High Bay Linear LED Light Fixtures are fire hazards. The retaining pins used to secure the LED board inside some units degrades allowing the board to come loose and start a fire.

About 186,520 of these fixtures were sold at LED Indy, Universal Lighting of America, Inc., and Independent Lighting as well as online from January 2016 through June 2025.
