At its core, the definition of being grounded and centered means you are in control of your emotions and thoughts and accept the path you’re on. It is a practice that helps anchor us in the present and not shutting down, spacing out or dissociating. These grounding techniques and tools help re-orient a person to the present moment. Because.... Dwelling in the past causes remorse, shame, guilt and pain... thinking constantly about the future only causes anxiety. Life is definitely not easy and all of us go through phases when life becomes too overwhelming and fraught with intense anxiety and worries. We feel out of balance in those times and lost. Grounding therapy is an excellent tool to make use of in those times of upheavals.

I welcome you to my upcoming workshop on inner child healing starting 16 August 2020. It's an online interactive, experiential session including a session of hypnosis to re discover your lost inner child.

This was a hypnosis session which was a part of my online 21 day workshop on "finding forgiveness".

Here we try to get to the core emotion that binds us to emotional pain. It is also called as the original pain. We learn what is shame and how it is different from guilt. We also look at ways we can deal with emotional pain.

Pain is what connects us all together. But we hide it and deny it. Suffering is how we accentuate it.
