Okay, onto the show. Welcome to the Courage and Clarity Podcast. I'm your host, Steph Crowder. I'm a former sales training director who's helped thousands of entrepreneurs earn a living doing something they love over the past 10 years. On your journey, you'll need the courage to be bold, to take risks, and to do what looks crazy on paper. You'll also need the clarity, the brass tacks, simple strategies that actually work. And on this podcast we deliver both in equal measure. Oh and by the way, we've got absolutely no time for bs, gross marketing tactics or get rich quick schemes. Just sustainable business strategies for good human with big dreams. If that sounds like you, you're in the right place. Let's go. Welcome to this episode where we are talking about five lessons from my record breaking launch that you can take into 2026 with you now. At the time of this recording, my launch has not yet even finished. So this is really coming to you hot off the press. But you know, we, we don't have all the results in yet, so we'll see where we land. I will, I'm sure end up doing a full debrief episode because I know you all love those episodes. I personally love listening to that kind of episode as well. But I didn't want to wait until after this launch had passed before sharing with you these five key insights. It has been such a wild ride. It has been one lesson after the next and I already know just based on where I'm at and the conversations that I'm having, it will end up being my best, highest, most like biggest revenue enrollment for the sold out group programs mastermind that I've ever done. Ever since I created this Mastermind. Originally it was called the Messy Middle. Now it's sold out group programs. It's been around for years. This is my number one highest revenue launch. And I want to talk about that because I know that in this moment in particular, I mean, I think it's always really inspiring. I know for me, I love listening to podcasts and learning from people who are getting great results. I want to know what's working, I want to know what is compelling and what strategies to keep my eye on. And I also think, like, is it just me or is this one of those moments in time where it, it's especially useful and helpful to turn our attention to folks who are leading and are generating great results. I don't know if I'm just hanging out on the wrong parts of the Internet. I try really hard to surround myself with, you know, positive inputs and be careful of what I'm letting into my brain. But even with my, the careful selection that I try to have when I'm online, I feel, and I have to admit, I've even like fallen into this myself a little. There's like a little bit of a culture of despair out there right now, and for good reason. There's a lot happening in the world. I think you'd have to be sort of tone deaf to not pick up on that to some degree. And I find that in moments like this where there's a lot of uncertainty, the, the economy feels unstable, the political climate, there's lots and lots going on, it's very natural and normal for the, whether you want to call it the rumor mill or just the sort of like chitter chatter online to be questioning, questioning whether it's viable and possible to build a online business right now, and especially one that charges premium prices. You may have had that question, like, can I really be successful? Have I missed the boat on this? Is it over? Is anybody having good launches? I know I have had that question. And I found it so inspiring to have friends and peers and mentors and people that I listen to who are like, yeah, actually I'm having a record breaking launch and I personally again feel so inspired by that, I just eat that up. I cannot get enough of that. When people are out there sharing how they are, quite frankly, the exception, right? How they are creating exceptional results in a time and a climate that wants to tell you to just stop, be quiet, give up, it's the end of the year, like just forget it. Right? And so I'm very excited to be here today, having the opportunity to be one of Those voices that wants you to know that you can absolutely not only create amazing results right now, but you can have record breaking results. Yes. Even in late 2025, even with all the questions that you have in your head, even with any uncertainty that you've been thinking about or ruminating on, there is an incredible amount of success to be had. I do think that the right strategy and some other things that we're going to talk about are critical. And so like I said, I wanted to just bring you. I'm sure there are more, but I have five major lessons that as I am winding down the enrollment for sold out group programs at the time of this recording. We're closing tomorrow night, Wednesday 12th November. So there is still time to join. By the way, if you're hearing this and you're like, I want to be part of this, I want to learn from a coach who is getting the kind of results that I want, you can absolutely still come work with us, come apply. And if you're hearing this in the future and you're like, oh shoot, I missed it, just hop on the wait list. You can either way just go to stephcrowder.com SOGP and yeah, that's where. If you're hearing this in real time, I'd love to talk. I still have some time on my calendar. I have this very strong feeling that I'm not done hearing from a couple more people. I have just like a couple spots left that I would love to invite the right people to come join. I am having this belief and this feeling that I'm not done making the impact that I want to have with this round of the Mastermind. It's already been a great run as you're going to hear about, but if there's even just a couple more people that I know are meant to be in this room and maybe it's you. I really want to encourage you to reach out in whatever way you want to. Whether that's applying or just email me, message me on Instagram. Let's have a conversation. There is absolutely still time for us to do that. But as far as our conversation today, let's get into the five lessons from this record breaking launch that I think you can really take with you right now and also into your new upcoming year as of course we turn the page on 2025 and move into 2026. So these are kind of in no particular order. Let's get into it. Number one is the quiet middle decides the outcome. The quiet middle decides the outcome. So everyone Loves the high of the early sales, right? Like those early, like this is very, very common in a launch pattern. Maybe you've experienced this yourself. If you've done any kind of launching in your business, you have some kind of launch class, some kind of webinar or some kind of free event that you're doing to generate excitement. And on that first day, on that opening day, you get a flir, no matter how big or small, of interest, right? Those few people kind of come early and you're like, oh my gosh, this is going great. This is so exciting. I'm going to make sales. And there's that rush of the launch day and then inevitably things slow down, things get quiet. And in some cases, including this record breaking launch I'm going to tell you about, the. The next part is just dead silent. Dead. And I do mean dead silent. And that middle period, I am learning from myself and also from working with my clients. That middle period has the power to decide the entire outcome of your launch. And what I mean is this, for me, there was literally like day two, no new applications. Day three, where my, like day three is, you know, a day that I expect to have more applications with the strategy that I teach absolutely dead. And the reason this is so important is because when that silence is there, that inbox is silent. There's no new applications, there's no new activity, there's no new inquiries. Your brain is going to be so certain that it's over. And in my case, this is like day three of, gosh, I don't know, seven days, 10 days, like still so much time left. But in the way that we teach launching with Buzz Blitz, there's typically, you know, some incentives in the beginning. And so it can be, you can easily have the thought like, they're going to come early or they're not going to come at all. Like, if they wanted to come, why wouldn't they have just come in the beginning? And it really is a test, it's a T, like it's, it's very easy for anybody to believe in yourself when things are going great. But the real question is, what are you doing and what are you thinking when that's not the circumstance? And in those moments, it really is about staying the course and not allowing yourself to be tossed around by how it's going and how it's unfolding. Because what most people do is they start unconsciously shifting their tone. They start maybe backing down on the urgency. They start losing their creativity because they're having the thought, this is Over. This is over. Nobody else is coming, Nobody cares. It doesn't matter. Nobody wants to work with me. And I've even had clients and friends who've gone through this who will say, okay, Steph, fine, you got me there. Like, what I often call this is. It's quiet quitting on your launch, right? It's like if the. A lot of you are wanting to believe as long as things are going in your favor and what this quiet period in the middle is asking you to do is to continue. Continue to stay in high belief and trust of the. Even when that evidence hasn't shown up yet. So as I was saying, I've had friends and clients be like, okay, yes, Steph, sure, you got me there. My belief slipped when things got quiet, but I didn't stop, right? I had a peer of mine say this to me, another coach friend. She said, I didn't stop. Like, yeah, my belief was in the garbage bin. I thought it was over, but I kept going. And I think that's an excellent point. We're going to talk a little bit more about this in other strategies, but the truth of the matter is the way in which you are showing up is it from a place of, I don't believe anybody's coming, so let me just check the box on this like it's obligatory. You may have continued doing the actions, but what was your thought while you were doing the actions? Because those are two very different things. If I'm thinking to myself, sure, I'm gonna stay with my plan. I'm gonna keep sending emails, whatever. I'm gonna check the box on this. But I'm doing it from a place of really not believing that anybody else is paying. I'm going to have very different energy. I'm probably not going to go the extra mile. I'm not going to be thinking of new and different ideas. I'm not going to be putting out every there. Everything out there that I possibly can. Like, for me right now, sitting here recording this episode and having the belief that there's one, two, maybe three more people who I just haven't heard from yet. The reason I'm able to make this podcast episode, when I'm tired from launching and I've been launching for like 10 days, the only reason I'm able to sit down and do this is because I want to reach the people who are meant to work with me at the last minute. If I didn't believe you were there, I wouldn't bother to do this. So notice the small ways that my Thoughts during the quiet part are going to dictate how I show up. And then how I show up, of course, dictates the actual result. And it's like when nothing was happening for me, when on those days when it was dead, I kept showing up like everything was happening, right? And that's actually when the tide turned. Because by the end of that same day, guess what? I did start to see more people kind of coming out of the woodwork. I did start to see some names where I was like, I don't know this person, where did they come from? Like, totally defying that logic. And this is why I know it's surprising and some of you are not going to like this, but I tell my clients, like stay out of your quote unquote data. It's unreliable anyway. I'll have clients say to me, well, you know, my open rate is this or my click rate is that or no, I know that it's not going to be successful because I looked and nobody's watching the replay and I did this reel and nobody liked it. Your brain is trying to read the tea leaves, right? It's like you're trying to predict your own fortune. You're trying to shake the Magic 8 ball and get an answer. And what you need to embrace if you want to have a record breaking launch is that when you do it, it's not going to follow logic. There are more players on the board, there is more happening in the background than you can possibly get onto a dashboard. Okay? You're not able to see all of the people that are paying attention because people are looking and not hitting the like button because clickbots are opening your emails like, we really don't know. And so I want you to think about and what I had had to do through that time is tell myself, like, I don't know why when they're coming, how they're coming, where they're coming, but I'm going to stay in belief that they are coming. Instead of quiet quitting on myself and quiet quitting on my launch and kind of fading into the background. I see this all the time. So if you're somebody who's tried launching and you're like, I tried and then I flopped, I want to ask you, did you flop or did you give up? Right? Even in small ways, even in subtle ways, where did you really not push and stay in that energy all the way through? Because that was number one. Lesson number one is that quiet middle decides the outcome. I have watched myself and others quietly give up and that Quiet, quiet middle. And when you do that, you're not going to have that record breaking launch versus when you trust that it's all part of the process and it's not. The quiet's not a problem. That's when you can really stay in the game. All right, so lesson number two is belief is not optional, it's actually strategy. Okay? And also what goes hand in hand with this is you cannot hold belief and reinvent the wheel at the same time. Okay? You cannot hold onto the belief and reinvent the wheel at the same time. So here's what I mean by this. If you want to focus on strong belief all the way through, I've even been calling this like delusional belief. I was coaching my clients today and we talked about like top delusion tips. Some of you are not going to like this, but I need you to hear me about this. Is it really is a disciplined choice to believe they're coming even when there's no evidence that is a choice. It will change the way you execute every move. As I talked about. It'll change the tone of your emails, the energy of a post, the extra follow up that you do that you might have skipped. Otherwise same actions but at a different frequency. And that difference compounds. And so the other thing about this is it's very, very hard. Like I have found through this launch that being in high belief has been a full time job. And what I mean by that is if I were also trying to reinvent my sales process as I go, if I were making up my sales steps while I'm trying to wake up every day and have high belief, I would not be able to do it. The only reason that I'm able to do it is because I have a solid and repeatable framework. I use Buzz Blitz, which is my process for launching that I teach my clients. And because I use my own process and I've used it again and again and it's a well oiled machine that I can count on at this point. I'm not guess guessing. I'm not guessing at what I'm doing next, right? My system is running. My system is doing what it needs to do that helps me trust the process. So now I just have to show up and work it. Now I just have to show up and put my Steph Sparkle on it, right? So it does still require me to be here and it requires me to imbue my personality and it requires me to show up with energy. But it's like the two are working in tandem. It's like the system it's doing is doing its thing. And then I'm out here, like, freestyling on top of it to make it magical. And having that system that I can rely on, having that repeatable sales strategy that actually works, frees up my mental bandwidth to focus on having a really strong mindset, to practice the they're coming energy. Even when my dashboard doesn't agree, even when I'm refreshing my applications and it's like, nobody, nobody, nobody, nobody. So when you know your process works, your belief can. It becomes an available choice to you, right? You're able to be like, okay, the sales process is working. It's worked for me in the past. I don't have to be rewriting my playbook because I already have my playbook down. Now I can work on regulating my nervous system and staying in that high vibe and also like, being creative and going the extra mile. So that is super, super important. That was number two, which is that you cannot hold the belief and reinvent the wheel at the same time. Right? And so the next one is leadership is going first. Leadership is going first, especially when the world feels heavy. Okay? So I've been really thinking about how me launching. And my launch right now is my version of leadership, right? So I went into this launch knowing what I already indicated. Headlines are crazy, politics are doing their thing, the economy, uncertainty. There's a lot going on. And at a certain point, you have to decide to be the one who proves that it's still possible. Right? Whatever your industry is. You know, for me, as a business coach, that's me walking my talk and creating the results that I claim to help other people get and that I do help other people get. But I want you to think about how this would translate to leadership in your world. How can you be the leader that your people need when the world feels heavy? Right? Because that's what leadership really is. It's modeling calm focus and execution in chaos. Whether it's chaotic times, whether it's calm times, you have to be the leader in the room. And then you can show your clients that success is not circumstantial. Right? You become the exception that people are craving. Your place becomes that bright light. Your place becomes that bright spot that people really want. And so for me personally, I wanted to be the one to or one of the people anyway, who shows you by example that you can absolutely be successful in any economy with the right mindset and the right strategy, the courage and the clarity, if you will. And so the same will be True for you. Your people are going to have a lot of excuses available to them right now. That's just the nature of the moment that we're in. And so you want to think about how can I show them that even though there are all these excuses, it doesn't mean that I can't get results, or it doesn't mean that I don't deserve joy or that I shouldn't be learning this skill or whatever it is that you teach. And so that was that lesson, which is that leadership is going first, especially when the world feels really heavy, okay? And then this next one is, your brain will break, okay? Your brain will break, you will crash out. And that is why coaching exists, okay? For me, I've crashed out multiple times during this launch. And even at my level, and even at levels beyond me, your thoughts are going to sabotage you. At a certain point, you're going to end up with head trash. And you've got to take that trash out to the curb. The number one way that I have found to do that is to get coaching, right? And to have somebody who's helping me clean up my thoughts and clean up my mindset. Also my strategy as well, and ask me questions like, have you tried this? Have you tried that? How about this? Objection. What are you doing about that? Right? And that's not weakness, right? I think that sometimes there's this false belief that at a certain level you shouldn't need to do that. Absolutely not the case. Every Olympian needs a coach, especially when you're scaling. And that's why mentorship and feedback, that's not a nice to have. They're non negotiable tools of performance, right? And especially when it feels like you're defying gravity, you don't want to be doing that all by yourself. You want to make sure that you have that coach in your corner, that you have that mentor who has been here before and has coached people like you, and you want to be taking advantage of that coaching. I've seen it before where, you know, people will disengage on their launch, they'll disappear from coaching, they won't raise their hand for help. And it's like, if only we'd raised our hands there and said, like, hey, I gotta figure, like, I'm halfway through a launch, there's still time to figure it out. Having the vulnerability and the courage required to say, like, I'm struggling, I'm hitting a wall, like, think about how I feel, right? Like, I, I did a training called double your launch. I'm Sitting here feeling like, gosh, I should be the expert on this, I shouldn't be spiraling, I shouldn't be having a crash out. I know a lot of you guys think I'm just sailing my way through a launch. That's absolutely not the case. Even people who are having much bigger launches than even my launches, all of us, know that it's going to turn you inside out. It's asking yourself to be visible at the highest level. It's going to stretch you, it's going to grow you. And a huge rookie mistake is trying to do that by yourself. Right? And so the last thing I want to say is, number five is that strategy still matters, but mindset is what activates it. Okay? So for me, as I mentioned, my Buzz Blitz system gives you a repeatable process. Gives me a repeatable process. The structure, the timing and the proven pieces that we know help make up a launch that you know, for myself, for my clients, I have many clients who have 2x, 3x 5x their launches. This system works. We've been using it for years. It's been updated this year. This is something that works across industries. But what I want to share, because a lot of you know that strategy is important, a lot of you come to me for strategy and you're like, oh, I just want to have like a really great strategy. I want to know what to do, I want to know what works. Yes, you're going to need that. But here's the deal. Without belief, that same system falls flat. Okay? Your belief and your mindset is what powers the system and the strategy. It's like the fuel in the car. That car could be the most beautiful, coolest, nicest, most updated car. It's not going anywhere. If the tank is empty or if you're low on gas, you're going to run out of gas one mile into the trip. And I see that all the time. Right? And so what really created this record breaking result for me was the fusion of both a sound, repeatable strategy, number one and number two, a brain that I've been training to hold the line through silence, through doubt, through noise. And that's the formula that I use for myself and that I teach for my clients. And that is why it works. Because it is not enough to chuck out a few posts and hope, okay, that may have worked a few years ago, but at this point you need both strategy and bulletproof mindset. And listen, like I said, that mindset is going to slip during a launch. I don't expect you to be like, sailing and happy and high the whole way through a launch. You're like I said, we. Inside of my mastermind, we call it Pavement Day. There is a day. And the reason it's called Pavement Day is because during one of my many launches, I remember laying on the driveway on the pavement on my back, staring up at the sky and watching my kids. My kids were on their scooters and they were, like, scooting all around me. And I was just laying there on the literal pavement with just nothing left to give, just staring at the sky, being like, what is my life? I have no energy. Pavement Day is normal in a launch. But the question that. The. The real question is, what do you do with that pavement day? Right? Like, where. What. What's the next move? Do you get back up? Do you get back up and say, thank you. May I have another? Do you get back up with full energy? Do you get back up and get your head back in the game? Or do you kind of, like, maybe crawl a little bit through the rest of it? Or do you just kind of halfway give up and peter out and say, like, okay, that was, you know, I tried. It didn't work. Okay. These are the differences in, you know, having a sort of disappointing launch and what can really create that broken record, that, you know, having a record and breaking it in a launch. And I think the interesting thing here is that these energy shifts are subtle, and yet they change everything. Because on paper, my actions in this launch don't look that different from my previous launches in a lot of ways. I think I've sent the same number of emails. I've probably done the same number of posts. In fact, it's probably possible that I've done more in other launches. But the energy behind it is what changes everything. When I'm operating from a place of it's already working, this is happening, I kind of naturally went that extra inch, right? Did that extra thing. And honestly, it's given me access to more creativity and new and different ideas. It really is those invisible differences that end up stacking up. And the truth is, you can't fake that conviction. People will feel that, right? It comes from actually believing in your offer and the process that you're using to sell that offer. So the difference between this probably won't work and this is already working is invisible. But your audience feels it. They really do. And that's gonna be reflected in your results. And so, my friends, I really hope that these lessons, again, these are, like, hot off the press. Like, I gotta be honest, with you. I peeled myself up off laying on the top of my bed, looking at the ceiling, being like, whoo. This launch is taking it out of me. It's been amazing. I feel, like, used up in the best way. Like, my brain is. Is like every idea I'm doing, every conversation I'm having, it's been incredible. And I just didn't want to wait to pour this directly into your ears. So I hope it's been helpful. And if it has, I hope you'll let me know. Tell me what resonates. I genuinely would love to hear you reach out to me on socials. I'm at hey, Steph Crowder. You can email me if you're on my email list, but I would love to hear and I can't wait to see what you do in 2026. It's going to be an incredible year. So many good things are coming your way. Year on the Wall is coming to you very soon. Stay tuned for more information. You might want to mark your calendar for December A unofficially, more is coming about that very, very soon. My friends, I am wishing you the courage and the clarity to go after what you love.
