Excited to have Dr. Zvi Goldberg, DACM of Acu for Athletes back on the Podcast!

In this episode, we talked about chronic pain and stress, why it's not always about trauma, how the nervous system works, how therapy isn't always the answer and finding safety in abusive situations, and why Zvi is so passionate about helping people.

Dr. Zvi believes that we are all athletes in the game of life and that chronic pain can inhibit our ability to live our best life. He believes that pain is multifactorial and that his Acupuncture practice helps people to get back to living their best life, even if they don't consider themselves athletes.

The conversation moved to personal opinions and takes on therapy, bodywork, and how they can work together for optimal patient support.
