Well, I'm so grateful for you to be here. All right, this is such a great topic. First of all, I loved your TEDx talk. But knowing a little bit about you, I know that you weren't born into the spiritual quantum science world. How in the world did you end up diving into this?

B (2:57)

Well, it was kind of the perfect storm, you know, I definitely did not grow up aware of all of this. And I lived what I like to call a life filled with surface level happiness, you know, and probably the first 30 years of my life. And I got to this space and place where nothing was working out the way that I desired. Nothing was like I was searching for a feeling and I couldn't find the feeling anywhere. And I stumbled into a depression. And in the moment, if you would ask me, I wouldn't really have known that I was depressed. Like, it wasn't like I was conscious of, like, oh, I'm depressed. Like, something needs to change. It was just like this feeling in my body where I wasn't even sure that I wanted to breathe and I didn't want to feel. All of these, like, feelings were coming up in my body that I had pushed down and ignored over the years. And it got really uncomfortable. And so I picked a numbing mechanism. And that was wine. And it was never like an alcohol addiction. It wasn't like that. It was just like I would give myself till 5 o' clock because in my mind that felt normal. Like, let's have a glass of wine at 5 o'. Clock. Take the edge off. Who doesn't do that? Is this the way that my mind conversation was going? And I would have a glass of wine at 5 o', clock, and if I needed another one, I would have another one. And I just didn't want to feel. And it was working. So after a couple months of doing that one day, this is what I call a quantum moment. I talk about all of what a quantum moment is in the book Quantum Vibes. And I was just sitting at the sofa staring at the clock. It was right across from me and I was just staring at it. It was 4:59. 4:59, 4:59. Ten minutes later, it's legitimately still 4:59. It was divine intervention at its best that day because time Froze. And it was long enough for me to get still and get quiet enough to hear the sound that was just like, from my heart and my soul inside of my body. It hit me with every bit of my being. And it was this message saying, girl, there's so much more to life than what you're currently experiencing. Like, what are you doing? This is not who you are you. This is not who you came here to be. There is so much more. And in that moment, I fell to my knees and I burst into tears. And I looked up and I said, I'm going to need help. I said a prayer. I said, show me the way. I don't want to live like this anymore. And I went into the kitchen, I took the wine, I threw it in the garbage. And for the next couple years, I didn't drink any alcohol. I focused on me. I learned about energy and frequency and happiness and feelings in my body. And what does that even mean? And I learned about self love, and my intuition began to open up, and I started learning about that, and I learned about purpose and mission, and I started surrounding myself with people that were doing good things and that were doing things that mean something and that wanted to leave a legacy. And I started to learn who I was on a soul level. And I started really integrating my soul with my personality.

And in that, I became obsessed. Like, that feeling that I had been searching for, it was right there. And I became obsessed with like. Like, it was like I was. Felt excited and on fire and on purpose, even though I was still doing the personal development work, which means you have to be willing to sit in the fire with all the uncomfortableness and really learn to. To just let it move through you with love and grace and compassion and alchemize it in that way. And so I was learning these tools, and I was doing the work. I was attending retreats, I was hiring coaches. And then before you know it, I started teaching myself. And. And then I just realized, like, why isn't this the. The school curriculum? Like, that's the com. That's the thing I still can't wrap my head around. Like, this is what we should be teaching in school is basically quantum vibes should be, like, required reading for middle school. You know, middle schoolers and high schoolers, as far as, like, this is what you want to learn, is that you have the power to set off a frequency. Just the same way you and I are connected, you know, across the United States. With one click of a button, we tuned into a frequency, and here we are and we can do that with our bodies, with feelings and emotions. And so kind of learning that between the law of attraction, understanding what that really means and how we can implement it, and then also our minds and how powerful they are. And it was so interesting to me. And so over my own path of really stepping into my full potential and, and training hundreds, thousands of people along the way, I developed this process, and it's so exciting and so fun, and I cannot wait to share it with the world.

I mean, that is a lot. Okay, so for many people listening, Suzanne, they're not going to understand what quantum physics even means. I know for the majority of my life, this is only something that I've discovered in the past couple of years. So let's assume people listening right now don't know what quantum physics is and the science behind it.

Can you break that down a little bit for us?

B (7:59)

Yes. And I think the key is to make it super layman, which is what I do in my TedX. It's what I do in my book, Quantum Vibes. And I'll do it right here, too. So when you say quantum physics, our mind sometimes just checks out. You know, it's like, like I, I was not a big science nerd. I. I still don't understand it.

I'm not talking about, like, at a PhD level. What I'm talking about is just the understanding that everything in the planet is energy. What I mean by that is the chair that you're sitting on, that I'm sitting on, that anyone listening is sitting onto, is made of energy that vibrates at a certain frequency that it turns into a solid. So that might even take some people out. So I'm going to just take, take it back to really simple. All you need to know is everything is made of energy. And the reason you need to know that is everything holds a frequency, a vibration. And the reason that matters is when you can understand that you hold a frequency, it means the thoughts that you're thinking, it's like a wifi signal. So if you're thinking like, oh, I'm terrible, or, oh, I look ugly today, or, oh, I'm never going to do that, that's what you're creating as an energetic match in your body. But if you're thinking like, I know I can do it. I know I'm meant for more. I'm ready to receive abundance. I know things are always working out for me, even if I can't see it. I feel excited. I want to tune to my purpose. And you start having those thoughts, you start emitting that frequency. And so it's almost like osmosis, too. Like, literally. I've been to retreats, and I've hosted retreats myself. Where someone could be in there with a blindfold on and earplugs in and receive an energetic upgrade. Simply by the frequency that's moving through the room. And so what I mean by quantum physics is simply just understanding that your energy is your most prized possession. No one can take take it away from you unless you give it to them. We all have the same amount of energy. The most successful person in the world and the most unsuccessful person in the world have the same amount of energy. And the difference, I mean, there could be a lot of differences, I guess, in that example. But so many people give their energy to news that is toxic to things that aren't true to negative things. And you're feeding it when you give energy to it. So why not start really being intentional and conscious. With what you're giving your energy to. And give it to conversations that elevate you and light you up. And really start to become magnetic and in who you are and who you want to be. And that's kind of where the law of attraction comes in. Right. Is because you're creating that magnetism. And then you're becoming an energetic match for what you desire. And there's a lot of nuances involved in it. But that's kind of the basic overview.

Okay, this is so interesting to me because I. While I have an understanding of what you're talking about, I'm certainly not at master level. I'm not writing books about the quantum vibes like you are. Right. So I might know more than some people who are saying right now, well, this is curious. Right. I don't know that much about it. Or it sounds like the movie the Secret or. Right. They might have a little bit of understanding. But does that stuff really work? And I definitely was a skeptic myself until, I will say, pretty much the last year. Because I've seen and have specific examples where my life personally has been impacted. And I've seen it. And I know there's nothing else that it came from other than doing this work that you're describing. And I want to get into that. And I want to get into your specific stories. I know you have them, too. And that really will help people understand how things can be materialized. Even though it seems so flipping crazy. But you get to this moment where it is so crazy. You know, this is the only way that it really did happen. Right. I think back to corporate America and how hard business was. And when I just heard you describing all that, I'm like, I would have said back then, well, she's lucky that she had the time to go do that. She's lucky she didn't have a job with golden handcuffs that she had to post up for every day in order to pay the mortgage. It was always hard. Everything I was saying to myself was hard. And maybe on the outside it didn't look negative, but I certainly wasn't vibrating at the highest levels for me. And it was because of my trained thought. I had trained myself to, this isn't easy.

You gotta crush it.

C (12:05)

You've gotta put the hours in. You're gonna have to make this work. No one's gonna help you. And those were the conversations I was running through in my mind. It's not surprising. I was surrounding myself at work with people who wanted to sabotage me, people who were trying to hold me back.

B (12:18)

Right.

C (12:19)

So I can see it clearly now. But when you're in it, Suzanne, it's so hard to say, what's the first step to get out of this? How do you recommend people who might be in a situation like I was? They're not really aware of what to do next, but they know that things aren't right and they haven't found their ideal life or they're not living at the best frequency possible, but they don't even know where to begin.

B (12:42)

Well, I mean, honestly, that. There's a seven step process in the book Quantum Vibes that takes you right through it. So there, there's that and then another thing is just the simple awareness. So awareness is one of the most powerful things that we look and over. You know, we override it and we. If you're not aware, how can you change it? Right? So just being here, present at this conversation is. Is a perfect starting point. And I loved what you said about, you know, it's easy for her. She didn't have the things. Because we create our own situations. You know, we're all. We're all born into different spaces and places, but at the end of the day, we create the choices that we make. We create the thoughts that we think. And so I don't care where anyone is. If someone is at a job they hate, they feel like they're trapped. You can make shifts. I've helped clients make shifts very, very quickly. With awareness, with having the confidence and the courage to take action. Most people are scared with understanding that you have to Override your logical mind. Exactly what it is that you just said, it makes no sense. Every big dream that I've had and so many big dreams for my clients, it makes no sense. Our logical minds will talk us out of it every single time if we allow them to. And so that's why it's so important to surround yourself with people that can show you evidence. Hey, this is possible. For anyone that's watched my TedX. They've evolved and grown. So now they're seven. There were five. They've shifted a little bit and evolved and grown because I believe we're always evolving and growing as long as we're breathing. So my work will continue to evolve and grow. But turn up your frequency. If we're aware that we are a frequency. Okay, and when I say turn up your frequency, I want to make some clarifications. I'm not just talking high vibes and low vibes. It's more than that. It's about, like, big energy vibes. What I mean by that is we're human. So there are going to be days where we feel not great. There may be days where, like, you feel shame. There might be a day where you're just kind of in a mood. And so it's less about trying to not be in a mood and more about how can I have a little empathy, compassion, and grace and just sit with myself and these feelings and letting yourself feel them and move through them much quicker, to the point where eventually you drop in, you feel it, and you can turn up your frequency very fast. And so we live in a space where there's a lot of density and a lot of toxicity floating around. And my guess is anyone that has landed on this conversation is feeling a call to rise, to raise their frequency, to have more fulfillment, to have more abundance. So if you want to start thinking about how can you turn up your frequency, let's say you're in a job that you don't like. Well, what's good about the job, obviously, is paying bills, or you wouldn't be there. Maybe there's some amazing coworkers. Maybe you get some amazing perks. Start focusing on what is working. And while you're focusing on what is working, allow there to be room for feelings about other things and just notice them. And then start to say, like, give yourself a plan, you know, okay, if this isn't working, what is working? And this is where you have to override your logical mind. If anything was was possible, I had zero limits. What would I want to be doing? Okay, so you start thinking about that, you start having those conversations, you start playing in the field of dreams. You start getting in the space and energy of people are doing the things that feel exciting to you. And what you're doing and doing that is you're, you're rewiring and reprograming your mind to show you what is possible. So a perfect example, so that the second piece, the first piece was turn up your frequency. The second answer is another one of the quantum want to go through all seven of them. Because I feel like it's just a much more powerful conversation to let it flow. And I don't want to ruin the surprise for the book too. But one of the quantum tools is rewire. Reprogram your mind. And when you realize how powerful this is, it will change everything for you. Because we've been programmed and conditioned from things that our parents have told us, that society has told us, from something that someone said to us when we were five that was like a well meaning stranger or you know, community person. And so it's like once you become aware of like, oh my gosh, I can actually intentionally reprogram and rewire my mind, things start to get really exciting. And what you're doing is you're literally reconnecting synapses in your brain that run a program of where you want to go instead of a program of what you've been told is possible. So when, if you take the four minute mile, for example, there were people, athletes trying to break the four minute mile over and over and over and over and no one could do it for years. And then one day someone broke the four minute mile and then the next day someone else broke it. And then three days later, three other people broke it. Because there was all of a sudden their mind have full body chills telling you this right now. All of a sudden their mind had evidence that like, wait a second, this is possible. And then more and more and more and more and more and more people. So it's like when you can see someone living a dream, when you can see someone doing something, it's creating evidence in your mind. It's rewiring and reprogramming your mind. It's possible. And there's so many other tools and so many other nuances to that as well that I'll dive into in Quantum Vibes. And I actually have a workbook at the end of the book where you can do these exercises as many times as you want to really, really reprogram and rewire. So it's really like are you going to settle with go to work, pay bills and die or are you going to like actually like live a life that lets your soul on fire Meet.

I had seen the book the Secret a million years ago. I thought, that sounds like a crop. However they had marketed whatever their vibration was, wasn't a match for mine, right? Like, I wasn't receiving for whatever reason. When I saw Dr. Joe's stuff about a year ago, I thought, well, that sounds actually interesting to me. Same information, right? But now suddenly I'm drawn to it, which I'm in a different place in my life now. However, I started really getting into this idea, like what you're saying have a clear intention. You know, the pandemic was going on. My business was super slow. And I was like, you know, I want abundance. I want ideas to come to me. I want wealth to come to me, right? I don't know how it's going to happen. In my mind, I planned out I'm on a board of a health healthcare company, and in my mind I planned out, we're going to go public, all my stocks going to triple and I'm going to have millions of dollars. Like, I started trying to force an outcome in my mind, right? Which is not what quantum physics is all about. It's not what your book is about. But I was using my old logic, like, Heather, this is how it's all going to play out. And of course, that's not what happened. But it was so funny. I would start reading this mantra. Money comes to me from the most unexpected places. So much money that my son and I have now bought a new home. It's a beautiful home, you know, with this and that. And I was seeing this idea of what I wanted my life to be. It wasn't there. And there was all of this wealth around me and this money to allow this to happen. I kept forcing this idea of how it was going to happen. Nothing would happen. Nothing would happen. Nothing would happen. Months went by. Suzanne. And then all of a sudden, one day, my neighbor, who I never talked to, knocks on my door and says, you need to sell your condo. I just sold my condo and made a killing. I want my. My realtor to call you. And I'm like, that's weird. Okay? So I don't do anything. The next day, she comes again. Did you talk to the realtor? I said, no. She's like, here's his number. Call him right now. This woman and I never spoke. I thought, this is really weird. I call the realtor. He comes over 15 minutes later, puts my house up for sale immediately. Now, granted, there have been so many complications, but in the end, I'm closing tomorrow. I'm moving. This is unexpected money that's coming to me that I never planned on. I did not orchestrate this. I had nothing to do with any of it. However, for months I was putting this mantra out there. I was. I was really believing and like you said, playing in this idea of, like, what I want, I had. I didn't know what was possible, but I thought, this is what I'm going to focus my energy on. This is what I'm going to spend my time and energy doing. And now, in another week, my son and I are moving into the most beautiful place that if someone had told me this was a true story a year ago. And by the way, my company that I'm on the board of directors, we still haven't gone public because the marketplace is a disaster. So my theory didn't play out at all. I was totally wrong. However, the intention, the energy and the focus allowed something so much greater to be created. And that is fact.

B (23:51)

I love that. Because what you did was you plugged in energetically. You plugged into the energy of abundance, you plugged into the energy of flow, and then you created spaciousness for the universe to surprise and delight you. You know, I mean, your mind was plugged in over here, but your energy was plugged in to possibility and to abundance. And that's exactly what I talk about in the book. So it's so funny. I have a similar story. So in 2019, I was, like, very busy, big on the speaker circuit, traveling, doing all of these wild things that were dreams at one time. Dreams, you know, so back when, when I had my quantum moment back in 2013, I didn't know I was going.

I didn't know I was going to be, you know, teaching all of these things. And so it was. I had already watched so many dreams unfold that I didn't even know were dreams that, you know, for a long time in my life. And then when they registered, it was like, go big. And so with this particular thing, it was 2019, and I was in California for an event, and I had a2. Had two events, and I had two weeks in between them. And I looked at the map and I saw Laguna Beach. And I had remembered coming here previously, several years before, and just enjoyed it. And so I thought, you know, all I need in the interim of the events is my computer to work. I'm going to hang out in Laguna Beach. It'd be a great time. I was living in Atlanta, so I didn't want to go back and forth. And there was this serendipitous moment the first day that I was here where I like walked out to the ocean and I walked out to get coffee, but. But there was the ocean. It was. The coffee shop was right across the street from the ocean. And I look over and the ocean is just like this brilliant deep sapphire blue, like, like beautiful. I'd never seen the ocean this color. And the sun is just dancing on the water, you know, like little fairies. And I feel the ocean breeze coming onto my skin and this, this like huge intuitive knowing comes into my body and it's like I can hear my inner being with everything that I know saying, like, you need to live here. And I was like, well that's interesting and awesome. Like this would be amazing place to live. I wasn't even looking to move. Like, in fact, I had a couple years prior, just built my dream home. Basically. Like I'd had a home that I bought at a young age and I ended up busting out the ceilings, raising an in law suite, pushing out the kitchen. It was a beautiful home. It made no logical sense. So about six months later, I packed a one way ticket, booked a one way ticket, shipped my car across the country, running my home, followed my heart. I didn't know one person in Laguna beach didn't know where I was going to live. I had rented a place and over the past couple years I had had a vision board. And the vision board basically was just windows and ocean and a few other things. And it had sat across my bed because this is part of that reprogramming, rewiring, like, what are you putting in your energy field? What are you looking at? And so I made it really pretty and I hung it on the wall right in front of the bed. So it was the first thing that I saw before I went to bed and the first thing that I saw when I woke up and of chills here just telling the story. So as I'm looking, I just wanted something that was like maybe like the little peekaboo ocean view, walking to the ocean. I was just so happy to be living. It just felt like so exciting because I was just like following you, following the calling of my soul, following my heart. And I ended up having a conversation with a real estate agent. She said, I know the place for you. And I said, okay. And so I go and I park and I'm walking down this path and I see these beautiful pink Flowers. And I'm walking down and I'm getting closer and closer down a hill and I'm seeing that beautiful, brilliant ocean again and that the breeze is starting to hit my face and I'm seeing a palm tree. And I go down the stairs and I turn to my right and I walk in and there are four big, huge, big floor to ceiling windows and ocean. And my whole body froze and I was like, I'm standing in the middle of my vision board. It was just amazing. And it was way more than I wanted to spend, but I didn't care. I was like, this is what you move across the country for. And it's been a dream. It's been, you know, I've been here for several years now and it is like I see dolphins almost every single day. I run down in between meetings and I'm able to just jump in the water or sit in the sand and meditate. I mean, it is, it's so special. At night I'm just hearing the ocean vibes. It's like this healing vortex. And so I would not have dreamed big enough to like put myself here in this space and time. I always knew I'd live on the ocean. I thought it would be later. I didn't know where it would be. And so it's really when we can override that logical mind and plug into dreams and understand the power of our frequency and our energy and that we don't necessarily need to have the specifics. We just need to know our desires and we need to become an energetic match and we need to be open and we've got to take action from our heart and not our mind. And most people don't know how to do that.

C (29:02)

How did you tap into your intuition to listen to that calling? Because for a lot of people, myself included, for years I never heard my intuition. I had silenced it, you know, instead it was just controlling and living a very linear life. And I found it hard to start dialing up and then scary to actually act on it. So how do you advise people to do that?

B (29:23)

So it's a practice just like anything else. I've meditated every day since May 2014. Eight years. Over eight years. And it's like you clean your channel when you're meditating. So I have several free guided meditations on my website. It's. I'm one of the biggest advocates for this because speaking of turning up your frequency and opening up these channels, that's one of the best ways. And it doesn't have to be long even 10 minutes every single day. So it's no different than if you wanted to like have a rocking body. You're not going to go to the gym just once and say like, oh, it didn't work. Or even like every day for a week and then say oh, it doesn't work. Like, you know, it's the long term gain, it's what you're eating, it's the way that you're moving. It's, you know, there's a lot of different factors. It's the same with intuition. Everyone has it. Some people, you know, if you think about a piano, if there's a piano sitting in a room, some people can walk in and just naturally like they can play something beautiful. Some people might need a couple lessons and then they got it. And some people may like fumble over the keys for five years before they get it. So it's like everyone has their access to their intuition. I do believe that the time that we're living in now, the bail is getting thinner and thinner and thinner. And what I mean by that is we're collectively raising the frequency together, all of us. And as we do that, it becomes easier and more powerful and more potent to open it up. So for example, my clients, I've helped a lot of people really connect to their heart and soul and their intuition because I'm holding that space for them and I'm very intuitive. So I'm able to kind of help them see what their soul is saying, I've done this and corporations, but I'm not obviously standing there in corporations saying I'm going to help you connect to your intuition. It's more like let's play a game on how we can be guided by our feelings and create abundance and scale our businesses through our feelings. You know, so it's. All of these tools are very, very applicable and accessible and helpful in each any business. It's just we weren't taught that. We were told it was weird and strange and not to use it.

C (31:32)

So how does someone create wealth, success and abundance through the use of feelings? Because I know some people are scratching their head right now.

B (31:39)

Well, it's a process. And so again it's about really plugging in to desire. What is the desire? So it depends, like am I talking to the person that's an executive for a vp? Am I talking to the person that owns the company? Am I talking to the person that you know is middle of the road? It depends. It depends on what your desires are. If you're, are you looking to climb the corporate Ladder. Are you looking to start your own business? Are you looking to lead a hundred other people and. And get them excited about it? So it. So I would need to answer that question. I would need more specifics, basically. But when you really understand the conversation around energy, which if you read Quantum Vibes, you will. You'll understand about energy, then you start to play with it. Okay, so, for example, I have a client who's an amazing client, super successful, like, owns multiple companies that have billions of dollars of assets. And, you know, we. I tell him, like, you're. You're creating from the past. You're creating from your logical mind. Like, let's throw that out the window and, like, sit and dream for a minute. So this is a perfect example of someone that's created a lot of dreams. And so he does this naturally already. And, I mean, he hired me, he found me on the Internet and called me and was like, come to my office. And we just so happen to live very close to each other. He's like, come to my office. And I've worked with them for two years now. And it's so fun. It's success. The conversations that we have and the things we create together is amazing. So I like, but. But I love it, because someone at his success level, even I'm like, you can go bigger. Like, you're. You're trying to create with your mind and with what's happened. Let's create with energy. And when you create with energy, you collapse time. And when you create with energy, it's in so much more alignment. And so just understanding the energetics of dreams and playing with it will help you. So let me think of a concrete example I could give you. Like, our logical mind will tell us that we can make X amount of dollars depending on what we've been able to make, but our heart will tell us, like, the true desire. So there's desire from, like, a place of, like, yes, girl, go get it. So when I told you about my quantum moment, there was the desire of my soul to come forth that was saying, girl, what are you doing? And my soul put me in the right position to get me to finally hear that to the point where their time froze and I had to listen. And then, you know, there's the logical mind that says, suzanne, you're not a writer, you're not a teacher, you're not a speaker. And there's the. The energy, the feeling that says, oh, yes, you are. Go and get it. Show them what's possible. Go and get it. And so it's like, we're trained in this society around what's logical and what's possible. And when you're going to. I wrote an Instagram post about this. If you want a logical life, listen to your logical mind. You know, if you want a life that, like, feels on fire and knocks your socks off in the best of ways and really, really is just one of those, like, ooey, gooey, juicy, like, kind of life, you have to check your logical mind. Mind. You have to override your logical mind every single day because you're going to have the thoughts telling you you're crazy, telling you you're not worthy, telling you all of the things and there are all of these nuances that come into it. And so while a conversation like this is an amazing starting point, it's just like anything else. You've got to stay in the energy of it, stay in the conversation, stay around the people that are activating you. So, you know, what I did along the way is when I found someone who, when their words activated me, I was like, I want to learn more. If I read a book and it resonated with me, I found the author and was like, what else do they have? And what can I learn? Podcasts, like, whatever it is, because it's all going to be different. And we all have a unique soul blueprint. And we try to mimic what, you know, what we're doing, what other people are doing. There is something to be said from learning. Learning from someone who's accomplished what you want to accomplish. That's not what I'm saying here. What I'm saying is we all have a unique soul blueprint. My path is going to look different than your path. Heather, and the people's listening's path are going to look different. Can we be inspired from others? Absolutely. Can we learn how to collapse time from others? Yes. Can we get in the energy and calibrate to a dream from someone that. That has received it and that has done it? Yes. But at the end of the day, we have to find our own unique magic through our stories, through our path, through our passion, through our. Through our desires. And so many people are missing that piece because they're just trying to mimic what they see around them.

I asked you to try to find your passion.

C (36:18)

How do you help people figure out what their purpose and passion is? Yours is very clear. Like, you're so clear on it. You know exactly what lights you up. But when you work with people that don't know that yet, how do you help them lean into figuring out what their unique soul blueprint is?

B (36:34)

Well, it's a process. So the first thing is, is who someone is searching for this. Move your energy out of your head. We all go, like, right into our head. We got to really learn how to put our energy in our heart and in our body and let it be shown. The other thing is, we've got to take the pressure off. If you're wanting to find your purpose, you set that intention, and then you start to look at, like, what lights you up. What would you be doing if money was no object? What would feel amazing if you had zero limits and could do anything? You start asking yourself the right questions. Then, I mean, you do have to look at, like, okay, you need to pay bills, right? So it's like, how do we create this dance and this balance of transitioning? And so what I found in working with clients over the years, not everyone needs to leave their corporate job. Not everyone needs to go become a solo entrepreneur. Not everyone. You know, I work. I do work with a lot of execs and VPs, too. So it's really about, how can you bring more purpose and passion to what you're doing? Because a lot of times, if you're successful, you are in alignment, and if you're successful and you're in that place that we talked about at the beginning of the show where you feel like you're handcuffed to your job and there's no freedom, make the freedom people's minds tell them things aren't possible. I had a client one time who was, like, really good at her job, and she wanted to do these things, and she's like, I'm gonna have to quit my job. And I'm like, why do you want to quit your job? She's like, because I want freedom. I'm like, do you like what you're doing? She's like, love it. Like, because I can. Intuitively, I could see all of this. So I'm like, okay, great. What would be your dream scenario? She's like, my dream scenario would be xyz. She wrote it out. And I'm like, so why don't you go present that to your company? She's like, they'll never buy it. I'm like, do you believe that you have provided value?

Yes.

B (38:16)

So anyways, I helped her flush out this whole thing. She took it to her company, and next thing you know, she's like. She's like, they did it now. Like, she was on consulting instead of a direct Employee. She had everything she wanted. And I'm like, it was. That was so fast. It literally happened in like a week. So like there is room and space for things in all different ways. When you can really like start thinking outside of the box and start plugging, realizing that there is a quantum field of infinite possibilities. And when you plug your energy in, you can plug your energy into anything. And that is a true, true piece of the manifesting formula is just understanding the quantum field, understanding how you can plug into it, and overriding your logical mind. Because the logical mind is always going to kick in and talk you out of it if you let it.

C (39:03)

You brought up an interesting point and that was the speed at which that collapse and materialized. Is there any rules or guidance you can share with us on? Like I was sharing with me with the situation, selling. That took forever. It seemed like it took months, right to. Why is it that sometimes things can happen quickly and other times it takes so long?

B (39:20)

I think that we put expectation. It's like we contract our energy when we want things too bad to happen too fast. And so it's almost a more powerful thing to let go of the timing. To let go of the timing of it. Okay, I'm going to share a story. I didn't know if I was going to share this, but I'm going to tell you. So in 2014, I was praying to be shown my own purpose. I was like, I want to know. You know, my Quantum moment was 2013, 2014, 14. I spent a year learning to love myself. And in that I wanted to find my purpose. I wanted to know. So I was setting the intention. Show me my purpose. Show me my purpose. And I thought when I was sit down and meditate, like, you know, it would be like a little memo that would be like, do, do, do. Your purpose is bomb, bomb. But that wasn't happening. It wasn't like there was no clarity. Nothing was happening. And I was like. So I just continued, continued to keep the meditation intention. And a few months later, I'm out for a jog and I'm just running and I'm in flow. Like I've got music playing and I'm running and my energy is open. And in that moment, all of a sudden my feet hit the pavement and it was. It was this very clear vision, very clear vision. And I could see it so, so clear. And it felt so out there and so crazy. And it was like, okay, you want your purpose? Here you go. You're. You're going to write a book and you're going to write a book that's based on your own awakening, but it's going to be judged up a little bit. It's going to be like a fictional story with a lot of truth, but it's going to be fictional and it's going to be high vibrational. It's going to parallel the awakening that's happening on the planet and it's going to be big. It's going to. There's only going to be one of them. There's going to be three of them. It's going to be on the screen. It is going to be a movie. It's going to be like Twilight or Hunger Games, but it's your book and your story. And Heather, it was so strong. It was with every, like, I could feel it in every cell in my body and I was like, like, it felt so big. So I started writing that book and it came through like, boom. So this was the, this was in 2014 is when I started writing it. The, it was done in 2015. So there was a first rendition. And that book was called Musings of an Earth Angel. And that book was very. It was a catalyst. Like Hay House called me right after I had published. I self published it. Hay House called me, invited me to be on a speaker's panel next to 26 New York Times bestselling authors and me right out of the gates. That was when I was like, manifesting is real. And anyway, some things went on and so I learned the power of purpose. I learned the power of trusting. I learned I had to really let go of the timing because I had no idea, like, when this book was going to take off, when this movie thing was going to happen. Over the years on stages, I have said multiple times, like, my book is going to be on. The movie is going to be a movie. So what happened was my intuition was growing. I was meditating, I was nurturing my intuition. I got to where I could really, really see crystal clear, like a lot. And everything in my body said, that book needs to be reimagined. I pulled it off the market. I worked with an editor, we reworked the book, and in 2020, I launched Girl Awaken. So this is the COVID just so you can see it's Girl Awakened. And it, I launched it and I was like, just, it's just a fun, passion, playful book. It's great for someone that's on the spiritual path, that wants to be activated, that wants a book that teaches some personal development, but that's in like a fun and Magical way, you know, that was the whole thing is because a lot of people get bored with personal development books. Even though I write those too, I love those. But sometimes you need something like, you know, that feels like it's entertainment. So. So about a month ago, not even a month ago, an investor dropped in and said, let's make Girl Awaken a movie look on your face. So cute. Yes.

C (43:22)

That is incredible. And this is yet again another moment in your life where, you know, this came from you manifesting.

B (43:29)

Yes. And it still feels early to be talking about it. That's why even though I have talked about it some, but it's still in the emphasis. These things take a long time, but, but still, like, I'm like, you know, and I teach them and I'm still blown away by it. I'm like, the way it happened, I never, never could have. Could have thought it would happen that way or. And there's still so many pieces that are coming into play. But my point in this is like, dream big. And when we can dream from that space of heart connection and when we can truly know that we are limitless and that we can plug into possibilities, anything can happen. And it's not going to happen in the way you expect. In fact, like, if you put a timing on it that it has to happen, it makes it happen usually longer. So the more you can like, say, like, this would be amazing if it happened in the next month and the next six weeks in the next six months in the next year. And I'm never going to give up because this is my mission. And so, you know, there's a lot of different tools here. You can. I teach people to make ladder goals, which means there's, you know, there's a goal that you can grab right away that, you know, in your logical mind you can get. There's a goal that would, would blow your mind. And then there's a goal that like, like if you received it, you wouldn't even believe it's possible. And so you start playing with the energetics of goal setting and you learn how to goal set in a way where, you know, people used to teach, and I even used to teach it this way, like put a time on your manifestation. And then I learned that that actually can cripple it. And so, like my example with the client, there was no time. She was ready to quit her job. And I said, before you quit, let's do this thing and see what happens. And it worked, you know, I mean, so she was at the state of already being Done. So there really was an attachment to it. Had she been like, I have to have this job no matter what, it might not have materialized that quickly.

C (45:07)

I think you're so spot on. Right. That's. For me, that's the hard part, is that letting go and, you know, what comes to mind for me and you brought up prayer is what role does God play in all of this?

B (45:19)

So for me, God is instrumental. You know, God is my divine power. That being said, I believe whatever your divine power is will work. So I grew up in the church. I've never needed proof of God. And I've also never needed to be one of those people that, like, memorize the scripture. I love scripture. I think it's beautiful. That just hasn't. You know, my sister can tell you every quote in the Bible, not me, but, like, I'm all for it, you know, And I'm also for the person that. That if someone just believes in a higher power, that's different. That's okay, too, in my opinion. So that might be controversial in some places, but that's the way that I operate, and that's the way God wants to use me.
