State agents searched Richard Gallagher's home in Albuquerque, New Mexico in December 2025 after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about Child Sex Abuse Material or CSAM. Agents said Gallagher admitted to creating the images. Now, Gallagher has pleaded guilty to sexual exploitation charges.
