. I am, you know, going to get my transformation. I want to meet my coach. I want to meet my fellow group program peers. Like, I'm making this happen. And I swear I found the one flight that Spirit Airlines was flying out of Indianapolis. Rest in peace, Spirit Airlines. They were the only airline crazy enough to actually take off. And my husband, my parents came over to watch my kids. My husband drove me to Indianapolis. And that's like, I don't know, two hours each way, maybe more. And I just remember having the thought, like, I, I, I, I'm doing this and it was so worth it. It was worth every penny. It was worth every minute spent in the car and I'll just Never forget that experience. I'll never forget learning from my coach and sitting at the table with people that I'm still friends with and being in a different city. You know, that context change, that location change. Being in a place that I haven't spent a ton of time in, eating at restaurants, like, it was just incredible. And so, you know, I've gone to other events like this ever since, but I have noticed that. And I don't know if you all agree with this, but it's just in, in my world, a lot of programs have taken this aspect away. I know multiple people in multiple programs and I totally understand, like, it's expensive, it's a huge commitment and there's a lot of people that have done this in the past that aren't doing it anymore. I can think of like three off the top of my head. Actually, I could think of probably like five. And I think that's a real bummer because I have personally benefited so much. In fact, I have said I would be willing to join an entire program just to have access to an event like this. Right? And so I actually haven't really been able to find that for myself right now at this current moment. So I decided to lead it. I was like, well, if nobody else is going to do it, I guess it's going to be me. So you all get to be the beneficiaries. I am going to create the event that I wish I could attend. I am going to pass that on to my clients. The amazing experience that I have had in other people's programs, it is my time, it is my turn to lead that space. So that's why we're doing it. And it is going to be so incredible. Like I said, I don't, I, I really want to be really clear. If anybody's listening to this and you're thinking about joining sold out group programs and you're like, oh no, like I can't come. I want to be so clear with you. Please don't let that be the reason you don't join the program. Okay? This is a bonus. This is an extra special bonus. It is by no means required. It's something that if you can swing it, I'd love to see you, I'd love to hug you, I'd love to teach you and get to know you and have dinner with you. If you can't make it, please, please don't be like, oh, now I'm going to pass on the entire mastermind, right? If this goes well, I am thinking about doing this Maybe a couple times a year. So it's possible we could do another one in the spring. I don't know, I don't have plans. But for example, if you were to join now, you get a year in the program, you're maybe going to get another chance because we'll include that. My plan right now, again, all in pencil, my friends. That event would also be included is the plan. So that is, is what's happening here. And I have just had this like in my heart and on my mind and as a quiet intention inside of me for so long and I'm just thrilled to be able to finally offer it. I remember chatting with my operations manager, Lacy and telling her that I wanted to make this happen. And we started researching spaces and we found this. There's this great co working space in downtown Louisville that I've been to before and it's really cool and it's close to great restaurants and hotels. And I was like, why don't we just look like, why don't we just see what they have? And we found these days, by the way, it's a Thursday, Friday that we're gonna. So you could, you know, fly in anytime you want, you could stay the weekend and make a weekend out of it, whatever you wanna do. But we found these dates and we kind of looked at each other. We're like, are you, are we doing this? And I just said, yeah, I think we just need to click go. We just need to make the decision. And I will never forget just posting that to my current clients again. This was like a month or so ago and we're just asking for a $25 show up fee. It's crazy. It's just insane that we're offering this. And immediately I started to see those tickets come through people from England and you know, just like all over the U.S. it's, it's ridiculous. It's crazy. So you know, it's going to be a. I think we have space for like 40 to 50 people in the event. So yeah, it is limited. Like we, we, we can only fit so many people in this room. I will plan to share some photos of the room with my. If you're on my email list, I'll plan to share some photos so you can kind of get a sense of where we're going to be and what we're going to be doing. But I'm just, I'm just so thrilled and I can't wait to take my leadership to the next level again. Like as a former sales training director, like this is my wheelhouse. I stood in front of classroom after classroom every single Monday for months and months and months when the company Groupon, where I was a sales trainer, well, I was a sales rep, sales trainer, then sales training director. We were hiring sometimes 50 people every single week. And it was my job, along with a couple of colleagues, to train all of these people in the front of the classroom. This is my wheelhouse. This is my bread and butter. This is what I do. And I haven't been able to, you know, I flex those muscles teaching here on the podcast, teaching in my webinars, teaching my clients. Absolutely. But. But I am just so excited to get back into the, like, standing in front of the classroom, teaching people. Um, it is definitely another level. And so I know I've probably said it a hundred times on this podcast, but I am just floored. I'm floored and I'm thrilled. And I want to invite you. I want to invite you if this is, if you're like me, where you would be willing to drive, have your husband, have your partner, friend, mom, whatever, drive you two hours each way to take a dodgy flight in this thunderstorm because you're like, I know the value of sitting at that table with my notebook open in person. I think that's one thing the pandemic taught us and it took it away from us, the importance of connection. I love the Internet. The Internet has made my entire business possible. I will never stop being grateful that I was born when I was. And also you can never take that innate hard coded DNA away from us that says we are human beings that love to be in community together. And even more than loving it, we need it, we crave it, we thrive off of it. And so if you're like me and you're like, oh, heck yeah, I'm there, I hope this can be just another reason to join us inside of the sold out group programs. Mastermind. It was already an incredible program with so many client results, so many clients who continue to resign, which I think is the ultimate testimonial. And I, like I said, I'm obsessed with over delivering. I'm obsessed with creating an experience that my clients just adore and they feel so like that's how I felt when I traveled to this event in New York, because I was just like, I'm so grateful that I, I have this. I'm so grateful that this is available to me that I can just like sit and be a student and I can learn what to do and I can take it home And I can execute it. And then I see my coach on the calls and we have the context of what we talked about when we were together. It is just unmatched. And so it's a special moment. It's a really special moment for clients inside the Mastermind. I hope you'll consider joining us even if you can't make the event again. So many amazing things. We also do a virtual event. I'm, I'm thinking about doing it quarterly starting next year. We've done it once already. We're doing another one to kick off this group on August 17th. On Monday, online, we're doing a group VIP day. I call it a CEO day, where we are going to build your 90 day plan together. So because it's August and kind of mid August, we will actually make your whole plan between now and the rest of this year because it's going to go fast, y'. All. It's going to go fast from here in December. December hardly, hardly counts, right? So that's what we're going to do. So even if you can't join the live event, the in person event, we have multiple live events virtually that are incredible as well. We did the group VIP day, the CEO day a few months ago when my last cohort started and my clients loved it. They were like, can we do this every quarter? So I'm going to be trying to make good on that next year because my clients all do 90 day plans that are reviewed by myself and my team. And I figured we could just do it together and you could just knock it out and have that accountability and I can give feedback right there in the moment. So that's what we're going to be doing. So whether you are joining us for the in person event or the online live events or both, I am so excited to extend this invitation to you to sit close to me to help me, you know, help me help you with your business goals and everything you're working on on your way to being a sold out entrepreneur with your group program. Even your one on one, we do that as well. So that's all y'. All. I just had to share. This is my big announcement. If you want to learn more, you of course can come check out all of the details about the, the sold out group programs. Mastermind, you can go to stephcrowder.com mastermind to apply and you know, learn all the details and I will, I personally review every single application to make sure that it feels like a good fit, that you're going to benefit and I have no, I have no interest in coaching people who aren't going to do well in my room. It's not a good look for me.
