In this episode Cian covers the case of Germanwings Flight 9525, a passenger plane that in 2015 crashed into the north-west of Nice in the French Alps, killing all 150 people on board.

Following along as we uncover the tragic reality behind the crash and how one mans choice took away the lives of 149 others and why it was able to happen in the first place.
