Mandy Rees is a passionate advocate for women's well-being, particularly during the life-changing journey of motherhood. Her work is rooted in personal experience, as she knows first-hand the challenges of navigating the overwhelming emotions of pregnancy and postpartum. After working for over a decade as a commercial real estate lawyer, she made the leap into the wellness space, retraining as a pregnancy and postnatal yoga instructor and eventually creating Mother for Life. Through this platform, she supports women by offering Mother Circles, retreats and workshops - where mothers can openly share their joys and struggles. In 2019 Mandy created the Mother Circle & Retreat Mentorship Programme. Through this, she mentors women as they create Circle and retreats businesses. Over 60 women in 10 countries have participated in this training. She is dedicated to transforming how women connect, collaborate, and thrive.
