A
Yes, exactly.
C
So weird.
B
Yeah, it's been a while since I've been seeing.
C
Yes. But recently, the past few days, I've been seeing two twos, three to threes.
A
444.
C
Yes, mostly all of it.
B
Yeah. Mine says 777.
A
Well, this is the baddest radio 44.4, so that only makes sense, right?
C
Oh, my God.
A
Anyways, it is Thursday yet again, everyone. The Baddest Radio Season 2, episode 2 starts right now after this intro. Earth to Bratman girl. You already know who it is. And we are back. I hope you guys love that new intro. Wait, tell me again. You guys, tell me the story when you first saw the intro, because I didn't even tell them I was gonna drop the intro.
C
Yeah, it was just like out of nowhere, but no. Okay, so I think you dropped it off at like, what, like 11 ish, 12 ish. And I was at work and it was like. I was like, kind of busy. I was like, whatever, whatever. And I was playing music. I forgot to tell you guys that earlier. I was playing music and then my phone started going off. You know how like sometimes your notification and.
A
Yeah, it kind of like stops. Stops.
C
And I was like, what is happening? Because I'm like, dang. I was like in my groove. Whatever, whatever. But I look, and it was the intro and I was like, oh, my God. I first thought it was just the picture because I was like, just looking at the notification. Yes. And then I was like, no, it was the intro itself.
A
When did you think of the actual intro? I love it.
C
I love it so much. It's so nostalgic.
A
Yes.
C
It was like. Yeah, it was like very. It was very different, Princess.
B
Same thing. I saw my phone blowing up and I. And I saw as. And I was getting so much mentions and I was like, who is mentioning me? Like, what did I post?
C
Yeah, yeah.
B
And then. And then I clicked on Bremen's thing and I'm like, oh, my God, why is this an hour long right now?
C
Literally.
B
I loved it so much.
A
I did show you guys the first draft, though, but I think you guys only. But it was like, really blurry. It was really just like a first draft from Andrew. And what I posted was like the more clearer version with the filter. And it really just gave like the 2000s MTV, TRL, Vibe.
C
I watched it, like, 10 times, and I always found myself, like, smiling or, like, cracking up, and I was like.
B
And everybody looked so good.
A
Yeah. Hey. Yeah.
C
Hey.
A
I can't wait to shoot what we have in whatever we're gonna do in season three.
C
I know we have to do it again.
A
We're gonna be up there. We're gonna be like, now up in the mountains. Before we dive away too far from our segments, I wanted to say that I did Ms. Kate's segment today, which is Ms. T, because I really wanted them to try Kat's banana cream thing that she made.
C
Banana cream.
A
We have been setting up for so long that I think the. The ice melted. Princess said she's all caffeine out today, so she'll just have a sip.
C
But I'll take this because it's, like.
B
The most greenest one, but I appreciate it. Ms. Kat, I will notice this is.
A
A new matcha powder that tried, so it's not my most favorite, but try it. Mix it really well.
C
A little ASMR for you guys.
B
Very Naimas.
C
Oh, my God.
A
Right?
C
Right.
B
I love it. Miss. Miss Cat, period.
A
The fact that this is my.
C
What was it made out of? Like, real bananas?
A
Yeah, it's made out of real bananas and cinnamon and all the good stuff.
B
It's like giving banana bread in a matcha, period.
A
It's Naimas matcha bomb. All right. Ms. K, did you have any tea of the week?
C
My tea of the week is honestly nothing. But I. I just want to say please be careful out there. There's has been a lot of fires happening around Hawaii, so please be careful.
A
I think the other island was just on fire. Yes. I got an alert on my phone while I was in la, but hopefully everyone is safe. Of course. Since you don't have a tea of the day, can I take over?
C
Oh, my God, yes, of course.
A
My tea of the day is the Cat's Eye Gap collab.
C
Oh, my gosh.
B
What?
A
The boys are waiting.
C
It's a new girl group made by, I don't know, two companies, very great company.
A
Princess, you don't know Cat's Eye, but I think.
B
I think Cleo was watching them or, like, listening to the songs the other day.
A
Cleo definitely knows Cat's Eye because we bonded over it. Yeah, she was trying to tell me that she found Cat's Eye first, and I'm like, Cleo, you don't even.
B
Girl.
A
You. You found Cat's Eye at gnarly. I found them at debut. Don't play with me. Don't play with me. Princess, do you have any fertility of the day.
B
Fertility of the day. Hmm.
A
Well, would you like to address the elephant in the room?
B
Where?
A
Well, excuse me.
C
I looked at you.
B
So I was like, what are you talking about?
A
I was like, well, princess was late today because Lele was sick, actually. So tell them what happened.
B
Well, Alile has been having a stomach bug, and I thought she was getting better. And then when we were heading over here, like, she was hysterically crying, and we were in traffic, and then I called the doctor, and then she's like, you gotta take her in. And I'm like, oh, my God, I need to take her in. So I. We turned around, Ms. K whipped it out, and then she took us to the urgent care. And she has blisters in her throat. That's why she's having such a hard time. She has a hard time, like, eating. And that's why she's super dehydrated. Because I told the doctor. I was like, she has no tears. And she was like, oh, honey, she's dehydrated. You need to be feeding her.
A
Yeah.
B
And, like, giving her as much milk. So basically, you're like the IV for her right now. But, yeah, she's not taking, like, her medicines because she. So I have to put in her butt.
A
Oh, my gosh.
B
Yeah, it's like. No, it's like a. I don't explain something like that.
A
So I'm sure you had a lot of experiences with, like, sick babies and sick kids. Because Cleo was a sicky baby.
C
Yeah.
B
Ezekiel was so constipated.
A
Always constipated. I was telling Ms. K. I'm like, why is Ezekiel lowkey your healthiest child? Because Cleo is the smallest one. Yes. Cleo is an allergy baby. So is toffee. I don't know how Lele. But Lele. I've always kind of been sick. And then e just gets constipated or like, okay, he gets eating everything.
B
He gets constipated. But, girl, when he shits, it's so long and it stinks. It's so bad. It's like. It's adult pool.
A
Like, ew.
C
I don't know.
B
He'd be. He'd be in the bathroom like this.
A
He'd be drinking. Yeah, he'd be drinking.
C
But, like, there is the mixtures that he eats everything.
A
He only.
B
He only drinks water. He doesn't drink any soda. He doesn't drink any juice. He only drinks water.
C
Yeah.
B
Yeah. He'd be, like, clocking us. And they're like, that's not healthy. That's not good for you.
A
Well, I. I feel like you guys would be so proud, but I am over my fizzy trauma now. You remember your fizzy trauma?
B
What's that?
A
Because it was a Coke. I never drink Coke. I never drink anything bubbly or anything. But I found a really great drink from Evolution Fresh, but it's made out of real fruit, so it's kind of just like the Hawaii made sodas.
C
Yes.
A
But it has, like, a little bit of sparkler in it, and I love it so much. And I did a meet and greet slash.
C
Wait, is that the one that you.
A
Did, like, the car wash meet and greet car wash with them? Just this week while I was in la. And that was really fun. But also, I was just like, wow, I'm really obsessed with this. That's all I had.
C
Yes, yes.
A
And I'm like, what is it called? I love carbonation. Now, y'. All.
B
Wait, what's the Evolution Fresh?
C
I turned through here.
A
Like, ugh. But, yeah, it's really good. Wait, no, wait. Let's go back to fertility, because you didn't even give an advice. I was. I was getting. What I was getting at is, do you have any advice for mothers or anybody dealing with sick children?
B
Honestly, like, my favorite products to use on the babies are. Is Frito Baby. And I'm not sponsored. I'm just being.
A
Oh, you always be talking about Frida Baby.
B
No, but because, like, Frida Baby. Frida Baby, Frida Baby. Like, they have everything. And honestly, it works like the. When the kids are sick, there's this. What is it called again? Yeah, it sucks.
A
Your.
C
The. No.
A
C.P.
B
That was, like, a product, like. Yeah, that was my product of the day that the other day. I mean, the other time. And, like, I use their Frick. What is that thing called? Their. Their bath bombs. It has, like, so many good. Their oatmeal bath. They have oatmeal baths and stuff. It's just so good. I love Frida Baby so much. And honestly put. This is my favorite hack ever. Put us an onion in your. The socks.
A
Oh, yeah.
B
For, like, fever.
A
Yeah, it takes out the.
C
Yeah.
A
I mean, mom used to do that to us all the time. If it's not garlic, it's. What is it? The.
C
The sibuyas?
A
No, that's the same thing.
B
Ginger.
A
Ginger.
B
Is it ginger?
A
It's ginger. Yes. Oh, my gosh.
C
It's ginger.
B
You're a bit girl. I'll be throwing up I'm like, what is this?
A
Mommy's in the back, like, wrestling right now because Tofi's trying to steal my mom's avocado.
C
No.
A
Anyways.
C
No. Can I add on to that? The fertility thing? I think the way you handled that thing was so far was. I mean, with the whole Owle thing earlier. I think you handled it with, like, so calm, like, very calmness.
A
That's what I was getting at. Because, like, girl, you already said the Frida baby already. I think what I was getting at is, like, how do you act when your kid is going crazy? I was like, yeah, like, how you called me and was. And wasn't, like, panicking.
C
Yeah.
A
Even though I know it was serious because, like, I know how excited you were coming to come today. And for you to, like, cancel it halfway through, I'm like, obviously I was annoyed because this is our first, like, second episode and you're gonna miss it. But at the same time, I understand because, like, girl, I wouldn't even know the first thing to do if I had a sick child. Like, I literally would be like, I.
C
I thought she did so good because, like, the way, like, she just stayed calm and made sure, like. Like, that she was there for all la. And, like, the whole time she was just like, hey, it's okay. Like, just patting her, making sure she was okay. And, like, she immediately called the doctor, like, as soon as, like, wow, the baby was wrong. So I think.
B
Thank you.
C
That could have been, like, a. Yeah. And I think you handled that very good.
A
That's for sure. Not. Oh, my God.
B
Not like, Mom.
A
Mom says drink water.
B
No. My mom literally was giving me anxiety.
A
Oh, what?
B
Yeah. But she was like. And she was crying in the back.
A
And she was making it. No, mom is like that. And it's crazy because when we were sick as kids, not a single shit was given.
C
It was like, go drink something or go shower.
A
Yes. Here's some Vicks. Put some Vicks in your toes. I'm like, okay, girl.
C
I think this is the difference between, like, the grandkids and their actual kids.
A
But maybe also you're so calm about it because this is your fourth kid.
C
Yeah.
A
And you're just like, okay, girl.
C
And, like, plus, like, like, the. You know, with your mom in the back, you know, like, with that you didn't, like, get mad or, like, you didn't yell at your mom?
B
Yeah, no, I just. I was like, okay, I had to tune mom out.
A
No, mama be so dramatic sometimes.
B
I had to tune her out because, like, I'm Literally already dealing with talking to the doctor and also Ali Lake screaming her head off and then still wanting to go to this podcast.
C
Yeah.
B
What do I do? What do I choose?
C
Stop in traffic. Okay.
A
Some clapping emojis for princess for dealing with a sick child and still turning that car around and coming to film for you guys. Wait, wait, wait, wait.
C
She hasn't even said what happened in the doctor's office yet.
A
Oh, yeah.
B
So I get into the doctor's office immediately. Alile threw up on the doctor and me. It was so bad.
A
And I was about to time girl.
B
And then after that, the doctor checked her throat because the doctor knows she has a stomach bug. And I was telling her, like, she was crying all the whole entire time that we were heading over here, and she just stopped crying. She fell asleep from crying the whole entire time, but she has no tears, and she's like. She's dehydrated, so she's. I was like, oh, she's not eating because she has blisters in her throat. So she has a viral infection right now, and she has a stomach buggy.
A
Yeah.
B
And she's also teasing. She's also teing.
A
She's got it all, girl.
C
Now what? I understand you all why you were so fuzzy. It's okay.
B
She was miserable, and. Oh, she's. She's nauseous in the car. That's what the doctor said. That's why. That's why she was like, really, like.
A
So how was your car ride back here? Was it. Was she fine?
B
She was sleeping.
A
She.
C
It's my driving. I'm so sorry.
A
Yeah, it is. Ms. K's driving, girl.
C
I get that a lot. I get that my driving is not that great.
A
You know what up. What offends me the motherfucking most is when you drive Ms. K, she swears you're the worst driver ever. Like, I'd be pressing the brake. Ms. K be pressing her invisible brake and holding on to it, like. And then she's always, like, pressing against. I'm like, girl, have you met your driving? Like, the nerves of you to act like this when I'm driving you, but when you literally almost hit a car and you're just like, no, Brett.
C
Brett be pressing his brakes last minute, and I'm like, girl, calm down, girl, please.
A
I'm not doing this with you today, Ms. K. Bitch.
C
Literally.
A
Because if we're gonna play a better. Who's a better driver? Girl, let's pull out the tickets we got. Well, not that I've only ever gotten one Ticket in my life.
B
Well, no comment because I don't drive.
A
But when are you gonna drive?
B
I know how to drive. I'm just really. I think it's just my anxiety.
A
That's fair. I really feel like I support, like, whatever keeps you out of the road.
C
You only got one ticket.
B
Wow.
A
And it was me changing my mother. Of all the times that I would admit that I may have been on my phone, I got caught when I'm literally like changing the song on a red light. And I literally go, I was changing the song and it was a red light. And he was like, well, you're still in your car and you're still in traffic. And I was like, girl, just get. Just vote. Just vote. Just vote.
C
Like, give me that.
A
I hate when a is like, do you know why I pulled you over? You do. Just vote. Just give me the. Yeah, girl. Like, I don't.
C
I hate it when they ask you, oh, did you. Do you know why we pulled you over? No.
A
I'm gay, I'm brown. I'm an immigrant. I'm a minority. I'm gonna get that ticket regardless. I don't got white privilege. I have pretty privilege, not white one. So I'm gonna still get that ticket anyway. So just vote. Give me the ticket.
C
What do you mean by that? Vote?
B
Yeah, like, what are you saying?
A
You guys are not chronically online. Like, sorry, let me explain. Well, you can see Kat nodding her head. This off to college season. Save on college. Save the everyday. Now picture this. You're in a dorm with the size of my closet with lighting that makes you look like you're in a true crime documentary. This is not the time to improvise. You need Amazon, girl. They've got the vibe setters, string lights, decor, storage, but most importantly, the things you forget until you need them. Like shower shoes so you don't catch anything. Noise machines for that roommate who snores like a chainsaw. And my personal favorite, a clip on fan. True story. I once sent one to my friend's dorm because there was no AC and it turned her bed into a full music video set. Hair blowing in the wind, skin glowing, full main character moment. And girl, let me tell you, if you really want to spoil your friends, get them a mini face mask, skincare fridge. They will love you forever, girl. My friend still uses hers until to this day and she still thanks me for it. I'm like, girl, I literally forgot about it. It's been so long since you went into college, girl. Also, maybe that's exposing my Age. I'm not that old, everybody. Like, I still have friends in college, I promise. Nikki, I know you watching this. And because it's Amazon, no stress, no lines, just straight to the door, no store hopping, no parking drama, just add to cart, hit, buy and you're done. So don't stress. Go to Amazon, get what you need, and make that dorm the baddest dorm there ever is or was. With Amazon's great deals at everyday low prices, you can find comfort in the chaos. Shop off to college at Amazon. Save on college. Save the everyday. Now let's get back to the video.
B
If you've ever been laying awake at.
A
Three in the morning replaying something you.
B
Said literally months ago, this show is for you. I'm Kyla, the host of Don't Think, a podcast that will not fix you.
A
But it will make you laugh, make you feel seen, and hopefully give you.
B
A break from the chaos of your own brain. New episodes every Thursday.
A
This is Don't Think a break for your brain. By the way, you guys, when we are on this dome, cat is micless, but we are, we're in the studio. We have an extra mic for her, but she's out of the dome right now. She's nodding her head, but just vote.
B
Like work.
A
No.
C
So Jubilee, just go.
A
No, you guys, let me explain. I listen to y' all talk. Let me explain. So Jubilee had this video where they. It was like a group of college kids and they had to vote on one person to get, I think it was $100 and it was like 12 of them. And there was this one character, her name was Nina. She's not really a character. Her name was Nina and she went viral because she was just like, I. Okay, let's just say she was kind of like annoying to the other contestants and she got out and it's really hard. It's really a hard lore to explain, but like when they were voting someone out, she was just like, just vote. Just vote.
C
Wait, is this the girl that couldn't do the one leg stand?
A
Yes, that video.
C
Now I get.
B
Yeah, I need to go watch it now.
C
Oh my God. No. She was basically just complaining everything. She was mad that she lost the, the standing in one leg, but she.
A
Even thought it was her idea.
B
That would be me.
A
I'll stand on one leg and then they all do and she falls right away.
B
That would be me.
A
That's the level of pick me. I am honestly. So that's what I mean, like, just vote. Just give it to me. Just give it to me. Just give me the ticket. So that was that. K, do you have any fun story lately about your week?
C
Yeah, no, actually.
A
Well, how was your week? I was gone. I was in Miami.
C
I haven't really done anything.
A
You just been at work?
C
Yes, I just been at work doing like some little errands. Let me think of like what I did.
A
Okay. While you think, let me tell you guys about my week. My week. I started off in Miami and. Well, no, I literally started off here. I got to la and I got to LA at midnight and I had realized that I forgot to pack my keys to my apartment. Oh. So ga. I was literally outside of my apartment for two hours from literally 12pm to 2am I was outside the lobby, like waiting for the maintenance guy to let me in. I finally get inside around 2:30. My flight to go back was at like 7, so I had to be at the airport by 5.
C
To go in Miami.
A
Yes. So right when I got to my room, my apartment, I literally take my pants off, go to bed, wake up, put my pants back on and go to the airport with two hours of sleep. I get to Miami, fitting right away, went to bed and the whole time I'm like, I can't wait to go to bed. I can't wait to go to bed. But I don't know if I'm just like so anxious the whole time. But I didn't get to sleep until literally. Well, no, I lied. I lied. Hold on. I couldn't wait to go to bed. So I took. Let me sleep. I slept at 10:30 that night, woke up at midnight and I couldn't go back to sleep until 3am I was.
C
A jet lag girl.
A
I rarely pray. Literally, I was like, lord, I've seen what you've done for others. Like, please let me rest.
B
Rest in peace.
A
Lord. Please let me rest. I have a early call time tomorrow.
C
While you were at 12:00 clock at night.
A
No, this was 3:00am already.
B
Like I probably pissed you off because I was calling you around there.
A
Yeah, no, that wasn't the next day.
B
Oh, that was the next day.
A
Yeah.
C
After he got his rest.
A
Yeah. So I. Thankfully my call time wasn't too early. It was 8am I slept for five hours, did my work, what I had to get done. You guys will see later on what I had to do there. And then I flew home to LA the next day at 4am oh my God. So I finished everything at like 11 because we went out to dinner, we went to Nobu and then got back to my hotel. Room. Slept at 2am, woke up at 4. So I had two hours of sleep and then I get to the airport and my flight was delayed until 8am4 to 8. Yes. I was at the lounge, like, oh, my God. And I couldn't sleep in the lounge.
C
Yeah. And then that's like a fear of like missing your flight in my head.
A
I was also like, girl, I cannot wait to sleep on the plane. Girl, why the hell did I forget to bring my like, neck pillow that I was bragging about? I didn't sleep on my four hour ride to la. And then when I got to la, my team is like, you guys have to. You have to film this ad. So I landed and I had to go film an ad, which we will play right now, period. Thank you, Amazon, for sponsoring today's video.
C
Hi, Amazon.
A
But yeah, I literally had to go into the podcast studio to film an ad. And then your 12 hours. And then I got my 12 hours.
C
You know, I was gonna be like, I was really tired the past week. I didn't really get much sleep. You hear that story? I'm like, actually, I'm very much energized.
A
Yeah.
C
Yeah, I got enough sleep and that.
A
Wasn'T even my week in la. Yeah, I didn't even tell you guys the work stuff I had to do in la. But yeah, I had my meet and greet slash car wash thing. That was really fun. And then I just had like a bunch of like, meeting with the friends, catching up with the friends and. Can I say something?
C
Yeah. Did you meet someone again?
A
No. Girl, you know, I would tell you right away. I would tell you before the pod, but I don't know if it's just.
C
The Leo in me or like, you bought another Barkin.
A
Just like, I just love when my mane is getting petted. But, like, a lot of people were flirting with me this week. Like, my Uber driver was flirting with me. My, like, everyone that I was around was like flirting with a baddie. So I was. I felt real, real cute.
C
You, you are. You've been cute actually this past week.
B
There's like something it's never forgotten.
A
Thank you, cheekbones.
B
Yeah, I think it was the teeth that was fixed.
A
Keep going.
C
The field lips.
B
Oh, my God, the lashes.
A
Crazy.
B
Yeah, that's what. And the lashes, they're longer than.
A
Also, you guys.
B
Long haircut, girl.
C
Literally your song. Literally.
A
But yeah, I also went to the dentist because my front tooth died, so I had to get a root canal. I know a lot of people are against root canal, but bitch, I'm not risking getting an infection. I'd rather get a root canal. Wait, an infection?
C
Wait, what do you mean by like this one died? Like. Oh, it died.
A
Yeah. So I think it got in, I think it got hit. I don't know when it got hit, if it ever got hit.
B
Yeah.
A
And then it just died. I don't feel anything. So I got a root canal. And so for two days that I. My, My two day break in LA was me high as. Not from like anything. Yeah, like weed or anything like that.
C
Medically, the medicine girl.
A
I had like painkillers and then antibiotics. I was in the clouds for two days like, but I couldn't sleep.
B
Girl, you're like a healthy chronic.
C
I didn't even know tea can get.
A
Can die.
C
Yeah.
B
Oh my God. Okay, speaking of infection period. Not infection. Infected tooth. I have one and I need to go take it out.
A
Where?
C
Let me see.
B
It's bad.
C
I want to see.
A
I've never seen it.
C
I've never seen an infected tooth.
A
Can I see? Oh, she's dead.
B
Yeah, she's dead.
A
At least it's your molars.
B
Yeah, at least.
A
It's like you should take it out though. She's dead.
B
Dead girl, yours is a friend. And you don't even know what. My breath stinks.
C
No, no, no, no, no, wait.
A
Princess, I was gonna tell you. I'm so proud that you've been making so much like cooking videos lately than you we filmed here. And I'm not just gassing you up, girl. You know I don't get. I don't give you compliments for that but like you cooked us corned beef when you were. Girl, why was that corn beef so good?
B
Thank you, thank you.
C
She got that sakayan and gift.
A
Yeah, she really did. I wish it really skipped us cuz when I was eating it I was like this is why I love corn. Like it tasted like my mother made it. Like a mother made that. Oh, and she ate. You ate. And we ate.
B
Oh, thank you guys.
C
Yeah, and we, we got full like you know, since you're a cook now and like you know what is your favorite dish to cook, like your specialty. But I need to like hear like it needs to be something like that you kind of created or like you put your own twist into it that only princess knows your signature.
B
I don't know, I guess my shrimp tacos. I don't know.
A
You do make really good shrimp.
C
She does, she does make any good shrimp. Anything.
A
Okay, what are your favorite things to make? Since you want to be asking These questions.
C
Oh, like, food wise.
A
Yeah. Because you do be knowing how to cook.
C
I just do. I, I. Okay, so there's this. I like my basics. My kid. My pork is always gonna hit no matter what, you know, just right.
A
Yes.
C
Yeah. Just eat down for me or. I like to make this thing. It's like a. It's like.
A
I don't know how to say it.
C
But I put a bunch of, like, seasonings into it. It has, like, pepper, and then I put calamansina salt and then, like the little, like, I don't know, paprika, whatever. That looks. Yes, it is, but it's shrimp also. It's like, you remember that shrimp with the mayo and the ketchup that. But I made my own little twist into it, I think.
B
My own little twist, too.
C
Yeah.
A
My dish that I like to make. Well, yeah, no, I fuck up a really good egg, so. Bitch, you guys have not yet tried my arugula, avocado, bacon egg sandwich.
C
Oh, you made it. You made that?
A
I made that. Also, the BLT that Kat makes, she will tell you that that's my recipe that I told her to make.
C
She's not even.
A
Okay, okay. Don't play with me. She's not about to play with me.
B
Yeah, but you're not cooking it. You're putting it together, though.
A
Am I not in the fucking.
B
I guess we can.
C
She said I'm frying the bacon.
A
The bacon is fried, girl.
C
The sauce, cutting up the avocado.
B
Actually, let me change my mind. I make this spicy fried rice. It's so good.
C
What's in it?
B
Nobody had it. Okay, so garlic. You gotta mince.
C
Mince.
B
Okay. You gotta mince the garlic and then you gotta, like, you gotta, like, make it, like, a little burnt, you know, so you can cook it up.
C
I like to call it crispy. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
B
With rice, sesame oil. Guys, the spicy Spam. Cut it up in dices. And also, oh, my gosh, the hot link sausage.
A
Yes, cut it up. Okay.
B
Okay.
A
Princess, will you please make this for us next episode?
B
Okay. Of course.
A
Okay. Because I will remind you.
C
No.
A
And, guys, if there's no food for us, to next episode Princess, period.
C
Yeah, no eggs for me, please.
B
No eggs for you.
A
Yes, period. Are there any things you guys are looking forward to this week?
B
Oh, I do. So I was invited to Hawaii Swim show.
A
Are you walking or you're.
B
No, I'm just attending.
C
I love. My God, it was so good. Yeah.
A
Where is it this year?
B
Alohelani. Yeah, it's a hotel in Waikiki. And they also, like, invited, like, us to have, like, like, a hotel there. So we're staying there for five days.
C
Thanks for the invite.
B
And I'm super excited. Only because.
A
Numbers girl, I wish you could walk. I mean, not wish you could walk. You can walk, but, like, I. Why don't you want to walk?
B
I mean, nobody really asked me, and I don't know. I'm not really as confident as with my body. Yeah, you would.
A
Maybe.
B
Maybe, like, if somebody asked me, I would have. Yeah. But honestly, I'm there. I'm just there to just, like, have a little cute family day. Family week. Because it's literally almost five days and, like, just have a little mini vacation. I feel like we have staycation. Staycation. And, like, we never really took any. The kids.
A
When do you guys go? When do you guys go?
B
Oh, next week. From Thursday to September 1st. Let me know.
A
Next week. Thursday.
B
Yes. Oh, why?
A
I'm just keeping a mental note. So I don't, like, expect you next week to come Friday, though.
B
Oh, yeah, Friday.
A
Yeah, I know.
B
Yeah.
A
Ms. K, is there anything you're looking forward to this week?
B
I'll. I'll be here for the podcast. Don't worry.
C
Honestly, my shot tomorrow. I always get my hormone shot.
B
Oh, yes.
C
I always get excited with those. Even if it's just, like, five minutes. I love it.
A
It's like, do you feel extra fam.
C
Oh, yes. I was like, oh, that's all like, give me more. Give me two injections if anything, like.
B
For next week, too.
C
It's like, I don't know.
A
I'll Lily on her ass.
C
Oh, yes. And my birthday. Oh, my God, you guys.
B
Oh, my God. Is it this week?
C
It's like, upcoming week.
A
Yeah. The next.
B
Yeah, 27th.
A
What are we doing?
C
Well, actually, I kind of don't want to do anything because I'm turning. I was, like, kind of believe that, please, whoever is editing this. But no, I kind of just want to just chill, maybe go to the beach and just, like, relax with, like, all the people I love.
A
We should plan something cute, like a little tent. I mean, not cute, like, because that plan makes it sound like we're planning something. Yeah, we should do something.
C
Like, a few times.
A
Yeah.
C
When we went to the beach where everybody. Like, on my birthday, we just kind of chilled with everyone.
B
No.
A
Aren't we gonna have a cousin hangout soon anyway? Yeah.
C
So I think.
A
Yeah, we might as well.
B
For Ms. Jolie's.
A
I know your sister's leaving.
C
Yeah.
A
Are you looking forward to that?
C
Honestly, I'm kind of sad hanging out with Jorly.
B
Me too.
C
No one's gonna buy me food.
A
No one' more down than Jorly.
B
I'd be like, can you pick me up? And it's like 9:30. And she's like, yeah, I'll be there in 10 minutes. I'm like, okay, girl.
A
But she literally always doing something, but also always free. I'm like, how?
C
No, literally, I'm like. And I was like, sometimes, you know, I'm like, I don't know if you're gonna put this on the podcast, but I'm like, girl, how you always have money? She'd be pulling out cash after cash. And I'm like, well, if there's anything.
A
About Jordy, she gonna keep a job.
C
Yeah, girl.
A
She has side is the most employed person I know.
C
Girl.
B
She be genuinely think her. Her party, her balloons party lab as a full time. And then she's also a caregiver. And I'm like, girl, what else do.
A
You not do, Queen? Duh.
C
And she still had time to like take us around, you know? Yeah, yeah, Queen.
B
Love that for her. I know she always watched the podcast.
C
What about you since you came back just from a busy week.
A
I'm looking forward to my. The next two days. It's the weekend after tomorrow and I. I'm getting new fishes.
C
Okay.
A
So I'm excited about that, but I'm excited for Monday because the Love island reunions coming out on Monday. What do you guys think about that? How do you guys feel like it's gonna go down?
C
I think it's gonna go down.
B
Really?
C
I think it's gonna go down.
A
I just saw the preview and all I gotta say is the hosts are asking actually. Yes. Asking questions, girl. And I'm so excited. Yeah.
C
And I don't know if like they meant to do it, but it's like we haven't heard from any of them.
A
Yeah.
C
You know how last season everyone went on a podcast right away and everyone was just like telling us what happened.
A
What happened, but this one all kind of stays quiet. Well, no, there's some part. I don't think you watch some of their podcasts, but even when they are on the podcast, they weren't giving a lot of info.
C
Yes.
A
Like how they were like, last season. Yeah.
C
And it was more about like them and like, how are they doing now?
B
But what questions are you guys like, looking forward for that? You're like, oh my God, I need the answers.
A
Well, my. I was actually really curious if Jeremiah and Baldasha is dating.
C
Yeah.
A
That's cool.
C
I've been seeing that everywhere.
A
I would like to see why Aladria, my girl Alandria was crying.
C
Yes.
A
Obviously. I think it was because of the.
C
I think the bashing. Yeah. And she hasn't said anything.
A
She hasn't said anything or defended her, so that'll be interesting to watch you, princess.
C
I. I think it's like how, you know how, like, most of them has been together except one person. So I kind of want to just see how that goes because they've been very split up. Ms. Huda, you know how, like, she's been going. Doing all things here, doing her own little thing and, you know, like, before. I mean, I'm not comparing the two, but, like, they were very much together, even if they didn't like each other. Yeah. But this one is, like, very much clicky.
B
Yes, it is.
C
So seeing the interaction for the first time ever from that. From Love island is going to be interesting.
B
I came in for love.
C
Yes.
B
Honestly, I had the same question as Ms. K. Yeah, that's my. My same question. Honestly, I wanted to know, like. Like, what's that? What's tea?
A
I've also been looking. Something that I'm looking forward to right after this is watching the new episode of Slation Royale for Drag Race Philippines.
C
Yes. Yes, yes. Oh, and then also, I don't know if you're gonna. I'm gonna make you watch this with me. But the last episode. Not last episode. The most recent episode of the G4. Yes. Because I haven't.
A
I haven't watched it yet since. So we can watch.
C
I don't have Apple TV. Only Brett does, so I have Apple TV.
A
No. Ms. K comes over whenever I leave, and I already know is to watch her show something.
C
Yes.
A
And I'm like, who the hell is watching Project Runway? Project Runway has been giving.
C
Yes. Girl.
A
Whoever thought of having law as a judge?
C
And he should judge more, because we need judges like that. Like, just honestly brutal, but in a constructive criticism way. Yeah. You know, and it comes from a.
A
Pace of, like, knowledge. Like, you know, you can't fight law. Like, there's a.
C
Read fashion. There's a reason why he's still around, and, you know, everyone wants to let him borrow their clothes.
A
Yeah.
B
Oh, I love how much, like, I love how you guys watch together.
A
We don't.
C
No. We just be watching the same thing. Yeah. Sometimes we're like. We watch it together, and then we're.
A
Just like, have there been anything you've.
B
Been loving, Princess Chip of War. I like chief of war.
A
Yeah, we talked about that last episode. We actually go deep in it.
B
I've been watching this. This. This show with Tony, and it's called. Not Nautilus or something? Nautilus. Nautilus, yes. Nautilus.
C
I think I've heard of that. Yeah, it's on Netflix, right?
B
No, it's not Netflix. It's amc.
C
Oh, it's a TV show.
B
It's a TV show. Yeah, it's really good. I love it.
C
What is it about, like, scientists?
B
No. So basically, they're looking. They're like prisoners. They were. They were prisoners or they. They were slaves, and then they got out of, like. Like, they got out of that, and then now they're looking for a treasure.
C
Yeah.
B
And they just go through, like, all of these, like.
C
Oh, it's a treasure hunting.
B
Yeah, it is. Yeah.
A
I just noticed you got your roots touched up.
B
Yes, I got my roots touched up.
A
Because ice from your last. That I saw, you were like, I need to get my roots touched up for something special. What is this something special? What is it, the swimweeds?
C
No.
B
Well, I. I really.
C
No.
B
Yeah, the swim. The swim show. And then also, like, the podcast.
A
What is this, like, getting ready for or, like, needs to get her hair done for?
B
Yeah, well, hello. Like, my roots were literally over here. Like, they're, like, freaking.
C
You look good, though.
B
Oh, thank you so much.
C
I already did it.
B
I'm gonna get. I'm gonna go lighter. I'm gonna go a little bit lighter. So tomorrow.
C
No, one day.
A
I did it before, remember? With my, like, half. Like, my hair. The buzz one when My buzz hair.
C
No, but I want you to do it with the long hair.
A
Oh, no, thank you. I do not match with any color besides brunette.
B
Yeah, honestly. Okay. I was gonna go black, but then I was like.
C
The childhood inner princess.
B
No, not.
A
Yeah, I just love having, like. Like dark. I don't know. I don't like how I look blonde or brown or, like, not, like, light.
C
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
B
No, I feel you. Like, I'm gonna go back to my original color, which was brunette or black or whatever.
C
No, but you do suit.
B
Really?
A
Maybe after winter. Like, this is like your winter blonde era.
B
You know how hard it is to get back to. To go from black and then to go color again? It's really. It's like.
A
Well, you would know. You've done it so many times.
B
Remember you used to col my hair, like, red, green, blue.
C
The balayage. Remember that? Balayage? Do you guys remember that? Balayage died when we did that. And we went to carnival after.
A
Yeah. I was low key, like, eating, though.
B
I was like, wait, he was doing my highlights. I had, like, a red highlight over here. My highlights here.
C
Our muse.
B
Yeah. And then he colored it green and it turned blue. I mean, it was blue and it turned green.
C
Green. The. The washed out green. I'm dead.
A
Okay, guys, we have a couple more minutes left. I feel like we should do some planning for the next couple episodes.
B
Right?
A
I really love when we have, like, a theme for every episode. Yeah, like how? Kind of like today was more for, like, for fun, and we're just, like, catching up and really talking. I feel like next episode we should have, like, a spirit week.
C
A spirit week. Okay.
A
Yeah.
C
That sounds fun.
A
Pretty basic. Does this all the time. Not pretty basic. Basically unfiltered. The Remy, Alicia. Yeah. Zane and Heat. They always kind of like, have a theme for every episode. Not always, but sometimes they do. I feel like we should do funny hair day or, like, silly hair day.
C
Silly hair day.
A
Silly hair day.
B
Next.
A
Next episode.
B
Okay.
C
That's gonna be fun.
B
That'd be so fun.
A
And we could just talk about hair and things like, you know, whatever.
C
Whatever we come up with, because I'm not gonna lie, we all have gorgeous, gorgeous hair.
A
Gor. There's so many things we could do with it.
C
Yes.
A
I can't wait to see what you guys come to work with. Yeah.
C
Oh, I'm excited now. You should do your, like, you know, the helicopter hair, girl.
A
No, I want to try make it all stand up.
C
Like, electrocuted one.
B
Like Ezekiel's hair.
C
Yeah.
A
Okay. We'll see. We'll see. We'll see what I come up with next episode. We're in that part of the episode now where we share the product of the way or product of the day. Was it product of the week or.
C
Product of the week?
A
Okay, shall I start? Yeah. Okay, I'm gonna start with a. I'm gonna call this product of the summer for me, because she's been with me the whole summer, and it's my laneige.
C
What is that?
A
This is their neo blurring powder.
B
Oh, it's like.
C
Is it like.
A
I first discovered this when Remy kept retouch face with it in Japan. Yeah. And so I got it. I don't know if you not to brag, but Japan, they're available on Amazon now. But I just love it.
C
It's just a powder, like, a translucent powder.
A
And I like how it's, like, mesh free, and it's like, oh, yeah. And it's like, what I like about it is, like, it. It doesn't mattify. It takes out the shine without. Without taking out the glow.
B
I need it. I need it.
C
Oh, it just mattifies it.
B
But no, it doesn't matter.
A
Yeah, right?
B
It's great. Oh, my God.
C
Whoa. That made a difference. I'm gonna steal that later.
A
So can you, like, irritate? But this has been my favorite powder lately. And when I posted about it, because I was such, I also used this to touch up when I got my license.
C
Wait. I'm not even gonna lie.
A
Like, your face looks hd.
C
Like, you look like you just did it.
B
Yeah.
A
You guys, stop. It's really, really good.
B
Can I see it?
A
But I. I was retouching on it when I was getting my license done, and somebody told me it gave them flashback. So I don't want to speak for myself, but for my skin and like, even on my heavy makeup and my non makeup day days, it doesn't give me flashbacks, so.
B
But people say that right now either it ain't.
C
It could be probably with the products.
A
That you think it's just mixture with all the products.
C
Yeah.
B
They use. Yeah. I feel like if you have, like, really white under, you know, under eye, you know, and then you put that on, it's gonna be more.
C
Well, yeah.
A
Princess. Product of the week.
B
Oh. Part of the week is my outfit today. I wore it at my first podcast that I did today.
A
Do you want to stand up?
B
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
A
Show the class. Show the class.
B
Oh, sorry. I'm gonna butcher the name because I'm not Hawaiian. And I don't know how to say it, but this is the outfit. Super cute. Me and Toni had a matching set.
A
While she's showing you guys, can I just say, I'm so jealous of everybody that was able to make it to Made in Hawaii.
C
Oh, my God. I should have said that. That's what I did. The past week. I went to Made in Hawaii.
A
You made it in?
C
Yes, I did. I went, like around. Did you camp? No, I went like on a Friday. We didn't go in the morning. We went on like three and we just went in. Oh, there was no line.
A
Oh, wow.
C
Yeah. So we got lucky. Very lucky.
A
Did you find anything cute?
C
I did. I got a hat. It has this. This pattern thing on it. I don't know what this is called. What flower is this? And then I have, like, the little charm that goes onto it.
A
So cute.
B
I really wanted to go Made in Hawaii, but it was very overwhelming.
A
Well, I was gone. But seeing the lines, but also the halls, I'm like, you would have loved it. I know I would have loved it.
C
I think you would have got so much things because I feel like it was like very much your vibe.
A
I think they would have to drag me out of Made in Hawaii. Honestly, dropping. Is it you?
B
Oh, wait, no, I didn't.
A
Oh, wait, you didn't say rampant.
B
I don't know how to say it.
A
Okay, I'm gonna read the tag.
B
Yeah.
A
So please don't. I'm gonna butcher this.
B
Yeah, me too. I don't know how to say it. It.
A
The brand is Kahalea.
B
Yes.
A
Oh, my God.
C
So cute.
A
Is it a two piece or one?
B
It's a two.
C
I wish I had one.
A
Love, Ms. K. What is your product of the week?
C
My product of the week? I think somewhere also for me, because I took one of these in your drawer and I don't think you know.
A
Is it the Rihanna one?
C
No, it's the CoverGirl one. It's the Out Outlast Stylo tint.
A
Oh, any CoverGirl Outlast, period.
B
Are you wearing it right now?
C
Yes, I am, actually.
B
So good.
C
And honestly, this one of the. One of the products because I was like, wow, like, tints. You know how like tints has like a long lasting thing? So I put this all on top of my lip liner to like stamp it in there.
A
Yeah.
C
And girl, it does not budge. Even if you eat oil or anything, it does not go anywhere, period.
A
And what if I say I want it back? Oh, this is new.
C
This is new. Actually, the one I took is at home. This is yours.
B
This is yours.
A
I'm just kidding. But wait, wait.
B
Where did you get that? Upstairs.
C
I took the. This is the last one.
A
Well, I think that's the end of this episode, you guys.
C
I know, it's so sad.
A
Let me just refresh your minds because I know you will forget. Princess, you owe us lunch. Next episode. And for the both of you, you, we're doing Silly Hair day next.
C
Okay.
A
Okay.
C
And are we going back to our little routine?
B
Yes.
C
And like, yeah, I didn't read my.
A
Journal today because one, I really didn't even have any journal entry. And two, I was literally gonna read the journal entry that I wrote in Miami and la, and it was basically what I was gonna talk about today. So it was gonna be redundant. I was gonna read through the journal and then talk about what I was gonna say. So. But yeah, we're gonna go back to our regular programming next week. Week Ms. K will be making us drinks again. Princess will come with the fertilities and I'll read you guys my journals. But also I will say, sometimes Ms. K, we have to say it. She's not always online like how I am. So sometimes I will give the tea of the day for Ms. K. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Because she's just not a chronic online girl.
C
Yeah. I tend to, like, I have these moments where, like, I try not to go my phone because. Because I just don't like being on my phone all the time. And that's fair.
A
And that's.
B
Yeah, yeah, me too. Honestly, like, you. You can barely reach me. Honestly, you have to call me, call.
A
Me, beat me if you want to.
B
Barely reach me, period. Yeah.
A
Well, I hope you guys enjoyed episode two. We will see you guys in episode three. We always try. Well, we plan on doing these in bulks. We were gonna shoot like two episodes, girl.
C
But thank.
A
I hope you guys also enjoyed watching the sunset.
C
I think this is so cozy. I'm not gonna lie.
B
I don't mind doing another episode.
C
I feel bad though, because Kai is outside getting probably like mosquito bitten and.
A
Yeah. But before she gets actually eaten alive. We love you guys. I hope you guys are enjoying season two so far. We are kind of just like rolling with the punches and figuring out as things go by. Host: Bretman Rock, with Princess Mae, Ms. K
Date: August 28, 2025
This episode of DaBaddest Radio continues Bretman Rock’s signature style of candid, family-centered humor, and confidence-boosting conversations. Joined by his sister Princess Mae and cousin Ms. K, Bretman dives into everything from family emergencies and parenting hacks to travel mishaps, cooking adventures, hair transformations, and their honest recaps of recent pop culture moments. While themed around “the new virus” (a reference to Princess’s child getting sick), the episode truly celebrates familial resilience, Filipino home remedies, and the joy of living unapologetically.
The episode radiates warmth and humor, blending candid family dynamics with practical advice, cultural touchstones, and beauty/lifestyle recommendations. The trio's rapport, playful roasting, and mutual uplifting energy create an accessible, feel-good listening experience—underscored by their unapologetic, unfiltered approach to both chaos and celebration.
If you missed the episode, you get a real slice-of-life look into Bretman Rock’s world—not the glam Instagram version, but the messy, loving, occasionally chaotic Filipino family variety. You’ll learn quirky home remedies for sick kids, get tips for not losing your cool in emergencies, hear confessions about parenting and self-care, and nab recs for beauty must-haves and binge-worthy TV. The episode blends fun (hair plans! cooking brags! pop culture tea!) with realness about health, travel struggles, and what it means to be “the baddest” in your everyday life.
Bretman closes out with reminders for next week (expect silly hair!) and heartfelt gratitude for both his on-air crew and the listeners, embodying exactly what makes DaBaddest Radio as relatable—and entertaining—as it is.
