It'S now time for.
Your weekly detox with Tom Schwarz.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Guys, we're gonna gossip today.
Tom Schwartz
Yeah.
Kiki Mo' Nique
With the amazing Kiki Mo' Nique XOXO Gossip Guy.
Tom Schwartz
Also, why do we humans love gossiping so much?
Kiki Mo' Nique
Dishing the dirt. Like from a anthropological standpoint, from an evolutionary standpoint, why does it feel good to talk a little? And I know what you guys are thinking right now, okay? Schwartz, don't be a poser. Mr. C. Both sides of the story. Switzerland Schwartz. But like, I. I like hearing about tea too. I dig pop culture. Topical stuff. I'm a closet shit talker. But, you know, it's usually done with purpose. Constructive criticism.
Tom Schwartz
What's Zach say?
Kiki Mo' Nique
Oh, yeah.
Petty with purpose. Maybe I'm petty with purpose. Okay, I know I'm not a gossip queen. You guys know this. Maybe. Maybe I'm a gossip.
Tom Schwartz
Maybe I'm a gossip peasant, let me be your gossip peas.
Kiki Mo' Nique
It hurts my.
Tom Schwartz
It hurts my feelings. And you guys are like, it's.
Kiki Mo' Nique
It's not fun to talk with Schwartz.
Tom Schwartz
But like, I do, okay?
Kiki Mo' Nique
I enjoy it.
Tom Schwartz
By the way, how are you guys gang?
Kiki Mo' Nique
Gang. I'm checking in. Harmony, check.
Tom Schwartz
Vibe, check. It's Friday right now.
Kiki Mo' Nique
I know it's Tuesday for you, but tjif for me.
Tom Schwartz
Thank you for everyone who came out last Saturday to TomTom World Dog Day.
Kiki Mo' Nique
I got to chill with.
Tom Schwartz
The cast from Vanderpump Villa hosted them for brunch. Everybody was so cool. Vibes immaculate. Love to see them, you know, just.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Doing their thing, riding their first taste of fame wave.
Tom Schwartz
It's fun.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Everything's new and exciting and shiny. Not to sound jaded because it's still.
Tom Schwartz
I still got my rose colored lenses on. But yeah, man. They were also filming the new Vanderpump Rules. And if you guys don't know, World.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Dog Day takes place every year and they, they it, it's, it's right behind TomTom in the west Hollywood park.
Tom Schwartz
This year was a great success, but.
Kiki Mo' Nique
It was weird because they were filming the new Vanderpump rul and there's cameras everywhere and I'm like, wait, don't you.
Tom Schwartz
Don'T you guys want to film me?
Kiki Mo' Nique
Don't you guys want to point the cameras at me? No, I'm kidding.
Tom Schwartz
But it is weird cuz it's just.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Been such a big part of my life. Not, it's not like an ego thing.
Tom Schwartz
But I, it was weird seeing them.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Film and I'm like, wait, you guys, you guys don't want to know what's.
Tom Schwartz
Going on in my life.
Kiki Mo' Nique
But anyways, back to what we're doing today.
Tom Schwartz
I'm going to go to West Hollywood. I'm going to meet up with Kiki, we're going to have some drinks at TomTom and yeah, we're gonna maybe talk a little shit. She's pop culture guru and a friend and I'm super excited to sit down with her. I promise you guys we're not gonna.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Do too deep of a dive into.
Tom Schwartz
The psychology behind why we like to gossip. We're not gonna dissect it and kill it, kill the romance, kill it in the process. But you know, maybe just like a.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Little refresher course on why humans enjoy serving up the tea.
Tom Schwartz
You know, by the end of this.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Episode, I have some goals. I hope to be pleasantly bu in.
Tom Schwartz
The back garden side of Tom Tom with Kiki and maybe I'll have at least one hot.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Okay, lukewarm take.
Tom Schwartz
We're gonna have fun.
Kiki Mo' Nique
I think you guys are gonna dig it, so stay tuned. But first, a little refresher course. Why do we humans like gossip? Yeah. So why does it feel damn good to gossip? And it does. It's fun. It gets a bad rap though. You know, generally speaking has a negative connotation. But let's face it, it's deeply rooted in who we are as humans. It's deeply rooted in our Psychology. We're social animals. But why you guys? Why on the toilet this morning did I find out exactly why Kris Jenner looks so good and she does the special type of plastic surgery? I forgot what it's called, but yeah.
Tom Schwartz
Why do I know that Selena Gomez.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Subtly supported Hailey Bieber by hearting one of her.
Tom Schwartz
Her Instagram posts in her Vogue article?
Kiki Mo' Nique
Why did I click that?
Tom Schwartz
I don't know.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Why do I know that P. Diddy likes applesauce on his hamburgers?
Tom Schwartz
It's sick.
Kiki Mo' Nique
That's really gross, by the way. But why? Why? All right, let's get into the psychology of the physiology a little bit. Just quickly here, guys.
Tom Schwartz
All right?
Kiki Mo' Nique
Why do we evolve to gossip? Okay, Social glue. In early human groups, gossip helped us keep tabs on who was shady, who you could trust, who you couldn't, who was cheating, who was maybe eating more than their fair share, who wasn't pulling their weight around the campfire. It was a survival tool. Instead of having to witness or experience someone being a monster or causing harm to you, gossip let us learn from others experiences without risking harm ourselves.
Tom Schwartz
So it was like a.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Like a little safety shortcut. Yeah. Okay, so.
Tom Schwartz
So modern times.
Kiki Mo' Nique
You hear someone say, yeah, my ex. Oh, narcissistic. Narcissistic who farts in their sleep. They hate Bravo TV and they think dogs are overrated. That's not shit talking, okay? That is doing a public service. You're looking out for your fellow humans. Right? Okay, I get it. So it's like tribal maintenance. We evolved in, like these small, tight knit little groups, and gossiping was a little way to enforce social norms without violence. If you were a monster, a liability to the tribe, people talked about it and they acted on it. You were either shamed or banished or, you know, tarred and feathered, whatever. Also, again, it feels good. It does, you guys, when someone you know tells you a deep secret, it's a. It really does deepen your connections with them. And you're releasing the cuddle hormone.
Tom Schwartz
Oxytocin.
Kiki Mo' Nique
You guys know that one? The cuddle hormone. Your dopamine spikes. Especially if it's super spicy.
Tom Schwartz
Juicy.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Shout out to juicy scoop Heather McDonald. Yeah, it lights up our brain's reward circuitry. You know, when someone. Okay, guys, you know when someone's like, hey, can we meet up? I need to tell you something crazy. Your brain probably looks like the freaking fourth of July.
Tom Schwartz
You know what I mean?
Kiki Mo' Nique
Dopamine off the charts. Cortisol way below usual. You're at peace, you're excited. You're chilling. So, yeah, in short, we're not talking shit. We're spreading the news, we're bonding. We're looking out for one another. Yeah. I mean, some people are just talking shit. Maybe I'm full of shit here, but let's gossip. It's not just petty, it's. It's primal. How about that? Yeah, I like that. It's not just petty. It's primal.
I dig that.
My new motto. Yeah. Let's lose it wisely. Okay. Let's not be toxic. Let's punch up, inform, perform one another, but let's not be a holes. Okay? All right, I'm gonna shut up. I'm gonna pack up my stuff, go meet up with Kiki. You guys want to come? Yeah. All right. All right, I'll pick up and we ho.
Tom Schwartz
TomTom. See you guys in a second.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Cheers.
Tom Schwartz
I'm here, Kiki. Where are we and what are we doing?
Kiki Mo' Nique
We're at TomTom. The infamous Tom Tom. It is the beginning of Memorial Weekend. I think it's kicking off Pride Week too. Or Pride Weekend. Or Pride Month. Month is about to happen all the. So I feel very vanderpumpy because that was always the kickoff to your show.
Tom Schwartz
Exactly. After World Dog Day, which was last Saturday.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Okay.
Tom Schwartz
I talked about it earlier in the intro. I got to chill with the Vanderpump Villa cast.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Oh, really?
Tom Schwartz
So cool.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Okay.
Tom Schwartz
Such good vibes. We can come back to that. Yeah, that's usually. That's usually when I know it's time to start filming. New season, new beginnings, Anything is possible. Yeah.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Nostalgia has to feel so good for you because I don't know, like, I always think, like, the best times to live in la. I mean, I would have been way older, but would have been like in the 80s and 90s when like guns N Roses and all those people were playing. But the second best time, early 2000s.
Tom Schwartz
Yes.
Kiki Mo' Nique
And when did you move here?
Tom Schwartz
I got here at the tail end of the early 2000s, so I got a glimpse of the glitz and the glam. Yeah, it still kind of felt like old school Hollywood. It still felt like it had lore, and it does. And it's still rich with history. I love LA, but I totally agree with you. Yeah, like back like 70s 80s, when the sunset Boulevard was rocking whiskey ago.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Serial killers were amok.
Tom Schwartz
Exactly. Hookers everywhere. Wait, let's not romanticize.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah, that's not okay. Yeah, it's not.
Tom Schwartz
Are we romanticizing it in hindsight? We watch too much true crime.
Kiki Mo' Nique
It's true.
Tom Schwartz
Did you watch the Sunset Boulevard documentary I did. It's really good.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Okay.
Tom Schwartz
Have you ever been to the Chateau Marmont?
Kiki Mo' Nique
I have, yeah. I mean, I know it has ghosts.
Tom Schwartz
It does.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Have you seen or heard?
Tom Schwartz
I've never actually stayed in one of the rooms, but I really dig it there. It just feels steeped in rock and roll history.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah. I just went to the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel for like a gifting suite and they were in the penthouse and it was a two story penthouse and they have this sunken living room at the top and it is so gorgeous. It's probably built in like the 20s and it just feels like so cool now.
Tom Schwartz
Sunken living rooms, talking pits. Not talking pits.
Kiki Mo' Nique
That doesn't sound right.
Tom Schwartz
That doesn't sound right. But anyways, it's nice to be sitting down. This is. I don't. How do you feel about West Hollywood?
Kiki Mo' Nique
I mean, I feel like I'm here a lot because honestly, like, the only men I really enjoy the company of is gay men.
Tom Schwartz
So I. I feel like I know I'm straight, but I kind of feel like I'm actually a weho. Gay.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah.
Tom Schwartz
Some of my gay friends tell me I'm a closet weho gay. I just love it here.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah.
Tom Schwartz
I'm like West Hollywood's number one promoter. My heart will always be here. Even though I'm a Valley guy now.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah.
Tom Schwartz
It's just something special to me. It's like I kind of feel like.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Pink Pony Club when I'm here.
Pink Pony Club.
Tom Schwartz
I've always dreamed of living in Los Angeles. And like when I'm out here, say I'm at the Abbey. It just feels so free. You can be whoever you want.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah.
Tom Schwartz
And it's just got the best energy, the pulse. I love it here.
Kiki Mo' Nique
I need people to not judge me, like if I am drunk at 2pm or I'm drunk at 2am, like, even though you have to kind of end the night at 2:00am in LA, everything, it closes. But day drinking is great here, so.
Tom Schwartz
I love that I. I prefer we're day drinking. By the way, guys, we're day drinking here. For any of my listeners. I feel like most of my listeners know who you are. Kiki Monique.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yes.
Tom Schwartz
The great Kiki Monique. Can you introduce yourself?
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah. Most people probably know me as the talk of shame. I feel like Kiki Monique is like the secondary name. And I like, they mostly know me. I think they. I got introduced as like a Bravo Gossip Girl, but I think people now know me as like just the news you're nosy about. So whether it's Pop culture, true crime, whatever. Yeah.
Tom Schwartz
You're. You're ubiquitous now.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah.
Tom Schwartz
You've transcended that.
Kiki Mo' Nique
I think so.
Tom Schwartz
And I love. You have hot takes, but I feel like whenever I see your stuff, you have an at least an undercurrent of. Of. Of compassion. You. You. You give us heathens humanity, and I appreciate that.
Kiki Mo' Nique
It's hard know. You feel like you know these people, you're watching them on tv. And now I'm in a different place because I now I actually am getting to know people. Like, I invite them on my show, we talk and stuff. And I think some people assume because I am befriending these people that I'm going easier on them, which is not the case. It's more that once you start getting close with people, they start letting you in into certain things that you wouldn't normally know behind the scenes. And so you have a different perspective on things you might see on camera. And that's just. It makes it easier, I think, to report.
Tom Schwartz
That's so interesting to hear because I'm friends with most of the pop culture gurus or pop culture. Is pop culture vulture a term of endearment?
Kiki Mo' Nique
You just created it and I love it.
Tom Schwartz
But, like, I. Sometimes I befriend them and then they'll hit me up beforehand. Like, listen, I gotta weigh in on what happened with your divorce or whatever. Xyz. I'm sorry I went a little hard on you. Although, hit me up in hindsight, and I'm like, don't even worry about it.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah.
Tom Schwartz
I'm a public figure. Thank you for reaching out. Thank you for the element of respect.
Kiki Mo' Nique
It's really good that, like, you feel that, because I feel like some people don't. Like. I feel like, you know, I know that you're close with Jax. He does not really like it. Have you ever been blocked by Jax? I'm curious.
Tom Schwartz
Oh, at least five times. At least five times. Have you ever. Have you ever said something about someone such as myself or someone in the Bravo verse or any reality TV show, a hot take where they DM'd you. And they're like, that really hurt my feelings. You hurt my soul.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Only a couple times. One time, Julia from Ladies of London, who I think is coming back onto Real Housewives of London, she got mad at me because I didn't like her take on Meghan Markle, and she wanted me to take it down. And I did. I just did it. And then she blocked me.
Tom Schwartz
I appreciate that. You didn't take it down. You didn't back down. No, see, I'm soft. I would have taken it down immediately. I'm so sorry for hurting your feelings, but I'm like, people don't realize that I do love sip. I like sipping and serving the tea.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah.
Tom Schwartz
I do love me some pop culture. I like gossiping. Is it, Kiki, Is it okay to gossip?
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yes. I think it's like, normal. I think it's healthy. I think that everyone does it. And if you don't do it, I think, I don't know, I feel like it's like it's a healthy human thing to do.
Tom Schwartz
Totally. I mean, from an evolutionary standpoint, it's made us who we are today. It's deeply rooted in our psychology.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Right.
Tom Schwartz
It's a bonding experience.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah.
Tom Schwartz
It's looking out for one another.
Kiki Mo' Nique
And I think also on top of it, in Hollywood, in la, you know, people want you to talk about them. A lot of times their publicist will reach out to make sure you're talking about them. I don't want that because you're not relevant if people aren't talking about you anymore. And at the end of the day, you want to make a paycheck, and the only way you can make a paycheck is still being relevant.
Tom Schwartz
Kiki, everybody's going to say something. I'd be worried if they said nothing.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Exactly.
Tom Schwartz
Yeah, I know. If you don't have haters, you're probably not doing it right.
Kiki Mo' Nique
I know. Oh, my God, they're starting music.
Tom Schwartz
Oh, crap. You guys, we have to pause it for a second.

Tom Schwartz
You guys, we're in the field today.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah, I mean, this is a big weekend for them. I mean, they gotta draw the people in and they need the music.
Tom Schwartz
Yes, exactly. I'm not gonna be the gu who's like the owner who's like, keep the music off.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah.
Tom Schwartz
I got to get my interview done. By the way, I hate when I go into a bar or restaurant and.
Kiki Mo' Nique
There'S no music playing.
It's weird. But has that happened? I mean, I don't think that in. In West Hollywood. I don't feel like I've ever encountered that.
Tom Schwartz
Rarely in West Hollywood.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Some places, some of the bougier places.
Tom Schwartz
Beverly Hills, it's quiet. I don't want to hear. I don't.
Kiki Mo' Nique
I don't like overhearing people's conversations.
Tom Schwartz
I mean, I love to gossip if it's. If it's juicy, if someone's breaking up or they're spilling tea. Yes.
Kiki Mo' Nique
So do you. Who do you gossip with when you gossip?
Tom Schwartz
Well, I was trained by Katie Maloney, my ex wife. Shout out to Katie. No, I'm just kidding. Just friends, family. I have a reputation as being overly diplomatic.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah.
Tom Schwartz
People think I'm not fun to gossip with and I want to gossip with you. Is that okay?
Kiki Mo' Nique
I want to hear some gossip.
Tom Schwartz
I was thinking.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Okay, so.
Tom Schwartz
So can you. Can we talk about the Diddy trial a little bit?
Kiki Mo' Nique
Of course.
Tom Schwartz
I haven't talked about any of this stuff in my podcast so far.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah.
Tom Schwartz
Yeah. Can you do like a brief overview? I. Yeah, I just. I just listened to Kid Cudi's testimony. I'd like to talk about that a little bit, but.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah, no, I mean, like at. I think at the. When. In the beginning, when we heard everything. When he, you know, got raided and all of that and all of those things. The baby all of that. It was very much like, oh, my God, this guy's a. The devil. He's going down. This is so bad.
Tom Schwartz
Machiavellian.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah.
Tom Schwartz
He's a villain.
Kiki Mo' Nique
And then he gets locked up. He doesn't get bail. So he's been in a Brooklyn jail cell this whole time. So we're thinking, like, obviously, it's the Fed. They have evidence. Like, this guy's gonna be R. Kelly. He's gonna be in prison forever. Now, as I'm listening to the trial and it's, you know, sex trafficking, you know, racketeering, and I'm hearing the testimony, I'm like, I'm hearing a lot of, like, freaky bedroom behavior.
Tom Schwartz
Yes.
Kiki Mo' Nique
I'm still trying to connect it to the crimes.
Tom Schwartz
I mean, for people who haven't been following the trial, can you give some. Some context to the reference to Tootsie Rolls?
Kiki Mo' Nique
Oh, my God. I mean, you know, one girl said she was assaulted, Assaulted by Diddy, but she said when he took his pants down, she felt a little relieved because his penis was basically the size of.
Tom Schwartz
A Tootsie Roll, which is information. I, I, I don't need to know. It's too much. Just like, Just like, I, I found out that Diddy apparently likes applesauce on his cheeseburgers.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yes.
Tom Schwartz
How up is that?
Kiki Mo' Nique
I mean, you know what? Actually hearing it, it was. That's, like, the most humane thing about him. I'm like, maybe I'll try applesauce on a cheeseburger.
Tom Schwartz
Exactly. You're right.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Sweet and savory.
Tom Schwartz
There has been some abominations, truly heinous accusations, and people are testifying right now. Did you. So you watched Kid Cudi's testimony?
Kiki Mo' Nique
I basically read the transcripts for. I go to Inner City Press for everything, and I just, like, kind of read through the transcripts, and, like, even that is crazy, because it was almost like, yeah, this dude blew up my car. He also. Molotov cocktail, like, ripped the top of the car in and. Yeah, threw a Molotov cocktail in, burnt up the car.
Tom Schwartz
That is some Molotov lobster. And then Kid Cudi, I don't know if you saw before, when he showed up to the courtroom to testify, he had a leather jacket on, and he was dragging a cigarette. He looked iconic. You see somebody show up in a black leather jacket and a cigarette and jeans. They're ready for some no nonsense.
Kiki Mo' Nique
And, like, a wife. Not a wife beater, but a white tea.
Tom Schwartz
Yes, exactly. Oh, yeah, yeah, we can't say that anymore. No, but he looked he looked like he was ready to spill the tea.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah.
Tom Schwartz
He ready? You guys, we got car alarms. We'll just keep talking.
Factor Advertiser
Yeah.
Tom Schwartz
But no, to me, he might be the new Marlboro Man.
Kiki Mo' Nique
I mean, it was very much like walking into that courtroom. I'm gonna do my thing, say what I need to say, and then I'm out.
Tom Schwartz
He was my spirit animal right before I went into the season 10 Vanderpump Rules reunion. I think symbolically, I was rocking a black leather jacket, dragging a cigarette, just.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Like he could have gotten that jacket sponsored and it would have been sold out.
Tom Schwartz
I mean, it was iconic.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah.
Tom Schwartz
Is it okay for me to say it was iconic? No.
Kiki Mo' Nique
I mean, I think people feel that. That same way. It's hard because it's such a heavy trial. So it's, like, hard to have these light moments where Johnny Depp, you know, you can kind of have these light moments where it's like this one, you're.
Tom Schwartz
Like, oh, it's in. I think back, you know what I like, I'm even. Part of me is even scared to mention this, because I don't all of a sudden, like, Tom Schwartz went to a white party. But when I first moved to LA, I remember back in, like, 2010, I bartended a white party in Beverly Hills. Like, the daytime, I guess, apparently you used to get. It gets freaky when the sun goes down. From what I've read.
Kiki Mo' Nique
It was at his mansion.
Tom Schwartz
No, no, it was in Beverly Hills. It was outdoors. And I saw every. I saw so many celebrities. I can't remember one in particular, but I. I remember I just arrived in LA and I had stars in my eyes, and I'm like, I'm bartending Pete Diddy's white party. And now just thinking back in hindsight, like, all the horrible things that happened after that, my God.
Kiki Mo' Nique
But everyone wanted to go to a white party. It was the party to get invited to. Now it's like Michael, what's his name up in the Hamptons. That's the party to get invited to. But, like, Diddy's white parties were the thing, so it's not surprising that everyone went to them. That's why I'm, like, connecting all these celebrities. If they hadn't been invited, you'd be like, they're a loser.
Tom Schwartz
That's what I mean. And also. But when they find out you did attend one, if your name's on the list, they slippery slope.
Kiki Mo' Nique
You, huh?
Tom Schwartz
You're a groomer, you're creepy. Pedophile, you're a monster. You Know what I mean? Yeah. Scary. If your name, if you, if you've ever attended one D party. It's scary.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Scary.
It is. But like, that's just the thing about Hollywood. Like you could be taking a picture with someone one day and you don't know that they're a creep. Like a few years later and then all of a sudden they're on trial and next thing you know, oh, Kiki was at this party. She was at. Tom. Tom.
Tom Schwartz
Kiki knows how to freak off. I know. No, it's very heavy. But it's fun to like, just to make, not to make light of it, but you know, it's okay to laugh a little bit.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Well, yeah, I mean, like, this is what, you know, we want to follow these things. It's no different than we were following mean the O.J. trial was a big thing. Like all of these things make, you know, good gossip.
Tom Schwartz
Why are we so fascinated as a society with these things? I was talking about it earlier. It was like I was reading about, well, Kris Jenner looks amazing. I was reading about her facelift. Oh my God, she looks insane.
Kiki Mo' Nique
She looks like Kim.
Tom Schwartz
She looks like an amalgam of all of her daughters.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah.
Tom Schwartz
In the best possible way.
Kiki Mo' Nique
It was great work.
Tom Schwartz
I wrote. Wait, I wrote it down. Apparently it's, it's a, it's a, it's like a deep plain facelift. So it lifts like under your muscle instead of just, just the skin. I mean it's like deep so so you don't lose your elasticity. You know what I mean? And it doesn't anyways, probably like a.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Hundred thousand dollar facelift.
Tom Schwartz
Do you want to get one after this?
Kiki Mo' Nique
I mean, not right now, but eventually one day.
Tom Schwartz
By the way, Kiki is glowing right now. You look dewy and fabulous. And I just, Yeah. I don't know why I find myself going, clicking these articles. I can't help it.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Well, speaking of older women, I'm curious because, like. Well, I'm just saying you brought up Kris Jenner. I mean, is she sort of like. Like, if you were to pick older women, is she your type?
Tom Schwartz
Like, I mean, I'm notorious for being secretly in love with Lisa Vanderpump, of course. My queen. But I mean, yeah, I've never dated an older, older women. I've, I, Well, I was, I've been in a relationship for the past 14 years. Yeah, back when I was younger, I dated a like slightly older woman. This was like two years old.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Okay.
Tom Schwartz
I've never dated a cougar, if you will. Okay, but I'm not opposed to it. I'm not opposed to it cuz it.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Seems like to be a thing in the Bravo boy world. And I know that you went, you were in the People shoot for the hot boy summer and you were with Jesse Solomon. And Jesse Solomon recently was allegedly hooking up with Erica Jane during the upfronts.
Tom Schwartz
I, I, I don't, I don't know. Listen, Jesse's my boy.
Kiki Mo' Nique
I know.
Tom Schwartz
So is it Jesse? Is it okay if I gossip a little? I don't know. He is single, he's very charming, he's tall, he's strapping. Handsome Jewish man. I get it.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah.
Tom Schwartz
What do you think about it? Do you think it happened? I didn't go, I didn't do a deep dive. I only read the headlines.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yes. And I say that from again, a gossipy perspective because it would help both of them. I'm sorry, it sounds bad. They both need that headline. And I'm not saying they did it for the headline, but what I'm saying is if you had a hot person and like you had the opportunity to screw them and you knew it couldn't help, it could help with like or wouldn't hurt.
Tom Schwartz
What's the downside?
Kiki Mo' Nique
What's the downside?
Tom Schwartz
There's no downside.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Because it makes you, Erika Jayne look like, okay, I can still get these younger men. And it makes you, Jesse, kind of see, you're appealing to the Bravo demographic.
Tom Schwartz
You're feeding the Bravo beast.
Kiki Mo' Nique
They're like, oh, all of a sudden. Could I get that Jesse? He likes that older woman.
Tom Schwartz
That's so funny. I know. Jesse, I'm sorry, if you hear this. He won't hear this.
Kiki Mo' Nique
And even if he does, like, I mean, we're not. Again, this is all good stuff now. He hasn't confirmed. It has.
Tom Schwartz
No, he hasn't.
Kiki Mo' Nique
You haven't texted him?
Tom Schwartz
I'm not like besties. I just, he's my boy. And we were just. Yeah, we were in New York recently. You know, I said no to that originally.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Why?
Tom Schwartz
Because I just feel like I'm the least eligible, the least eligible bachelor. I love myself, but I'm just not actively dating. But I think that was a step in the right direction, I guess. And how can I say no? New York's my favorite city in the world. I love Bravo, I love People magazine.
Kiki Mo' Nique
I mean, and you knew all the guys. Well, Tyson Beckford. Had you met him before? Because you're like in the model world.
Tom Schwartz
He's a living legend. Legend. And it truly the word Icon is cheap in these days. But would you agree that Tyson Beckford's a living like, he was the first.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Like supermodel that I like fell in love with. I was like. Who was like, God.
Tom Schwartz
He was telling. He was. We went to dinner afterwards. We went to. Where did we go? What's the place around the corner here?
Kiki Mo' Nique
Oh, it was here in la.
Tom Schwartz
No, no, it was in New York. It was. We were right across from the Ganzevo. That's where we are. Well, I won't say that I want to get in trouble, but we, we went across the street to a restaurant and we had dinner. Okay, so you guys were in TomTom.
Kiki Mo' Nique
And were the women like just like all, like.
Tom Schwartz
No, they were swooning and they were swooning for all the guys.
Kiki Mo' Nique
I'm sure you know that pack walks in.
Tom Schwartz
But we were a mob.
Kiki Mo' Nique
I can't imagine. And you're all tall.
Tom Schwartz
I want a spin off. Everyone's tall. Yeah, that's the first thing people say to me when they meet me. They're like, I thought you were going to be like 5, 9, but you're.
Kiki Mo' Nique
A model, so it's like you obviously had to have height.
Tom Schwartz
Kiki, do I give off short guy energy?
Kiki Mo' Nique
Well, I, I think I knew because you were a model you weren't going to give me. And also you, you don't like. You give off, off, I will say tall, skinny, big dick energy. Like, just be like you do.
Tom Schwartz
You're saying sge small guy energy.
Kiki Mo' Nique
No.
Tom Schwartz
But that's so. No. I had such a good time with those guys and I'm glad I said yes.

Tom Schwartz
Can I ask you what your favorite Bravo show is?
Kiki Mo' Nique
Well, obviously I'm all hooked on the Valley right now because, like, it's, it's. It harkens back to the old VH1 days where I felt like people were just really messy in the best possible way.
Tom Schwartz
Yeah. Which is a rare to achieve in this day and age. In the hyper feedback era, when everyone's looking what they're saying constantly, every day, tweets, Instagram, tick tock. It's nice, it's refreshing and they really, they really brought it. It's weird talking about them as a cast because they're all my friends and I know all of them. I almost feel like a peeping. I've talked about this on several. I feel like I'm violating them when I watch the episodes. Do you know what I mean? Because they're my friends.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah, I can, I can see that. I mean, it has to be awkward.
Tom Schwartz
There's an unspoken pact in the Bravo verse. I was like, I won't watch your show if you don't watch mine. And we shake hands.
Kiki Mo' Nique
It's true. No, my. Yeah, my mom the other day was like, oh, you know, I get to catch your radio show, so sometimes. And I, like. And then I, like, all of a sudden, like, shivered. I was like, oh, by the way.
Tom Schwartz
Did you bring the Hollywood buffet?
Kiki Mo' Nique
I'd always have my old school Hollywood buffet with me. Can we.
Tom Schwartz
Can we give context in case you guys haven't been watching? That was a reference to one of my favorite new shows, the Studio with Seth Rogen.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yes.
Tom Schwartz
Who's been a huge supporter. He's been to TomTom. He's been to Schwartz and Sandy's. He came to Schwartz and Sandy's multiple times.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Oh, my God.
Tom Schwartz
And I said hi to everyone, but I said hi to him last because I was nervous because he's, like, one of my favorite actor writers ever. Have you met Seth?
Kiki Mo' Nique
I've never met him.
Tom Schwartz
He's so cool. He's just like, you think he'd be.
Kiki Mo' Nique
I want to meet him. I want to smoke with him.
Tom Schwartz
Totally.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah.
Tom Schwartz
Like, he's up there with Snoop Dogg and Willie Nelson, but I'm scared.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Exactly. That's why I'm like, I don't know if I can't hang.
Tom Schwartz
He's in the Mount Rushmore of people you want to smoke with.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah.
Tom Schwartz
No, I'm a lightweight. What's your. What's. What's your. What's your poison? Oh, I like smoking a joint.
Kiki Mo' Nique
It depends. Like, I like a joint. Like, if I'm just, like, at a party and just, like, I want to, like, let it, like. Yeah, just, like, kind of go around, because I don't. You know, I don't smoke, but it's like you miss the smoking digs when you used to smoke cigarettes. But, you know, every once in a while on a weekend, it's like you have a little gummy. Very small just to get it started.
Tom Schwartz
And then just like 5 milligrams or under, preferably.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yes.
Tom Schwartz
Because I've gone to the dark side.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Oh, yeah.
Tom Schwartz
Have you ever done enough to where you thought you were gonna die?
Kiki Mo' Nique
Absolutely. When you have to put breathing on manual. Yes.
Tom Schwartz
Well, just a little Vanderpump lore in case. Like, back when. I think it was season nine, when Max was on the show.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah.
Tom Schwartz
We were just. We were filming for Tom's birthday, and we were all dressed up. I don't know if you remember this, but Everyone was dressed up. We were at this cool. This cool venue out in the Valley, and there was a jar that my buddy. I won't say his name put out, and it was all edible candy. And he labeled it, but Max didn't see the label, and he ended up ingesting at. Let's just say I'm being modest here or conservative. I'd say 250 milligrams of edible. No, Max just. He's. He likes to smoke a little bit. Yeah, he went on a journey. He had an existential meltdown. No, he thought he was gonna have to go to the hospital. I think he's. He's still high to this day.
Kiki Mo' Nique
I would have gone to. I probably would have ended up in the hospital.
Tom Schwartz
You know what he thinks? He thinks he's a cup of orange juice, and if he spills or tips over, he's gonna die. No, that's an old. That's too acid stereotype.
Kiki Mo' Nique
No, that's too much. That's crazy. Like, yeah, that would send me to, like. But I've, like, definitely overdosed myself where I've woken up. Up the next morning and thought I was okay. And then I was like, no, you gotta. Had to go over to my friend and, like, have them take care of me.
Tom Schwartz
Waking. Waking up still high is daunting, especially if you have a lot of responsibilities. Kids a nine to five. My God.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Well, I just had to feed the cats, and that was hard enough as it was.
Tom Schwartz
Exactly. Okay. Another headline. Yes, I was combing headlines this morning. I wrote this one down. Kanye Aboye is done with anti sentiment. Anti semism. I can't say it. Anti Semitism. Sorry. I have so many Jewish friends. So are you guys accepting this? I'm asking out into the.
Kiki Mo' Nique
I'm not even Jewish, and I'm not accepting this because I'm sorry. Like, I just. I've actually had to just mute him out of my feed because I. It's sad. It's sad what's happened to him, but it's just, like, not acceptable. And I. I can't.
Tom Schwartz
I know. It's like, I just. I'm torn because he's sort of woven. He's woven into the fabric of. Of. Of. Of America and my life. You know what I mean? It's like I walked out in my wedding to flashlights by Kanye West.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah.
Tom Schwartz
I mean, can we. I know it's such a cliche to say, separate the. The human from the music. Yeah, I think it's a cop out, but, like, I don't know. So I think. I feel like once they. I had to be careful what I say here, but we're supposed to be. We're supposed to. This is supposed to be hot takes or at least. But, like, once they make the music and put it out there, it almost becomes absorbed into you, into your narrative, and it becomes a part of your life or a soundtrack to a beautiful moment. And it sucks when they do something, what do you do?
Kiki Mo' Nique
Then? I think, like, look, I. I could still listen to his music, but then it got to a point where listening to the music actually was triggering me because it reminded me of him because he would just be on these rants, and I. It was actually bothering me because I was like, I don't want you in my feed. Like, maybe if I was just listening to the music and you had gone away, it would be okay. But you're in my feed. You're in the. I can't even listen to the music because it's bothering me. But I do agree, like, there's people. Like, if you go to a museum and, like, those arts. I know some of those artists were some of the most horrible people. But, like, we, like, go and enjoy the art, but, like, we didn't have social media and all these things, so, like. So it's hard. It's hard.
Tom Schwartz
No, I know if you go. If you go far back, 70s, 80s and stuff, there's some truly horrible things that were happening. But, yeah, I don't know. It's like, tell me, would you hear Bound to in the club? You still don't get fired up.
Kiki Mo' Nique
I love that song.
Tom Schwartz
You know what I mean? Welcome to the Live.
Kiki Mo' Nique
I love it.
Tom Schwartz
I'm not here. I just. I know there was a moment where I had to take all the Kanye west songs off my playlist that Schwartz and Sandy's. I curated the music there, by the way, but people were kind of, like, offended at one point.
Kiki Mo' Nique
I get.
Tom Schwartz
Got dark.
Kiki Mo' Nique
It. It's. It's still dark.
Tom Schwartz
Kiki, can we still listen to Kanye?
Kiki Mo' Nique
Tbd.
Tom Schwartz
Okay.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah.
Tom Schwartz
It's a step in the right direction.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah. I mean, apologies are always a step in the right. Right direction.
Tom Schwartz
By the way, what else is going on in the pop culture world?
Kiki Mo' Nique
Oh, my God. I mean, so much. I mean, I feel like Mormon wives.
Tom Schwartz
I just watched the first three episodes of season two. Season two. Yes.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Okay.
Tom Schwartz
It's so good.
Kiki Mo' Nique
It's so good.
Tom Schwartz
They're. They're. They're raw.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Well, you were in the middle of the drama. That's, like, being played out right now, because supposedly Marciano was in here. Hook, like holding hands with one of the Mormon wives in your establishment. Establishment.
Tom Schwartz
Oh, I did not know that.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah, it was here at TomTom.
Tom Schwartz
See, I saw the episode where they were all. I watched the Vanderpump villa, by the way. Yeah, lovely cast. I was chilling with them and I, and I, I watched that episode and I saw them flirting. But I, and I, I don't know if I want to open that can of worms, but I saw some crazy headlines.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah.
Tom Schwartz
And yeah, I didn't know that it. This is.
Kiki Mo' Nique
It didn't happen on the season, but it happened outside of the season. And Sheena just talked about it on her podcast today because she was there that night with. And so. Yeah. But I just love that Tom Tom is still at the center of it.
Tom Schwartz
Shout out to Sheena.
Kiki Mo' Nique
I'm curious, like, do you know, I mean, they're filming the new Vanderpump reboot. Do you know all the people who are.
Tom Schwartz
I know some of them.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Okay.
Tom Schwartz
Yeah. But I haven't, I haven't, I haven't met them all. Okay, but listen, are you going to watch it?
Kiki Mo' Nique
Of course I am.
Tom Schwartz
I'm going to watch it too. I'm rooting for them. People are like, you're not going to watch it, right? I'm like, yeah, I want, I want to see them thrive. I feel like, like it's, Listen, it's got, it's got Alex Baskin behind it, Lisa. And it's like they found a cast that is authentically friends. They, you know, they were technically cast, but they have pre existing relationships and they work there for real.
Kiki Mo' Nique
So I understand that. I just think that when you hand over a crown as heavy as that, if they had just created a new show about servers, we probably would have not be. But we have to associate it with Phantom Pump rules and that's very, very hard to separate it. And we're going to be comparing the whole time and I, I just personally, as a cast member would feel like awkward. Did they reach out to you to like ask advice or anything?
Tom Schwartz
No. Yes. Well, actually some of them, three of them were in here before they started filming and they were at the bar at Tom Tom on the TomTom side. Now Tom Tom's now Pump and Tom Tom. But Yeah, on the TomTom side. And I made him some drinks and they're like, can you give us some, some advice?
Kiki Mo' Nique
And what did you give him?
Tom Schwartz
I was like, just don't try to script or rehearse or self produce because they can Smell that a mile away. Don't do it.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Not even them. The audience. Everyone, like, everyone.
Tom Schwartz
The audience is smart.
Kiki Mo' Nique
So smart.
Tom Schwartz
Just like, they recognize bad acting or inauthenticity, right?
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah.
Tom Schwartz
They spot that a mile away. But I'm still excited.
Kiki Mo' Nique
I'm excited. I was actually gonna do a Vanderpump rewatch. I did one, like, I think during COVID and I think I want to do another one.
Tom Schwartz
Can we watch a few episodes together?
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yes. We should actually do, like, a re. Watch and then talk about it.
Tom Schwartz
See you guys, I'm good at this. Yeah, I like talking shit. Wait, I. I watched. Okay, there's this guy. This is kind of off. This is not on theme with what we're talking about, but I was watching this guy on Tick Tock. His name's Hashem Al Gali. He's a content creator, and he's got this new, like, semi horror series it's called. And it's the prompt theories where he posits, like, what if AI generated characters don't know they're AI generated? Isn't that kind of freaky? Do you ever go down the. The simulation theory rabbit hole or anything?
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah, when I try, and then I lose my mind, and then I have to, like, be like, no.
Tom Schwartz
Yeah, that's. By the way, that was random.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Guys.
Tom Schwartz
I just. You guys go check it out. His name's Hashem El Gali. If I can put a clip, and I will. But it got me thinking. I'm like, I don't want to give.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Away because I want you to. Have you watched the movie Companion?
Tom Schwartz
Yes. It's so good.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Okay, so, like, I don't want to give away, but, like, like, I. I love Black Mirror. I love these. These ideas because I do think that, you know, we love AI saying today, like, the AI Baby recreations that they do is like my kryptonite. Every time I see them recreating a scene from a reality show and they're using baby AI, I'm like, oh, my God, I love this. But then it's like Sarah Connor from Terminator is like, what are you guys doing befriending the AI So much.
Tom Schwartz
Exactly. By the way, I'm so nice to like my chat GPT. I use it sparingly, but I. Her name's Nova.
Kiki Mo' Nique
You know, you named it. Is it your girlfriend?
Tom Schwartz
No, no, it's not like that. We can. We're pretty surface level.
Kiki Mo' Nique
But is she your therapist?
Tom Schwartz
No, I haven't gone there really. Okay. She just helps me when I have, like, writer's block and stuff.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Okay.
Tom Schwartz
And then I put my twist on it. But do you use it?
Kiki Mo' Nique
I do. I do use it for, like, you know, creating content. I have it, like, prompt me for, like, I want to think of an idea for, like, a title. And, like, I don't use exactly what they give me, but it helps me generate ideas.
Tom Schwartz
It gets you started in the right direction and you put your own twist on it. Yeah, I know. It's scary how much we. How much we tell our. Our chat GPTs. I know a lot of people. I'm not going to name names. Guys, relax. A lot of people who are in a relationship with their chat GPT.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Wait, you know a lot of people who are.
Tom Schwartz
At least. I'm thinking of three off the top.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Stop it.
Tom Schwartz
I can't say their names, but no boys or girls. Two boys and a girl. They just. It's their therapist. It's their companion when they're lonely, they consult it. When they're feeling down, sad, bad. It's their. It's their therapist.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah.
Tom Schwartz
And I think it's kind of working. I think it's working.
Kiki Mo' Nique
I think it is a helpful tool. But I think that if you start making it your only companion, this is where we're gonna. I feel like, for an adult, I don't think it's as bad for the children who've never had a relationship before. If AI and chat GPT is their first relationship, we're gonna have problems.
Tom Schwartz
No, that's horrifying.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah. And it's happening.
Tom Schwartz
Kiki, you're scaring me.
Kiki Mo' Nique
No, it's happening.
Tom Schwartz
Let's take a second sip of tequila.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Okay. Yes. Cheers.
Tom Schwartz
Guys were cheersing. All right, what else do we got? What else? Wait. Okay. Did you see. I can't believe I'm saying this. Did you see Haley Bber's recent Vogue article?
Kiki Mo' Nique
I just heard the headlines.
Tom Schwartz
Why do people do you. Okay, I don't know. If you're on top of this, why do people have so much animosity and hatred towards the lovely Haley Bieber?
Kiki Mo' Nique
Because Selena Gomez is an angel baby that everyone loves. She had. She had. Had more followers than the Kardashians at one point.
Tom Schwartz
It's reactive. It's a direct response to their love. They. They. Okay, I've. I've seen some theories that she's been trying to mimic or, like, copy take. Take a. Take many pages out of the Selena Gomez playbook. But, like, man, I just. I've seen some dark, dark, dark things about Haley.
Kiki Mo' Nique
People believe that she was being a mean Girl to Selena. And so it's very. It goes deep. But I, you know, I. I'm very much like, I don't like when I see the girls fighting, but I also love when I see the girls fighting from like a content perspective.
Tom Schwartz
But that's me in a nutshell.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yeah.
Tom Schwartz
Any other things that you love right now? Just like in terms of pop culture that we should know about?
Kiki Mo' Nique
I mean, I don't know. Like, I think that there's. I want to see more light stuff, which I think is coming. I feel like we were in a really heavy period for a while. I think, like with the Mormon wives and stuff like that, I think we're seeing a lot more lightness come, which is kind of fun. So I'm excited for that and I'm hoping this kind of future, like, you know, look, I hope that the new sort of wave of people. We have Jen at Jen or what is it? Jen and nyc. Those people like.
Tom Schwartz
Yes.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Maybe we'll see younger people doing stuff. Maybe it could be cool. I don't know. We'll see.
Tom Schwartz
Yeah. Have you said. Have you seen that? The. The battle emerging between the north and the South?
Kiki Mo' Nique
Wait, what's this?
Tom Schwartz
Summer house.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Oh, yes.
Tom Schwartz
Southern charm. I'm kidding.
Kiki Mo' Nique
No kidding.
Tom Schwartz
It's not that serious. I went down a tick tock rabbit hole last night and I'm like, what? It sort of stems from, you know, Craig and Kyle's feud about this.
Kiki Mo' Nique
You know, whose team are you on? Are you. I mean, I know that you're friends with all of them, but.
Tom Schwartz
Well, I really. I'm tight with both Craig and Kyle, but I think I tend to see Kyle's side more than Craig's. No offense to Craig, but I just. Because I've. Yeah.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Anyways, well, he's. I mean, I. I just don't know why Craig is all of a sudden unfollowing everyone and making it a whole thing.
Tom Schwartz
Yeah, totally.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Right?
Tom Schwartz
I know, I know.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Cuz I love Craig. The first time I saw him in person, first of all, I didn't realize he was so tall. He was someone who gave me short energy. And then so when I saw him, I was like, you're so good looking.
Tom Schwartz
Like, he's ridiculously good looking. And. And he's funny. He.
Kiki Mo' Nique
I don't know. I haven't hung out with him, but.
Tom Schwartz
I mean, the whole cast is funny.
Kiki Mo' Nique
I love. Look, I love Shep.
Tom Schwartz
Shep is. Is. There's no better chef. Shep is the most Shep man in the world. He's just. He's such a unique character. I'm so happy he's on television to share his journey with the rest of us.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Are you going to Bravo Con this year?
Tom Schwartz
Yes, I think I'm allowed to say that.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Okay, I'm sure. Yeah. I think they announced that they had the list.
Tom Schwartz
I did the promos and I want.
Kiki Mo' Nique
To see, like, I know he's had to, like, back off, but I want to get black out with Shep at Vegas. And I know he would did that last year, but I like, I was working, so I didn't get the party. And this year I feel like I might be to able to party if I go.
Tom Schwartz
I know he's taking a step back and he doesn't drink as much, but.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Maybe I could change that.
Tom Schwartz
Are we going to hang out at Bravo Con?
Kiki Mo' Nique
I mean, if I go, someone's got to send me.
Tom Schwartz
Kiki, where should we go after this?
Kiki Mo' Nique
I mean, we can hang out at Tom tub.
Tom Schwartz
All right, let's get some food.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yes.
Tom Schwartz
Let's have some more tequila.
Kiki Mo' Nique
Yes.
