Ms. K
Happy New Year.
Bretman Rock
Hi, guys. Happy 2025.
Ms. K
Hi, everyone.
Bretman Rock
Aloha.
Princess May
Hey, guys.
Bretman Rock
Oh, wait, no, that's. Happy birthday.
Ms. K
Yeah.
Bretman Rock
Maligayang bagong ka araw. Happy 2025, everyone. As you guys can see, we are dressed as the pantone color of the year, which is mocha.
Princess May
Mocha.
Bretman Rock
Mocha. What is the actual word? What was it? The daring mocha.
Ms. K
It's like moose mocha.
Bretman Rock
Oh, mocha mousse. And speaking of mocha mousse, we're gonna get into Kat Tasty Streets right away. Kat, what did you make us today? Guru?
Ms. K
Please be a moose. Please be a moose. Please be a moose. I request.
Princess May
I did make a mocha mousse, and.
Ms. K
She'S vegan, so Brett can have.
Bretman Rock
Wow.
Ms. K
Ms. K's side. Oh, and there's spoons.
Bretman Rock
Pass it around.
Ms. K
Yeah.
Bretman Rock
Thank you, Kat. I literally texted her, like, midnight last night, and I'm like, would it be too much if you could make me a mocha mousse tomorrow? For the vibes and because we're literally filming this still in 2024, I needed to get into my 2025 gear. So maybe when we take a spoonful of this will be transported into 2020.
Ms. K
Maybe it's like a little theory where, like, if he moves before the New Year's, you're gonna have a great year.
Bretman Rock
Oh, Cat, I like it. Ian Claire would eat this up. Tofi, too. Oh, is it tofu and chocolate blended together?
Ms. K
Yummy.
Bretman Rock
That was so good, Kat. Thank you so much. And with that, we're gonna take a little commercial break. Cue the intro. Ratman to Earth. Earth to you Already know who it is. And we are back. We have a lot to get to today. This might be a shorter episode because it's also New Year's. Like, I know y'all got a lot of things to do, and we just want to push out a cutesy little episode for you guys today. And Princess also has an OB appointment.
Princess May
Yes.
Ms. K
Yes.
Bretman Rock
Which I have to take her to. We're literally filming this at 9am in the morning, y'all, because Ms. Princess has an OB appointment. Ms. K gotta go to work like sis. We're literally just trying to get this out for y'all.
Ms. K
Okay, all for you guys.
Bretman Rock
All for you guys. But do you guys want to just get into our little segments?
Princess May
Yes.
Ms. K
Or should I go first?
Bretman Rock
Yeah.
Ms. K
Okay. So the t. The tea of the week is gonna be Ms. Cafe.
Bretman Rock
We're changing her. Her. Ms. Tea to Ms. Cafe.
Ms. K
Yeah.
Bretman Rock
Because she's just not making tea no more. It's not.
Ms. K
It's not. It's just a bunch of drinks. This one, I've kind of struggled a little bit, but then, you know, Mia sabaresta, we, you know, think when we're on the spot.
Bretman Rock
Exactly.
Ms. K
So this is another matcha drink, but I added vanilla bean on it with honey. A little bit of honey. I hope you guys like it. I'm so sorry, princess.
Bretman Rock
An iced matcha. I feel like I need to get a better matcha tea. I feel like I don't have a good.
Ms. K
I feel like you do it. Just need a lot of it, but hopefully it's good. I haven't even tried it yet.
Bretman Rock
Kefir.
Princess May
It's good.
Bretman Rock
This is like island matcha vibes. Yeah, it tastes like island matcha. Did you use coconut oil? Coconut water?
Ms. K
I had. Oh, yeah. I forgot one ingredient. I had to use the. The coconut almond milk.
Bretman Rock
It tastes really good.
Princess May
It does taste like coconut almond.
Bretman Rock
Really good.
Ms. K
But thank you so much.
Bretman Rock
What is the tea of the week?
Ms. K
And the tea of the week is. Good question, you guys. I struggle with the tea of the week because I do not get any teas on any of my social media for no reason. But I watched it last night, and it was so good.
Bretman Rock
Okay.
Ms. K
Have you guys watched the new Sabrina Christmas show? Geeking.
Princess May
Last night I fell asleep.
Bretman Rock
Why?
Princess May
No, I fell asleep because I needed to put something on, and I was like, oh, my God, Sabrina. And I tried to stay up, and.
Bretman Rock
I'm like, it was a cute movie. To fall asleep special to fall asleep into. Who was your favorite guest?
Ms. K
Ms. K. I'm not gonna lie. I really like Ms. Dang. I forgot her name.
Bretman Rock
Tyla.
Ms. K
No, no, the other one.
Bretman Rock
Shania Twain.
Ms. K
The other one.
Bretman Rock
Quinta.
Ms. K
Is she. They were, like, sitting down on the floor by the fire. Yes. Yes. I love that one. And I. I already like chaperone, too.
Bretman Rock
I like all of them. I'm not even gonna pick, but Tyler was a surprise for me because I didn't think Tyler was gonna be on the special. Why?
Ms. K
I thought that, but we've never heard, like, her sing, like, a slow song before.
Bretman Rock
Yeah, something like that was, like, very interesting.
Ms. K
I really liked it.
Bretman Rock
One of my favorite outfits were. Well, everyone had really great outfits, but Chapel is, like, big jam. Like.
Ms. K
Yes.
Bretman Rock
So good.
Ms. K
My God.
Bretman Rock
Yeah. So good.
Princess May
I'm so sorry.
Bretman Rock
What do you remember from it?
Princess May
I don't remember. I really don't remember anything from it. Only because I fell asleep. She does love. She does Love Sabrina. Yes, she is.
Bretman Rock
Period. Well, what do you feel about her listening to Sabrina? Because her music, I would say, isn't the most child friendly.
Princess May
Yeah, well, she listens to sizzle, too.
Bretman Rock
Oh, period. Yeah. She was like, I might kill my ex.
Ms. K
Yeah.
Bretman Rock
What? Exactly.
Ms. K
No, they do love those kind of songs.
Princess May
Like, I feel like if you kind of. If you tell them what the meaning is, that kind of just takes it away from what you know, because they don't know.
Ms. K
Yeah, yeah.
Bretman Rock
Let her find out. Let her find out what? Have you ever tried this one means, like, we have to find it out.
Princess May
Like, girl, but she doesn't say those. The. The bad word.
Bretman Rock
Wait, before we get into fertility, have you ever had the birds and the bees talks with your kids yet?
Princess May
No, I haven't. I have not.
Bretman Rock
Are you going to be very, like, upfront with it, or are you going to go around it, like birds and the bees? You were dropped off by a pelican. That's how you made.
Princess May
I feel like when the. The. The. The time comes when she asked me, I will tell her about it, but if I feel like if I bring it up to her, she's going to be very curious about it.
Bretman Rock
Or. Yeah. Or. Or. Or maybe the opposite, where she's like, I don't want to know.
Princess May
Yes. So.
Bretman Rock
No, but you didn't answer my question. Like, are you gonna be, like, upfront, like we. Or are you gonna be like, there's a mommy bag and mommy had a garage? How are you gonna talk about it?
Princess May
Oh, I'm gonna be straight up. I think I'm gonna be straight up about it because, like, I feel like if you keep, like, sugar coating it, it's gonna be more, like, weird. Yeah, yeah. More curious. They're gonna be like. Then they're gonna look at a bear, and they're gonna be like, oh, the bears do this.
Bretman Rock
Yeah.
Princess May
You know what I mean? So.
Bretman Rock
Because it's a real. Sex is a real thing, and they're going to learn about it anyways.
Ms. K
Part of life. But we've never really got that talk. Yeah, we kind of were just thrown.
Princess May
I've never.
Bretman Rock
I can't even even imagine my mom having a talk. What she would even say.
Ms. K
And then we just had health class.
Bretman Rock
Yeah.
Princess May
It is. My mom used to call me Gatul. Like, do you know what gatul is?
Bretman Rock
Itchy. Like, exactly that sentence in that order. Speaking of mother, Princess, it's time for fertility.
Princess May
Hello, guys. Welcome to my segment.
Bretman Rock
Okay, so, princess.
Princess May
Yes.
Bretman Rock
I know we say this every week, but you're about to pop any moment now.
Princess May
Yes.
Bretman Rock
Do you have any more tips for literally people who are probably in the same situation as you that are about to pop?
Princess May
Yes. So when you're. So when you're pushing. Breathe. Breathe, bitch. Just keep breathing. And like for me, like when I was pushing, I. I literally go at your own pace because I know the doctor is going to be like 1, 2. Like, no, bitch, like breathe. Like you really have to like perfect.
Bretman Rock
Like breathing technique so we can do it with you. Like that. Or is it more of like a. Yeah, like that.
Princess May
No, like the second one. Like, you know, just like a box breathing.
Bretman Rock
It's like three seconds.
Princess May
Yeah.
Bretman Rock
Hold three.
Princess May
Yeah. Because you have to push. Yeah. While you're breathing. So you're like, you're like, like you're taking off. Yeah.
Bretman Rock
Period.
Princess May
But then like, don't. Don't hold it in too much because you can pass out.
Bretman Rock
Have you ever been close to passing out?
Princess May
No. But I do remember. I think I took a. I feel.
Bretman Rock
Like I thought that was normal.
Princess May
Yeah, it is normal. But then I, I, I, I. You can't feel it. But I think I did like, I think I heard it.
Bretman Rock
You were like, damn, that was a fat fucking shit.
Ms. K
She's like, I hate. So I'm sorry. I needed to go for. They were like hours.
Bretman Rock
Yes. Smell that. And I know it's not what the cat is cooking.
Ms. K
They lift up your baby. There's poop on the little perfect swirl.
Princess May
Poop. My God. And then also guys, which.
Bretman Rock
Which delivery was the most poop? Poopies.
Princess May
I didn't poop on all of them. I think it pooping Ezekiel though. Yeah. You could tell, huh?
Bretman Rock
And now that's. That's why he is head girl. Just kidding.
Princess May
No, I think he is a good boy.
Ms. K
He is a good boy.
Princess May
But I do also want to say, I know people, I know people don't know this, but like after you give birth, like do you guys know that you have to push out the. The, the placenta too?
Bretman Rock
Is that giving part two?
Princess May
It is. It's like if you have a really fat big placenta, I think you kind of have to push it out. Or they, they just, they just grab it out.
Bretman Rock
I heard.
Princess May
Cuz it doesn't come out with the baby.
Ms. K
I thought a placenta was a little teeny tiny thing that's no attached to the baby.
Princess May
It's not tiny.
Bretman Rock
It's literally the baby's like life support.
Princess May
Yeah.
Bretman Rock
I also heard that you guys dry it up and like turn it into pills. Or you.
Princess May
Yeah, you can.
Bretman Rock
Have you tried that?
Princess May
I. No, I have not. I. I know there's.
Bretman Rock
So would you ever try it?
Princess May
I do. I would want to.
Ms. K
Here, you should try this round.
Princess May
I'm kind of scared because we should do, like.
Bretman Rock
We should have cat cook it. Igado vibes.
Ms. K
Oh, my God. No.
Bretman Rock
Giving dinner.
Princess May
It has a lot of, like, vitamins into it. If you. If you. Especially if I'm breastfeeding. They said if you're breastfeeding. It helps a lot with your.
Bretman Rock
So what did you do with your pillar Santas?
Princess May
I. I donated it.
Ms. K
You could donate plus center would not.
Princess May
Well, not really. I just gave it away. I know they. They donate it, you know, for the blood and stuff.
Bretman Rock
I can't wait to have my friend ha here because I want to ask her about, like. Because in Hawaiian culture, they bury their. The baby's, like, belly button and, like, sacred spots around the island or like, things like that.
Princess May
See, that's the thing.
Ms. K
I thought placenta was the baby's belly button. You know, that thing attached to it.
Princess May
Yeah, attached to it.
Ms. K
So it's that little thing on their belly button, right? That's, like, usually there until it dries up and, like, falls off.
Bretman Rock
That's not. That's not.
Princess May
No, that's not the placenta, though. That's just a part of it. Yeah, that's where they're getting their. Their stuff from.
Bretman Rock
From the nutrients or whatever. All right, well, it's time for the tea of the week. Like I said, this is the very first episode of the year, so it's gonna be giving very much New Year theme, New Year, New Us, New Year's resolution, and everything in between. So I'm gonna read you guys the entry that I had this morning, because honestly, that's the most recent one. Okay, bitch, don't be reading. Today is gonna be a cutesy day. I spent the weekends with my mans, and I finished up some house chores. And today we filmed for the last episode for the year, which is also technically for the very first video of the year. I just said that today we are talking all about New Year's and the whole lore behind it. To be honest, I can appreciate a good New Year's resolution. It.
Princess May
Honestly, I didn't even hear anything because I'm just like.
Bretman Rock
It's honestly the reason why I feel like I've become a morning person, why I dress more colorful now, why I don't forget to wash my face and make my bed every day, especially when I go out. And now I gotta Go get ready, because my sister has a pregnant appointment to go to after. I didn't know what to put. Like, OB appointment. A pregnant appointment. Bitch.
Ms. K
A pregnant appointment.
Bretman Rock
A pregnancy appointment. So first things. What are your first thoughts when you hear New Year's resolution?
Ms. K
Something that you've been wanting to do, but you've been just holding it so you wanted to do in the first year?
Bretman Rock
Princess, what are your thoughts on New Year's resolution changes?
Princess May
Basically, things that you want to change in your life.
Bretman Rock
Have you guys had any success with New Year's resolution?
Ms. K
Yeah, I. I've had one. But, like, like I said again, like, my fitness.
Bretman Rock
Oh, yeah. That was something you really stuck with.
Ms. K
Yeah, I really needed to, like, keep pushing myself, and I kind of got into that. It's like, one of those years where I was, like, I was over it, so I needed to do something with myself.
Bretman Rock
Over what?
Ms. K
Just, like, being. I wasn't that fat, but fat, period.
Bretman Rock
She was thick. Yeah.
Ms. K
And, like, I just never noticed it because I always tell people I'm like, I've never realized I was fat until I saw myself on mtv, period. I'm not gonna lie. Because you know how, like, sometimes it's like, you have to watch yourself for.
Bretman Rock
You to realize, oh, no. That's when I knew I needed to stop getting Botox. MTV season one, bitch. Yeah, I hated my eyebrows. Like, every confessional, I was like, so why did you get Botox, bitch? Like, I mean, I still get Botox. I recommend getting Botox. But where I get Botox now is very conservative. Like, I literally get it at the very top of my head because I'm very sweaty up here, and I only get it on my crow's feet. I don't touch my eyebrows because you guys know I'm very.
Ms. K
She loves a good emotion when I.
Bretman Rock
Talk with my brows, and when I can't, I feel like it's not me. And I feel like that was giving very much. Season one Bretman. Like, my brows were stuck in place. Princess, what were your thoughts on season one Bretman? Following Bretman, we need to have a.
Princess May
Whole episode about this Season one. Oh, my God, it was so fun. Well, I think I was pregnant. No.
Bretman Rock
Well, we're talking about how ugly we looked.
Ms. K
Oh, no, you weren't pregnant. No, you are. You were. No, you weren't pregnant.
Princess May
No, I wasn't pregnant. I just gave birth to Ezekiel. Yes.
Bretman Rock
Yeah.
Princess May
Okay. So, no, I was fat. I was a big.
Bretman Rock
I mean, I don't think you were.
Ms. K
I don't.
Princess May
I think I was I didn't remember that the first episode. I couldn't even keep up with you with the exercise and you pushed me down.
Bretman Rock
Oh, that's where the thing was. Yeah, yeah, you can do it.
Princess May
Do it.
Bretman Rock
You can do it. You can do it. Yeah, we have to redo that when you get pregnant. Oh my God, that's so funny. That was season one.
Princess May
Yes, that was season.
Bretman Rock
That's so funny because I was at the store yesterday. Not the store. There's so many stores. I was at 80 yesterday getting my lunch and the lady that owned the house was there. And now she owns an app where it's very like just influencers when they go on trips and you can go in there. I forgot what it's called, but.
Princess May
Oh, that's so fun.
Bretman Rock
Yeah. And she has like an app now.
Princess May
Oh, that's so cool.
Bretman Rock
Yeah.
Princess May
What is it? Oh, wait, so where we had season one at?
Bretman Rock
Yeah, it's her house. And she was like, oh my God, you guys filmed that?
Princess May
You went to go eat over there.
Bretman Rock
No, I was actually so hard that she was just so happy to be at the store.
Princess May
Sorry. Sorry, girl.
Bretman Rock
But yeah, that was that.
Ms. K
That's so cool.
Bretman Rock
Princess, did you have you ever had any successful New Year's resolution? I asked Ms. K. I forgot.
Princess May
Oh, yeah, yeah. I think this year definitely.
Bretman Rock
No, a successful that you did before.
Princess May
Oh, before, like that.
Ms. K
You're still talking about this. And then you did it.
Princess May
Oh, yeah. Because this year is 2000. Oh, yeah. Yes, I think it was. What? What was that year? Yeah, I think 2021 was like my biggest year, like, for me, because I started to focus on myself a lot. Like too much of myself, like, because I've never experienced being single, period.
Ms. K
Oh my God.
Bretman Rock
Oh my God. And you were, you were single for a total of 78 hours.
Ms. K
No, literally her new record was like, what, seven months of being single. And that was that year that she was single. And you guys, I don't know if I could say this, but Princess literally had a table at a club every weekend, just partying it up and then she would just be like, just come and then we would, we would all go. And we had like the best times ever.
Princess May
Yeah, I've never experienced being single and just living my life.
Ms. K
Yeah.
Princess May
And shout out to Catherine and she did.
Ms. K
No, honestly. Cuz Catherine was the one that was like dropping her off, picking her up at like 3:00 in the morning.
Princess May
I had the best time of my life then. But then I realized like, okay, what was I on?
Bretman Rock
Oh, I was on this side of the island already. And I was like, girl, see me later.
Princess May
Yeah.
Bretman Rock
And I was already past my party era. I. I don't think I've been to any of your tables.
Ms. K
No, no, no, not once. But there's this one that I. I don't know if you know, but I think it was me and Cat. Me and Cat went to go out, I think, and then she was sleeping over here. We were both sleeping here.
Princess May
Yeah.
Ms. K
And then. Yeah. And then we won out. And then I got so wasted to the point where, like, I was storing up on the side of the road and imagine, like, driving from town to Makaha. Like, what, 2:00 in the morning?
Princess May
Wait, do you remember when you weren't driving?
Ms. K
No, I won't. I went. Cat was driving. Thank God. Thank God, the cat. Because I would have not made it.
Princess May
Do you remember that night? It was me and you. We had to go grab your car. I had to go grab your car in a junkyard or something. Do you remember any.
Ms. K
Oh, yeah. With Colin.
Princess May
Yes, yes.
Ms. K
Oh, my gosh. Maybe she'll be happy. Wait.
Bretman Rock
Hello?
Ms. K
I'm really like, no, it's my brother's car. My brother. My brother went out. He got towed.
Princess May
Yes.
Ms. K
And then he called us. He was like, where are you guys? Can you guys come help me? My car got towed. And I was like, are we about to really do this? So we drove in the middle of, like, it was nowhere. Oh, it was like, where are we?
Princess May
Yeah.
Ms. K
And then we were. Yeah, we were stuck there for, like a good two hours. An hour. Just waiting for him to get his car.
Princess May
Yeah.
Ms. K
We needed to wait for the thing to open, period. So we had to wait there.
Bretman Rock
Oh, the junkyard.
Ms. K
Yeah, yeah.
Bretman Rock
Oh, my God.
Ms. K
Because they told it in, like, the middle of the night and then they were closed.
Bretman Rock
Was it. Was it the junkyard in San Island? Yes, yes. Girl, here, they'll. They take your car. Girl, they'll take your car and then ask you for a pic.
Ms. K
Yeah. What?
Bretman Rock
They did that to me. I was like. So I. Okay, let me.
Ms. K
Yeah, yeah.
Bretman Rock
I was at my cafe. I parked my car where I should not have parked, which was my fault, obviously, and my car got towed. Thankfully, I was with my friend justice, not my boyfriend, Justice. I have a friend Justice. Yeah. My girlfriend. And we caught an Uber to San island. And then she's like, see, I knew.
Princess May
That was your car. Guys, it's Bretman's car. It's his Jeep.
Bretman Rock
It was like this auntie, and I'm like, auntie, you towed my car.
Ms. K
You know who the car is. Yeah.
Bretman Rock
And you know who the car was. And I didn't care, obviously, because I think it's funny, but I paid my thing, and then I ended up having to take pictures with the same people that towed my car.
Princess May
She said that'd be 360.
Bretman Rock
That'd be three, six, and a pig, period.
Ms. K
Next time, just be like, if you see my car, don't touch it.
Bretman Rock
So that was a New Year's resolution that was successful for you, is focusing on yourself.
Princess May
Yeah, it was a good time focusing on myself. Like, just really, like, knowing how that feels. But now, like, after that, I'm like, okay, like, mommy time, adult time.
Ms. K
She got it away.
Princess May
Yeah, I got yes. Yeah.
Bretman Rock
Period. From my diary, I read a lot of examples of successful ones that I did. One of mine was, like, making my bed every day, especially if I leave the house. Bitch, my bed has to be made, or else I feel like I have a bad day. And then another one that I did successfully was the wearing more colors thing, because that was, like, really my thing, because I. I think I was living in eba and I looked at my closet, and I was like, girl, for a gay person, you wear just all black and all white. And even when I would shop for clothes and, like, imagine, like, buying, like, $2,000 worth of, like, clothes, and they're all black. Like, girl, like, put some color in there. So now, I mean, this isn't really a great example because we're wearing brown, but I am wearing more colors now because of that. Have you guys have any failed New Year's resolutions?
Princess May
Yeah, on it. Me getting a boyfriend, me having boyfriends.
Ms. K
Princess got a little too much boyfriend, so I didn't get it.
Bretman Rock
Yeah, I think. Not necessarily this year, but I. I'm sure, like, a couple years ago, I would. I probably put something like, be more nicer to Princess, and I didn't do that for sure.
Ms. K
Honestly. That's very fair.
Bretman Rock
That's my life resolution. I feel like.
Princess May
Oh, yeah. Actually, let me change minds. I feel like I wanted to get closer to my siblings and my mom, but my mom is just. She likes to pull away a lot.
Bretman Rock
She's a foreign mother, girl.
Princess May
Yeah, she likes to pull away.
Bretman Rock
We just got to give her her.
Princess May
It's like, my New Year's resolution every year. Because I understand, because I'm a mother now, so it's like, mom, like, if.
Bretman Rock
But you're a different mother.
Ms. K
Yeah.
Princess May
Yeah.
Ms. K
You're an Americanized mother, girl.
Princess May
I know.
Bretman Rock
I understand that Grew up in the Philippines. And like, you know, I think the more I think it's not really, like, closer to mom that you need to work on. Especially that's because I. That's something I used to tell myself I needed to work on. It's understanding mom that you need to work on.
Ms. K
Yeah.
Princess May
Oh, yeah.
Bretman Rock
Because once you understand her, you will become closer to her. Even now, obviously, it's so hard to be close to her because she's always gone. Like, she was here for how long? Three weeks.
Ms. K
Yeah. Which I envied because now she's just living her life all time. And I'm like, auntie, I wish I was in the Philippines every six months. Like you.
Bretman Rock
Literally every six months. Four. Six months.
Ms. K
Yeah.
Princess May
Yes.
Ms. K
Clearly. Just comes back to America just to re. Just so she can't, like, just to renew that. Her thing, you know, like, because you can't stay in a place for too long, especially if you have, like, you're not a citizen. American citizen. You can't really stay. Yeah. Back there for too long because they're gonna. What is that called? Like.
Bretman Rock
And your citizenship.
Ms. K
Yeah. No, not your citizenship visa.
Bretman Rock
Revoke the green card. Yes.
Ms. K
Yes. So she just keeps coming back just to renew it and going back, which I love, period.
Bretman Rock
Okay, so I did a little bit of a ready research because I just. I just wanted to know the lore behind New Year's and why and when we started celebrating it. So I'm going to read it to you guys because I know y'all love a little bit of history.
Ms. K
Okay.
Bretman Rock
New Year's resolution traced back to Ancient Babylon around 4,000 years ago, when people made promises to their goods for good fortune in the year ahead. The tradition involved in ancient Rome where people made bows to the God Janice to bring blessings for the new year. By the 18th century, resolutions became more personal, focusing on self improvement and over time evolved into the modern tradition of setting goals for the new year.
Ms. K
Oh, that's so cute.
Bretman Rock
So it's truly just them promising the gods. Yeah.
Ms. K
And the traditional still goes on.
Bretman Rock
Yeah, I love it. I love that it started like that and then now we just kind of like made it more modern. And now it's just like I want.
Ms. K
To exercise and stuff.
Bretman Rock
Yeah. And then what's also interesting is I looked at the most common New Year's Eve resolutions and the most commonly broken New Year's Eve resolution, and the list is literally the same.
Ms. K
Really?
Bretman Rock
And I'm going to read it to you. So it's exercise more. I could see that being broken fast Eat healthier.
Ms. K
That's easily broken.
Bretman Rock
Save more money, spend less.
Ms. K
Literally, the next day, I'm like, at the store.
Bretman Rock
Quit smoking. Drink less alcohol.
Ms. K
That happened.
Bretman Rock
Well, not really you, but, like, for people. I could see how that. Because it's an addiction. I mean, not on the addiction yet. Depends what you're smoking. Be more organized. Oof. That's something I'm always gonna break. Get more sleep and reduce stress. I could see those being. Especially if you're, like, a working person.
Ms. K
Yeah.
Bretman Rock
All right. We're gonna end off with some New Year's resolution from that we're gonna work on. We gave one last episode.
Ms. K
Yeah.
Bretman Rock
So if you guys remember that. So we'll give a couple more of, like, our New Year's resolution and things that we want to work on. Maybe more things that we want to manifest this year just to end it off in a high note and because Princess needs to go get her pregnancy checked.
Ms. K
Okay. One of my manifestations or like, New Year's resolution would have to be focusing on my. Of me being trans. Like, I kind of wanna, like, take us another step to going, like, taking my surgery, taking my boobs, you know, all of that just to, like, complete the person that I want to be.
Bretman Rock
So you just want to take your transition to the next level?
Ms. K
Yes, because I've been, like, just taking hormones and, like, talking to doctors about, like, the hormones. Just, like, taking pills every day. But then I kind of just want to, like, move up a little and get my titties.
Bretman Rock
Oh, yeah.
Ms. K
You know, or, like, I want to be there. Ffs or, like, something to enhance my womanhood period.
Bretman Rock
Just taking your womanhood more seriously. Not that you don't already, but, like, taking more direction.
Ms. K
Okay. Yes.
Bretman Rock
Love, Princess.
Princess May
This year's resolution is that I want to be more prepared. I want to be more prepared to, like, a lot of things. Like, sometimes I don't take on new things, and.
Ms. K
Because it scares yourself.
Princess May
It scares me.
Bretman Rock
Oh, so it's not really prepared, then. It's like, it's trying more things.
Princess May
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Like, trying more things, but, like, also.
Ms. K
Being prepared when you.
Bretman Rock
Damn. The baby said that breakfast was good.
Ms. K
I'm late for my ob.
Princess May
No, like, I. I. Yeah, I. I want to be more open to a lot of things. Like, sometimes I feel like I can't do it because I'm scared to do it. And, like, heights. Yeah. No, not heights. Like, like, if there was, like, a company that wants to work with me, and I'm like, I can't do it because I'm I'm scared to do it. I can't do it because.
Bretman Rock
Yeah. Like, believing in yourself.
Princess May
Yeah, believing in myself more.
Bretman Rock
Yeah.
Princess May
Yeah.
Bretman Rock
Well, the biggest. One of the biggest, coolest advice that I've ever heard was that sometimes nervousness means you're excited. So maybe you're not really even nervous about, like, opportunities or deals. Maybe you're just excited for them and it's your brain thinking that you're just nervous because your brain thinks the same or feels the same when you're nervous and excited. Like, your brain doesn't know when you're nervous or excited.
Princess May
I see.
Bretman Rock
So maybe just trick yourself into thinking, like, I'm excited for this, actually. Yeah.
Princess May
Oh, okay. Okay, I'll do that.
Bretman Rock
So practice that.
Ms. K
Yeah. And I also heard, like, nervousness comes from, like, good things, because that. That. That. That means, like, something is telling you, like, oh, this is good for you because you're nervous about it.
Princess May
Yeah. I feel like some. I believe that, like, certain things come to your life because it's. It was meant for you.
Ms. K
Yeah.
Princess May
You know, it wouldn't be in your hands if it wasn't meant for you. But. Yeah, sometimes I like to just be like. I like to limit myself because doing new things kind of, like, just scares me, period.
Bretman Rock
That's a good. That's a good New Year's resolution. One of my New Year's resolution this year is to wear sunscreen every day and reapply more, which is really good. I think y'all should put that in your New Year's resolution. Do you have more, Keeper?
Ms. K
Also, since I'm climbing up on my 30s, I need to focus on my career more.
Bretman Rock
You are reaching your 30s, girl. Because I'm just like, we have to make Ms. Cafe happen, y'all.
Ms. K
No, I know we need to, because I need to do something with my life. It's not that I'm not doing something with my life.
Bretman Rock
I just feel like you deserve more. You want more. You are more.
Ms. K
Because, like, I've been just having fun doing the things that I want to do, but then again, I have to, like, step it up because, you know, I want a family in the future. I want to adopt kids. I want to support, like, you know, because, like, that's what I want to do, like, in my old age is, like, so get a house for my fellow trans people that can't really. That got kicked out, and, like, you know, like, a safe house for all of those.
Bretman Rock
That's beautiful. And.
Ms. K
Yeah, that's what I want to do.
Princess May
Yeah, that's What I wanted to do, too, like, not for trans, but, like, for, like, teen moms. Sorry.
Bretman Rock
Sorry for trying. Y'all can go find your home somewhere else.
Princess May
No, no, no. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I didn't mean it like that. I didn't mean it like that.
Ms. K
But.
Princess May
But, like, for teen moms, like, kicked out and stuff. It's not even, like, getting kicked out, but also that, too. But then there's this one big dream that I've always talked about is I wanted to. I wanted to provide a. Like a babysitting thing for teen moms who goes to school and, like, have like a. Like, oh, that's. They take the kids to school, but then somebody's watching them at their school so they can come visit them, like, for breaks and stuff like that. Like, lunch break. And then, like, when they go to.
Ms. K
I feel like schools needs to start, especially high school.
Bretman Rock
Wait, that's also cool. I just had an idea, because don't they have, like, programs where you get students ready to become mothers and fathers? Like, it's called, like.
Ms. K
Is that when they carry around babies.
Bretman Rock
Yes.
Ms. K
Yes.
Bretman Rock
There's like, parental hood. Like, it's called, like, parenthood. Parenthood class. It's like a parenthood class. What if you just get those people in the parenthood classes to babysit? Because, like, there it's. It's like, it would be like.
Princess May
Yeah.
Ms. K
With their class. Yeah.
Bretman Rock
You know what I mean? But I could also see how that could be kind of dangerous.
Princess May
Yeah.
Ms. K
Maybe I wouldn't want my kids to be getting washed by.
Bretman Rock
Yeah.
Princess May
Students who don't know.
Bretman Rock
Do you have a last New Year's resolution maybe, that you want to talk about? Maybe one for the kids? Maybe one as a mother.
Princess May
Yeah, for the kids. Honestly, I want to do more activities with them because they're just getting so. They're just getting so big, and they're just growing up, and I feel like I kind of. Yeah. More core memories. I want to do that more with the kids, period.
Bretman Rock
Mines this year is being more aware and take my time when reacting to things basically, like, you know, not just getting angry and addressing the fact that I'm angry. I can be angry, but I don't need to be angry outwardly.
Ms. K
Yeah.
Bretman Rock
You know, I can be angry within myself or just, like, watching how I react. Like, I don't need to blow up on things. I don't need to blow up on myself. I don't need to blow up on my mans, my friends and family. Like, things like that. And just like she's anger. Like I am anger.
Princess May
I'm sadness. I'm sadness. Is that for me?
Bretman Rock
Yeah, I'm sadness.
Princess May
Because I'm saying it's because.
Bretman Rock
All right, and now we've reached the final end of the episode where we talk about the products of the week. I think Princess should start first.
Princess May
Okay. Yeah, I think I should start first. Kleeper, can you hold my stuff?
Bretman Rock
Such a heavy ass bag.
Princess May
Thank you.
Bretman Rock
Damn, girl.
Ms. K
Oh my gosh.
Bretman Rock
She said product.
Ms. K
I know. I think he referred today.
Princess May
So this is my product of the day. A. So this is, this is called Freedom Mom.
Ms. K
It's leaking.
Princess May
Is it leaking?
Ms. K
Oh, is there something now?
Princess May
I need a new bag.
Bretman Rock
Who is the brand?
Princess May
No, this is from Freedom Mom. Honestly, I wish this was. This existed when I was 16 years old because I didn't know what to pack for my hospital bag. But basically, you have everything in here.
Bretman Rock
It came with everything.
Princess May
Yes.
Bretman Rock
Oh, wow.
Princess May
It has everything in here from. For your, your coochie. Sorry. For your, for your postpartum. So there's like diapers in there. There's pads in there. There's cooling pads in here.
Bretman Rock
There's.
Princess May
There's also like a, a gown for you, like for a nursing gown and a delivery gown. There's also socks in here. There's a lot of, bunch of things.
Bretman Rock
It comes with all of that?
Princess May
Yes.
Bretman Rock
How much is it? Is it in your Amazon storefront?
Princess May
It is in Amazon storefront. It also has the, the, the cream for your pum. It's a healing foam. And then also this is your number one friend right here.
Ms. K
That's a cute name for vagina.
Princess May
This is the. You know when, like when you wash your.
Bretman Rock
Oh, your douche. That's a douche.
Princess May
Oh, this is a douche?
Bretman Rock
Yeah. A vaginal douche, maybe.
Princess May
Yeah.
Ms. K
I've never seen a car.
Princess May
That's your vagina. Well, thank you. This is from Frida Mom. I, I. You guys remember when I showed you guys my Frida baby one? The. The nose.
Bretman Rock
The nose. So this was for Freedom Free. Are you Frida Baby Company? Is there more you want to show?
Princess May
Oh, yeah.
Bretman Rock
What's in this one?
Princess May
That's for the baby. So there's for the mom. This is for the both.
Bretman Rock
Yeah. And that's.
Princess May
Yeah. And this is for the baby. So basically there's stuff for the baby too. There's. Oh, this is for your. No mess Nipple bomb. If you are breastfeeding, you have nail files for the baby because. Yes, because sometimes they, the, the babies come with like full grown Ass nails. So you don't want them. You don't want them to scratch themselves.
Bretman Rock
Like I want a coffin.
Princess May
And there's also. Skip the shower if you don't want to shower. There's a shower wipes here. And then also this thing right here. It's a. It's a cutter for your nails if they don't want to. And then also this one. This is a.
Bretman Rock
A dry brush for the baby when.
Princess May
You brush their hair. When you comb their hair.
Bretman Rock
Oh, my gosh. This thing has everything.
Princess May
Yeah, because you know how they bathe your baby.
Bretman Rock
I feel like I'm in qvc.
Ms. K
They need to make that for, like camping.
Princess May
It has everything here. It's. I think it's like a 100, 199 almost.
Bretman Rock
Oh, that's not that bad. I mean, it comes with everything. Like, that's a great deal. On her Amazon storefront, she said, okay, my next one is really easy. Please don't go in this new year with a spank ass fucking breath. You have no excuse. My favorite mouthwash is the thera breath one. She's really great. I really feel like she's literally lasted all day. If you guys don't like the super minty and it's too cooling like the Listerine, like sometimes I'm like, literally, I'm like, did I just swallow Antarctica? Like, what is in my mouth? I recommend the green one. This thing, like, literally just tastes like. Like it doesn't.
Princess May
That one too.
Bretman Rock
And it lasted all day. If you guys have really stank breath, like, please. Kat actually told me that she uses this before brushing her teeth and this one after, I'm like, oh, okay. Period.
Princess May
Is that cooling or.
Bretman Rock
No, this one has like a little cooling. You said you like the pink one.
Princess May
I like the pink one, but I also like the green one. The green one, I have it at home, but I don't. I don't. I don't really like it.
Ms. K
It tastes here.
Bretman Rock
That's fine.
Ms. K
It tastes like nothing.
Princess May
Yeah, I don't like it. I like it to have, like.
Ms. K
Do you feel like it's not cleaning it?
Princess May
Yeah, because it gives me. I don't know. Am I. Am I not brushing my teeth right? Because, like, why do I still.
Bretman Rock
Maybe you're not brushing your teeth.
Princess May
No.
Ms. K
Maybe you're not brushing your tongue.
Princess May
No, I am.
Bretman Rock
Period. Okay, Ms. K. What is your product of the week?
Ms. K
Okay, my product of the week is this little tiny chain. You guys want to. Might be wondering what this is for, but I like to put my shirts or like my pants up. Especially if it's not. If it's not like made for your office too long. So basically it's a magnet that goes in between the thing so it can hold it up.
Bretman Rock
Is it magneting?
Ms. K
It is magneting. Hold on. I just have to find the magnet there.
Bretman Rock
Oh, can you send me somewhere?
Ms. K
Yeah, yeah, I will send it to you.
Bretman Rock
That's so pretty. I. I could see how that's good if. When it works.
Ms. K
No, cuz I it.
Bretman Rock
When it works.
Ms. K
No, it does work. I just can't find it. But it has a really strong magnet and I like to put it on my shirt because I like to pin my shirts up.
Princess May
Maybe Shirts keeper. I don't know.
Ms. K
I. I did it on my jeans before.
Princess May
