So many things wrong with her as well. Like, I was so tired of her. So maybe they are on even Dodge, the straight boys.

I was there for two days and then I was in the Philippines for like a week. So I've been out for nine days. Girl, ask me any questions.

And we're back. So today I think we're just going to get right into this segment. And speaking of traveling, I'm going to read my journal entry. I will say I have been lacking my journal entries lately because this journal, I will say this journal is so fat. She is not a friendly journal for traveling. And I love journaling when I'm traveling. But I also am not lugging this around because this literally fits one half of my carry on already and I'm just not it. So I didn't bring this on the trip, but I did do a trip overall thing. Cinco de Mayo 2025. It has been about 36 hours of me being back. And by we I mean my mind and body has been slowly coming back into my routine. I had such a great time in both Philippines and Thailand. And if there's one thing it has taught me, it's the fact that I will be traveling alone more often. I be in my own time own schedul and I learned so much about myself and I get to work on being comfortable by myself. Philippines is always so much fun. And I went to the lounge of Allure Philippines and BLK as well. And as you may already know that I am one of the first covers alongside my childhood queen, Heart Evangelista. And I love that woman so much. I also went to Thailand for like two days and it was amazing. And I did a lot of eating and as well as shopping, they had so many amazing food and I already can't wait to go back to Thailand, the platinum mall and finish my shopping. Because, girl, it was giving divisoria vibes. I have this there. I posted a video yesterday promoting my casetify cases and everyone was like, where did you get all these outfit changes from? And I'm like, girl, platinum. It's like divisoria.

I'm just kidding. No, but how was Thailand? Because girl, she. I was like. I asked her. The first thing I asked Kat when she picked me up this morning was did he bring orange juice?

I did. No, that's the one thing it says on the thing. I was. I had like extra because my friend Nico brought home some.

Yes. That's why I was like, did he bring home.

And it Sundays consume in one day and keep refrigerated and it was not going to be refrigerated in the thing. And even though today water I was drinking didn't already taste the same as the one that I had, but it was still very much good. I didn't bring the orange juice. But I will be thinking about. It's so good, girl. And the pulps are so big. It's like the. Literally the size of, like, the actual slice of an orange. It's so good.

Okay. I think that was, like, one thing. That was like, whoa.

[Kat]

Who are wondering why I went to Thailand? It was because, well, tmi. But my brother pisses me off, and he really wanted to meet Link and meet up while we were in the Philippines. They were in the Philippines. They were in the Philippines at the same time. And I'm like, how do I get out of this? And I was like, book me a ticket to Bangkok right now for two hours. For two days. And we were literally there for two days. Too short. Like, we. It looked like a lot because, I mean, I'm also going to post a vlog by the time this video goes out, so watch that vlog first. But we were there for two days, and I did so many things. I got my first Thai massage.

Yeah. The real time.

[Kat]

Yeah. It was like a dry massage. And you're wearing, like, this kind of, like, linen outfit, kind of similar to what I'm wearing today the whole time. And I'm just like, how does this, like, I feel like that was such.

[Bretman Rock]

A good massage because I don't like the oily.

[Kat]

And it was just, like, a lot of stretching. So it was, like, less, like, sliding. Yeah. Like, you know, and more and more, like, crampy and, like, pushing, like, buttons.

[Bretman Rock]

Oh, my God.

It was not relaxing, to say the least, to be honest with you. Because, girl, I had, like, this short little woman, like, little Thai woman. And I'm like, girl, period. It's about to be you and I.

But they always got the strongest head.

[Kat]

They. She was so strong at the end. She was, like, stretching me like this, and I'm like, oh, my God, girl. And she got every knot out of my body. But it was similar to the massage that maybe you got when we were in the Philippines where you woke up and you were like, oh, my God.

Body sore for, like, a week.

[Kat]

Did I just get hit by a trash? But I will say I worked out the next day as well. And even though I was so. I felt stronger, so I was like, she really got.

[Bretman Rock]

The body was lighter.

[Kat]

Yeah. And I couldn't get a massage even a week after that because my body felt like she didn't need it.

[Bretman Rock]

Yeah.

[Kat]

Because the hotel also figured out that, you know, I was that girl. And I did meet, like, a lot of, like, followers that worked in the hotel. And they offered me, like, free massages and stuff. And I'm like, I think I'm good for the next week. Like, if. If I can't get another massage. Yeah. Like, I feel like I would just break a bone. And then they ended up giving me, like, a souvenir bag instead. It was really cute. What did you do the week that I was gone?

I was just at my workplace period, a little, like, because I always thought this to people, I always, like, have this Hannah Montana moment. It's when, like, you know, you. When you take me to your. Your little trip trips, and you're like, pampered. Like, oh, my God. Like, you know, living in, like, this high rises, you know, catered every everything. And, like.

You mean Coachella?

No, not even that.

I mean, like, Philippines Coachella.

[Bretman Rock]

I mean, but every time I travel with you, we're always, like, pampered. I think it's because of your budget, but serious.

Yes, but no, because, like, sometimes I just come back and I'm like, oh, my God. Like, this really be putting me humble. Like, I really be getting humbled sometimes. So I'm like, okay. Cute.

I feel like there's definitely a lot of difference. Yeah. Culturally, like, I loved when I walked into Thailand, they were like. And, well, obviously that's how they say it, but, like, they bow a lot in Thailand, and I. Even at the end of my trip, I started, like, bowing. I'm like, Nice to meet you. Or like even when I got back to the Philippines girl, like and it was the allure event the next day, I was like thank you, thank you. So that was definitely like a habit that I picked up when I was in Thailand because like even when they're just greeting you or just even when they saying a price of something, I could be like, oh, how much is this ring? And they were like, they were like 300 baht.

I think it's like. So I guess it's for like all Asian countries then the bowing.

[Kat]

Filipinos are kind of like one of the only ones that don't really be bowing. But we are very like smiley, greedy people. So it's like maybe that's just how our bow is. But that was definitely a difference. And honestly like just culturally too like it looks so different. They didn't have like jeepneys, they have tuk tuk which is like a really small jeep or like yeah, it's like a motorcycle jeep. Thailand. It was also really gloomy when I got in. So it was a lot of like the same weather. I no it was, well maybe it was just the gloominess that I walked into. So I wouldn't judge it for the two days that I was there because it like sprinkled and then it got really hot and then it spring. So it was like a weird weather when I got there. But it wasn't as hot as like Philippines. I will say like because Philippines is like piercing type of hot.

Yeah. And I went to Bangkok. I wasn't in like Phuket or like Bali where it's like more island. So I was more in like the city area. Like a cleaner version then I mean not to say I wasn't saying. Yeah, but I said it, I said it.

But yeah, it was like the roads were definitely bigger and there's a, like there's like ways in the world.

I I it's so funny cuz every time we go to, like, an Asian country, we're always talking about papaya salad. And I'm like, right. How do we not have papaya salad here?

We do, like, but it's not that good. Yeah, it's really not that good. It's not the same. Like, I will say that's the one thing that, that will probably change with me forever is that, like, I'm like, a Thai food snob now. That, like, even when I try Thai food in the Philippines, in Manila, you're like, because I tried it again right before I left. I'm like, girl, it does not hit the same. I really feel like once you have authentic Thai food in Thailand, like, you cannot have, like, the man sticky rice. Yes. Even the stick, the mango. I love Thai mango. I will always love Philippine mango more. But the Thai mango, I know the taste of it now, and it just look, tastes so much a lot better with mango sticky rice. It's a lot less fibrous as well. Like, a lot of people think, like, it's less sweet. I would say it's. Yeah, it is less sweet. But they're both still very sweet.

They compliment. It just compliments the rice a lot more. Yeah, but girl, I literally can't have Thai food the same without, like, comparing it to that. Like, I don't even crave Thai food anymore. That's not in Thailand. Like, honestly, she was there for two days. I know.

And then the third floor was more like regular brands, like Zara or like.

So the whole time I'm like, like, just grabbing anything. Like this. This was a set of like six different tops I got. Because I was just like, okay, this is cute. This is cute. This is cute. I wouldn't say they were like 8 to 15 bucks each. I don't.

Now, my product of the day, which are things that I found in Thailand, so my product of the day are these deodorants. What? It's the Taoist kind. I didn't get the ones in the Philippines, but I got. I found these on in a brand called Boots. They. It's kind of like their.

Oh, it is like Tawa.

It's like their Watson or it's like their drugstore product. And I just got a lot of like, crystal deodorant. But these are like Tawas. They're aluminum alum deodorant spray. Yeah. I don't know why, but maybe it's because I grew up using Tawas in. On. In on my armpits. But sometimes when I use American brand.

[Bretman Rock]

It makes my armpit burn.

[Kat]

Like, it burns. Like when I use American brand, like, deodorants, especially the ones that are, like, a little too healthy and I feel like it makes your the darker brown and irritated. Like. Yeah. I just can't, like, even Cat Gnosis. I literally make her order us. Like, the spray that you can only get in on TikTok or eBay. Really? Because I literally cannot use American sun deodorants. Like, I don't know why, but these are really nice. This one you just like, wet under the water and then you apply it and it like.

Like crystal deodorant.

Yes.

My mom used to have a big ass rock, and every time she would put it on, she would crush it.

Yeah.

Into powder and then she just put it on.

And I like this because it doesn't have a scent and I don't have a scent. Yeah. And it really lasted, like, forever for 24 hours. So it's crazy. I love it so much. Kat, did you have any favorite products this week while I was gone?

You guys? Cat just came back from a surgery call.

I just. I was recovering while Bretman was gone. No, honestly, the ibuprofen that I was on was great.
