But I just wanted to know because, like, this has been, like, a big question to a lot of, like, you know, Christmas people. Would you rather have a Christmas. A real Christmas tree or a fake Christmas tree?

Oh, okay. That's a hard question. I Think I'm a little bit of both. Yeah. I obviously love. Well, I've had both. So one year, which is actually Kat's first year here, working very. She will. She will probably tell this story when on her episode because she really. Girl, my first year, Cat bought seven real Christmas tree. Four downstairs, three upstairs. I will not even get to how much that cost me because not only did I pay for the real tree, I paid for the decorations for each tree.

And on top of decorations for everywhere on top of the house. You can probably predict how much I spent that year.

But that year, your house smelt the best.

It was. Oh, my God, girl, I. I could have sworn we were in North Pole. Like, gosh, it did smell so good. But this year we opted for a fake tree that we will keep reusing because, honestly, my big thing about the real Christmas trees, obviously we live in Hawaii, so my situation might be different.

But our big trees doesn't come until, like, December. And I'm the type of girl that likes to decorate November. And I'm not trying to spend an X amount of money, especially because I want, like a 12 footer, like, above to enjoy it for a month.

And on top of that, like, last year, the big, big tree came in, like, three weeks prior to Christmas. So I was like, girl, I don't got time to spend. I don't got all the money to spend all this and the time to only see it for three weeks.

So this year, my recommendation. And I'm so sorry if I'm taking over the question, but no, you're good. This year, my recommendation is get a fake tree and get those sensicles that smelled like the scents. Like, it's like little. Like little sticks that you can put in the tree that smells like a real tree and go to Bed, Bath and Beyond and get the fresh balsam and burn that throughout the day. And, girl, people will think you have a real tree.

No, literally. That's why everyone remember Thanksgiving. They were like, giving the real tree and they were like, no, it's not. Yeah.

Because every year I have a real tree, but this year is like the fake tree, and it's gonna remain that way because I love decorating in November.

Yeah. And I honestly don't support cutting down trees, so.

Oh, that too. What? That. Princess, do you have any thoughts?

[Princess May]

I think it doesn't matter for me, but I do believe having a fake tree and reusing it is more better than just cutting up a tree that.

You know, you use for a month.

[Princess May]

Use For a month and all of that. And also like growing up we never really celebrated Christmas and like it. We didn't any. We didn't do any of those Christmas activities and all of that. So being able to have a Christmas tree in my own home and then like having my family is just like already a privilege. Yeah. It's like a rewarding feeling Anyways. So like having to keep that tree, it just reminds me of like all those memories like that will live forever.

Oh, that's okay for your little mini. Well, not really mini family. I feel like a lot of people would think your family is big but for your family. Is there any Christmas or holiday I guess traditions you guys do now?

[Princess May]

Well, honestly we're start. We're still starting it only because like the. Sorry. The. The scheduling of the kids. So someday sometimes there's Christmas where there's one kid is not there and they're with the other parent. So it's really, really, really, really hard to keep us all together. Especially for this year. Also it's going to be hard because I. I'm probably gonna be in the hospital.

Right. So you love giving birth on holidays, girl?

[Princess May]

I do.

Yeah. She be picking the right time?

No, she do Halloween.

Yeah. There's less people there.

Yeah. Lele is gonna be so upset the fact that everyone's gonna double up on her Christmas and birthday presents period. I know, but we will cross that road when we get there.

I know. I think. Well, you know, I like to be the. No, they. They like to. They want to help me decorate. But I. I kind of just do it like when they're in school or like.

Cuz but then they love it when they come home. It's just like so rewarding to see that because mom never has done it and, and or like family.

First week. What is your first week advice to mothers? Like, who just brought their baby home? Maybe something that you struggled with on your first week with the kids or, like, just really understanding the new routine that you're about to have?

[Ms. K]

I was gonna ask that too.

How did that. How do. How's your first week like? And, like, what are your advice to people who are on their first week of bringing a baby home? Maybe.

[Princess May]

Oh, okay. So honestly, study your baby the first week. I. It's hard. It's Hard. But you have to have a routine for the baby and it's for you. It's for yourself too. You know, if you're putting the baby to sleep at a certain time there, the baby, a newborn baby is going to wake up every two, three hours. Check. Just expect that. And then like, also, like, I know the crisis is like really, really bad and it's like crazy, but like, just get through it. Just get through it. I promise you.

Would you say, like, what is usually the hardest bump, like hump that a new mother might face? Like, is it usually the first month girl?

[Princess May]

Honestly, I feel like it. Honestly, if you don't have a good partner that's going to help you through it. Honestly, period.

Or just support system?

[Ms. K]

Yeah.

[Bretman Rock]

Single mothers out there.

[Princess May]

Yes. Like, if you don't have a good support system, like, it's, it's gonna be really, really hard too. Like, even if you just talk to your mom or like, yeah. A friend or like, you know, your other half, like, if you don't have that, it's gonna be really, really extra hard for you. Especially for my postpartum, like my pt. What do you call it?

[Bretman Rock]

Postpartum depression.

[Princess May]

Yeah. Like, for those that do have it, like, it. I know that a great support system is good for you, so even if you don't, it's. I would recommend to have a. Just somebody. Honestly, because babies are hard for those.

[Bretman Rock]

Maybe parents out there who might not have a support system. Are there, like, I guess like vloggers maybe that you like to watch or like mommy vlogs? Maybe even princess could be a support system for some of y'all.

[Princess May]

Yeah. Honestly, like, there's this app called Better Help. No, I'm serious.

[Bretman Rock]

I know.

[Princess May]

Yeah. Like, there's an app, there's. There's an app that you can talk to to somebody like a, like not even a stranger. Like, it's a therapist. So like. Or just reach out to a therapist.

[Ms. K]

You know, I do have a question too.

For like, you know, the first time mothers, are you going to talk.

Like, what can you tell them to like, for, like, what do you. What can you expect?

It is a really big change in your body. Especially, like after I give birth, I always miss my, my belly.

I'm like, miss.

Yeah. Like, I missed it. Like, oh my God, my baby was in here. You know, but then also I miss my body before all of that. So she was. But yeah, there's a lot of changes in your body. Especially for my breastfeeding mamas. If you are a first time breastfeeding mama, like, there's going to be a lot of changes and it's hard being a mom, honestly. Like, especially, Especially, like, yeah, there's a lot of changes into your body.

You don't bounce back right away.

My question is. So I, I know that pregnancy makes your feet bigger. Yes. Well, some people it swells up. If your feet got bigger from your first pregnancy, does your feet get bigger again on your second pregnancy and then fourth? Like, you know what I mean? Because you're on your fourth baby. That means at this point, you said you're. Your feet doesn't get big. But I think obviously there's people out there. Wait, let me finish, girl. Because that's another fucking conversation. Like, does your feet continue to get bigger and bigger as you get more pregnant?

I think it just gets swollen, honestly.

Oh, okay. It's not really like permanent big.

Like it adds a size kind of thing.

I still don't know why where I was going with this. I don't even think I finished this entry. But here I go. December 30, 2020. Tomorrow is the last day of this year. This very exhausting year. Like where the hell has this year even been? I learned a lot of things this year. I learned the type of lover that I am and it's not a very good one. I definitely could be a better one, but in contrary, a good friend.

I think 2020 was, like, right around the time, like, I got dumped and I realized, like, oof, maybe I'm not a great lover. But also, I don't. I really don't know where I was going with that because I think I got dumped in 2019. So I don't know.

Do you have any, like, Christmas memories of the Philippines?

No, I don't really, but I do. Not really, but I do remember I was older already. I already had Cleo, but I went to go to grandma's funeral, and it was around that time. It was December. My mom wanted to stay, so I was like, okay, you know what? Let me just stay. It was really fun. Like, all the fireworks.

There is no. There is no incomparable thing to a Filipino Christmas, I think.

I missed everything about Philippine Christmas. But I think one of my fondest memory that I remember is Noche Buena.

I'm not really sure if this is a Christmas or a New Year's Eve kind of thing, but I would just remember like all my mom's siblings would come to our house. They would start cooking at like 9:00 at night. Just like a bunch of like food. But no one could eat it till 12 o'clock because it was like the whole like tradition where like. No, you have to eat it so we can celebrate like the up. I think it is New Year then. Yeah, the upcoming new Year. This like, so our. Our food, our table is never going to be empty. Like, you know, that kind of thing. And after that we would go outside, pop fireworks. And like I remember like Philippines fireworks would have those noises.

And like I would like. I would always like look for it here and they never had it. It would just be like the explosions like noises. But the one in the Philippines makes like those little moo sounds and like little things like that.

So when we used to live in the Philippines, my mom worked at the marketa and she had a state a place and she was always selling fireworks. And I had so much access to fireworks and I would always just. I remembered like what to see piccolo, like all that. But I remembered one year and maybe we could use this as an ad to like, maybe not play with fireworks. But one year, one of the shooting things, like you kind of hold it like that and it shoots like little balls. Yeah, I know they have it in America because I remember playing it, playing with it when it was legal in Hawaii. We will talk about that in a bit. I think that is the piccolo. But it. You shoot it. But my thing as I was shooting it like that, I think I was just like threatening people with it too. Much that it backfired on me and exploded behind. No, it exploded like, the whole tube exploded. And I literally had, like, so much. Like, it didn't explode, like, right in my hand.

Obviously, I still have my hand today. But I had so much, like. Like, burnt rashes, like, little dots on my hand. Yeah. Did I learn my lesson? No. Because I still went out and, like, popped. More fireworks.

And then literally a couple years ago, he literally got a firework attack. Him.

But remember the fur coat that you were wearing? Oh, my God.

Yeah. And then it popped on my leg, girl. Good for you. Okay, since we looked back on a little bit of Christmas and New Year's, let's think forward. Do you guys have any predictions or maybe things that you're manifesting for 20, 25 or upcoming years ahead? We already said Ms. Cafe.

Ms. Cafe. I feel like I would love to travel more.

Like, so you'll have days where, like. Or times and moments in your life where you feel, like, unhealthy.

And that's fine, because whenever I am going through a moment, especially right now during the holidays, I know that by the time January, February comes, I'll be back in, like, my routine again. Routine of, like, working out and being so in. But during the holidays, girl. Yeah, you kind of just have to forgive yourself. Like, let me enjoy. I've been killing myself the whole year. But that's a good one, princess. Do you have any New Year's resolution?

Yes, I feel like I need to discipline myself more in a way of, like, my health one, because I like, so many changes in my body that I don't. Honestly, like, right now, I feel so insecure I feel fat. I feel ugly. Oh my God. But like I just haven't been stopped. I, I just feel like I haven't been like myself lately because I just feel like, you know, like there's just a lot of change. Oh my God. Why am I crying?

One, I think one New Year's resolution that I want to have or start to imply is damn well last year. Let's talk about my last year's one because I'm still thinking about my New Year's resolution. One of my New Year's resolution last year was to wear more colors.

And I think because the podcast and like just like challenging myself to shop more, I was able to accomplish wearing more colors because I was always so always wearing black and white.

Not ours being, being unhealthy in this.

No, that was my last year. One bitch. And then this year my, my main goal for this year is being more patient with myself. I think, I think I, I, I think for me because of what we do. Like I mean for me include job but like for what we do is very pulling. It's very fast paced. It's very what's next. It's very like and it's hard to like enjoy moments for what they are even when I'm traveling. Yeah. I'm not saying I envy you because you're not like working like me, but like you get see out and like you know. But I'm clocked in during like when we're in Paris like Ms. K. Yes. She is helping Me and stuff like that. But when I'm in the shows and stuff like that, you do have your breaks.

I have a little bit more free time.

Yeah. And then for me, I think I don't really get to, like, venture out. And obviously, like I said already, I'm not, like, resentful of that, but I think just being patient with myself and being more present with the moments that are given to me. And I think that's also why I was scrolling through my Instagram today and, like, reminiscing of our time in the Philippines. And, like, I feel like I took so much advantage of that because there's nothing more I want now than, like, yeah, go back home. We should all manifest that, like, that's for 2025. We're all going home. Yes, we're going home. Well, we should say it. 3, 2, 1. We are all going home in 2025.

So, like, in the Philippines, where it's like, I've seen Brett kind of, like, had more of a free time than work time, because usually when we go travel, it's always like, work, work, work. I'm like, I wish I can read you guys his timeline for, like, a week worth of girl.
