Despite warnings from her friends Ashley and Leticia, Joy is really into a dude named Colton. They don't think he's just that into her. So, when Colton invites her to Colorado to meet his family and hints that he has an important question to ask, Joy is convinced a proposal is coming. But, when she arrives in Colorado, she finds out that Colton's big question is "will you be my best woman cuz I'm getting marrrieddddd". Humiliated and heartbroken, Joy jumps out the window into a worsening snowstorm, determined to return home. She gets to the airport but a bad snowstorm has grounded all the flights. So she rents the last car available and attempts to drive it but gets lost and drives onto a frozen lake which cracks! She falls in. She's about to die. But she wakes up in a cabin and meets Ridge Phillips, a rugged outdoorsman living in a remote mountain cabin. I think it's safe to say that Joy and Ridge clash over their vastly different lifestyles. After she fixes a quilt that she accidentally ripped that was made by his late mother, they begin to open up about their personal disappointments, family struggles, and broken hearts. Joy's friends launch a desperate search for her. They call Colton and he's like I don't know where she is! So the search is on! They get to the main road and the sheriff's office are pulling up with their friends in the car. Colton is also there and is like my bad. Ridge starts walking back to his cabin without even saying goodbye. Back in New York, Joy comes back to work and is promptly fired because her friends emailed Patrick's boss proof of him stealing her designs. Naturally they fire her instead of him. Ridge shows up unexpectedly, determined to tell her what he should have said before she left Colorado. He tells her that he loves her! They kiss BIG ONESSSS! She tells him that she wants to go to Colorado with him. Before they leave, she gets called back into the office. They offer her Patrick's job. She gets her own line. Ryan joins us this week to head back to the pond for another episode of The Way Home. ABOUT: THE WAY HOME (SEASON 4 EPISODE 8) As Kat works to piece together what lies ahead, Elliot tries to learn more about Tessa as he does his best to reconnect with his mum. AIR DATE & NETWORK FOR: THE WAY HOME (SEASON 4 EPISODE 8) June 7, 2026 | Hallmark Channel CAST & CREW OF: THE WAY HOME (SEASON 4 EPISODE 8) Chyler Leigh as Kat Landry Evan Williams as Elliot Augustine Sadie Laflamme as Alice Dhawan Andie MacDowell as Del Landry BRAN’S THE WAY HOME (SEASON 4 EPISODE 8) SYNOPSIS The episode starts right back in 1925, Elliot clearly staying back on purpose. He goes to tell his mom that he's staying and she's unimpressed. She's leaving there soon and she's not letting him change her plan. Cliff comes by and Fern tells him that Elliot's name is Tom Buchanan. Cliff tells Fern it was nice seeing her on his porch again. Elliot decides he's going to join the family business. Back in the present day, Kat is having a really hard time with the fact that Elliot clearly saw this picture of himself in the paper and didn't tell her. Del is like well before you jump to conclusions, wait until you can talk to him. Back in the '20s, Elliot plays the piano so that Cliff and Fern can dance. He sings Time After Time. Tessa shows up and it's time to answer some questions. She jumped with Griff and showed up in 1882. She got sick. So Griff came back to get some medicine but never returned. Elliot brings up the letter she sent to Vic but she doesn't know what letter he's talking about. He's like why would someone think you're dead? Back in the present, Jacob and Abby kiss big ones. Things are getting serious between them. At a party, the reel starts playing but Kat and Alice notice that someone cut Kat out of the reel. They theorize that Evelyn must've cut the reel which would mean she knows that Alice is a time traveler. So she jumps in to talk to her. She sees that Del is pregnant! Speaking of jumping, Kat ended up jumping and goes to talk to Elliot and he's thrilled to see her. He apologizes to her for not telling her about the newspaper. He says it's his fate though, not hers. Kat gives Tessa a piece of her mind for leaving Elliot behind. She'd never leave Alice behind. And it's clear Tessa knows Alice right away. Abby comes over for dinner and it gets real awkward when she talks about how farm life isn't for her and that her life is still in Toronto. Alice is hanging out with Evelyn. Evelyn begins to question her. Why hasn't she gotten older? What's her story?! Bad news - turns out Cliff isn't leaving town for a big award. He's actually trying to capture the big fish! Fern and Kat go to warn Elliot and Tessa but it's too late. The feds are here! Cliff has them good as caught but when Fern shows up, he lets them go cuz he loves herrrrrr. The next day, Kat and Elliot listen in as Fern basically tells Cliff that she loves him and they....hug big ones? Kat and Elliot go to leave, expecting Tessa to come with. She's like nah. Elliot says I'll come back New Year's Eve. Come find me. Sam tells Del that he knows about the pond. The episode ends with Kat and Elliot back home. They figure out a code that Fern uses in the newspaper to help with the bootlegging. The code says that 5 people went into the tunnel, but only 4 people came out. Did Elliot invite his mom to her death?! Watch the show on Youtube - www.deckthehallmark.com/youtubeInterested in advertising on the show? It's Marvel Monday and Ant-Man teams up with The Wasp! ABOUT ANT-MAN AND THE WASP As Scott Lang balances being both a superhero and a father, Hope van Dyne and Dr. Hank Pym present an urgent new mission that finds the Ant-Man fighting alongside The Wasp to uncover secrets from their past. AIR DATE & NETWORK FOR ANT-MAN AND THE WASP July 6, 2018 | Theatrical Release CAST & CREW OF ANT-MAN AND THE WASP Director: Peyton Reed Writers: Chris McKenna, Erik Sommers, Paul Rudd Cast: Paul Rudd as Scott Lang/Ant-Man Evangeline Lilly as Hope Van Dyne/The Wasp Michael Peña as Luis Walton Goggins as Sonny Burch Hannah John-Kamen as Ava Starr/Ghost Randall Park as Jimmy Woo Michelle Pfeiffer as Janet Van Dyne Laurence Fishburne as Dr. Bill Foster/Goliath Michael Douglas as Dr. Hank Pym BRAN'S MOVIE SYNOPSIS We open with a flashback to the days when Hank Pym and Janet van Dyne were the original Ant-Man and Wasp. Things are going great until Janet gets trapped in the Quantum Realm, which, as it turns out, is not an ideal vacation destination. Fast forward to after the events of Civil War. Scott Lang is nearing the end of his house arrest and trying to stay out of trouble. Hank and Hope briefly open a tunnel to the Quantum Realm, which somehow causes Scott to have a vision of Janet as a little girl playing hide-and-seek. Instead of questioning any of this, everyone decides it's proof that Janet is still alive. Hope and Hank kidnap Scott, replacing him with a giant ant wearing his ankle monitor. The trio sets out to rescue Janet, but first they need a special part from shady businessman Sonny Burch. Sonny immediately realizes there's money to be made and betrays them, leading to a fight with a mysterious masked woman called Ghost, who steals Hank's entire portable laboratory. Trying to get their lab back, they visit Hank's old partner Bill Foster, who explains that Ghost is actually Ava Starr, the daughter of another former colleague whose experiment went very, very wrong. Ava is now phasing in and out of existence and is constantly in pain. Her plan? Steal Janet's Quantum Realm energy to save herself. The only problem is that doing so might kill Janet. Meanwhile, Janet starts sending messages from the Quantum Realm and provides directions. She warns them they only have a couple of hours before the Quantum Realm decides to strand them for another hundred years. Things get complicated. Sonny learns where they are. The FBI arrests Hank and Hope. Ava steals the lab. It's alot but also nothing. Eventually, Scott helps everyone escape, they recover the lab, and Hank ventures into the Quantum Realm to rescue Janet. He finds her alive, looking surprisingly well for someone who's spent decades trapped in a dimension beyond space and time. What follows is a giant chase across San Francisco featuring shrinking buildings, growing cars, a whole lot of size changing. While Scott and Hope deal with Sonny and Ghost, Hank successfully brings Janet home. Rather than holding a grudge, Janet uses her Quantum powers to stabilize Ava and save her life. In the end, Scott finally completes his house arrest, Sonny gets arrested, Ava and Bill go into hiding, and everyone seems happy. But then the mid-credits scene happens. And it's no longer happy go lucky time. Scott heads back into the Quantum Realm to collect healing energy for Ava. Just as he's ready to come home, Hank, Hope, and Janet all turn to dust thanks to Thanos. Scott is left trapped in the Quantum Realm. So embarrassing! And the arguments keep coming. The next morning, they walk into Luke's and see Luke demanding Jess go up and change when he comes down in a Metallica shirt. So embarrassing! Emily is hanging out with her friends and they're all giving her a hard time for missing events due to Richard's work schedule when Rory shows up. When they see her, they all demand that she comes out! Comes out of where, you ask? Apparently, in high class society, you present a lady at the Debutante Ball when she is officially a woman. I dunno man. Sounds icky. Lorelai finds out about this and is like no way I'm letting you do that, but Rory insists that she really wants to! And she also really wants her dad to come. So Lorelai calls and fully expects him to not be able to come but he says he's there! And shockingly, he does show up. Even more shockingly, he shows up in a car and not a motorcycle. Even more shockingly, HE HAS A JOB! It's hard to not notice the sparks that fly between Lorelai and Christopher, especially when they show off their ballroom dancing skills. When they get to the ball, they're both looking fancy, flirty flirty fun time. But Emily and Richard aren't having that same good time. They just keep arguing about how busy he is! Just as the event is about to start, Lorelai looks back and sees her parents still arguing. He just keeps talking about how work is crazy and all Emily cares about is these silly events. He explains that he knows he's being phased out of the business. Emily is like so what? That doesn't go well. And then they all rush in to watch Rory walk in with Christopher and Emily whispers to Lorelai "that should've been you" and then she walks off. As the evening comes to an end, Lorelai tells Christopher that she'd like to see him more now that he's living in Boston. They end up kissing and she asks him to stay. He says it's a tempting offer but he has to get back to Boston for work...and for someone. And it's kind of serious. They're living together. She handles it well but after he walks away, you can see a wee bit of hurt in her eyes. The Gilmore girls are back at Luke's laughing as they watch Jess clean the diner wearing one of Luke's flannels and a backwards hat. Lorelai tells Rory that she's happy that she has someone to complain to when life gets hard. That leads Lorelai to go to Emily's house the next day, just to hang. She tells Emily that if there's ever anything she needs to talk about, she can talk to her. Watch the show on Youtube - www.deckthehallmark.com/youtubeInterested in advertising on the show?
