But it's like, my take on, like, a milk tea. I was, like, figuring out at work yesterday, and I was like, oh, my God, this is really good. Of course it's not with real milk. It's gonna be with soy milk. I was like, I was gonna put coconut milk and coconut condensed milk, so I don't know how it's gonna taste with that.

Oh, my God. What tea did you use? It's so good.

I use Earl Grey, and then I mixed it in with the coconut condensed milk with the soy milk.

So the condensed milk is the sweetener. Yeah, it's so good. Sorry if I'm breaking people's ears.

I mean. I mean, I remembered when we went around the girl. So many things have gone happened since our last. Like, last time we filmed, but we did a family around the island. If you guys don't know what around the island is, it's really when you spend the whole day, like, driving around the island because we have relatives that finally moved to Hawaii from the Philippines, so we took her around. But we went to one of my cousins. Well, he suggested it because he said that, like, it had a lot of, like, great reviews.

Oh, my gosh, that coffee place sucked.

Wait, I'm not Going to. Because I mean. Well.

Yeah, well, I'm not going to say the name, but. Hi, coffee shop. Anyways.

Your coffee. Yeah, your coffee sucks. I'm. No, I'm sorry. I'm not even gonna talk on the coffee, because I'm not. I didn't drink the coffee. Whoever the. Made my matcha count. Your name? I have actually never. And I love matcha. I really love matcha. Any form that it is. That's the first time, like, I gagged on a matcha.

Are you sure? And I mean, like, because we had one in Miami, too, but I'm not gonna say no.

We went to their new place. Yeah, they're new. Like, they're kind of like, on the side of the road by themselves. And then there's one that's more, like, commercial with, like, other businesses around It.

They're like, beginning of Laie, I bet.

I like their French fish. Yes.

I thought Ezekiel. Is that. Yes.

It wasn't. I was like, when I was looking at their menu, they had two. They had tilapia and in the flying sun. And we ate the flying sun.

It was so good. Please get some raw meat. If the line at Giovanni is too lang or honestly, just go to Jerome.

Yeah, it's so good. It got to the point where, like, we had one fish. There was, like, four of us in a table. We ate one fish, and we was like. To the point where, like, we were passing around, like, a head and the bones. Because it was just that good.

Yes. And we. We could have ordered more, but we were like, girl, we're on a motherfucking. Like, we were on a mission that day. So we didn't want to, like, wait more. But it was so good. It was a food. Do you smell that?

I have four days at home in total, and so far I've seen my friends. And most importantly, I went to go see the queen of all queens, the diva of all divas, the woman of the hour, Mercedes. Oh.

Yes, my mother is back. Who knows how long she will be home? But if I'm willing to bet she's gonna be home for about three months, but knowing her, it could probably be three weeks as well.

And of course, her house was already filled with all her grandkids and she had already cooked me adobo when I got there. Like, now that I have a couple of days left, I kind of want to spend it just gardening and kind of unplugging for a little bit. I'd also like to write a little bit about my friend Jesus Guerrero. He was so special. Anytime I saw him, I would just smile. He was one of the first celebs, hairstylists that ever touched my hair. And he did my hair for my morphe collab in 2017-2018. I forgot when that was. And as well as my colourpop collab. He has blessed so many people in the industry with his art and his heart. He truly is one of the greatest of all time. And he will never be forgotten and I always will celebrate him. We love you, Jesus.

I was like, whoa, this is another. I honestly. Where we stayed, I honestly thought it was just like Waikiki, to be honest.

Oh, yeah. Weather wise, though, like, humidity level, like.

It'S giving Philippines in, like, winter.

I would say that. Yeah.

Because it's still humid, but it has, like, the cold wind on it.

Yeah, Yeah. I would just say, I think maybe because we were in the city the whole time. Like, I think Hawaii's humidity is more, like, wet.

Miami is a little bit more, like. No offense, like, sticky.

And, like, girl, I have texture here for my hair. I don't. Over there, I was like, every time I woke up, every time I put something on my products, it literally disappears and goes back to, like, flat.

My. Well, I had hair stylist for the whole shoot, so, like, I never really had to worry about that. But even I noticed that, like, my what? The walk that we were like, I can't believe we were walking for like an hour.

Oh, yes. Okay. So you know when you go on a trip, like, outside of, like, where you're from. Where you're from, and you're just craving something. Ms. K was craving boba, girl. Yeah. And we found a boba shop that said it was like 50 minute walk. Yeah.

15 minute walk. And we got there like maybe 10 minutes. Because we're like fast walkers.

Yes. So we get there and I'm like looking at Ms. K, and I'm like, why are we in a neighborhood right now? Yeah. And then next thing you know, the security guards calling us over, and he's like, where are you guys going? And then we were like, isn't there a boba shop in here? And he was like, these are apartments. Like, what are you doing?

Yeah, there's like, there's no boba shops. It might be on the bottom or, like across it, but it's not. There's no restaurants here.

Yeah. So we, me and Ms. K walked a whole. The whole perimeter of that whole thing, not finding it. And we just kept getting farther and farther from the destination. And not once.

Not. Wait, not. We didn't walk it once around. We walked it back and forth and then back again just to go back to where we came from.

And then I was like, girl, there has to be more bob shops here. So Ms. K, you found one, like, right across the bridge.

And like, that's a big thing they have in Miami. They have a lot of bridges and stuff like that. Overlooked water. Very wiki.

So we walk over the bridge and we're still looking for this boba shop. And we're like, okay, this mall has to have a boba shop. And.

And then. And then I was like, should we ask the coworker? And he was like, yeah, go ask the secure security. Like a security. And then I go. I go up to the security. And I was like, the more I go up to this guy, the more his badge comes clearer. And as soon as, like, I was like, hey, can I ask you a question? I looked at his badge. It was a Miami police. But I was like, this is weird to.

But y'all got boba shops.

I was like, do you know where the boba shop here nearest? And then ISIS is over here. And he was like, honestly, you got to do what you got to do. But I don't think it's here. I think it's across the street. And then we went across the street.

And there was the boba shop.

It was like a shining star of a boba.

And we got free stuff.

There's a credit card under my car. I mean, my room. So it. Me and Ms. K is always, like, Is giving room service.

So every night, me, Ms. K, would literally just feast. Like, I remember the first night. I'm like, we'll have the caviar plate, please. Thank you very much.

And then he was like, every night, I would order just, like, one plate. And I was like, okay, that's enough for me. Brett orders five plates.

We'll order five plates. And then we'd watch something, and we're like, dessert.

Dessert. And then, obviously, because I'm lactose, I can't really have a lot of the dessert, so I would order just, like, small bites, like, fries.

And then he just got the whole sorbet item.

So, Yeah, I got all the sorbets. That was Miami. Like, and then we did a lot of stops at la.

Yeah. Just for, like, thank God. Because that. That layover really helped me a lot.

Honestly, like, I. I think I'm going to start doing that more when I go to, like, the East Coast. Yes. It makes the traveling longer, but, like, it makes me.

It makes. Yeah. Something. I don't know. It makes you just feel like you can stretch and you can, like, I don't know.

Because, I mean, not that we had a choice anyways, because there wasn't direct flights to Miami. So, I mean, like, now that I know that I could do that, like, next time I go to, like, New York fashion Week. Like, I must stop by LA for a minute, get a facial, and then go to New York.

You know what's weird? I never really thought of, like, flying to New York. You know that 10 hour flight that we do.

Yeah.

I don't think it's that bad, but when we did the Miami to la, oh my gosh, that flight was so long.

I think maybe for you because you didn't. You slept.

[Ms. K]

I did.

You slept. I worked out and like, I saved my sleep for the plane.

[Ms. K]

And you didn't sleep on the plane. I remember you telling me you were watching. You were playing dress to impress the whole time, which I'm like, how the hell did you have WI fi? Because I did not have WI fi.

[Ms. K]

The second plane we were going back, it had really good WI fi. So I was like, okay, I was just playing the rest impress. And then, and then I was just playing that. And it turns out, like I was playing it for three hours and I was like, dang, I have one more hour flight. I thought it was gonna go by quickly, that one hour flight. Oh, my God, it felt like 10 hours.

Yeah.

Just because I was just like, what is happening?

[Bretman Rock]

I do remember that flight though, because two hours from landing, they told us, okay, we're about to land. Please raise all your seats up. So like, so like, I'm back up in like this position and then I look at the. The thing and it's like two hours left and I'm like, we are not landing yet. Like, girl, don't stop. Like, yeah. And I was like. So I was like staring at the wall the whole two hours. I mean, I could have watched something, but I was like, girl, you really swore mad.

I'm like, I could have slept for another hour.

Yeah, I could have got more beauty rest. But it's whatever. It's whatever. And then we came back home. But yeah, what's really cool about coming back home? So I'm a part of, like the PS Lounge thing where like they. I go to a separate lounge and stuff like that. And you. And when you're ready to board the plane, we get driven on to the ramp. The ramp.

It's like another vip like, way.

Yeah, it's cutesy. I love it so much. And girl, why do you say like that? It's cutesy.

But I remembered us approaching and I see like four black Cadillacs back to back to back to back.

And I'm like, who is this? Like, who celeb? What celebrity is this? Or what Important person is this. And so they had us. They had me go into the elevator instead of going up the ramp because of something. Because of Special Services. So I'm going up the elevator, and I'm looking at the ramp, and I'm. And I'm trying to figure out who it is. And I guess, like, I had just missed it of who it was. But a lot of the employees were, like, like, up. Like, yeah. Prem and proper. Like, like, you know, all professional. And they were like, always spring, like, oh, my God, Michelle Obama's gonna be on our plane. Michelle Obama's on the plane.

That was so, like.

And I remembered because I. We were kind of like the first two on the plane. I remembered. She was like, maybe I'm not even allowed to talk about this because, like, I don't want Secret Services to come for me. But also, what do you want me to do? I see celebrities in my flights all the time. But it was just like. You guys know how much I love Michelle Obama. I even read her book for my 75 hard. But she was wearing, like, a purple, like, bucket hat, and she had, like, a Secret Service. I can only assume it was Secret Service, like, set right next to her and then four more Secret Services in, like, the economy, plus, like, right behind her. And you could tell they were Secret Services, because I feel like you can tell when someone's trying to dress something else, like, normal.

And I was like, girl. Like, I can tell you guys don't.

Usually wear, like, that kind of clothes.

Because sometimes I feel like I'm literally break dancing in my sleep and I can't keep my bonnet on, and I feel because that mask is there, it doesn't slip off. And, yeah, I'm in my heatless curl journey era right now. I've been trying a lot of, like, the kitsch stuff, and maybe today also, Kat, we can go to, like, T.J. maxx, because I know they always have, like, those. We love TJ Maxx.

Of your big problems. Like, when you're. When you're sleeping, your hair gets on your face.

It's in my face and, like, my neck. So sometimes I'm laying on my hair and I'm, like, sleeping like this, and then I just wake up with a stiff neck.
