Hi, I'm Nancy Dufresne. Welcome to our podcast channel. We know you'll be blessed by today's message.

Hallelujah.

Well, it's healing night, and really it's healing day. It's healing life. Matthew, chapter 20. Turn with me, if you would. Matthew chapter 20. And we'll start reading in verse 30. There's just a particular phrase that is in this passage that I wanted to spotlight for a moment. Matthew, chapter 20, verse 30. This is the Amplified classic translation I'm going to read out of. So if you have that one available, you may want to jump onto that translation. Matthew, chapter 20 and verse 30. And it reads, and behold, two blind men were sitting by the roadside. And when they heard that Jesus was passing by, they cried out, look at this. When they heard something, they did something that Jesus was passing by. And they cried out, lord, have pity and mercy on us, you son of David. So they're addressing him with his Messianic name. They believe who he is. They've heard something about this 1, verse 31. The crowds reproved them and told them to keep still, but they cried out all the more. Don't let people who aren't calling tell you to shut up. But they cried out all the more, lord, have pity and mercy on us, you, son of David. And Jesus stopped and he called them. So notice their calling stopped him from going past them. What stops power from passing you by, what you're saying, what you're calling. He wasn't making them his goal, so to speak. They weren't his destination that day, but that didn't matter to them. They stopped him in his divine Progress and verse 32. And Jesus stopped and called them, when you call him, he'll do some calling to you, too, and called them, and look at this, what he said to them, what do you want me to do for you? What do you want me to do for you? And they answered him, lord, we want our eyes to be opened. People would have said, well, it would be obvious that a blind man would need his eyes open. Why would Jesus ask that? He was really saying, what are you expecting? Not what condition are you in? What are you expecting? They answered him, lord, we want our eyes to be opened. And Jesus, in pity, touched their eyes, and instantly they received their sight. Look at this. And followed him. It matters what you do after you receive your miracle. It matters where you go. And the Bible so often records where these people went after they received, because that's going to determine what they're able to hold fast to you can't just go anywhere and hold fast to what you received when you were with Him. But I love this statement in verse 32, what do you want me to do for you? So it shows us that he allows us and invites us to direct his movement in our lives. Amen. He places no limits on his doing. He didn't say, I'll do such and such for you. He said, what do you want me to do for you? Haven't you ever gone to a restaurant and they set you sat down, and the waitress, a server, comes up and says, what would you like? Anything within their reach. Anything within their authority you can ask for. They don't decide what you ask for. Even so, with Jesus, he's not the one that decides what we get. And religion will tell you he decides. He doesn't decide. He says, what do you want me to do for you? The words of a servant. I said the words of a servant. If we back up just two verses from where we started reading, in verse 28, Jesus said, just as the Son of Man came, not to be waited on, but to serve and to give his life as a ransom for many, the price paid to set them free. So he has just said this to those following him, and then he goes on the way, and he demonstrates what he just said in verse 28 by saying, what do you want me to do for you? When I see one definition of the word serve, it means to provide with a regular or continuous supply of something. So Jesus said, what would you like me to provide with a continuous supply of? Amen. This goes to show us that God goes where faith puts him. God doesn't decide where he goes. We decide where he goes. He shows up for faith. He hastens to His Word to perform it. Someone asked me in an interview recently. They said, pastor Nancy, how have you got your people and your congregation to feed on the Word in their own devotional and private lives? And I said, well, you teach them this, and that is this. God hastens to His Word to perform it. If you'll put the Word in you, you give him something to perform. If you don't put the Word in you, he has nothing to perform. The Holy Ghost is a performer. He is a performer. The day we say is the day he performs. The day we don't say is the day he can't perform for us. So we decide the performance of God in our lives by what we're doing with His Word. And Jesus offered this man a blank check, a divine blank check. What do you want me to do for you. He's the miracle worker. We're not. It's not up to us to be healed. It's up to us to receive healing. It's up to him to do the doing. Amen. I. I wanted to share with you a couple of visions that dad Hagin had, but also that my husband had these visions. If you don't have dad Hagin's book. I believe in visions. Get it. If you have it, pull it out again and read it. Because although these visions happened to him, they happened for us. I've always taken personal possession of those things. Things, because in those I see answers for me. You'll see answers for you. When Jesus appeared to dad Hagin with this credible prophet's office that he stood in, it must have been important and we must treat it important. And just because the man isn't here, the revelation still is. And it's up to us to honor and hold to those things and not let those them slip and not drift from those because they anchor us and help direct us in where we're advancing. And so dad Hagin, in his book called I believe in visions, he tells of the story I believe it's in chapter five, and the title is I've come to answer your prayers. And dad Hagin told of Mom Hagin, who had a goiter and she needed an operation on it. But he said, I sensed and I always had a knowing that she would die prematurely, not because God had sentenced that, but that was the plan, that the enemy was trying to work against them. And he said, I sensed that if she had that operation, she wouldn't make it. And he said, I never said it to her, but evidently she sensed the same thing. And so he said she needed this operation. And he says, I had spent much time praying about it. And he had pled his case with God. And after this time of praying about it, he was in Garland, Texas, holding a meeting one night. And at the end of the meeting, I want to read to you that occasion. Dad Hagin wrote, at the close of my meeting one night, a spirit of prayer descended upon the congregation and we all gathered around the altar to pray. We prayed for quite some time, and after a while I got off my knees and sat on the steps to the platform. I was sitting there with my eyes open, singing in other tongues as the spirit gave utterance with. When suddenly I saw Jesus standing about three feet in front of me. He said, I have come to answer your prayer. Doesn't that sound a lot like what do you want Me to do for you. Sounds a lot like that, doesn't it? He said, I have come to answer your prayer. Tell your wife to be operated on, for she will live and not die. So evidently Jesus knew that there was a plan against her life, right? And he's referencing that. Although I didn't mention it to my wife, I had felt all along that if she were operated on, she would die. She later told me that she had known for several years that she would die when she was operated on for this goiter. But the Lord said to me, she will live and not die. Then he said this to dad Hagin, according to the natural course of events, without divine intervention, she would have died. But I have heard your prayers and have come to answer them. She shall live. Then. Now this is why I'm reading this to this next segment. Then Jesus said something that absolutely melted me and I've never been able to forget. Blessed and helped me then, and it still blesses me. He said, I did this, son, just because you asked me to. Just because you asked me to. Then he goes on and says, you don't know how I long. Listen to that. How I long. You long for things, but he has longings, and his longings are in our direction. He said, you don't know how I long to do for my children. If they would only ask me and believe me. Not just ask me. Ask me and believe me. Ask me and believe me. Say it with me. Ask me and believe me. Again, ask me and believe me. Then he goes on and tells why people don't receive of what he longs to do for them. He said, many times they beg and cry and pray, but they don't believe. And I cannot answer their prayers unless they have faith because I cannot violate my word. But how often I long to help them if they would only let me. Listen to that. Let me. Why are we not healed when we should be healed? We're not letting him. If they would only let me. Then he tells us how to let him. Number one, by taking me at my word. Amen. Number two, by bringing me their problems. What's that mean? No worry. No worry. Casting all your care. Casting all your care about your body into his hands.

Must tell you this. I will keep reminding you, as Paul said in amplified translation, it is not irksome to me to write to you again. He said, it is a precaution for your safety. So I'm not telling you something because I don't have something else to say. I'm not telling it to you over and over again. I'm doing it for your benefit. Why? Because at a time of pressure, at a time of opposition, it's only what you get in you that you'll remember. Amen.
Pastor Chris
That's right.
Nancy Dufresne
I remember a time when I had gone, I was probably about 8 or 9 years old, and there was a carnival that came to Altus, which was big stuff, man, big stuff for Altus. Big, big, big, big. And the neighbor said to my mother, Carolyn, we're going to take our kids to the carnival. Can Nancy come? She said, yes, she can come. And so I went in the house and mother gave me money for it and it was a quarter to spend at the carnival. I wasn't interested in their rides. You know, that meant nothing to me. I was looking for the jewelry booth because good things start early in life. So I go up to the jewelry booth and eight or nine years old, and I hand the guy, I put up there a quarter and say, what can I get? And he said, well, honey, that will buy you some chain and a little, you know, pendant. And, you know, it was fine because it's on a big spool there where you can see it. Yeah, yeah. And he pulls off a section of that and puts a clasp on it and he puts a charm on it. And I give him my quarter. Oh, I put that thing on. I lived in that thing night and day. I didn't take it off. And the links were, were so fine on it, you know, because you could not easily. It was so tiny that you couldn't. And you know how those clasps were just like a nuisance to eight year old fingers. You know, they don't work right. And so I couldn't take it off and on myself. So I just left it on through my baths and sleeping and everything else. And so after a few weeks, that chain is so knotted up. So mother came in one day and I had taken it off and I was trying to pull out the knots. And it was, you know, the way you pull them out, you jerk them out. You just jerk them and you keep jerking. So the jerking wasn't working. And so I said to mother, I said, would you undo this? Get these knots out for me. And she said, hand it to me. So she took it and she pulled out a straight pin. And little by little she just worked that. And she worked out the first and the second and the third and the fourth knot and she got to the last knot and she had it loosened and almost completely undone. And I saw, oh, it's almost Undone. And I wanted to finish it, so I took it back. I didn't just ask, I just jerked it back and I'm going to finish it, you know, because everybody likes to finish. And so I got it and I'm going to finish it. And so I start jerking it and put the knot back. And mother just stood there and looked at me with disgust and said, if you will put it back in my hand and leave it there, I'll finish the job. But if you're going to take it, I can't finish it. This is called casting your care. Casting all your care. Worry is you taking it back into your hands. Any thoughts that you're worried about is in your hands. Whether it's your body, whether it's your children, whether it's your job, whether it's your finances. You know what's in your hands by checking what you're worrying about. How do you know if you're worrying if you're thinking about it? If you're thinking about it, that equals worry. So Jesus said here, he said, how often I long to help them if they will only let me by taking me at my word. Look at this. Bringing me their problems. Bringing me their problem. Leave them there. He said, I long to help them. What keeps him from helping us when we don't leave our problems with him and we take them back and think, oh, it's better now. There's a little bit of relief now. We're not looking for relief. We're after victory. Cause relief is not always victory. Sometimes it will lessen. Opposition will lessen. But that doesn't mean that victory has been laid hold of. And Jesus said, how I long to help them if they would only let me. That's what we need to become skillful at letting him. Letting him. You have to practice that. You don't get good at anything without practicing it. If they would only let me. And then he tells us how to let him by taking me at my word. And that's number one. Number two, bringing me their problems. Number three, trusting me to undertake for them. What's that mean? He's our personal helper. He is the world's savior, but he is our personal savior. Amen again. This is dad Hagin again. Jesus said, tell your wife to be operated on, for she will live and not die. With those words he disappeared. Even though the doctors were greatly concerned about my wife's condition, Aretha and I had great joy through it all. Why? Because we knew the outcome in advance. God never intends us to not know the outcome. If we will take time to pray in the Spirit, the Spirit will show us things to come so that we always know the outcome by his word and by his Spirit that will reveal it. People would say, well, if Jesus appeared, why didn't he just go over and heal her so she didn't have to go through the operation? Don't dismiss yourself from that miracle. It might not have been the way others thought it should have happened, but this is the importance of following the Holy Ghost. How does he tell you to do it? Don't decide what you will or won't do. Look to the Holy Ghost, because he's always going to lead you in line with your measure of faith. He will never lead you beyond your measure of faith. The devil will try to guilt trip you into acting beyond your measure of faith, as though you should be further along. Others believe. Why don't you? You don't take counsel from someone who failed. Amen. Amen. Amen. That's right. Amen. Don't take counsel from fear. Don't take counsel from worry. Don't take counsel from pressure. All that's from the enemy. Because the Holy Spirit will always lead you in line with your measure of faith. And if you'll go with your measure of faith, you'll always succeed, even if it looks like a different route than you would have chosen. And one of the things, through the years of pastoring and ministering, I've had people come up to me and I would say, how are you doing? Tell me about what is going on with you. Well, Pastor Nancy, they say I need an operation, but I'm not gonna have it. Oh, okay. I said, why are you not gonna have it? I don't want it. Well, I don't blame you. I don't know of anybody who wants one. I don't know of anybody who wants one. But I said, I'm not asking you that. What do you have in your heart? Don't call what you want the leading of the Spirit. Because I'm sure that really that would have been nice if she would have not had to have that operation, just naturally speaking. But Jesus said. Jesus said, tell her to have the operation. There's where your success is, following what Jesus said, what the Holy Spirit said, there's your success. Well, Pastor Nancy, I wanted to believe God and not have to go through that. The Holy Ghost will never be a partner to something that is going to be a negative in your life. If he said, do it, you're safe. And don't let the devil Accuse you for not taking a different road. Because when you follow the Holy Ghost, you're on the best road for your life at that time. Why? Because the Holy Ghost is not going to lead you based on your measure of faith you want to have. He's not even going to lead you based on the measure of faith you had last year. He's going to lead you based on your measure of faith today. Today. Today. And anything he's involved in is a sacrifice, success. So just do what he says without you many mentally calculating and measuring and figuring it out. Amen. Success is his wisdom as Dr. Winston was talking to us about. Right? Amen. Then in I believe it's chapter seven of the same book when dad Hagin talks about the chapter entitled the Hospital Visitor where dad Hagin had been on the road preaching. And he slipped and fell and injured his arm. And they had to put him under to put some muscles and things back in place. Therefore, they kept him in the hospital to observe him. And the next day, after he had been there, he heard footsteps coming down the corridor. He walks, he looks up as he hears someone walking into his room. He thought it was a nurse. He looked up and it was Jesus walking in. Jesus walked over, pulled up a chair and sat next to his bed and talked to him for the next hour and a half. Amen. And he told him, he said, this did not happen because of me. He said, the devil did this. He said, it's not my will that this happened. But he said, but I permitted it because I needed to get your attention. He said, you're going the wrong direction. You have some things out of order in your spiritual life, basically. And he said, if I would have let you continue with things out of my will, he said, you'd have been dead by the time you're 55. So he said, I allowed. I permitted this, although I did not author it. And he said, to get your attention so you could get back into putting some things back in place in my will. Now, then Jesus told this to dad Hagin in that vision. He said, it is my will that none of my children ever be saved.
Pastor Chris
Sick.
Nancy Dufresne
Ever be operated on, or ever have accidents. But he said, but that his children didn't always live in his best. What's his best? Never be sick, never be operated on, never have accidents. But he said, very few live in my best because, number one, they don't know what belongs to them. Number two, if they do know what belongs to them, their faith isn't strong enough to lay hold of it. Number three. Or they're like he said to dad Hagin, or they're like you. They're in disobedience. Amen. The good thing is all three of these things are fixable.
Brother Terry
Amen.
Nancy Dufresne
They don't have to be your destiny, your future. Every one of them are fixable. So if we want to live in God's best, He's telling us what three things to emphasize in our life. Number one, know what belongs to you. Number two, have develop your faith so that you can lay hold of what belongs to you. Number three, obey him. Obey him. Amen.

Under the New Covenant as well as the Old Covenant, healing is conditional. And Jesus gave us these three conditions to it. Amen. The terms of the covenant have to be obeyed. I said the terms of the covenant have to be obeyed. There's a covenant, but every covenant has terms. Every contract you sign has terms. When you enter into any kind of business deal, there's terms. And if the terms are violated, there can be all kinds of difficulty at the violation of terms. There's terms to the New covenant. There's terms to be obeyed. Amen. I love something that Brother Copeland said. He said healing is not a reward. It's not a reward. It's a property that belongs to those who belong to Christ. It belongs to us. Therefore, we get out of this idea that when we face difficulty, well, God, I serve in my church. Healing's not a reward for serving. Well, God, I love you. Healing is not a reward for loving him. I pray healing is not a reward. And therefore, people many times will lay their faith aside when they think that someone who should have been rewarded with healing wasn't a loved one, a congregation member, somebody they know that they knew, prayed a lot, served a lot, and they didn't receive their healing. And they will doubt God because they thought that they should have been rewarded with healing because of their service. Healing is not a reward. It's a property. And when you find out it belongs to you in Christ and you develop your faith to lay hold of it and you walk in obedience to his word, that property can be enjoyed unhindered, but it's not a reward. Because people will get this idea. God, I've seen served you all these years. I can't believe you let this happen. It's not a reward. That's why people will be healed that you would have never healed, because it's not a reward. Well, God, they never come to church. Healing is not a reward for coming to church. God, they don't tithe healing is not a reward for tithing. Now, don't misunderstand me. If you will do these things, know what yours in Christ have faith enough, develop your faith to lay hold of what yours in Christ and walk in obedience, then your tithing works. But you can tithe and really not understand what belongs to you in Christ and still not receive the property that is yours because it's not a reward. I love when dad Hagin I love when he talked about to God, he said one day to God, I want to have it out with you. Well, see, that's the kind of fellowship that God enjoys. Somebody who is forthright and sincere and not playing games. And he was pastoring, and he said there was a little gal in his church. He said if she came once a quarter to church, he said that would have been a lot. And she didn't live that far from the church. And he said she would call and have. Well, really send one of her children to go. Have him to come. Have him to come to their house and pray because one of the kids would be sick. And he said, I would go over there doubting that she was gonna be healed, that the kids were gonna be healed because she didn't come to church, she didn't serve, she didn't tithe, she wasn't faithful. And he said without fail, her kids got healed. And he said, it baffled me. He said this had gone on time after time. And he said. And then he said he had some leading deacons in his church. They saw, they were faithful, they tithed. And he said when he'd go over to pray for their kids, they never got healed. Now, see, if you're treating healing like a reward that doesn't work, like some deserve it and some don't. Notice. Jesus didn't say anything to those blind men, what you been doing? He said, what do you want me to do for you? What do you want me to do for you? Assign me. That's what he was saying. Assign me. Assign my power. And so dad Hagin, this had happened several times between these two families ministering to their children. And he said to God, he says, I was studying, getting ready for my Sunday morning sermon on that Saturday. And he says, I was disturbed inwardly by this. And he said, God, I want to have it out. He says, I don't understand why this woman who doesn't do anything in the church for the church, shows no interest in spiritual things. And yet every time I go to minister to her children that are sick, they get healed. And then These, this deacon in his family, they never get healed. And God reminded him. He said, now think back, think back. He said, every time you've gone over there, where has to the woman who does not attend faithfully said, when you go to the house, what happens? He said, well, every time she runs out of the house and meets me when she sees me, why, she expects something. She expects something. And she will say, I know that I'm not much. I know that I'm not much of a Christian. I know that I have not been what I should. But I got to thinking, God loves those children and God doesn't want them sick. So she said, I just knew. I told Billy, come over and get the pastor. God will heal these babies. He said, one time she came out to the middle of the road to meet him. Why? She was expectant. Said, but then I thought about. I went over to the deacon's house. He said, I knocked. I went to the door that they normally use, and he said, I knocked. And he said they didn't answer. He said, I pulled out my pocket knife, hit it on the door. They still didn't answer. And he said, all of a sudden I heard footsteps and hollering. The wife came to the door and said, oh, it's you. He said, yeah, you sent such and such over here. Call me to come pray for your kids. And she said, well, she said, I told them, no, you send them for the pastor. We never get healed. See, you can do everything right in the church and do everything wrong in your faith. It's not a reward. It's not a reward. It's not a reward. Don't think because you do something for God, he owes you that mentality, trying to hold God in debt to you.
Pastor Craig
Yeah, that's not going to go.
Nancy Dufresne
It shows lack of understanding. And not only that, you open yourself up for offense when you think God did not meet a family member, didn't meet your need, didn't do something for your relative that you thought he should do because you do for him. Inheritance is not based on service, based on covenant. Think about the Syrophoenician woman, I love this woman. I love this Syrophoenician. No covenant. No covenant. She has no right based on. Jesus has not even come and preached to the Syrophoenicians at this point. He was sent to preach to the Jews. Of course, after he was raised from the dead, he sent his disciples now carry it. And it came through Cornelius, the open door to the Gentiles. Now the whole world could receive the message I love the Syrophoenician woman. She comes up to him, son of David, have mercy on me. And he ignores her. He ignores her. I love. You know, there's something about mamas that just. I'm getting mine. I'm getting mine. Even though if none of it's got my name on it, I'm getting mine. And I'll take yours if you don't take yours. You know, there are mommas that are like that. I can imagine living with a demon possessed girl, what that does. Now, my thought is this. She's living in the mother's house. How'd she get a demon in her mother's house? What's going on in her mother's house? That her daughter got a demon in her mother's house? Syrophoenician. They were known for their licentious living. So when she comes, she does not even bring up to Jesus her lifestyle. She just says, son of David, have mercy on me. He wouldn't even acknowledge her. Why, he's not son of David to her. She's not Jew. She's not in covenant. These are borrowed words she heard Jews call him. So she comes to him with borrowed words in her mouth, saying what she thinks she ought to say, and he ignores her. Listen, God is good. Is there ever a time he's not good? He's always good. Was Jesus being good to her by ignoring her? He was being good. But what some people call goodness is not really the kind of goodness that will get you help. He was being good to her. Why? He's not teaching her and training her to come with insincere words. She might have a sincere need, but the words need to express the sincerity of her heart and not just saying something that she thinks he wants to hear out of her. Yeah, Amen. So he doesn't answer her. She goes over to the disciples to try to get help. Now they're just real kind. Send her away. Jesus was not trying to send her away. That's not his goal, to send her away. So they said, jesus, send her away. She's bothering us. When you don't know much. Bother him. She didn't know much, but she knew to bother him and bother everybody around. Well, I don't quit. I don't quit. So after that, the disciples, of course, are displeased with her. And then she comes over back to Jesus. She makes a second approach. You know, if something's not right on the first landing of a plane, you make a second approach, circle around. That's exactly what she did. Her first approach didn't work. Borrowed words. Not Son of David to her. She makes a second approach and says she falls down and worships him and says, lord, help me. Ah, now we hear her words. Now we hear her instead of what she thinks he wants to hear. And when she says that, then he ministers to her. He starts engaging with her. And he said, it's not meet to take the children's bread and to cast it to dogs. What's he saying? Your lifestyle. You're not in line for this. You're not in line for this. Her lifestyle was not one of righteousness. It was not one of holiness. But she didn't think that that was a reason to disqualify her. Now, don't misunderstand me. I'm not saying unrighteous living is rewarded. I'm saying she did not dismiss herself from a miracle. So when he said, it's not meet or right to take the children's bread and to cast it to dogs, notice she didn't defend herself. She didn't get offended and say, how dare him call me a dog? She said, truth. He brought up her lifestyle, and she agreed. She didn't try to hide it. She didn't try. She didn't try to excuse it. Why? Because he didn't want her lifestyle to dismiss her either. He's trying to get her her miracle. He's trying to get her her miracle. And when she says, truth, Lord, she acknowledged, my lifestyle has not been what it ought to be. But she said, truth, Lord. But even the dogs, they get crumbs. What the children are careless with. She's saying, I'm not asking you to take what belongs to your children and give it to me. But what they're careless with, the crumbs that fall. Just give me what they're careless with and overlook. Give that portion of me. He said, oh, woman, great is your faith. Why? Because healing is not a reward. Yet once you receive. See, there's terms of the covenant. You have to meet the terms. Remember what Jesus told the man that had been raised up at the pool of Bethesda, found him later in the temple and said, go and sin no more, lest a worse thing come upon you. So once you receive, you have to hold fast by meeting the terms. Praise the Lord. Praise the Lord. Praise the Lord. When you're believing God for a miracle, you cannot consider those who didn't get what they thought they were believing for. It says over In Romans, chapter 4, verse 19, this whole passage, of course, we could take that Talks about Abraham. But when we look at Romans, chapter 4, verse 19, speaking of Abraham, it says, and being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body. He considered not his own body. He did not let his body's counsel dismiss him because your body would try to counsel you, try to give you input. He considered not his own body. Now dead when he was. What's that mean? Unable to produce the miracle when he was about 100 years old. Look at this. Neither yet. He didn't consider. Neither yet the deadness of Sarah's womb. What's that mean? He didn't consider his own body and he didn't consider the body of a family member. I will not let what somebody's the condition of them dismiss me from my miracle. Do not touch in your thought life those who did not you think receive because it will weaken your faith. When you're believing God for a miracle, you don't have any room except for what God says. You don't have room for what happened or didn't happen to someone else. Praise the Lord.
Congregation/Chorus
Hallelujah.
Nancy Dufresne
My husband, when he was a deacon in his church and he started out serving, he got born again on a Sunday morning. Morgan was referring to it. Billy Frazier invited him to church. For a year and a half they worked on the same construction job. And every week he asked Ed go to church with me. And Ed would colorfully decline him. But that didn't stop the Billy Frazier from asking. He kept asking and he kept asking and he kept asking. And finally after a year and a half of this, Ed said, if I go to church one time with you, would you leave me alone? He said, yeah, just go once, just go once. And so that once was all that's needed. And he got born again that morning. So he shows back up in church Sunday night and he's got his big white Catholic Bible. He said, you should have seen the looks on those full gospel people walking in with a big Catholic Bible. He said, they got me a paperback one real quick and handed it to me. And he said, I went up to the pastor after the Sunday night service and he said, I've served the devil all my life. And he said, but now I love Jesus, I want to serve him. What can I do for Jesus? And the pastor said, well, I don't have anyone to clean the toilets. And Ed said, that's me, do that. And so it started in the toilet cleaning ministry. Every ministry starts in a serving capacity. Every ministry, every five fold ministry starts in the serving capacity. And so he served cleaning the Toilets. Then he began cleaning the whole church. While one day he was cleaning the. Dusting the church and dusting the pews and dusting everything. He was dusting the pulpit. And as he was dusting the pulpit, a voice came out of it and said, you will one day stand behind this holy pulpit. And he thought the pastor had put a speaker in the pulpit somewhere, was playing a trick on him. So he gets in there and he looks at it, and he takes. Did everything he could. And he said he recognized that that was God speaking to him. Where did God find him to tell him his future while he's serving, not while people are at home trying to prepare for a big ministry. And then he went from that to being a door greeter. And I guarantee you, I can imagine Ed's energy. You got greeted. And then he went from that to being a deacon. And as he took the progression, you know what this really is? This serving is a progression in the anointing. And then that's when, at that time, God said, I want you to go to the Full Gospel Businessman's World Convention. And that healing anointing came in his right hand. And from then on, his ministry began in the fivefold capacity. But as he was serving as an usher, one morning in the church, they were receiving communion, and all the ushers would stand up with the elements, and they were lined up before the congregation holding the juice and holding the bread, and they're getting ready to distribute it. And Ed said, God, I don't even understand what this is about. And when he said that, he said, it was as though the ceiling of that building lifted off. And he said, I saw exactly what the prophet Isaiah saw. I saw Jesus on the cross. And he said, as he was hung there, he said, I saw words of sickness and disease flying through the air, and they would strike him, and his whole body would jolt and jar. And he said the words came slowly at first, and then they came faster and faster and faster. He said, so fast you couldn't read them. He said, words that I recognized and words I didn't recognize. And he said, I saw it. That what this is about was everything was laid on him. Everything was laid on him. I want you to know everything was laid on him. What do you want him to do for you? Amen. What do you want him to do for you? It's not a reward. It's a property that belongs to you because you belong to him and it belongs to the world. I remember Ed had the experience in October of 1999 of going to heaven. And when he did, he said. Jesus said in this last day era, he said, I'm going to heal people. You never would have healed. Why? Because it's not a reward. But as his children, we need to learn how to cooperate with him. Amen. Will all you help tonight? Thank God for the Word. What do you want him to do for you? He longs to do it. Remember what he told dad Hagin? I long to do for my children, if they would only let me. How about we're a room full of those who let him tonight.
Congregation/Chorus
Hallelujah.
Nancy Dufresne
Stand with me to your feet. Father, we thank you for your word. Some of these things may be newer to others than to some. Some of these things are familiar to us. We're acquainted with them, but they're not common to us. Amen. These things are precious to us. That we get to hear these things, receive of these things and know that Jesus paid such a price. Heaven paid such a price. Our Father paid such a price. And we honor that price. Amen. Jesus, we thank you. We glorify you, we magnify you. We thank you so much for all that you have made ours. We thank you, we thank you. We glorify you. Let's sing something.
Worship Leader
The glory is here yes, the glory Glory is here. I can sense his mighty presence in the very atmosphere. So whatever you may need, don't just reach out and receive and say it's mine. I take it now. Yes, the glory Glory is here yes, the glory is here. I can sense his mighty presence in the very. So whatever you may need, you just reach out and receive and satisfy. I take it.
Nancy Dufresne
Hallelujah. Now, I don't call this out by word of knowledge. I call this out because this is an endowment that God works through and flows through in our ministry, that those with heart conditions are healed. We see a lot of success with that. So if you have a heart condition tonight, high blood pressure, anything connected to your heart, come up here. We'll minister to you. Come up real quickly if that's you. Praise the Lord. And I say to those of you who are watching, release your faith. If that describes your need, release your faith. Cause you can receive right at the place where you're at. There is no distance in the realm of the spirit with God. I mean, the healing power is present right where you're at. Because the Holy Ghost is present. The healer is in you.
Congregation/Chorus
Hallelujah.
Nancy Dufresne
Praise the Lord. Praise the Lord. Now, as the congregation, it matters to us that these people receive what they need. Doesn't It. Amen. Pray one for another that you may be healed. Release your faith. Amen.
Congregation/Chorus
Hallelujah.
Nancy Dufresne
Release your faith with them. Hallelujah. Hallelujah.
Congregation/Chorus
Hallelujah.
Nancy Dufresne
And I'm gonna say this to those that are up here, but really there will be others that we'll minister to tonight so we can all say it. Amen. But close your eyes and let your heart agree with these words. Raise your hands to heaven is a sign that I yield myself. I respond, I receive. Say, when hands are laid on me, the healing power of God will go into my body. It'll drive out pain and symptoms, sickness and disease, and I shall be whole. And I receive belongs to me.
Congregation/Chorus
Hallelujah.
Nancy Dufresne
Congregation, reach your hands out this direction.
Congregation/Chorus
Hallelujah.
Nancy Dufresne
Go ahead.
Congregation/Chorus
Hallelujah. Hallelujah.
Worship Leader
The glory is here. Yes, the glory is here. I can sense his mighty presence in the very atmosphere. So whatever you say, angels, reach out and receive and save. Glory. Yes, the glory.
Nancy Dufresne
Is here.
Worship Leader
Yes, the glory is here. I can sense it's my depression.
Nancy Dufresne
In Jesus name the healing power of God into my body right now. Now. There it went in. There it went in. We thank you, Father. We thank you, Father. Father, I thank you that when this cloth is laid upon the body of that sick one, it'll drive out pain and symptoms, sickness and disease, and they shall behold. And if there's a presence of an evil spirit, it'll drive it out in Jesus name. Now, when hands are laid on you, listen to me. When hands are laid on you, healing always begins. Always, always. Power always flows. Always, always. Amen. So it always begins. Keep the switch of the faith turned on so that is consummated to where it comes into manifestation in the natural. And that can happen in a moment. Absolutely. But don't just think, well, I don't feel any different. No. Power began moving and operating and flowing and doing its work. Amen. Keep the switch of faith turned on to keep that power flowing. Amen, you say? Pastor Nancy, how do I keep the switch of faith turn on and say, it's working in me. It's working in me. I'm whole. I'm whole. I'm authorized to call myself whole because the power's moving. Not because the body changes, but because the power, the anointing, came. And it's the anointing that destroys the yoke. Once that anointing is ministered, I'm authorized to call myself whole.
Congregation/Chorus
Hallelujah.
Nancy Dufresne
Hallelujah. Anybody with metal rods, plates or screws, again, this is not by word of knowledge that I Call this out. This is by an endowment that God has given us to minister to those. And I'm not praying for you. I'm ministering that anointing to you. There's a difference. It's imparted to you. I'm not praying over you. There's a correct way when the Bible says pray for the sick, but I'm not praying for you. I am imparting that healing, that tangible healing. Anointing anybody, metal rods, plates or screws, because we'll go on to something else if no one in here has that need.
Congregation/Chorus
Hallelujah.
Nancy Dufresne
Come up here real quickly. Come up real quickly. Don't make me wait because we've got a lot of people to get to. So move with it.
Congregation/Chorus

Congregation/Chorus

What about you, sir?

Congregation/Chorus

Nancy Dufresne
Hallelujah.
Congregation/Chorus
Hallelujah. Hallelujah.
Nancy Dufresne
Aren't you glad to know that you get to leave the mental arena behind and you don't have to figure out anything? Isn't that there's nothing more tiring than trying to figure things out? How's God going to do it? When's God going to. No, it's our job to say thank you. Thank you, Father. That it's mine. It's mine. It's mine. It's mine. It's mine. It's mine. It's mine. It's mine.
Congregation/Chorus
Hallelujah.
Nancy Dufresne

Fall in this house. Fall and heal with the anointing, Father. The destroying anointing. The anointing that destroys cancer and AIDS and HIV and lupus and leukemia and every disease Covid, every disease that doctors have placed a Latin name on. I curse it now. It is the power of life. And death is in the tongue, says the scripture. I curse and speak death to disease, to sickness, by whatever name you're called. Die and get out of our bodies. In the name of Jesus and Father, by the same scripture I decree life, the Zoe life of God to the people of God to live and not die and declare the works of the Lord. Father. Those watching online, whether they're in a hotel room, a hospital, hospital room, the living room, the anointing. Go into them to heal and cure and make well that anointing, Father. Do the impossible. Make your miracle happen.

Episode: Campmeeting 2022 | Friday PM | Murrieta, CA
Speaker: Pastor Nancy Dufresne, Dufresne family, and guest ministers
Date: June 20, 2022
This episode, led by Pastor Nancy Dufresne during a Campmeeting, centers on the foundational, faith-filled message: Jesus not only heals, but He longs to heal. Exploring biblical healing, faith, and practical steps, Nancy encourages attendees to move beyond passive hope and into active expectation, “letting” Jesus bring His healing power into their lives. The evening combines scriptural teaching, faith-building stories, and hands-on ministry, all set within an atmosphere of worship and expectation for miracles.
"He wasn’t making them his goal...but that didn’t matter to them. They stopped Him in His divine progress." (01:14)
"Don’t think because you do something for God, He owes you. That mentality, trying to hold God in debt to you...shows lack of understanding." (35:47)
“What do you want Him to do for you? It’s not a reward. It’s a property that belongs to you, because you belong to Him and it belongs to the world.” (46:05)
“When hands are laid on me, the healing power of God will go into my body. It’ll drive out pain and symptoms, sickness and disease, and I shall be whole and receive what belongs to me.” (54:48)
“Don’t wait for your condition to be called out or addressed. By faith, you can receive the power of God for whatever need you have. What do you want Him to do for you?” (70:13)
“Anybody tell a difference, it’s working in you!” (92:42)
