I did a Murph. Very strenuous workout today.

Basically like a mile run, a hundred pull ups, 200 pushups, and 300 squats.

Oh, y'all were going to swim in the ocean? Yeah, but it was Another mile on top of all of that.

I remembered I did Murph for my workout once in CrossFit. And I. If I'm. I don't know if I remember it correctly, but it was to honor, like, Memorial Day. I think of, like, deceased army people, like, military people, I believe. Correct me if I'm wrong. Is that why you guys did it? Or is it just a part of.

Just did it for, like, a monthly workout type thing?

You do it every month?

I don't know. We might. Yeah, that's what it sounds like. So my whole body aches. That's why I came. Or I got back to Fred's place and I went to the massage chair, period. I was about to pass out. And then him and Princess came up and they were like, do you want to be on the podcast?

The favorite thing about you is that you radiate positivity and you radiate motivation and just being around you makes you want to be a better person at, like, all aspects of life.

Wow. Not you Copying my own answer to me. I like the fact that I motivate myself. I'm kidding. Papa, what is your favorite thing about me? Like, don't make me blush.

[Justice]

Like, this week.

[Bretman Rock]

Well, not this week. You're your favorite thing about me, period. You're funny, period.

I mean, I think that I'm around him all the time, so I think that's still. If he's funny. After we spend, like, a majority of our time together, that says a lot.

It's hard. It's hard to spend time around somebody and define them funny all the time. Like, I could be honest.

I could be mad at you or, like, like, not want to talk to you. And I still, like, think about you. And I'm like, all right, he's kind of funny.

What? My favorite thing about you is that I feel like I. I am more of me when I'm around you. Like, I don't feel. I don't feel. And I feel like I. I can be me 100.

I feel like you bring that into me, though.

Like, that's so our family. Because I feel like I am the most when I'm with you guys.

Like, I meet. I think that's why I bring Kefir around everywhere. I need a family with me everywhere. Because it's just like, I'm like, okay, Ms. Case here, I'll be fine.

Yeah. And I feel like you know me so much, even though, like, we don't really talk every single day.

Yeah. We're like low maintenance besties, actually.

Like, I feel like, you know, she gets it.

I have a lot of favorite things about me, but honestly, I think one of them has to be the fact that I have and will always probably be a dreamer. I feel like I've always dreamt big, I've always imagined big and I've always wanted more. Not in a greedy type of way, but like I feel like I know what I deserve. And I think because I am a dreamer it makes me one a confident person. It makes me know who I am, but it also just makes me self aware of like not just myself but other people around me.
