The following podcast is a Dear Media production. Here comes Santa Claus, Here comes Santa Right down. Santa Claus, slay, slay.
B
Pearl slinging girl.
A
We need to start looking up lyrics, Kiefer, because you just be singing anything, bitch. What did you say earlier when you were singing to the K?
B
It was, you make me touch the sky. And then you. You make me.
A
You will make me touch the sky, bitch.
B
You make me want to make you fall in love.
A
Adore me, hold me and explore this pussy.
B
You're my territory.
A
Not that. Okay, cue the motherfucking intro. Bratman to Earth. Earth to Bratman, girl. You already know who it is. And welcome back everyone. Episode 22, I think.
B
Hi everybody.
A
Yes, today we are joined with none other than Ms. K herself.
B
Her excited.
A
Your hair is so cutesy today.
B
Thank you. I woke up like this.
A
You really did.
B
I did.
A
Thank you for coming, Ms. K. Today is a very special episode for you guys because. Well, I don't really know if it's going to be very special, but it's the mid December already. I cannot believe we're here. Yeah, it's the first of December.
B
Wait, and you're fixing your house. So like, is it.
A
Yeah, I'm also going to go. Yeah, I'm also going to go see that. So by the time I hopefully by the time the new year is out, I have a video out on my main channel of like me touring my new apartment and how it looks like. I also don't know why it has taken me six, another six months to post another video on my main channel. Because right before my hair tutorial or hair routine. So by the way, for those of you who are asking. Oh yeah, for my hair tutorial and hair routine. It hasn't changed. If you are wondering, it is on my main channel on Bretman Walk. But the next video on that will probably be a apartment tour video.
B
That's gonna be fun.
A
It'll be cute to see. Hopefully next year I pick up the tracks on my main stuff on my main page because I want to do a cooking show with my mom. You should like even like a. A weekly or like.
B
Yeah, used to do the cooking shows a lot.
A
Yeah. And like just to have an excuse to have my mom over at least like once a month. And then like also I think I just have. I'm getting over an age where I'm like, you're 26 and you don't know how to cook. That's kind of crazy. And like our whole family cooks.
B
Yeah, that's true.
A
I don't Know why. And I know we've said this before. Like, I don't know why, but me and Ms. K are literally the only ones that don't know how to cook in our whole family. And what are two gays? Well, no, there's some that don't cook.
B
I mean, we can cook. Like, we are not gonna burn anything like. Or, like, put anything salt.
A
Well, we can. We could. We could.
B
I don't know about the eggs you.
A
Made, but we could cook.
B
But we can. If we're, like, really hungry, we can cook for ourselves.
A
But if you, you know, ask a family member, if we cook, they'll be like, no, those nuggets. I mean, those gays are not allowed in the kitchen. But, yeah. Oh, wait. Speaking of the kitchen, Miss Girl, we just had Thanksgiving, our second Thanksgiving of the year. I was stuffed. Yes, stuffed. Honestly, Ms. Kat did the arrangement, obviously. And I cannot wait to interview Kat. I'm interviewing her next week.
B
Oh, my God.
A
This is going to be our first official guest. I think by. I think next year, we're going to start taking in more guests.
B
You guys should ask her how long she was in culinary school for.
A
Yes. And her other jobs and her other work, because.
B
Oh, my God.
A
Yeah.
B
Oh, my God. I forgot about that period.
A
But as I was saying, I think next year I'm gonna start taking in more people.
B
Yeah.
A
And obviously, you're gonna be my co host, interviewing some of them. Obviously. But the reason why we. I haven't, like, really brought in any guests is that, like, first of all, I'm still trying to get my foot and my tracking on.
B
Trying to get comfortable.
A
Trying to get comfortable in front of the camera. Trying to, like, get used to having a podcast. And also, I'm just, like, such a readable person. Like, you guys will know if I'm not interested in a bitch or not.
B
Yeah.
A
So it's like, I don't want to be, like, mid interview, and the whole comment is like, Bretman is so over this person. So, like, I just want to practice that. I obviously want to keep the same rule of, like, just having people that I love and care closer to you.
B
Yeah.
A
And people that are actually. Actually close to me and people that I actually care to know, because it's really awkward for me to meet someone for the first time, especially on a POD episode. Like, could you. You know what I mean?
B
Yeah.
A
Yeah. And I feel like I sound like such a hater, but I know myself. Like, I know myself, y'all. Like, I cannot pretend to care.
B
Wait, I'm Kind of excited for that, like, bringing new people. I mean, because you have a lot of friends, like, very diverse friends. That's gonna be so interesting.
A
I do. Let's cuss them out. Like, you have, like, we have Bella, we have Kaylan singers. Max Holloway needs to be in this. Max. Oh, my God. The questions we would ask Max.
B
Like, I want to know, like, what he does before, like, he goes to a fight. Like.
A
Yeah.
B
How do you prefer yourself mentally before you know, you would be, like, a first straight guest. Yes. A little the surfers, period photographer friends.
A
And so, like, even fashion friends. I want to interview Brian and my other assistant in la, Lindsey.
B
That's gonna be so much fun.
A
It's gonna be so much fun. So keep a lookout for that. But anyways, let's get into the nitty gritty of today. Ms. Kayleigh, do you have a tea? Tea of the day? I do.
B
It's actually a tea of the day.
A
Ooh.
B
It's just. I think I made you this, like, the other night. It was, but I added something else to it, so it's just girl.
A
Okay, wait.
B
Spare mint tea with lavender and peppermint syrup. I don't know if you, like, I.
A
Always make the same base. Yeah, but every time you make me something, I'm like, do I not know how to make a tea?
B
Because.
A
Yeah, you made this for me for Thanksgiving. Because I was so stuck, you guys. I needed something hot in my stomach, and Ms. K made me something similar without the lavender, I think. And I was like, girl, that just cleared my whole enema. Like, I could get that. Douched me, bitch. Like, what's an enema? Enema is like, shoot something up your ass and then like. Like an enema. Like a douche.
B
A doucher. Okay.
A
I want to try, like, a coffee enema one day.
B
Like, coffee enema.
A
Yeah, it was on my exchange.
B
So what is that? Like, the douche water?
A
Yeah. Lay day down.
B
Like, coffee.
A
Yeah, coffee. And then it just, like, cleanses it. But I'm just like, what are the benefits? Like, do you get caff. Caffeinated through that? I don't know.
B
Does it get stained?
A
It stained it. I don't know. I also think I'm gonna change everyone's mics to this one. This is so. Not to change the topic real quick, but, like, so many of the comments were like, Ms. K needs to stop screaming in the camera. Princess needs to stop screaming in the camera. I think they just have, like, us. Well, we all have the same brand of mic, but I think I have, like, the podcast one. So I think I'm gonna get everyone the same exact mic from now on because I'm just so tired of seeing comments of, like, how Princess and Ms. K is screaming, but literally Ms. K's mic is so far from her. It's literally like I'm the one that's like, here. Ms. K is like, right here, girl.
B
Yeah.
A
So I don't know how. I'm never too loud, so I'm just gonna get everyone the same camera. But anyways, back to you. Sorry, I just had to relay. But yeah, I was saying the way you be making teas and coffees is just so professional. So barista. Like, it's so good.
B
Thank you so much. I honestly am running out of drinks, so if you guys have a drink idea, please let me know and I'll try to make it down.
A
Can you make me. Oh, I should start making requests. Yeah, you should. Can you give me a hot cocoa a la Ms. K next?
B
Okay. Next style. Okay. Okay.
A
Okay. And you have to make two because Princess will be in the next episode.
B
Okay. Cute.
A
Period. She was like, I'm not giving birth yet. Can we film more pots? And I was like, okay, bitch. Period.
B
When is she giving birth?
A
When her episodes go out.
B
Wow.
A
Yeah.
B
Literally something to watch.
A
Literally.
B
Labor that's going to be interviewing the baby.
A
So how was it in there?
B
I didn't like it. He was shaking too much.
A
Yeah. How is the delivery?
B
Easy again. So easy.
A
The tunnel was huge.
B
I could see the light already.
A
The light. Literally, I saw the light from when my mom would just cut up. Anyways, do you have a tea of the week?
B
I do. Well, it's not really a tea. It's more of like, I saw it on the Internet and I was like, it made me feel so old. Have you seen Sky Jackson pregnant?
A
Yes.
B
I was like, oh, yes. Crazy.
A
I think it's just weird. Not weird, obviously, because obviously people get pregnant. But, like.
B
No. Yeah. But seeing, like.
A
Because she's a child star, so, like, I think she's stuck in my head as, like, the little girl.
B
Yeah.
A
So now that I see her pregnant and, like, she's really not that much older than. I mean, younger than Princess. It's like, she is. Yeah, she can get pregnant, but it's just like, wow.
B
I think it's honestly because we've seen her and Jessie and we've never really seen her since Jessie. And all of a sudden, she just came out of nowhere and was, like, pregnant. And I was like, that's crazy.
A
Yeah. I also feel like when child start, like it's kind of like, like good luck.
B
Charlie. Have you seen her?
A
Have you seen her?
B
She's a whole teenager.
A
How is she older than me?
B
Is she really?
A
Well, no, she's not, but I'm just.
B
Like when she was a baby.
A
No, literally, I think I should. I think I saw her in Kai Senate, like live stream.
B
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Because their whole family was in there.
A
In there. I'm like, damn.
B
And he. She was.
A
Kai knows everybody girl, the stream world. We should start stream. No, I could never. Could you be a streamer?
B
I think I could. I would like to do like gaming streaming because I like to play games.
A
Well, the most, the most successful streamers stream for about like four to four or more hours. Could you stream for that long?
B
Honestly?
A
Yeah, I mean, yeah. Especially when like we pre film, like we be talking for like four hours. So it's like we can do that. Yeah, but it's the everyday thing for me that I can't. I don't think I could do.
B
Oh, I mean it's like just clocking in for work.
A
I mean. Yeah, but even work you have days off. Like streamers literally like streaming every day. That's crazy.
B
That's true.
A
That's a little invasive too. That is like, what do you talk about after like even just two weeks?
B
Because like I would go blank after like talking about talking to you guys for like four hours a day after.
A
So I definitely see the art in streamers. I could appreciate it. I don't think I could be that entertaining for that long.
B
But work, you are entertaining that long.
A
I mean, I.
B
Girl, you're very entertaining.
A
I feel like I could, but like I don't like knowing me, I feel like I would just be waiting to like.
B
No, but like imagine just like having a camera follow you around because you like to move around. So I feel like that would be like your stream where you're not sitting in one place, you're just going around doing your little things.
A
Oh yeah, they like travel and that would be fun. Like I remember he did like an Asia tour or one of the streamers.
B
Did a stream of YouTube just planting plants for an hour.
A
I'm like, I would watch that in a galaxy and I'll plant a tree.
B
Yeah, like I would watch that.
A
That's true. So what are your thoughts on Ms. Guy Jackson being pregnant?
B
I honestly think you go, girl. Like, I don't know what to think about that.
A
There is a whole like lore with her baby daddy that I feel Like, I can't even get to because like, that's the, I'm not that educated on it, so I'm not gonna speak on it.
B
But I'm like, that's the post I saw where like they, they got seen fighting. And I was like, oh, she's pregnant. And I was like, okay.
A
Period. Sorry to interrupt your program. This video is sponsored by none other than Ms. Zocdoc herself. Thank you so much, Zak Talk, for sponsoring today's video. Now let's really talk about this. There's things in life where it's okay to take a guess. For example, when you're following your foreign mom's recipe, what does a pinch of this even really mean? Or for another example, what time will Princess show up to filming? Will she show up? Who knows? Or, you know, for like white elephant gift exchange, Sometimes you don't really even know what the person wants. You just have to take a guess. You know, there are some things in life where it's okay with taking chances, but finding the right doctor should not be a guessing game. ZocDoc is a free app and website where you can search and compare high quality in network doctors. Choose the right one for your need and click instantly to book an appointment. So stop putting off those doctor appointments and go to zoc.com/the baddest find and instantly book a top rated doctor today. That's Z O c d o c.com/the baddest. Zocdoc.com the baddest. Now let's get back to the video, baby. Now, if there's anything about me, I have the same exact Christmas list, kind of like every year. So by January, I already know who's going to make my good list. But that doesn't mean my shopping is done on time. I probably don't shop until two weeks from Christmas. I know I suck. I really need to start taking advantage of Black Friday sales. Cyber Mondays. But I don't. I always end up buying gifts for me because, you know, I'm Liam, like real selfish like that. But it's okay if you didn't get all your holiday shopping done as early as you hoped because Way is making it easy to give way better gifts this holiday. Oh my God. That was real punny. My favorite thing about Way is that honestly, whenever I have a specific, specific care or specific problem, right now I'm dealing with dry scalp from all the traveling. I just know right away which products work because they literally says dandruff. I also liked some of the scented products that they have because a lot of them smell so tropically, like so good. And not only are their hair products good, their body products are so good as well. If you guys are looking for a scrub, their body scrub is amazing, y'all. My favorite thing is the detox shampoo. It help cleanse products, product buildup, hard water deposit, dirt, oil and other impurities. Safe for all hair types, including color treated or keratin treated hair and Brazilian blowouts. Whether the person on your list has fine, medium or thick hair or multiple hair concerns, Ouai's got you. Get on your way. To save for the holidays, go to T h e o u a I.com Bretman for 50% off site wine. That's t h e o u a I.com Bratman for 15 off. Now let's get back to the video. Away, away.
B
I need you to tell me what you're scared Listen with I need help you ain't gotta worry. Cause girl I'm here. I'll tell you what it's giving. I'll tell you what it isn't.
C

Wednesday, Be there or be square.
A
Well, let's read the tea of the week.
B
Your tea.
A
I think today I'm gonna read my Thanksgiving. No, maybe not. I'll read that. I'll save that for like next year. Next year to read it around Thanksgiving. Let's see what I wrote.
B
I love how you put receipts and pictures in there. Like a picture book. She said, I got the receipts, girl. Receipts.
A
Actual receipts. I feel like I didn't really write a lot.
B
Do you have one for December 1st?
A
I did, but I feel like, okay, should. Should I read that for today?
B
Yeah.
A
Okay, I guess I will read my December entry. Yeah. December 1st, 2024. Where the hell did this year go? Oh, my God, I cannot believe how fast this year has gone. A part of me feels like I haven't even done anything yet this year. But as I look through my journal, obviously that is not the case at all. I accomplished so much this year, and I was able to plant some new seeds and maybe even repot my plants to have bigger platforms for their roots to grow.
B
Is it plant you?
A
Yeah, no, the. Like, just like, hobbies and things. Like, you know, just planting my seeds and repotting my plant. I even found. That's so. I hate when I'm so cringy. Like, I even found love this year with the sweetest boy ever. I know. That's why I'm like, yeah, I be in here, like. And I started my podcast as well, which fills my heart so much. And being recognized by the state of Hawaii isn't too shabby either. I hope to continue to get the ball rolling and to finish the year cutesy and strong. And I hope this month is full of light and love, as this whole year was. I'd love to spend the next couple of last weeks of the month grounding, reconnecting and manifesting for the year ahead, because I have a feeling 2025 is going to be amazing.
B
Wow, that was a good one.
A
Yeah. I was like, wait, I. I Lowkey wanted to save that for, like, maybe like, the last episode of the year, but I think I'll have, like, a more dramatic one and a more dramatic realization. Wait, speaking of that, what is a good one? What is, like, one thing that you did this year that, like. Yeah. What is the one thing that you did this year that you were like, period? I might have ate that.
B
What have you done this year?
A
You, like, honestly, Wait, we never really talked about me getting recognized in the state of Hawaii.
B
No. Yeah, we'd never.
A
Because the podcast wasn't out yet.
B
Yeah.
A
And your voice was, like, literally next to me.
B
Like, I know you guys. I think. I think that's one of them, because I have. I was like, literally when we went, I was like, I don't know why I'm down here.
A
Well, I was like, girl, I need somebody with. Because I will have anxiety because I've never been, like, in such an important professional. Like, I mean, I've been in, like, meetings with big people, big important people before, but, like, never, like, politicians and stuff like that.
B
But they were Pretty intimidating because, like, you can just tell how, like, very sure of themselves they are towards themselves. That makes sense.
A
They are those bitches for sure. Like, if you're a governor, girl, you better be that bitch.
B
But I didn't get the part where, like, they were congratulating me, and I was just like, oh, my God. Yeah, thank you so much. I don't know what I have done, though, but I'm just like, yeah, I'll take it.
A
Well, you've done well. Yeah, you've done well.
B
I've surfaced.
A
I wouldn't be where I am today without Ms. Kaylee. Like, literally, you're always there. Like, quite literally.
B
No, literally, I'm always there.
A
You're always there.
B
If you see. If you go back to his first ever Fashion Week, you'll see me behind him. Little photos.
A
He's always there, bitch. So you had to be there. And also, like, well, the whole thing started, really, because Darius, who is our representative.
B
Mr. Darius.
A
Hello, Darius. He's a representative on this side of the island or one of the representative on this side of the island. He's also queer. But the cool, I guess, 360 story with that is that when he went to college, she went to Oregon with our best friend Nikki, who's coming home soon. Hey, Nikki. And Nikki was like, oh, can you make a video, like, happy birthday video for my friend Darius? And I was like, okay, girl. So I made a video for Darius, not really knowing anything of Darius. I was just like, I haven't even met Darius.
B
I've known Darius from high school. He used to play football from Couple A. Oh, yeah.
A
Because he's. Yeah, but that's so cool that y'all had, like, a queer football player.
B
Yeah.
A
Was he out and queer?
B
I'm not sure. But there was two of them.
A
Oh. Period.
B
Like, the other one was openly queer, but I didn't know about, like, okay.
A
Progression Campbell was a lot of closeted guys. I mean, they're very much. They're very much in my DMs these days.
B
Yes. But same, same. The main ones that would be like, my friend likes you.
A
The main ones that will be like.
B
The one that's saying it. Yeah, yeah.
A
It's always the ones that do the most.
B
Yes. It really is.
A
I'm like, you want me. You want me. That's why. That's why I don't feel like I ever get. I don't know if I just, like, changed the chemistry in my brain to thinking that everyone that bullies me just wants me.
B
Yeah.
A
But ever Since I started to believe that I could not get bullied. Bitch. I'm like, oh, so you want this pussy? This British pussy?
B
Like, what, you want me?
A
But anyways, they just awarded me for, like, just the things that I've done accomplished.
B
We went to the mayor's office. You laid down on the oval. Oval thing, the one where they do the meetings.
A
Yes. They gave me, like, tokens.
B
They were like, you're the first one that ever did that, that laid down on that little table.
A
They had lechon for us.
B
Yes.
A
It was amazing. So that was really cool to do.
B
Yeah. Oh, my God. Speaking of. You know, I'm never gonna tell. Oh, I wasn't supposed to tell this to anybody, but a guy just texted, messaged me the other day and was like, hey, I saw you at that day, but I just didn't want to say anything. And I was like, oh, okay. Cute. But he goes, but I think you're really cute. I wish I came to say hi to you. And then I met him. I don't like him, you guys. He's very clingy.
A
Oh, period. We'll talk after. Anyways.
B
No, we're talking about being in the floor, and they put it on TV at the news.
A
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
B
And, like, you know, your mom greeted me happy birthday with that photo. She took a picture on tv and she greeted me happy birthday with that photo. You know what?
A
It's so weird. I'm like, why did I never invite. Was my mom in Philippines? Oh, she was in the Philippines.
B
Yeah, she was in the Philippines.
A
Okay, never mind. That was fun.
B
That was. That was really fun. But speaking of movies or theaters. Well, we weren't talking about that. But you went to the Moana premiere.
A
Oh, my God.
B
How was that? Yes, girl.
A
Oh, my God.
B
Callina. Out of all the places. Callina.
A
Let me flash my outfit here real quick. I was cutesy lynch, obviously.
B
Yeah, you were.
A
And, like, I feel like I was just giving, like, the Moana fantasy that night.
B
No, you were. I really loved that dress she had on. That was, like, my kind of type of dress. Yeah, Punk. Flowy.
A
Flowy. It looks like just very, like. Yeah, yeah. It's a little bit of everything.
B
Yeah, it is.
A
Princess's kids were there. Well, Princess was there, obviously. They were so cutesy. Ezekiel kept being like. Because I think Moana's outfit changed.
B
Yeah.
A
And, like, literally, it took him, like, halfway through the movie. He just kept saying it, and I literally had to be like, e, we get it. Like, we get it. Being like, that's not Moana.
B
That's not Moana.
A
That's not Moana.
B
Like, that's not her outfit. That's not Moana's outfit.
A
I'm like, e. Like, we get it.
B
Really?
A
Yeah. She's like, that's not Moana Lake. He kept saying it. I'm like, e, it's Moana. Because I guess, like, they changed her top.
B
Yeah. Yeah. Like, from the previews, it looks like they changed her whole thing. Yeah, She's a little more, like, adult now.
A
Yeah. And Moana has, like, a little sister now, too. Yeah.
B
Yeah.
A
Which it just works out because Cleo is gonna have a little sister soon.
B
Oh.
A
And I feel like maybe for her 10th birthday, we should recreate, like, her first outfit. Like, but now she's Moana, the grown Moana.
B
Yeah.
A
And she has a little sister, Simea.
B
And maybe you have the little character.
A
Yeah. Little Moana.
B
Little old guy.
A
Yeah. No, bitch. I would probably be, like, the new girl. What is the new girl's name? Kat. Can you look it up, please?
B
Me and Kat wouldn't know because we weren't invited. I mean, even though Princess got, like, plus four. Yeah.
A
They told me I had a plus two, and Princess had a plus family.
B
Yeah.
A
I was like, okay, well, it makes more sense, because obviously they wouldn't want kids there more than, like, adults.
B
Yeah, that's true.
A
But it was really well done in the new Moana movie. Also, this is not sponsored, by the way, so if you guys haven't watched the new Moana movie, don't worry. I'm not gonna give any spoilers. Besides, like, what you guys probably already know from the trailers, but they have a new, like, obviously problem.
B
Yeah.
A
Slash villain. And I love the. The new protagonist girl. She's not really, like, oh, there's a villain. What you think she would be? But, like, I wouldn't say that she is the villain, but, like, she is, like, a new character in the movie. And I feel like that would be me if we were to recreate the Moana.
B
Oh, it's giving. Oh, you just give it away. The story, it's giving. Like, she was in the island, and she was waiting for Moana, and then Moana's like, you're coming with me to the. To go shipping or to go fishing or whatever. And then they went. And then the girl was, like, sabotaging them the whole time, and then it turns out that she was a bad person, period.
A
That's a good guess. But no, wait. Speaking of coming out, because last episode, we were dressed as Linda Glenn, Linda, Glinda and Alfie. And we went to go watch Wicked.
B
How.
A
That was so good. And Ms. K, I already told you this, but I watched it for the second time.
B
No, I know.
A
The other day with Patty. Because the first week we went to go watch it, that's all I would listen to. In the morning when I would walk the dog. Same doing my driving. Like, I. And you know when you are, like, when you have a song stuck in your head and you're like, I need to go listen to that song just so that I could get it out of my head.
B
Yeah.
A
So I was like, kat, I've listened to this album four times and it's only noon. I need to go watch it again. And then she was off that day, too. And I was like, bitch, no, you're going with me. So we went to go watch Wicked.
B
Did that clear your satisfaction?
A
No, because it still stuck. It made it worse, actually, because I got home and I started watching more Wicked lores.
B
Yeah.
A
And like, seeing how, like, all the Wicked, there's, like, ties together and the whole timeline of it. It's a whole thing. Like, we could make a whole episode about it. And like, even, like, obviously you guys know about, like, the filming conditions. Like back in, like, when they were filming the wizard of Oz days and how.
B
Oh, my God, I was reading about that. And then they were so mean to. What's her name again? Judy Garland. They had her on a.
A
And she was 15.
B
Yeah. They had her on a cigarette soda diet, I think, or water diet. And that's all she could eat. There's this one post where I saw where, like, she. They said that she kept laughing a little bit because she was still a kid, so that one of the lead director went and slapped her across the face so they could, like, get a. Get the scene of her, like, being sad.
A
Wow.
B
Yeah.
A
I don't know why. That just reminded me of, like, school in the Philippines and, like, getting hit whenever.
B
Oh, same. I got. I got hit all the time.
A
So, yeah, I was used to it. But that's not cute.
B
It's not. And then the thing, man, can. Got poisoned because of the makeup.
A
Yeah. The first guy.
B
Yes.
A
Like, and he was in the gas, like, chamber thing to help his lungs for, like, six months, I think, or six weeks. And it was taking so long, so they ended up replacing him with another person. Another person.
B
And then the witch got burnt from a scene of fire.
A
And then she had a. An extra dude because when she came back from getting burnt, she was like, I'm not doing any of the fucking fire stunts again. And so they had a backup come in to do her stunts for her, the fire stunts. And the backup got burnt, really, from doing the sequence of, like, her flying in the. In the air and, like, writing something in the sky, I guess her, like, broom and her hat, like, burnt.
B
Yeah.
A
And she made $35 that day.
B
$35.
A
And you don't even want to know how mean they were to, like, the munchkin.
B
Oh, that. No, they got paid $35.
A
Well, no. Yeah, well, yeah. But they were also treated like.
B
Yeah.
A
So.
B
Because I saw that post where, like, they were like, oh, the dog got paid more, toto. Yeah, the munchkins.
A
That's every day. Yeah. Did you know the lore with the. The lion?
B
Yeah.
A
And, like, how he's actually, like, in a real lion. Yeah. Because they couldn't find. Well, he was only in one lion bodysuit. The entire thing. Because, like, usually in movies when you're in a costume, you get, like, two or three just for continuity or, like, just in case something happens to one.
B
Yeah.
A
But because, like, lion pattern is so.
B
Like, rare back then. And, like, you couldn't really do anything.
A
Yeah. And it's. It's rare to find, like, really matching ones.
B
Yeah.
A
So they were like, you have to wear one. And, like. Because it was, like, real skin, it stank bitch.
B
And he was always sweating a lot.
A
Sweating a lot in it. And it was crazy filming back then.
B
I couldn't. I wouldn't know. And there's, like, no social media for you to complain.
A
But I will say that was such a cool intro to, like, Technicolor. And, like, that truly was one of the first movies where they saw color for the first time. So, like, seeing that movie at that time was probably, like, so revolutionary. Like, they were like.
B
Yeah.
A
Kind of like how we are now with Wicked. Like, it's. It's like.
B
Because, like, people thought it would. You would only see it on Broadway and now you're seeing, like, that actual picture. Like, a picture of, like, the munchkin.
A
Yeah. And then, like, the stuff I will say, too. Oh, I want to ask you, what is your favorite song from the album?
B
It would have to be maybe first Define Gravity Girl. When she started singing that, my mouth was literally shut the whole time from the beginning to end, and I was just like, wow, this is amazing. I literally cried.
A
I hope you're happy.
B
I hope you're happy now.
A
Like, it's so good. Mine is.
B
I always say that now. I hope you're happy.
A
You know what I always say now whenever I. What?
B
What?
A
Well, I don't even know how to explain it. Never mind. Whenever I dislike a bitch. Whenever I don't like a bitch.
B
Okay.
A
Yeah. I'm just like, whenever I see someone less fortunate than. But my favorite thing, my favorite show, my favorite.
B
I like. I like the one where she was like, bitch.
A
Let me answer. Bitch down.
B
No, you already answered.
A
That wasn't my favorite song. Not popular. My favorite song. My. One of. My favorite song is no one Mourns the Wicked.
B
No one more. Oh, the beginning one.
A
Yeah.
B
Sounds cute.
A
It's so, like, profound.
B
Especially after knowing, like, if they said that Galinda, if she sings hi is like, not really true. And it was like she was singing really high that part and I was.
A
Oh, like how she sings low or deep? Yeah. Wait, what is your second favorite song?
B
My second favorite song was the one where they were in bed.
A
What is this feeling so sudden on you? Yeah.
B
Yes. Yes.
A
Oh, that's a cute way to say hate. To loathe. I loathe you.
B
I loathe you.
A
Yeah, loathe means hate.
B
Like L O A T H. Yeah.
A
Loathing. Loathing.
B
Oh, that's what she's saying.
A
Yes. I loathe it all.
B
Oh, my gosh.
A
She's like, I hate.
B
Thank you for that.
A
She's like, I hate your voice. I hate your clothes. I hate your face.
B
What was I hearing this whole time?
A
What do you think? Loathe because lo sounds like love.
B
Yeah. Yeah. I thought she was like saying like love or something.
A
What is this feeling still settling you.
B
She's blonde.
A
I felt the moment I lay that it's on you.
B
Yeah. Yeah.
A
Okay. And then my second favorite song is the wizard and I.
B
The wizard and I. You were playing that this morning. The wizard and I.
A
It's so good. Do you think they're gonna make a.
B
The part two?
A
Well, they are gonna make a part two, but do you think they're gonna remake the wonderful wizard of Oz?
B
I feel like they should.
A
Who do you think would play Dorothy? Who is this generation's Dorothy?
B
Oh, my gosh. That's a good question. It would have to be.
A
I don't know. I feel like Dorothy should be Cleo. Imagine Cleo.
B
Yeah, she.
A
We need someone representation in the screen. Imagine Dorothy is Samoan. Yeah. Who is like young.
B
That's like, like around right now. Imagine Zendaya's Dorothy girl.
A
Imagine. No, it's. What's that girl?
B
The.
A
The one that. It's Scarlett Johansson.
B
Scarlett Johansson girl. Because she can sing, actually. Yeah, she was in the sing movie. She was the porcupine.
A
Really?
B
Yeah, period. She was the rocker sh.
A
Period. Yeah. I really can't think of, like, who would play Dorothy. There are, like, I saw a little thing on Twitter where people were speculating this that played Dorothy because she was wearing, like, silver shoes at the red carpet. I don't know her name, but there were speculations about it. And who played her? Because, you know, in the intro of Wicked, like, it's the silhouette of the.
B
Well, she better fuck it up. Ms. Judy Garland did very iconic with that.
A
Yeah, that would be such a good one. And now that we'll be loathing. Loathing.
B
That's so crazy how it's loathing. It's not loading. Like loading.
A
Like bitch. Like downloading.
B
Yes, bitch. Like loading.
A
Bye.
B
What?
A
Oh, wait. Let's go back to Thanksgiving.
B
Okay.
A
What is your new favorite thing that we ate this Thanksgiving?
B
My new favorite? No, there's nothing really new that time, but my favorite was the Mac and cheese.
A
The Mac and cheese.
B
I don't know why she did this, but I guess she wanted to compare her turkey. But I love her turkey more. It was so moist.
A
Yeah, she made two turkeys.
B
No, she bought the other one. Oh.
A
So one turkey was made and the other one. Oh, and the one that she made.
B
It was so moist. Because the other one that she bought.
A
I had a whole leg.
B
Dry.
A
I had a whole leg.
B
Was it smokey yours?
A
No, I had the. The one that she made. Yeah. I made sure I grabbed from the side that she made.
B
That was bomb. She had a whole ass turkey leg.
A
Yeah. I was surprised with the ambrosia this year because I. I love. I only ate. Well, I think you only made one ambrosia last year, which was the cranberry ambrosia. And you made a mango one this year. Not mango. Yeah, pineapple, coconut. Like islander ambrosia.
B
That's the original one.
A
That one was cut. That one was.
B
That one was really good. It reminds me of, like, the macaroni fruit salad that we have in the Philippines. Like her own version. Yeah, like, but more frothier.
A
Where is it? Did you bring. Girl, it's the lies for me. Where is Cat's Tasty Treats today?
B
I know, I've been waiting.
A
No, I didn't tell her. I was like, are you up? Can you come? Because I don't want to wear the headphones. I don't want to ruin my hair. What are you doing after this?
B
Ms. Kaylee, I have worked like, literally in 30 minutes.
A
Oh, shit. I'm gonna run my little errands day today. I'm gonna go to town and I'm gonna go to.
B
It's gonna be fun.
A
Well, I. Well, I think so.
B
I'm just gonna get like, wait, it's Cyber Monday. Did you buy your anything from Stuff Girl?
A
No, I. Well, no. I should do that when I get home, though, later today.
B
You should. Why not? Take advantage.
A
Is there any, like, Cyber Monday deals that you're like, wow, I need to get to that?
B
No.
A
Right.
B
Cyber Monday. I just feel like you have to use it.
A
I know.
B
I think it's better than Black Friday because, girl, what is Black Friday now? I'm like.
A
It'S dead. It's crazy. I miss when were, like, fighting.
B
Yeah. TV.
A
Like, I missed everything.
B
Used to be like, 70 off, 50 off, but now it's like 20.
A
I also miss when YouTubers would do, like, Black Friday hauls.
B
Did you go Black Friday shopping?
A
I actually did this year for the first time in a very long time. How is that, like, even though I just said Black Friday is dead? No. Kat came to work the next day, obviously, but because our family, like, helped clean, we didn't really have much to, like, clean. We were just putting things back away. Back from where they belong. Where they belong. So we had an early day that day, and I was like, okay, we're probably just gonna stare at the fucking ceiling, so we should go to the mall and, like, participate in Black Friday. Girl, when I tell you I walked, I walked. We were in the mall and the whole. I've never seen Kamikana, like, packed. Packed that mall.
B
Yeah, everybody was out to that.
A
It was so packed. Everybody was out. The whole entire family was out. Obviously, I was dressed as, like, creepy night, like, very, like, low key. And I was just like, I just have one thing that I want to get, and it's just candles for Bath and Body Works. Because honestly, they were really kind of the only ones that always have a good Black Friday style. It was buy three get three and.
B
Whoa, buy three get three.
A
And we stocked up on some seasonal sprays. No seasonal candles and stuff like that. Obviously we're still not allowed to burn candles in this room ever again. But yeah, there's a lot of flavorable.
B
Stuff in here, period.
A
Did you do Black Friday?
B
No, I didn't.
A
Were you working?
B
No.
A
You just stayed home?
B
I just. No. I helped my sister move from my mom to my mom's house.
A
Oh, very.
B
She was trying to. She's trying to stay with my mom now and then. What did I do that Friday And I went to Ice Palace.
A
Really?
B
Yeah.
A
Why?
B
Just because we wanted to go ice skating.
A
Who's we?
B
Me and my friends, my co workers.
A
That's so funny. My boyfriend and I was supposed to go Ice palace before he left, but we got so tired from, like, all our morning stuff that we looked at each other, and we're like, you want to just go shopping?
B
I literally almost got it. Like, I almost know how to skate, period.
A
Were you living your winter one day?
B
I was, because I was like, girl, all I want to do is go faster. Like, I'm a very impatient person. So me going slow in that skate, knowing I can go fast was, like, annoying me so much. I was like, I have no choice but to learn this. So I did.
A
Not to brag, but once upon a time, I was a palace rat myself.
B
Yeah, he was.
A
I had my ice skates. I know how to ice skate. I'm not, like, a fucking spinning type of ice skater. I'm more of, like, a chill.
B
Like, you know how to go back.
A
Yeah. I know how to go backwards. I don't go to hop forward. You know, like, do a little something.
B
Yeah.
A
Stop myself. You know, I can wear the hockey skates and not the figure skates. Like, yeah, I was real. I was that. And I had my own skates once upon a time.
B
No. Yeah, he did. He did. He was there, like, every week, every.
A
Weekend, because my friends were always there. But I think we're going to go take the kids there, so if you're off that they'll probably.
B
I was like, girl, this is, like. It's actually still, like, very busy.
A
It was a bit busy.
B
Yeah, it was. I was like, whoa, there's a lot of people in here.
A
Was there a lot of, like, teenage.
B
Yeah, it was, like, mostly, like, teenagers.
A
Oh, so it's still alive.
B
It's still alive. Yeah. There's still, like. You could tell, like, there's, like, palace rats still, because, like, they hang out in one corner.
A
One corner on the left.
B
Yes. Yeah.
A
Literally. I can't wait. I'm gonna take Cleo and E. You should.
B
They would love it.
A
I know. They've never done ice skating. And also, it's just an excuse for me to, like, like, go hang out with them and go. Because I don't want to be, like, an adult. Like, an ice palace by myself. So.
B
Ice skating day.
A
It'll be cute. It'll be cute. I. He said he knows how to skate, and I was like, okay, girl. Let me show you how to escape. All right, Ms. Kaylee, that is the end of our episode. It's time for product of the week. Should you go first or. I should go first. I feel like my product of the week, so we have it in my cutesy little grocery bag. But my product of the week is pomegranate and lava shack. Well, obviously you don't watch my tiktoks, like, but. So I was. I was on TikTok, and I know that, like, winter time is usually, like, pomegranate season, so I was, like, like, craving pomegranates, and I was on TikTok, and I saw a bunch of people eating pomegranate and lavishak. It just looks so delicious. And so I ordered one, and then it came. And then out of the blue, like, cat was like, oh, I got you pomegranates. And I was like, oh, my God, that's perfect. I was about to ask you to get me pomegranates, and I got home and I made it, and it is so good. Kefir it together. Yeah. Do you want to taste it before you go?
B
Yeah.
A
It tastes like tamarino and plum. Like.
B
Oh, okay.
A
Yeah. So if you like tamarind and, like, sour.
B
Yeah.
A
It's not like. It's not like lihimoy ish, but it's very, like, tamarind plum. Like, real fruit. Like, not like raisin. Not like, raisiny. It's not raisiny because I hate raisins.
B
But it tastes like tamarind plum.
A
Okay, fantasy. What is your product of the week?
B
My product of the week is rose water.
A
Oh, okay.
B
Let me be honest with you guys. It's not my product. It's Katherine's product of the week. I just didn't have any product, and I was like, do you have a product? She was like, the rose water. She said she uses this every day because it helps her clean her face and, like, it boosts your energy. Like, I guess it's like a little caffeine water. Rose water.
A
Ooh.
B
For your skin. Oh, I guess so. Because, like, sometimes they said caffeine helps you, like, get plumpy.
A
Really? Yeah. Me taking a coffee after this. They should. Why don't they make, like, coffee setting spray, then? Oh, that would be. Don't steal my idea if you're listening.
B
Anyway, if they can shoot it up you, girl.
A
Why not?
B
You can just spray it on.
A
