As a senior Hypnotherapist and NIP specialist, with 9 years experience, I would question if the writer had understood his training in writing and using clean language skills for therapy, as his reading felt incongruous and difficult to follow. Perhaps the restrictions placed on recordings like this are many, I understand there are guidelines to stick to, but really, this cant be described as a weightloss tool when there are no tools in the box.
