After learning about the Enneagram during her time in higher education, Denise initially thought she was an Enneagram Two. She spent a few years doing work as a Two, but it was when she learned about the instincts and listened to women that she realized that she’s actually an Eight. She talks about her shift to Social Eight and how she’s transformed by this information. As she integrates Enneagram in her work, Denise provides a lot of insight on why typing is a journey of discovery, growth, healing and transformation and why she focuses more on the things the types give attention to such as core fears, desires, passions and fixations.
