The following podcast is a Dear Media production. It is another lovely Thursday, everyone. Aloha kakahiaka named Bagna al dao. Good morning. And magandang umaga gunaiden her.
B
Guten morgen.
A
Oh, Per. Wait, what was the first one you said? Gunaidin gunayden. What is that?
B
Turkish.
A
Oh, okay. Period.
B
And then German.
A
Good morning, Ms. Kaylee. Hello.
B
Good morning. Good morning.
A
You're giving me this. That pretty girl mantra hair today. That fl.
B
You're giving me. Oops, I did it again.
A
I think I did it again. Yeah. Wait, Ms. K, how was your week?
B
It was good. Oh, my God, you guys, I got a electrolysis done.
A
I know. You called me.
B
I did. I did. Because honestly, you guys, I don't recommend it because of the pain, but I recommend it for the results because I haven't shaven for the past four days, period.
A
Honestly, one of the best things I've ever done in my life was get my face lasered. The pain is, I think, different from an electrolysis. But I remembered when I had started it, I was growing a beard jaw. I don't know how the hell I was the only one that can grow a beard. I think it's because my mom had cravings on balut. Yeah, that's why I'm hairy. But anyways, it's really painful. How does the electrolysis feel?
B
Like.
A
Because I know they, like, stab you.
B
Yes. And so I think they look for, like, they recommend you to come in with, like, a little stubble on your face already or, like, anywhere you want to get done. So they stab you with this little tiny needle in the follicle of the hair, and they stab you, like, three times in that one spot, but every time they stab you, it goes in deeper. And. Yeah.
A
So you're. So when they're stabbing it, is that when they're killing the follicle?
B
Yes.
A
How does it feel like?
B
It feels like needles. Just, like stabbing you three times in a row. Like in the same spot.
A
Yeah.
B
Yes. And then they yank it out. But I think the worst part was, was the anesthetic.
A
What do you mean? The anesthetic? To make anesthesia? Yeah, to make it numb.
B
To make it numb. Oh, my God, you guys. That was like, burn. It was like. You know how, like, when you put. It's like splitting your skin with your muscle and it kind of burns when it does it.
A
You know what I mean? Yeah, yeah, yeah.
B
So it just felt like every second of that, like, syringe going into my face, I was like, never again.
A
I Don't know if it's just, like, my elephant memory, because I remember everything, but I remembered when Gigi Gorgeous was getting her face electrolysis done, she had asked to be put to sleep.
B
Yeah.
A
Because it was that painful. I would. Girl. Honestly, I'm like. I would have probably.
B
Especially the cupid's bow part is the most sensitive, but I couldn't. I couldn't take another anesthesia. So just, like, just do it.
A
Just raw dog it, and it was worth it.
B
No, it's not. It was the most painful thing I've ever done. I was literally crying at the end because I couldn't.
A
Oh, my gosh. Anyways, cue the intro. Ratman to Earth. Earth to Bratman. Girl, you already know who it is. All right, we're just gonna get into it today. Ms. K. What is the Ms. Cafe of the day? What is the key of the day?
B
Last night, I brewed a little something for you. It's like. It's called the blueberry lavender tea, and I added a little lavender to make it a little sweeter because it wasn't on the sweeter side.
A
Blueberry lavender tea.
B
And the other one is for Cat, because I thought she was gonna be on the podcast today, but.
A
Oh, by the way, you guys, I know we promised that Kat will be on the next episode, but, Kat, would you like to tell them what happened to you?
C
Okay. So I had a procedure done, and they did work on my gums. They had to add bone to it so I could get an implant, and I thought this one would be down, but it's not. I look like I have Botox.
A
I hope you guys can see her, but her upper lip is currently not mo.
C
Yeah, so that's why I'm not in.
A
But she was like, I got cute today just in case. Yeah, girl, you could barely even speak. Why would I even.
B
She will be here, though. You guys will.
A
She will be here. She will be worth all of the way. And I cannot wait for you guys to meet the next week's guest as well, because we are bringing in guests, y'all, at least once a month. We're gonna try to bring in a.
B
Guest, but this is two this month.
A
Yeah.
B
Yeah. Wow.
A
Because somebody wanted to get their teeth fixed.
C
Yeah.
A
Also, I think I said this last episode, but Kat will now have her own little mic, because I feel like we're always, like, passing it to her. So she will have her mic whenever she wants to speak or fact checked anything. Because we're doing professionalism here nowadays. Yeah. We don't Just say things.
B
We're in episode 30. Almost 30.
A
30. Oh my gosh. Can you believe that?
B
I know. Okay, so. But the for today is TikTok got banned.
A
Yes. For a total of what, seven hours?
B
Yes. I think seven, couple eight hours. Maybe not even 24.
A
Yeah. Let's talk about where you were.
B
I was at home and I was like, I honestly don't know what time I got banned, but I was in the toilet and I was like scrolling to TikTok and I was like, I think, what is this message?
A
Yeah.
B
And then it banned right after.
A
I was there for literally the second it got banned. Really? Because my boyfriend, he's out of state right now, but he was texting me. He's in the east coast. And he was like, babe, TikTok is being banned in 30 minutes. And I was like, girl, I'm in my middle of my workout. Like, what do you mean?
B
Crawl.
A
So after my workout, thankfully I was like, almost done. I went in the sauna and I was like, doom day scrolling in the sauna for 20 minutes. And then I saw live of my friend Fernanda. They were on live, like counting down, like the second of.
B
Oh my gosh.
A
And eight, 8:30. East coast hit 5:30 our time. Yeah, I think. I think it was 3:31 at 5:30. Right? Okay. 5:30 our time. And it didn't shut down right away, right? It didn't shut down right away.
C
It's like 5:33.
A
Yeah. And then I check my notification and then my notification was not loading and I was like, okay, bitch, let's try to like post something. So at like 5:34, I posted me making my matcha just for fun, just to see if it would upload. I think it did upload and it uploaded. Yeah. And then I think 10 minutes after that, that's when we all got the note. Like the. The official, like TikTok is shutting down and whatnot.
B
I'm kind of mad because I. I did. I'm one of those Americans, I guess, that deleted the app.
C
Me too.
A
Oh my God.
B
I can't find it on the app store.
A
Wait, so you don't have Tick Tock?
B
I don't have Tick Tock.
A
You don't have Tick Tock?
C
I have Safari. Can I go in there?
A
Oh my God. That's so funny because I was sending you. Not you. I was sending cat. Tiktoks of like, Restaura would never see them.
B
Oh my gosh.
A
Yeah, we're too pressed.
B
No, I was not. I was like, it's Time for a new app. Time for, like.
A
Were you on Red Note at all?
B
I was. It was actually really cute. There's a lot of pretty girls out there.
A
Yes. The. It just shits on our fashion. It made me realize I'm like, oh, I don't even dress. I love all the fashion girlies.
B
Like, I love how they layer things. I'm a big fan of people who can layer.
A
I just love also how welcoming they were with the Americans. They were like. But also they were like, leave your shoes at the door, girl. This is our platforms. Like, know how to act, behave. Yeah. I mean, Americans were.
B
Yeah.
A
What did you do for, like, the first. I guess I can't even say the first couple of hours, because it was really, like, a couple hours. But how was your first hours without TikTok?
B
Honestly, it was fine. I. I'm. I have to admit, I'm one of those Instagram reels.
C
And, like, Ms. K is the type to not have her phone on her period.
A
Yeah. Yeah. You really don't have your phone. Well, you know me, girl.
B
Yeah.
A
I got two phones. They're both always on me. And I remembered, like, that night, I would just, like, forget that TikTok is deleted. And I would just click on TikTok every, like, second I would close Instagram and I'd go on TikTok because, like, you know, the order.
B
Yeah.
A
And it was just the same thing. And then I woke up the next morning and it was back.
B
Mr. Superhero was like, you guys, I got it back.
A
Yeah. Mrs. Superhero Girl. How do you feel about that?
B
Honestly, I think it was a publicist stunt to get some of the people with him, especially Gen Z's, because they're so into, like, tick tock right now.
A
We are? Yes.
B
Yeah. And then I honestly thought I was like, you're taking one of our, like, freedom, which is freedom of speech and.
A
Expression, because we've been expressing ourself in.
B
There on TikTok, which is like, kind of like going against our. What America is.
A
Yes.
B
You know, my thing is, what is Instagram?
A
Like, what makes TikTok not okay, but reels okay. Because they're kind of the same thing. Because if you even add YouTube shorts onto that, and then if you add on top, like, old apps like vine.
B
Like, I. I honestly.
A
Wait. Cat has something.
C
I have a lot to say about that. It's because the owner is from another country. Well, no, this is the owner in period of Facebook and Instagram, who is Mark Zuckerberg.
B
Yeah.
C
And that's why, because I over The. Through the grapevine, I heard that he's also buying Tick Tock, which is why it's okay now.
A
That is crazy. They didn't like the fact that it was owned by a Singaporean man.
B
Yeah.
C
I heard that. That there were lives yesterday of what was like, there was like, a protest or something, but the lives kept getting disconnected and.
A
And lives are not working right now for Americans. I. I think I also saw that shu, who's the CEO of TikTok, or was the owner of CEO of TikTok, it used to say in his bio, CEO of TikTok. And now it's gone. And everyone is speculating that Mr. Beast bought TikTok because on his page, it says, CEO of TikTok question. On top of that, out of the blue, Facebook now has a Tik Tok page. And then people are also seeing things like, oh, link your Facebook to Tik Tok. And I'm just like, oh, did. Is it bought by him by Facebook? Yeah, Facebook. Which then leads me to think, I'm like, well, if you already own Reals, why do you want to own Tik Tok? And that's like two compete. Like, you own basically, like two competing.
C
So he can censor it all.
A
To censor it all and make it more American and, like, more of their agenda, period.
C
And I could see that, but that's just speculation. Yeah, don't. Don't.
B
I honestly think they got mad at TikTok because of, like, how crazy it was. And, like, people could just post anything.
A
Yeah. So, period.
B
It took up, like, a lot of hidden things that. From, like, other people that we're not.
A
Supposed to know about or, like, things people are that may be a little too woke.
C
I think it shows spotlight to those people.
A
Yeah. What?
C
TikTok. I think it just showed more spotlight to the people that they would be trying to hush on Instagram or Facebook.
A
Yeah. Something that I will say is, ever since. I mean, it's only been a day, really. Like, honestly, this might be so dramatic, but I feel like when I got TikTok back yesterday, the first couple hours were fine. I kept scrolling, and then the more eerie I felt because I'm like, why does it feel not like the same app that it was?
B
Because I have it on my other phone and I was scrolling through it, and I was like, it's not. It doesn't feel the same.
A
Yeah. I mean, I'm still getting the same, like, for you page, but it's just, like, the energy of it. I'm like, wait, it's like, when my dad. Because my dad's a twin. It's like when my dad would leave and, like, he would convince me that Uncle Edward was my dad when I was a kid. And I'm like, you're not my dad.
C
Imposter.
A
You're an imposter. So I don't know.
B
I.
A
What were you saying? You.
B
And I also think it's about the data. Since American couldn't get into TikTok data and, like, a Chinese person was, like, getting all of it. America is kind of Singaporean, girl. Singaporean. I am so sorry. I thought it was from China.
A
He is a Singaporean citizen, sir.
C
But isn't tick tock banned in China, though?
A
Yes, that's why.
C
Oh, yeah.
B
Oh, my gosh. Sorry. Singaporean man, period.
A
I'm just like, girl, just shut the. I'm, like, so confused. I'm, like, over it, honestly.
B
I'm like, tick tock is the last thing you should be worried about, girl. We have other things.
C
Let's read a book.
A
Let's read a book. I will say I wish it lasted, like, a week because I'm seeing a lot of people being like, damn, I really wanted to try get my life together. And we were, like, dropping. Everyone was, like, going out to the gym tomorrow.
B
Everyone was putting all their giraffes in saying goodbye.
A
All the people that were confessing things that before we leave, they would just like to say all my content was fake this whole time. Yes. Like, okay.
B
And then they're all like, this is awkward.
A
Do you think we would have. Well, I guess since we got TikTok back, we could talk about it. But do you think we, America, would have survived without TikTok?
B
I'm pretty sure, yeah. I mean, I feel like we have a lot of smart people here. We have Facebook here, so they would have came out with an app right away.
C
I was so excited to get back on YouTube because, like, I feel like right now that's not really my content, but, like, back in 2016 was my.
A
Yeah.
C
And I was really excited for that vibe again.
A
Yeah. And I felt like a lot of YouTubers, including me, was starting to feel like, oh, my God, let's go back to YouTube. I mean, I am kind of back to YouTube. I'm making a podcast episode every week. But even I was like, let me, like, go back to my mukbangs with.
B
My sis, Honestly, you know, because, honestly, I feel like TikTok doesn't take long to make, but making YouTube videos is long to make, but it's Also fun, you know.
A
Do you think Americans will ever just like pick up our and like leave like how we did with Vine? Because vine, did it ever shut down? Like, no, I feel like Americans, we all just collectively got over.
B
No, I think it got. It got shut down.
A
Can you fact check that cap?
B
And then they turned it into. Musically.
C
I thought it was the other way around.
A
No, musically was its own app and then they sold it and then it became TikTok music. Musically, it was the original TikTok. But Vine, I think cuz vine left.
B
When musically came in.
A
Yeah, that's true. But I don't know what happened to Vine. Like, was it ever shut down?
C
It was shut down because the advertising dried up.
B
But yeah.
A
Okay, I don't know if that's true because I feel like. I feel like everyone on vine moved to YouTube.
B
Yeah.
A
And then they went easy. It lost a lot of traction on Vine. I think that's when all the ads like ran out. Or did they just run out and then the club closed.
C
It said Twitter shut down vine in 2017 because it wasn't profitable.
A
Okay, but does that mean like everyone just quit buying and then moved on?
B
They probably just like took it out because it wasn't making any money and then made.
A
But why?
C
It was having competition from other platforms.
A
Okay, so I think that's what happened. Yeah. No, no, no. So I think I'm right. Like everyone, like literally. Yeah, I think you're right because it.
C
Was a six second thing, wasn't it?
A
Yeah, everyone stopped using vine. And then I think because Instagram started letting you have shorter videos.
B
No, that was.
A
Vine died.
B
No, Instagram videos didn't come until like two years ago.
A
No, girl, I've been making Instagram, I.
B
Promise to God, it's like Ms. K.
A
I've been making Instagram videos since high school.
B
I didn't even have Instagram. Musically.
A
You're talking about reels. But Instagram videos. I've had Instagram videos. When I slapped my sister in the head, I was still a sophomore in high school. And that was on Instagram.
B
Was that on Instagram?
A
Yes. I thought I was on Facebook all the way down. Like.
B
No, that was Vine.
A
Kiefer. Instagram had videos and then, remember? And then there was like IGTV and then reels. And then.
C
Yeah, Instagram was allowing users to share videos since June 2013.
A
And then. When did reels happen? I think you're thinking about reels. Reels is. Is young.
B
I swear to God. Oh, wait. Okay, fine. Oh wait, no, hold on. Because I went. It went from vine and then YouTube and then musically and then Instagram.
C
Instagram reels came out in 2020.
A
See, so that's what you're thinking about, reels. You're right. It is young. But you were always able to upload videos on Instagram. Long time ago. But they didn't have a reels tab.
C
Yeah, the real tab is where. But the reels is like that long. The whole screen.
A
Yeah.
B
Okay.
A
Hey. Oh, my God. I don't even know what we're getting out.
B
I know.
A
Thinking is like, I wonder if Americans will ever, like, do what we did to. To vine, where we just packed her shit up and like, oh, yeah.
B
America has commitment issues. So I'm pretty sure.
A
I mean, we do.
C
I feel like if it's on the same track and we start to notice that, like, yeah, we're not able to do as much as we were before. I feel like collectively, people are going to start to trickle back to something else, period.
A

We are Aaron and Sarah Foster. We have a podcast. We're here to basically ask you to listen to it. We're just trying to help you guys not make the same mistakes that we made in life. Yeah, we made a lot, especially me. I really went down some dark roads trying to save you guys from that. Our podcast is called the world's first podcast. We are technically the sisters behind the Nobody wants this podcast. It's inspired by us because you wrote it, so. Yeah, that's true. But when I write, I am inspired by myself all the time.
A
Right?
D
That would make sense. You inspire you. We're gonna wrap this up. Okay, guys, go check it out. World's first podcast.
A
Speaking of, since Cat be talking too much girl, what is the cat cooking?
C
I made what I've been eating. Yes, please.
A
Yes.
C
What I've been eating lately, because it's kind of hard to eat hard things, so it's soft. And this is also. I used to make Bretman, like, the same type of cuisine for the whole week, so I think I'm gonna get back into it. So this is Puerto Rican food. I hope that it is giving breakfast. So it's gonzula also, just so y'all.
A
Know, Pat is Costa Rican.
C
I'm Costa Rican and white. But anyway, it's gondola rice and stewed beans, and I didn't have pink beans like you're supposed to use, so I used kidney beans. And hopefully it's good.
B
So we're eating Cat's lunch.
C
Nothing.
A
She's like, damn, I bought that for lunch.
C
Is it good also?
A
Ms. K, I forgot to tell you. This is really good too.
C
No, I was downloading all my saved recipes on Tick Tock, and that's what got started to get me into, like, back in. Oh, I should do these things again for Brett.
A
Wait, tell them about, like, your cuisine thing a week, because that was really fun when you used to do that. Yeah.
C
When I first started working for Brett, I would just be very inspired to make. It would be, like, the same. Like, it would be. I'll explain. It'd be, like, all Japanese cuisines throughout the week. So I would just make, like, different. Like, I did, like, Katsu or.
B
Oh, I remember that.
C
Yeah. Or like, like, the sandwiches. It'll just be, like, different things.
B
Have you ever had an Indian week?
C
Yeah, we did tikka masala. It was really good.
B
I've been craving Indian food, you guys. I love Indian Food. But anyways, Brett, do you wanna period?
A
Oh, no. I was just looking through my journal and to see what I gonna read to y'all today. And I think I'm gonna read my latest one, which is January 15th. I haven't done one today, which I was gonna write about the TikTok ban, but whatever. January 15th. At what point of the year do we stop saying Happy New Year? Because I swear people still be saying it, and we're already on the third week. But anywho, I'd be lying to you If I'd say 75 hard is getting easy, because it's not. I like working out, but it's been annoying having to do it every day without a break to look forward to. But I implemented a cardio and stretch days one to two times a week, and it's been really great for my muscle recovery. My. My sister invited me to get brunch with her later at Jan. So I'm looking forward to that. And hopefully the babies will be there. Spoiler alert, they were not there. And I had to stare at Princess for two hours. I've been watching White Lotus as well, and it's been really cutesy, and I'll probably be watching it after this. High Potential will also be having an episode today and Drag Race tomorrow. Like, girl, what a time to be alive. What am I talking about? My current breakfast obsession have been a sourdough with baby arugula and an egg salad on top. Oh, and if I'm feeling myself, I might add bacon on the top of it. It's so delicious. I'm gonna go make it now, actually.
B
The end.
A
The end. And then. Yeah, I did win, in fact, and made it. And then. Yeah.
B
What an eventful day for you.
A
It really was.
C
I love the little things you'd be looking forward to.
A
Yeah. I'm like, girl, my new shows are out. Are you watching?
B
Yeah, I watched. I've been caught up. I watched the last. The last two episodes that came out already.
A
Of what? Drag Race.
C
They were good.
A
Yes.
B
Yes. I never. I like how you got into White Lotus because I never got into it. I never really got the hype for it.
A
Okay.
B
I tried watching it. Not my cup of tea.
A
I. It's so weird because, like, us Hawaii girls, like, you think we're gonna watch it because the first one is from Hawaii. But I think the light. I think what turned me off when I first tried to watch it was the lighting.
B
Yeah.
A
I was like, girl, this is a little too dark and cryptic. But there is a reason why the lighting is like that, the way it is.
B
Because it's dark and mysterious.
A
Yes. And then I guess, like, when I first started watching it, this was a couple years back and this. And I agree with you, like, I didn't get into it. I was just like, where are we going with this? Yes.
B
Because it was like, it wants to be comedy so bad, but it wants to be mysterious so bad, but then it wants to be adventurous.
A
Yeah.
B
So I'm like, kind of mixed up, like, what genre, what it is gonna do.
A
Yeah. But I think. I think it took some time. Like, Kat had to explain what the show premise is. It's like, well, somebody died.
B
Yeah.
A
Yeah. So it's just like a trail of, like, who's gonna die this season? Or like, how are they gonna die?
B
So is it like they always have the same characters?
A
No, no. I think that's for just for season two. Because, I mean, Jennifer Coolidge just kills every scene she's in. And I think the fans just was like, girl, we can't have her. We need her for second season. But second season was really good too. I finished it and I'm ready for season three, which has Lisa in it. I' where are they doing it at? In Thailand.
B
Hi. Wow.
C
It comes out like February 15th, I think.
A
Yeah. Like right after this year.
B
I can't wait for Bridgetton to come out.
C
Yeah. Who's the Benedict?
A
Oh, Benedict.
B
Yes, brother.
C
They have an Asian girl.
A
He's the one that's a little lgbt.
B
The oldest one. Yeah. The one that's way.
C
Yeah.
A
Period.
C
Yeah.
A
Wait, so if. I wonder if. Because, you know, in season, the last season, he was with that girl who was with the guy. With a guy.
B
Yes.
A
Will it follow that girl and him's relationship or the new character?
C
Tell us the new character.
A
I don't know if you guys know.
B
Yeah. I'm a co. Creator of the Bridgerton. If you guys don't know, I'm in there sometimes. I'm actually Penelope.
A
She is literally Lady Whistledown. Actually, she's a real Whistledown.
B
No, but basically, I don't think he met the girl yet. That one was just like a fling.
A
Fling.
B
So this season he's gonna meet the girl and they're gonna fall in love. But you know how.
A
Or is it a girl or.
B
I don't know, is it a boy?
C
Maybe they're not following.
B
The last. The last. The last sibling. The girl. What's. What was her name?
C
Eloise.
B
No, the other girl.
C
Daphne.
B
The other girl.
C
Which one?
B
The one that just came out recently and was in love with that one guy. Oh, the musician. The musician.
A
What's her name?
C
No, I don't remember.
A
She's. She's gay in real life, right?
B
Yeah, but in the book, they made the guy. The. He has. She has a lover boy in there, and, like, they got married and stuff. But in the show, they made her. They made that boy into a girl.
C
Yeah. Yeah, right.
A
Yes. Yeah, the sister.
B
I was like, yes.
C
I want to show Scotland so bad. Like, their life over there.
B
Scotland. Yeah, I know.
A
Wow.
C
Because that's where they. That's where they are now. So they moved to Scotland.
B
Yeah.
C
Eloise went with her younger.
B
The younger sister.
A
Oh, okay. Yeah. Sorry. I'm just like, this is a lot. Yeah.
B
Bridgeton's gonna come out soon.
A
Do we know when?
B
Not sure yet. Yeah, but I'm also. Have you guys ever heard of, like, Maxton Hall?
A
Max and Hall.
B
Maxton Hall.
C
Sounds familiar.
B
It's like this show on, like, Prime. I kind of stumbled into it. I kind of love it. It's like a.
A
Love the one you tried to make me watch. It's in Spanish. No, it's not.
B
But you guys should watch that. I forgot what it was called.
A
Okay, period.
C
I saw a movie last night. It's really good. It's called Back in Action on Netflix with Cameron Diaz and Jamie Foxx. It's so good.
A
Oh, I love anything with Cameron Diaz. Girl. Oh, Ms. K. So you told me to watch Drag Race a couple weeks ago. I did watch Drag Race, and you said that I would have a crush on one of the.
B
Already.
A
Oh, okay, period.
B
I live for already.
A
I mean, I don't have a crush on her, but I'm like, period. I live for Ariadne.
B
Yeah, he's.
A
I live for Lexi.
B
Lexi Love.
A
And I live for Corey King. Corey.
B
Corey King.
A
Yes.
B
Yeah, I love for her.
A
And the girls.
B
Eating the girls. Yeah.
A
It's a very young season. It's very shocking because.
B
And the fact that they called Lexi antigrama.
A
It's too funny.
B
And she's 34. I'm like, dang.
A
I think it's because her drag is old. I think she's. She was literally dragged for, I think, 12 years.
B
Yeah.
A
Compared to some of the baby drags.
B
Drag is not old. It's just like.
A
No, I'm saying, like, her drag Persona, like, her drag is career. Career has. Is older than most of the girls, I guess. I don't think, like.
B
Because she was the oldest one over there, so. Yeah.
A
The second oldest before Lexi is like, also in her 30s, I think. So I'm like, how is she a grandma?
B
No, she was like 40 something.
A
Who, Lexi?
B
No, the last. The oldest.
A
No, no, I'm saying that in this cast.
B
Yeah, no, she's the oldest one.
A
Yeah. I'm saying. And then the second oldest is, like, not much older. She's like, younger.
B
28, 27. But I live for the girls this year. I'm excited for the lip sync. Not gonna lie, because on episode two, they gave us such a long lip sync.
A
Love. Just a song.
B
I've been listening to Alter Ego ever.
A
Since that day by Joe Dochi.
B
Dochi.
A
Yeah, anything. Dochi. I'm. I feel like we're gonna watch Dolce Rise this year.
B
Yes. I didn't know she was so gay. I'm like, her anthem is so gay. I love it.
A
Yes. I love her look when she guessed who she looks like. Baps. Yeah. Little outfit.
B
You know what vibe is giving me? You know? Remember Nicki Minaj romance, revenge, Romans, Roman era? Yeah, yeah, it's giving me that kind of vibe.
A
Okay.
B
Yeah, where it's like just poppy and party, but, like, like, no voguing style, period.
A
Oh, should we call Princess?
B
Oh, my God.
A
Yeah, let's call Princess and if she sees. If she picks up, you guys, we're.
B
Going to call Princess because we want to see what she's doing. Yeah, we should prank call her. Hey, is your fridge running?
A
Is your refrigerator running? Hey, girl, we're filming for the pod right now.
B
Say hi to the party.
A
Say hi to the pod. Hey, Pod, do you have any tip.
B
For after pregnant ladies?
A
Yeah. What is your fertility of the week? Look at her. She literally just woke up. Princess, you're giving. I woke up like this. Did you just wake up?
E
My advice for the breastfeeding mommies is that when you just gave birth, your milk is not going to come right away. You're going to have the colostrum and it's not going to be a lot, but just continue to keep pumping. Or breastfeeding your baby every two hours. And don't stop. Like, just keep going. Even if it's little and it's not or it's not coming, just keep going. Because you're. You're. You're telling your body to keep producing. And then when. When you keep telling your body to do that, it's gonna produce. Obviously, the.
B
Hello. It's the cholesterol, like a blockage.
C
Is it the yellow thing?
A
No, it's.
E
It's just the first thing that comes out, like, and it's very, very, very good for your baby. Like it actually that colostrum is, it will save somebody's life. If somebody's sick, like and they take like some like a little bit of it. It's, it's, it's going to be good for them. It's probably going to heal them really good.
B
Did you get rid of all yours? Cuz I'm pretty sick.
A
Yeah, I feel. I heard that, I heard, I heard that breast milk is really good. Like even Princess sent me a video of somebody like rubbing it on their face for acne and I'm like, girl, give me some, give me some, give me some.
E
Even, even new toffee with his eczema. I give him a oatmeal bath and breast milk and literally like his skin is like flawless.
B
I'm like, oh wow, you just made a new skin care, Princess.
E
But yeah, like with my, with my breastfeeding technique, I just pumped every two. Every two hours. Just continue to keep doing that and girl, my breast, my milk, it's milking.
A
Can you show us because, girl, your fertility is too long. Girl, she really wants to prove this fertility.
E
It's only been two weeks.
B
Wow, a lot of milk.
C
Good job, Princess.
A
Wait, I'm gonna screenshot it. Go too afar so the audience can see it. We'll flash it on the screen. Go far, Princess. I can screenshot it. I don't know.
B
I want to show you this the whole time there.
A
Nah, I'm not a whole fat boy. Girl. Two, two bottles of fat boy. Girl, I'm telling you. Okay. Lastly, Princess, I feel like I can predict which side of your face you slept on today. I bet you, I bet you slept on your right side of your face today, girl.
E
I did actually, because that's where the baby is at.
A
That's also the side of your falsies, like lashes. Yeah, that's also the way your lashes are like. Okay, for my next appointment, girl, how, you know, maybe you can sell your breast milk and then. Okay. Okay, Princess, it was nice catching up with you. We can't wait for you to come back on the baddest radio.
E
I can't wait. I definitely, honestly, like I would want to come back because the baby is sleep like literally for a really good time. She just wakes up and then shits and then feed her and then she's good.
A
That sounds like my usual Saturday. That sounds like my day. Okay, well Princess, you let us know when you're done with your maternity leave because everyone's asking for you in the comment section okay.
E
I'll miss you guys. I miss you guys too. And I'll come back soon. Hi, Cat.
A
Say bye.
B
Bye.
A
We should talk about our siblings real quick.
B
Okay. Because I have a lot.
A
Wait, no. Speaking of talking about our siblings, me and Princess be going on our sibling dates.
B
I know.
A
And all we do is literally talk the whole time, and I'm like, damn. Except me. I. I really just, like, take it in. Yeah. And not really talking like Princess. Just be spilling tea about people. And I'm like, you guys.
B
In our family, Brett is like, the most secluded out of all of us. But for some reason, he knows everything.
A
Because I, secluded as I am, I'm still also very close to everyone individually. And whenever I hang out with someone, I always find out a new tea. Yeah. Especially from this one girl, because she don't. Because she don't really know anything.
B
I'd be bored. And I'm just like, okay, well, tell me everything. But.
A
Oh, when was the last time you hung out with your sister? Oh, my God. We need to get Jolie on here.
B
Last year. Literally last year. I haven't seen her since last year. December. Because she went on a trip, remember?
A
Oh, yeah.
B
And then she just got back like, a few weeks ago, but I never really had time or care to go hang out with her.
A
I went to Princess's house yesterday night, actually.
B
Wow.
A
Yesterday?
B
Oh, I did too.
A
Oh, you went after me?
B
Yeah, I went at like, 8:30ish.
A
I got here. Like, you literally left right when I. You literally got there when I left.
B
Really? I went to go pick up my package.
A
Did you get your Birria taco?
B
No.
A
Oh, she already stopped making it. Yeah. Okay. Girl, it was so good. I also don't know if I was just like, super hungry, but I ate like six tacos and I made them.
B
Myself because six tacos is crazy, girl.
A
She literally texted the group chat, like, we have a cousin group chat. And she was like, does anyone want Birria? And I'm the only bitch that replied.
B
Yeah.
A
And that was like, noon. And I forget that you have to cook Birria the whole day because, like, you have to put it in a crock pot. You gotta wait for it to get stopped. And. And so I was like, so at noon, I'm like, okay, I'm gonna save my hunger.
B
Yeah.
A
And then I'm like, princess one, is it ready? And she's like, dinner time. And I'm like, fudge. I didn't eat. Eat lunch yet. And so I had saved my appetite for lunch. And dinner. And that's why I ate six. But when I get there, she didn't even have them cook because she was like, well, respectfully, obviously. Cause, like, I'm not gonna complain, but, yeah, she was watching the kids. And then I get there, and, like, the food wasn't cooked, So I was like, okay, let me just make my own food, girl. So, yeah, so I went there, fed myself, and then I left.
B
Wow. How was period the tacos?
A
It was really good. Like, she ate up. She ate up.
C
She asked me where to get Chuck roast from, and I didn't know what it was for until now, so.
B
Right now.
A
So wait, why didn't you get Berria?
B
I don't know.
A
Was there none left?
B
I didn't see. See it.
A
Oh, she probably cleaned.
B
Yeah. But I do have a question. Like, this is off topic, but. Well, not really. I just wanted to know because you're Filipino, and we come from, like, cooks. If you were to impress your boyfriend, Ooh, a full course meal. What would you cook? And you have to cook this yourself.
A
Okay, well, since you asked, go first.
B
Okay.
A
I feel like, should we go course for course?
B
Yeah. So let's do appetizer, main course, and dessert. Okay, so my appetizer would be sisig.
A
Oh, yes.
B
Something crunchy. Something like a little for the wine while waiting for the main course.
A
Yeah. My appetizer would be killer win.
B
Oh, but fine.
A
But no, I would lie to him and be like, this is Kilowan, but it's really poke. I'm like, this is poke, but back home, we call it Kilowan.
B
But Kilowatt is, like, easier to make than poke.
A
I know, but, like, I like how exactly is.
B
Yeah, yeah, Kilowan.
A
Most people call this poke, but it's Kilowan.
B
What kind, though?
A
Okay, like, I would just lie to him and be like, yeah, because, girl, if I actually gave him killer when killer win. Like the ones your dad make with the goat. Oh, that would make the boys run.
B
Yeah.
A
So. No, not that.
B
Oh, okay. Okay, okay, okay.
A
Let's get cat involved.
C
Yeah, I actually did this, like, two weeks ago, so it's kind of easy for me, but I would.
B
You made it for someone?
C
Yeah, yeah.
A
Well, yes.
B
Oh, I thought you did this game with someone, like, talked about.
C
No, no. Like, I made this exact thing, so I made them bruschetta for Bruschetta for the appetizer.
B
Cute.
A
Okay, okay, Girl, you're better than us.
B
It's only tomatoes.
A
I know.
B
Okay. Vinaigrette tomatoes is not even cooked.
A
What part of that did you make? Okay, keep it up.
B
Okay. The main course. I feel like I would do my favorite, old favorite sinigang.
A
Oh, okay.
B
You're giving comfort sour girl.
A
You're giving comfort meal.
B
Yes. Because if you're gonna love me, you're gonna know what food I like.
A
I love that I would make. Honestly, like, not to sound basic, but, like you said, make it. So I'm like, okay. I would make adobo.
B
Okay.
C
Chicken.
A
Chicken. Girl, I could not do pork.
B
It's too oily.
A
I do love it. I just don't know how to cook it because that's. I. I was never taught. I know how to cook adobo chicken because mom taught me. Yeah. Yeah.
B
Okay.
A
Cat.
C
I would do a beautiful ribeye with some mashed potatoes and sauteed broccoli rub.
A
Girl, you just. I'd be on her meals. She's like, okay, let me tell y'all what a cook would make.
C
And then I did a chimichurri to go on top of the ribeye, period.
B
This, sir, would have to be my mango float.
A
When the. Have you made mango float? Because don't lie.
B
I know how to make it.
A
And when have you made it?
B
I never make it because I never bought the ingredients.
A
But if I know how to make it.
B
Yes. It's just. Girl, please. The float. Mangoes. Graham crackers float.
A
She said my mango floats. Have you made your mango flow?
C
Okay, please drink. Next week. You should do, like, a drink like that.
B
A mango float.
C
Yeah.
B
Do you want to make the drink? Okay, what about you?
A
I would say for dessert something that I know how to make banana lumpia.
B
You do not know how to make banana lumpia.
A
Like I said, I can learn.
B
It's just. It's giving more banana. Did I say my banana lumpia?
A
I don't think so. I said banana lumpia, which I will learn to make. And it's just brown sugar or white sugar with the. What is it called? The.
B
Exactly.
A
No, what is that part? The flat thing called?
B
The lumpia rapper.
A
There's a name for it. The wrapper. Just the lumpy.
B
It's a lumpia.
A
Okay. It's just lumpy wrapper, brown sugar and banana plantain, to be exact.
B
Okay.
A
What? I can't that up, girl.
B
He did fucked up an egg, though.
C
Oh, yeah.
B
Okay.
C
For dessert, I made a chocolate mousse with some homemade whipped cream on top.
A
Oh, okay. I thought you would do more like. Because dessert is your.
C
Yeah, but it was.
A
She said I would do a dessert table, actually, yeah, it was.
C
It was just something I could do in advance because he was technically supposed to do dessert, and I would just didn't trust him to do dessert, so.
B
I know what kind of dessert he was talking about.
A
Okay, let's do drinks because you're. You're miss Cafe.
B
I love.
A
What is your miss Cafe special?
B
Well, if it's a day, I would love apros pretz, please. Thank you.
A
Okay. Oh, we're drinking.
B
Yes.
A
Okay. Well, I don't know how to make drinks. I would just take shots. But I would make, like, a cute matcha latte. You know, freshly whis ceremonial style.
B
Yeah. Have you ever had matcha with alcohol in it? Oh, wouldn't be like espresso martini, though, right?
A
O. A matchatini.
C
Yeah, that sounds bomb.
A
You need to actually coin that. You might have to coin that term. Okay. Cat drink of choice.
C
I had orange juice, or I would have cranberry juice juice, because I don't drink freshly squeezed.
B
Freshly squeezed?
A
Yeah, period. Freshly grown and squeezed.
B
How do you get cranberry juice?
A
Isn't it just cranberries? Cranberries.
B
But aren't they, like, seeds?
C
I don't think.
A
I don't know.
B
They're like little, tiny cranberries.
A
Right? They harvest cranberries, and it's really cool. Like, they flood the whole thing. And then.
C
Oh, remember me, that dessert, the cranberry salad, when I, like, freeze them, and then I'll put them in the food processor to make them really small, but there's no seeds in them. Oh, yeah.
B
So what did they make? The. So you know how, like, they make the dried cranberries? So they took out the juice first.
C
They dehydrated, I think.
A
Anyways, this leads us to the last part of the show. So sad. We're going to do product of the week.
B
Of the week. Week.
A
Do you want to start, Ms. K, or should I start? I can start. Oh, you, girl, Please. I can't. Okay. So my product of the week, I don't have the other one, but I like that one too. The one that comes in green and that's clear. But I love the topical slick salve. This is the acai lip balm one, but there's also another one. I think it's mint. I just love it.
B
Is it, like, a sa color?
A
Yeah.
B
Oh, cute.
A
It's really pretty. It's like, brown. Girl friendly. It matches, like, a lot of skin tones.
C
Oh, that's pretty.
B
Oh, that is pretty.
A
You know, that's literally your lip color. Yeah, it's my lip Color. And I just love the fact that, like, it lasts so long on my lips. I will put it on in the morning, and I still find, like, little slickness in my lips. And she's black. Woman owned. Really?
B
How is. What is that called?
C
Texture? No, the consistency.
A
Do you want to try?
B
No. The moisture of it. Does it stay forever?
A
It stays forever. That's why it's so good. Okay.
B
No, because the summer Friday. What? No.
C
You don't like that one?
B
I don't like it at all. It literally.
A
Tell me. I love.
B
No, because I like it when, like, lip balm stays forever on your lip without the moisture. Forever with the summer Friday. I feel like it adds a moisture, but then it leaves, like, a minute after. So I'm just like, okay.
A
She's not like that. Yeah, she's that girl. What is your product of the week, Ms. Katie?
B
My product of the week. I've been really thinking about it so long because I didn't really know what to do. So a lot of people actually asked me how I do my hair. Like this. Like the wavy.
A
Did I give you that?
B
No.
A
Oh, you got it on your own?
B
No.
A
What?
B
I have my own. And then this is.
A
You bought it?
B
No.
A
Did they send it to you?
B
I didn't bring mine.
A
Oh, wait. So how do you have your own? Did they send it to you?
B
I bought my own.
A
Oh, girl. That's what I'm saying.
B
Oh, I thought you meant.
A
Oh, okay.
B
So I.
A
Why didn't you just ask for that? I don't use that.
B
I mean, I don't have this size.
A
You can have it.
B
Thank you. So this is what I use sometimes.
A
This is what I will now use.
B
This is not what I will be using because this one has bigger barrels. But this is a really good one. It takes me, like, less than 10 minutes to do my whole head.
A
So that's for the main addicts. You know, Jen Atkins own it.
B
Yeah.
A
Yeah.
B
He has a lot of these.
A
No, she always sends me. But my favorite main attic heat product is the brown brush.
B
The brown brush?
A
The round brush.
B
The brown brush.
A
Yeah.
B
It's like when you blow dry your hair.
A
No, when I kind of do, like, a faux blowout.
B
Yeah.
A
Without, like, actually blow drying it. I'll use, like, the round brush to, like, create, like, a blowout look without, like, blowing it out.
B
Yeah.
A
I'll show you later. So, yeah, that was the episode. Ms. K. Where can they find you guys?

Really?
A
Because I hate traveling.
B
Oh my God, that's cute. Mine's a shape shifting cat.
C
I would fly like a bird.
