In 2014, I set out to do something I’d always believed was impossible for me: achieve a healthy life balance with food, fitness, and myself. After many years of trial and error, I finally found a system that works for me, and started "Community With Caroline," changing the course of my own life, but most importantly, enabling me to help change the lives of thousands of other people as well. Join me as I candidly discuss all aspects of the “fitness” industry, my journey to food freedom, my struggles with breast implant illness, OCD, and more. I have open and honest dialogues with healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs, mentors, celebrities, bestsellers, polyamorists, coaches, and some of my personal heroes!

Send us Fan MailOn this week's episode of the CWC podcast I am talking with Elianne El-amyouni, you may know her as the "Twitchy Witch" on social media. Elianne's mother is a reader of dreams, and her father is a shamanic healer. She has been something of an alchemist since she was born, and ended up studying symbolism, alchemy, and dreams in university. She wrote her masters on the connections between alchemy, dream analysis, and modern poetry, and is currently writing a phd on the role of music (particularly hip-hop) in the expression of palestinian political identity. I found Elianne on TikTok about a month ago, and booked a tarot reading with her. During my reading I was amazed at how comfortable I felt with her, as well as the accuracy of my reading. I invited her on the podcast and was so happy she said yes! During our conversation she was recalling a prophetic dream she had, which led us to discuss the rising and falling of empires and how that relates closely to what we are seeing today in America. I left feeling incredibly humbled, grateful, and connected to her. Follow Elianne, book a tarot reading, or check out her book "Quickies," which is a collection of her thoughts during a period of severe depression and substance abuse(my personal favorite.)https://twitchy-witch.comhttps://linktr.ee/carolinemathias

Send us Fan MailOn this week's episode of the CWC Podcast I am joined by my friend, and Physician's Assistant Tanna Donalson. Tanna has been instrumental in helping me get my health back in order after my explant surgery in 2020 and we have remained close since. I wanted to have her on to dispel some of the rumors going around regarding Ozempic (Semaglutide.) Tanna uses evidence-based research and personal experience with patient care to explain what it actually is, who it can help (more people than you think), why you will not lose muscle mass while taking it, and we answered every single question that was submitted on my Instagram stories! If you are having trouble finding it or being able to afford it because your insurance won't cover it, Tanna explains at the end how she can help. Please submit any questions you have and we will answer them!https://linktr.ee/carolinemathias

Send us Fan MailOn this week’s episode of the CWC podcast I have the pleasure of interviewing Sally A. Hoedel, author of Destined to Die Young, the definitive examination of why the world lost Elvis Presley when he was only forty-two years old. I was honored and excited to chat with Sally about her longtime love of Elvis, why she set out to write this book, and ultimately why she believes that Elvis would have wanted this story to be told. In Destined to Die Young, Hoedel examines Elvis' downward spiral through a unique lens of genetic and physical health struggles. Hoedel’s research, based on scientific data and interviews she conducted with people who knew Elvis personally, aims to dispel the theory that drug abuse is what killed Elvis. Readers may be surprised to learn that, based on Elvis' family history and the genes he was dealt, nothing could have saved the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll.https://linktr.ee/carolinemathias

Send us Fan MailIn this week's episode of the CWC podcast, I am delighted to be speaking with Amy, who is the creator of WeMAD over @dragonfliesandwhiskey on TikTok. WeMAD is a fictional world where gender roles are flipped and women make all the decisions. Amy’s skits on TikTok call out the absurdity of current events involving misogyny and sexism by swapping the roles of men and women. When she is not on TikTok, Amy is busy raising her three children and building websites. One of Amy's TikToks appeared in my FYP a few months ago and I immediately binged all of her videos. Listen and laugh with us as we discuss women's rights, transgender inequality, breaking free from internalized misogyny, and much more by sharing our personal experiences and views.Caroline's Linktree: https://linktr.ee/carolinemathiasAmy's IG: https://www.instagram.com/dragonfliesandwhiskey/Amy's TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@dragonfliesandwhiskeyAny's Website: https://www.dragonfliesandwhiskey.comhttps://linktr.ee/carolinemathias

Send us Fan MailIn this week's episode of the CWC podcast we’re talking about marriage. I’ve always talked candidly breast implants, sex, women's health, family life, and farm life, so I figured it was time to get real about how amazing, and difficult, marriage can be. I grew up in a generation that valued a picture perfect home and family life, where everything looked great from the outside, even if it wasn’t so great on the inside. Society can be misleading about marriage. We are told that to be happy we should find a romantic partner who is also a best friend, someone we have amazing sexual chemistry with, and our perfect soulmate. That idea is exactly what sets most of us up for failure in the end. In this episode, I’ll talk about the ups and downs of my own 21-year marriage, and don’t worry, it won’t be sugarcoated.
