The Vinton County Prosecutor, William Archer, has provided an update on the 16 children who were removed from a home in Hamden, Ohio, that could foreshadow the depth and scope of the criminal case. Archer told county commissioners the county is asking for permanent custody of the children. The news comes as more information about the Siders' past homes in Gallia County, and the condition they were left in, has come to light.
