Maybe it pushes you to develop a skill or stop wasting time on dead ends. Force your brain to hunt for growth instead of meltdown. That shift alone rewires your fight response into a hunt for hidden value.
Create a Next-Action Cycle—Small Wins Build Momentum Overwhelm is the enemy of seeing opportunity. Break down the problem into bite-sized actions that feel doable today, not someday.
