Reese's car broke down on the I85 Plasters Avenue bridge that afternoon last October. She was standing in the emergency lane.

I was able to turn to my right and basically see the car coming at me.

Police say Dillard was going more than 130 miles per hour. They say he hit another car, then hit Reese, knocking her over the bridge.

Dillard's not guilty plea disturbed Reese.

I'm shocked like that he's trying to plead innocent when I'm here and I almost lost my life.

She's also bothered Dillard got out on bond, then drove recklessly, drove when he wasn't supposed to, got a a DUI and violated curfew multiple times, according to prosecutors.

Now apparently he's in jail because he was placed on probation for reckless speed racing and driving intoxicated. He was sent to prison after violating terms of that probation by driving under the influence again. So it sounds like he could have been donkey of the day way back then, okay? But the reality is prison is exactly where this young man needs to be, okay? Reckless speed racing and driving intoxicated. Hey, ATL Tay, you could have killed someone, okay? You got probation for that. So God gave you another opportunity and you gave God your ass to kiss because you decided to drive under the influence again. Insanity is doing the same things over and over and expecting different results. And what you did, ATL tape is insane. And because of that insanity, ATL tape, you know, prison is where you are. And prison is actually where he has gained a lot of viral attention because he's posting updates from behind bars. And that is why we are here today, because ATL Tay posted a video, it's the first and only video I've ever seen to this young man. But he asked a question that I don't see anyone taken seriously. Now, I'm gonna let you know right now what you may hear or what you're about to hear may disturb you. It may not even be appropriate for kids.
