Hi, I'm Nancy Dufresne. Welcome to our podcast channel. We know you'll be blessed by today's message. Well, are you happy in Jesus? Huh? Amen. Glory to God. You know, things aren't that bad. The enemy will sometimes tell you how bad you have it. You know, you. And especially if you'll take a couple of those thoughts, he'll just start really piling up on you. And he'll say, you know, this isn't going right, and this isn't going right. And you look in the mirror and he'll say, look at you. And he'll just talk about how things aren't going well. You should turn the tables on him, because just what's happening in Canada, in Mississauga this week is not going well for him. It's not a good week. It's not a good week for the kingdom of darkness. It's really bad. I mean, some really bad things are going down. And so just remind him, you know, when he starts telling you about how things aren't right with you and how things aren't working out. This isn't working out. Just say, can I remind you what's not working out? Anything you've ever planned, it's not working out. Amen. And it's the truth. And it's the truth. And when you do that and think about the fact that God said, I'll never leave you. I'll never forsake you. I will never fail you. Glory to God. It should make the corners of your lips rise and smile and be happy. Glory to God. Because whatever challenges you're facing, I'm telling you, they're nothing for the power of God. They are so minor. I mean, things can be fixed so quickly. If your perspective is as it should be, you might say, well, you're not going through what I'm going through. Well, you know what? Jesus was tempted in all points, in every way, like we were. Yet without sin, without doubt, without unbelief, without collapsing and crying, come on. He got the victory. You can have the victory. Because his victory, your victory. His victory is your victory. He knows what you're going through. He been through it. He been through it and he got through it. He got through it and got the victory for all of us. And now we're victorious. Glory to God. Now we got something to shout about. We got something to praise about. We got something to be happy about. Amen. And, you know, to be a sad Christian is really a pretty poor testimony. I'm not fussing at anybody I'm not just looking straight head down the aisle here. But a sad Christian is a poor testimony. Amen. And I've had to learn that, man. I tell you what, I look back at pictures of myself even after I was saved, which those pictures were far better than before I was saved. But, you know, I was just so inward focused and, you know, just look like I had the weight of the world on me. Glory to God. And now I have. Now I have somebody who I can cast all my care on because he cares for me. So I'm well cared for today. How are you? Well cared for. Well cared for. Glory to God. I have some things on my heart this morning I'd like to share a little bit different from our normal assignment and you know, our normal assignment to minister on prayer is not something I take at all lightly for one reason. God dealt with Pastor Nancy very, very supernaturally about that. What's more, he dealt with me about it separately before I knew we'd be involved in these meetings. And so we really treasure that and see the value in that and stick to it unless we're really led otherwise, but really feel led otherwise to share some things today as I was stirred last night during the service. How many were here last night? Were most of you here last night? There's a lot to get stirred about, wasn't there? And, you know, when Pastor Noel was sharing about the fire of God, I mean, that resonated. That resonated. And then Pastor Nancy was ministering and read, I might get these things out of order, you know, but she read that prophecy about the end times and about the move of God in the end times. And then different of the other ministers brought their part to all that. And I just felt. I just felt really compelled to bring my part to it today. If you'd receive me and if you'd receive it, what we say, this is a subject on which really I've majored. I'm not saying I know everything, but when you talk about the end time, what we call an end time revival, when you talk about a move of God or a move of the spirit, God was very clear to me many years ago. That was really somewhat of a lifetime call for me. And not just me, by no means just me, but not everybody's called to major on it. As a matter of fact, I'll just tell you this. I had to leave pastoring my church in the great city of Buffalo, New York. You ever heard of it? I had to leave my church to be able to focus on this Meaning God dealt with me to step out of that so I could give myself more fully to the assignment that he had for me. It wasn't because we didn't do okay there, we did okay there, but he just had other things. And so I've made it an area of study. Again, I don't know everything, but that's why we have a great cloud of witnesses here, because God gives parts to different people and. But I just want to speak to some things and really just put some. Maybe give some word to what was spoken last night or give some other scriptures so that what was spoken doesn't just fly away. You know what I'm saying? You can hear something and then you go on to the next thing and you kind of forget about what happened last time. But how many know that the Bible speaks in Hebrews of an anchor for our soul? And surely one of those things it's talking about would be the word of God that if you can get some scripture for some stuff, it can just drop anchor in you and you won't be moved from it. And so that's really what we want to do along these lines of what was being spoken about last night. Glory to God. So if you'd start with me in the first chapter of Proverbs, and I'm going to just go through some scripture here and probably pretty quickly, but that prophecy has never come to pass actually. But we'll. When I say I'll go through the scriptures pretty quickly, any of you ministers ever said, I'm just going to read this real quick and has it ever happened? It's never happened for me. Proverbs, the first chapter. Did I tell you that? Glory to God. Oh, I'm excited. I'm excited. Glory to God. I'm excited because I tasted this already today. In the 23rd verse, Proverbs 1:23, it says, Turn you at my reproof. That's a blessing. It didn't say take notes at my reproof, did it? Not that you didn't want to take notes, but didn't just say take notes. What did it say? Make a change. Make an adjustment. Right? And if you do that, what will happen? Behold. Look at this, friends. I will pour out my spirit on you. I think maybe a couple of you didn't get it, so I'm going to say it again. Turn, turn when it's time to turn. Turn when it's time to turn. And I'll pour out. God says, I will pour out out my spirit unto you. Glory. I'll Pour out my spirit unto you. God is a God who desires to pour. Pour. I'll invite you to go with me to the 44th chapter of Isaiah, because I'm such a blessing. Most of these are in order in your Bible, so we're not back and forth, back and forth. Hallelujah. Glory to God. Turn at my reproof and I will pour out. I will pour out my spirit unto you. I will pour out my spirit unto you. And then in Isaiah 44, in the third verse, he says, for I will pour. I just like those words. Does that sound good? I will pour water upon him who is thirsty. You'll find this, friends, that all throughout Scripture, when the Bible speaks of water in motion, water being poured, rain coming down, rivers moving. When the Bible speaks of water in motion, it's. Well, scholars would call it a type, but we would just call it a prophetic picture of the moving and the flowing of the Spirit of God. Amen. And when he talks about water pouring out water, well, that's symbolic of the outpouring of the Spirit. One of the reasons I know that is I just kept reading the verse, you know, if you just keep reading the verse. So I'll pour water on him that's thirsty. What if you're not thirsty? To quote an old TV show, no soup for you. How many know what I mean when I say no? Do you know what I mean when I say no soup for you? You won't raise your hands because you're in church. You're too holy. No soup for you if you ain't thirsty. Who's this for? Who's it for? It's for the thirsty. I came in here today, I was thirsty. I say that. I said, I need me. I need me a drink. And I like those flavored sparkling waters, the bubblies. And I. And I had took one sip of my bubbly and left it on the pastor's desk. Hope it doesn't leave a mark there. But I was thirsty. And when I'm thirsty, I got to have me. I got to have something to quench my thirst. Amen. Amen. So I'll pour water on him that's thirsty. And floods upon the dry ground. We talked yesterday about living full of the Spirit. And, you know, if you're really dry, remember the dry sponge? You know, you could get back to where you want to be one drop at a time, but you can also just experience a flood. I said, you can experience a flood and get there that way, too. Hallelujah. I'll pour Water on him who's thirsty. And floods. Floods. Floods upon the dry ground. Well, what if my ground isn't dry? You can still enjoy the flood. You can still enjoy the flood. I believe that we're in the days of flood stage. Amen. Where God's just not satisfied with the eyedropper flow. A little drip here, a little drop there, huh? Just a little bit, because that's all the folk can take. No, no, no, no, no, no. We're in the days of floods. Floods. You understand that the Bible speaks of a flood, doesn't it? And did that change anything? Oh, my goodness. That flood changed everything. I mean, the lands. When you have a flood and those waters recede and you see it when there's a weather event and places get flooded when those waters recede, nothing looks like it used to look like. And usually for the worse. But, you know, with God's flood. I say with God's flood, nothing will look like it used to look like. And you'll be better for it. You'll be better for it. Thank you for your help today. Glory to God. So I'll pour water upon him that I'll pour. I'll pour. I'll pour water upon him that is thirsty and floods upon the dry ground. And it says, I will pour my spirit upon your seed and my blessing upon your offspring. We heard from Pastor Lucketic last night. Was talking about how the young ones in his group of churches have experienced some outpouring. Glory to God. Well, if any of them are listening today, there's more for you. There's more for you. That's not all. But see, what's that? That's God's spirit being poured out on their seed and on our offspring. Amen. And, you know, sometimes it ends up going to the younger ones because the older ones don't want it. I'm not saying. I'm just saying. I'm just saying. You know what I'm saying? Sometimes the. Sometimes. Sometimes the older ones, they're like, nah, you know, I'm past this. I'm past this. I'll get back to y' all later. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I'll pour my spirit. I'll pour my spirit out. Listen, while you're in the neighborhood, really go to Ezekiel, not so much. Well, you know, if you're in the Old Testament, you're in the neighborhood of everything, right? Ezekiel. So Isaiah, Jeremiah, lamentations, Ezekiel, the 47th chapter. Hallelujah. Everybody say, I will pour. God's a God of outpouring. We heard about it last night. It's been prophesied. Why can I not find Ezekiel? There it is. There it is. We heard about it last night, that prophecy by Brother Hicks. Oh, my gosh. I mean, just like, detailed some things, right? And then all the different ones that have spoken prophetically, the major voices in the body of Christ, you know, that have spoken along these lines, glory to God. I believe it. Do you believe it? Yeah. But, you know, the Bible talks about a more sure word of prophecy. And so, yes, we believe the prophetic word, but we also must base it on the written word. We should have some word for any prophetic word. It should, at the very least, be aligned with the word, if not directly addressed. But, I mean, these things are just in the Word. They're in here. In here. At least they speak to me in here. So in the 47th chapter of Ezekiel, this was mentioned last night by. I forget who exactly, but it talks about a river. What does a river represent? A river can represent. Of course it would have. If it's talking about a river, it probably means a river. But it can also have a prophetic significance and be speaking of something either future or something spiritual. Amen. There can be more than one application. You know, it means what it originally would have meant in context here, but it can also be looking to the future, be speaking to something else, and have a future fulfillment. Amen. And this is talking about a river. Well, what do we know? The moving and flowing of waters is symbolic, represents the moving of the Holy Spirit. So in the first verse, it says, afterward, this is a vision the prophet was having, experiencing. And he said, afterward, he brought me again to the door of the house. Everybody say, the house. You're in the house today. You're in the house today. Glory to God. We call a church. We'll call it what? We'll call it the house of God. You know, we'll say, listen, don't bring your coffee. I don't know what the house rules are here, but we call them the house rules. Don't bring your coffee into the sanctuary. Right, Right. Why? This is the house of God. This is the house of God. We got to treat it right. Well, in the Old Testament, the house of God that this was talking about was actually the temple. In fact, other translations, that more modern translations, will actually say, the temple brought me to the temple. And in the New Testament, the body of Christ is the temple. And the temple gathers locally in what we call the local church. So when you see it talking about the house, think of the Body gathered in the local church. So it says. Afterwards, he brought me again to the door of the house. And behold, waters. What? Waters issued out from under the threshold of the house eastward. Friends, if you got water flowing out from your home, if you got water coming out of the threshold of your house, then don't even open the door. If you come on. If you come up to your house and there's water coming out the front door, just walk away. Just walk away. You don't want to go in there. Why? Because. What does it mean if the water's coming out? It means the house was full. Jesus. Jesus. Jesus. The house was full of water. You know, the move of God is headquartered in the local church, but it shouldn't be confined to the local church. Bless God. Needs to be flowing out. It needs to be flowing out. Amen. So pardon me for having fun. Hey. Hallelujah. So the water's Ish. Hey, hey. Okay. All right. I got too much to share. We gonna share this place Got off. Come on. Okay. All right. Yeah. Sorry. Not sorry. I'm gonna go get me that drink I was drinking. Thank you. Shoot. That's verse one. Yeah. Yeah. Thank you. May I? Okay. Oh, that's good. Afterward, he brought me again to the door of the house and. Ha ha ha. Oh, please help me read this. Please help me read this. Come on. I'm not. Oh, please help me read this. I really want to. Really, really, really, really, really, really, really want to read this. It's so good. Thank you for your help. Come, come help me. Come help me read this. Come help me read this. Please, please, please. Oh, Sam. Afterward, It's. It's. He. He. Broke. He broke. Broke. He broke. He broke. He broke. He brought me. He brought me again, again to the door of the house. And behold, waters issued out. From under the threshold of the house eastward. For the forefront of the house stood toward the east, and the waters of. Came down. Say it. The waters came down. Say it again. The waters came down from under. From under. From the right side of the house at the south side of the altar. It goes on to say, then he brought me out of the way. So the waters were flowing. The waters were flowing from the house of God. How many know they have to be flowing into the house of God if they're going to flow from the house of God? Amen. I mean, we've enjoyed some flow already this morning, if you haven't. I have. And. But it talks about this flow. And he said. Then he brought me out of the way of the Gate north led me about the way without to the utter gate. By the way that looks eastward, Behold, there ran out waters. There ran out waters and waters. I hope you're looking at this and seeing this. There ran out waters on the right side. And when the man that had the line in his hand went forth eastward, he measured a thousand cubits. And he brought me through the waters. Brought me through the waters. And the waters were to the ankles. I want you to notice that if you're going to progress in the flow of God and in the move of God, you have to make some movements, you have to go some places. You have to be willing to go some places. And I want you to notice that they didn't get there by themselves. It took a man who knew how to navigate the flow, did it not? It took a man who knew how to navigate the flow to lead him out. Somebody had to know the way. Amen. And verse four says, and again, he measured a thousand and brought me through the waters. And the waters were. We're to the knees. I'll tell you what, friends, we don't need to stop when we're our ankles splashing around. Now we just. We got our toes wet here today. If you want to know what we've done here today. We've got our toes wet, huh? We got our toes wet so far. And it feels good to get your toes wet, especially. Especially. You know, I grew up in South Florida. We had a swimming pool. I used that. You know, my hygiene wasn't great as a young man. I used that pool instead of a shower most of the time. You know, there's always a sign, like in the hotels, there's always a sign said, you need to get in the shower before you get in the pool. I was like, why do it twice? Ain't nothing I would do in the shower that I didn't. Okay, okay. But point is, we had a brick, a red brick patio around our pool. And I mean, when the sun. In South Florida, where I grew up, man, when the sun would be on that, my toes would bleed. Literally bleed. Because we didn't have sense, my brother and I, to not be on the pool. So we. Because we. And you don't just stay in the pool, you're out running around. We invented all kinds of games that we did and all kinds of stuff, but my toes would bleed. And so you cool off, you put. Put them back in the water because you get blisters from the heat. And then. So toes getting wet, ankles getting wet, feet getting wet. That feels Good. That feels good. But that's not all. That's not all. That's not all. You might say, well, I'm satisfied with that. Well, come here. Let me smack you in the head. Why does it have to be all about. Why is it all about you? Why is it all about you? Because how much of the move of God you participate in, how much of the move of God you receive affects other people who aren't in position to receive. And you've got to get wall to wall filled with the things of God so you can take it to others. That's the. The plan of God. That's the plan of God. And if I can get to it, I'll get to it. Hallelujah. So he measured a thousand. The waters were to the knees. Oh, man. You know when you're. When the waters are in your ankles, it's like you can just navigate. You can do whatever you want. It's almost like you're just having fun, but you can make all the movement in the flesh that you want. But water start rising and get up to your knees. You realize you're interacting with another substance. Amen. And then when waters rise again, we're going to see it goes to the waist. When that water gets up, all of a sudden, it's not just you. It's not just you. Amen. So it goes on to say, afterwards, he measured a thousand, brought me through. The waters were to the loins. And afterwards you've heard it. I know, but faith doesn't come by what you heard. Once upon a time, afterwards he measured a thousand. And it was a river, it was a river. It was a river that I could not. Passover. Too many folk are able to pass over. Ah, come on, opt out. Say, nah, I don't want that. I don't think I want that. I don't know that I like that. Way too quiet. Way too quiet. Shame on all of you. Way too quiet, way too quiet. I'll just pass over that. I just don't know. I just. I just skip that. Let's skip that. Nothing. It's not my preference. Nobody cares about your preference. To quote my favorite preacher, you're welcome. Did I kind of do it right? Kind of. Did it lay out? Ain't nobody asked you your preference. Has God ever said, are you okay with this? I'mma pour my. I'mma pour my spirit out. You're going to laugh like a hyena up there. Are you okay with that? You go, are you okay with that? He ain't ever Asked me. He ain't ever asked me. It was a river that I could pass over, for the waters were risen waters to swim in a river that could not be passed over. You know, the Bible talks about a quick work in the last days. That's how things get quick. You read accounts of a flood and there's like, man, before we could get out of the house, we didn't have time to get our wedding pictures. We didn't have time to gather anything. We had to move. Why? Because the waters rose. Smart Christians. Smart Christians know how to swim in this thing. Smart Christians know how to navigate. Smart Christians are prepared for flood stage. Amen. And you know, we usually stop there when we read this because, I mean, that part's so good. You know what I mean? That part's so good. But if you go down a couple verses, it says, Verse 9 says, it shall come to pass that everything that lives which moves wherever the rivers shall come shall live. Everything that this river touches will live. Amen. And there shall be a very great multitude of fish. Jesus said, follow me and I will make you fishers of men. You want to know how to do it? Get so full of the river of God. When the river is flowing, jump in. Learn to swim. That's how you learn to fish. There will be a very great multitude of fish because these waters shall come thither, for they shall be healed. There's healing in the river. I know we always want to jump right to the healing, and it's okay to just minister on healing, but I'm telling you, there's a connection. There's a connection to the flow of God and healing. Amen. Wish I could get a few more Amens, like maybe from over here. I just ask him, and everything shall live where the river goes. And we could read on. We could read on. But listen, for the sake of everybody. Go to Joel, chapter two. Joel, chapter two. Amen. My namesake. Joel, chapter two. Praise the Lord. How many are there? Amen. Verse 23. Well, verse 21 says, Fear not, O land, be glad and rejoice, for the Lord will do great things. Verse 23 says, Be glad then, you children of Zion, and rejoice in the Lord your God, for he has given you the former. Rain moderately. Do you see that? The former what? Rain. What is rain? Rain is made of what? Water. Water in motion represents what? The moving of the Spirit of God. Or in this case, we could say an outpouring. Because when it rains, we call it sometimes a down, a downpour. I will pour. I Will pour. So he's giving you the former rain moderately, but he'll cause to come down for you. The rain. The rain. Not just the appetizer, the main course. The rain. The rain. The former and the latter rain in the first month. And what will happen when that happens? The floors shall be full of wheat. When the threshing floors are full of wheat. What is that? That's the wheat harvest. That's the wheat harvest. The harvest is connected to the outpouring. The harvest doesn't happen without the outpouring. Jesus can't come back until there's a harvest reaped. The harvest can't be reaped without the outpouring. And the outpouring doesn't happen unless we go out further and go out further and go out further and follow him into the outpouring. The floors shall be full of wheat, and the fats or vats shall overflow, flow with wine and oil. Do you know that wine and oil and fire and wind are all symbols of the Holy Spirit? God in us. God upon us. God whose presence is with us. Amen. And it says, I'll restore to you. Goes on to say that. But in verse 28 it says, and it shall come to pass afterward that I will pour. I'm reading better than you're helping. I will pour. I will pour out. I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh. All flesh. This is huge. This is huge. This is not just talking about the children of Israel. This is talking about. Listen, God wasn't dealing with anybody but Israel in these days. You understand that? They were his people. But he says, all flesh. All flesh means flesh from all nations. I'll pour my spirit on all flesh. And your sons and your daughters shall prophesy. And your old man shall dream dreams. Your young men shall see visions. And also upon the ministry of helps. Yeah, yeah, yeah. The servants talked about that last night. To the servants and on the handmaids in those days. I will pour out my spirit. Pour out my spirit now. Yeah, yeah. I'm excited too. Go to Zechariah. Go to Zechariah. Second to last book in the Bible. Go to the. In the Old Testament. Rather, go to the 12th chapter of Zechariah. Hallelujah. Anybody receiving today? I'm a receiver. I'm a candidate for the outpouring of God. I don't know about you. I'm a candidate for it. Glory to God. We got folk in our country right now. We got folk who are political candidates. They're running for office. I'd be running from office. And, man, I just don't know. I just don't want much to do with all that. But. But. Praise God. What are you doing? I'm running from office. Thank you very much. Here's my sign in my yard. Seagull not available. Glory to God. Verse 10. Zechariah 12 said 12, 10. You look at it. Don't miss the first couple words. It says, and I will pour upon the house of David and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit. The spirit of grace and of supplications. You know, there's such a thing as the spirit of prayer. Amen. You can have an outpouring of prayer. Yes. And it says, and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and shall mourn for him as one mourns for his only son. Friends, do you understand? This was written about 500 some years before Jesus walked on the earth. And as somebody who was lost and raised Jewish and told that the only scriptures we have are the Old Testament scriptures, as somebody, which was me, that was me, can I encourage you to take this to any Jewish friend you have and say, these are your scriptures. Could you please tell me what this means? They shall look upon him whom they have pierced and mourn for him as an only son. What is it? Who could that be talking about? Who could that be talking about? Yeah, to ask your Jewish friends. I'm just saying it could enlighten them and then preach Jesus when they say, I don't know, who's that talking about? Tell them, tell them, tell them, tell them. But I'll pour out, I'll pour out my spirit. Praise the Lord. Well, we could go to Malachi where it talks about, I'll pour you out a blessing. I'll pour out. I'll pour out a blessing. Going to skip that, though, and go right to the Book of Acts, the second chapter of Acts, please. Because in the second chapter of Acts, there is an amazing event. And that event, if I can. If you can keep your attention for just a little bit more today, that event is the fulfillment of every one of the prophetic words that we read in Scripture today. Every one of those. Every one of those scriptures, Proverbs, Isaiah. Every time it says, I'll pour out, I'll pour out, I'll pour out. It was pointing to a particular day and a particular time. And it was fulfilled. It was fulfilled. And we see. We see it happen in verse one, Acts, chapter two. You're familiar with it, but it says, when the day of Pentecost was fully come. They were all with one accord, in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing, mighty wind. And it filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as a fire. And it sat upon each of them that pastor prophesied last night about the fire of God. Amen. The fire of God is symbolic of the spirit of God. You understand? All of these different symbols are different ways in which the Spirit manifests himself. Yes, he's the comforter. Yes. There's the still, small voice, but he can also take the form of fire. And he can sit on you and it'll feel like, oh, my Lord, something's burning within me. Something's burning within me. Hallelujah. The fire of God. The fire of God. Amen. Fire sat on each of them. What did you say, Pastor Noel? I don't know if you remember, but you were saying it's now. Is that what you were saying? The fire of God. It's now. It's for now. It's for now. It's for now. Yeah. God sits on people today. God sits on people today. Yeah, he does. It sat on each of them and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost began to speak with other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance. Now, that's not the only thing they did. This was like every manifestation of the Spirit at once. Yeah. Thank you, Father. Ha ha ha. I believe what he just told me. Ha ha. And I'll not tell you that right now. Yeah. Yes. Yes. Yes. Hallelujah. This was every manifestation of the Spirit. They didn't just speak in tongues because if you turn your page. Well, in my case, I have to turn my page. But there happened to be an event going on here on the day of Pentecost. Besides, the disciples gathered in the upper room. There was a Jewish ministers conference international. It was a missions conference. They were having a missions conference. There were delegates, right? There were delegates that said there were dwelling at Jerusalem. Jews, devout men of every nation under heaven, from all the nations just so happened to be in town. What a coincidence. Who could have thought? Right? And when this was noised abroad, or it says when they heard this noise, the multitude came together. So what they were doing in the upper room didn't stay in the upper room because something was loud enough. Now, I don't like loud just for the sake of loud. I don't like volume just for the sake of volume. But I like God filled sounds. And sometimes. Sometimes you got to get loud. Sometimes you get loud. So the multitude came together. They were confounded because every man heard them speak in his own language. And they were all amazed and marveled. Goes on to say some different things. But verse 12 says they were all amazed and were in doubt, saying to one another, what meaneth this? Others mocking, said, these men are full of new wine. Why did they say that? Why did they say that? You might say, because they were speaking different languages. Well, first of all, it doesn't say they were speaking different languages. Said they were speaking in other tongues. It said that they heard them all in their own language. I've heard people speak other language. I regularly interact with people who speak no English. Most of the time, they're Spanish speakers. Love them. And we figure out a way to communicate somehow. Google Translate. Hello. Right. But just because I have to use Google Translate with somebody to get my point across, I don't go away saying, they are drunk. Huh? Why would you say somebody's drunk? You have to be acting like a drunk person. How does a drunk. How does a drunk. How does a drunk person act? Huh? I'm just asking, how does a drunk person act? Huh? They have. Well, what do they do on the side of the road when they pull you over? Some of you know, what do they do? What do they do? They get out and they say, you see this line? And the drunk person says, I see no line. And they say, walk that line. And he said, no problem, ossifer. And he starts walking that line. He can't walk that line. And then the officer says, okay, count backwards from 10. Forget it. Forget it. He can't count backwards from 10. Why drunk? So saturated, so full, so overfilled, so flooded that their senses have been affected. Their physical senses have had to yield to the power that came on them. And so this is what happened that day. And there's all these people saying, what meaneth this? They weren't just. Wasn't just a comment. They were like, what's going on? What's going on? And Peter's. Peter said, I got this. And Andrew said, you can't even stand. And he said, no, no, no, I'm. And he makes his way out and motions to the crowd. I got you. I got your explanation. Here's what you need to know. And the spirit comes on him and he says, these are not drunk the way you think they are. They're not drunk as you suppose. The bars aren't even open yet. But he said, but this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel. The amplified translation says, this is the beginning of that. What is that? Here's what it is. It shall come to pass in the last days. Don't leave me now. Don't leave me now. It shall come to pass in the last days, says God, I will pour. I will pour out my spirit on all flesh. And your sons and your daughters shall prophesy. Your young men shall see visions and your old men shall dream dreams. Now you may be thinking, Brother Joel, you always end up on this. Well, not always, but as often as I'm supposed to, young men shall see visions. It may interest you to know, and there's a reason I tell you this, that the word young man in the Greek just means under 40. Under 40. That's what it means by young men. Old man. It doesn't necessarily quantify an age. But if young men is under 40, then old man is just anybody over 40 doesn't mean elderly, doesn't mean decrepit. Right. They'll dream dreams. They'll dream dreams. Now, I recently had a visitation. If I can share this and if you'd receive it from me. I recently had a visitation. Actually, I remember when it was because we were getting ready to fly out to California for the camp meeting in June. This would have been that weekend before that started. And I was asleep one night and I Woke up about 5am Used the restroom and then went back, got back in the bed. And when I got back in the bed, I dreamed a dream. And now I've given you plenty of word already to understand this. Now, in the dream, and I don't dream a lot, and I know the difference between just a dream you had where you say, oh, well, that was weird, that was interesting, and a God dream, and this was a God dream. But in this dream I was sitting in what looked to me just appeared to me. I would call it like a college dining hall, you know, on a college campus. Just seemed like a big place. People were eating, people were sitting around doing stuff. But I was off over in a corner and over in this corner there were some tables and there was a. Just a. A regular looking college kid, you know what I mean? Gym shorts, T shirt, regular college kid, messy hair, mustache looking college kid sitting there next to him was sitting Brother Hagin, Brother Kenneth Hagin in this dream. And then I was there in this dream. And the first thing I remember happened was Brother Hagin starts prophesying about the outpouring of God, you might say. What did he say? Well, I'm not entirely certain and here's why you Remember when Brother Hagin had the visitation where Jesus said, I'm going to teach you about the devil and demons. And you remember the enemy put out a smoke screen and then started making in this shrill voice going, yackety, yack, yack, yack, yackety, yack, yack, yak, yak. And Brother Hagin said, I wasn't hearing a word Jesus was saying. But then eventually he did, and he got. And the fact that he didn't hear anybody ever thought, like me, like, oh, my gosh, well, what did Jesus say that he didn't hear? Well, that's not important. How many know? The Lord is able to get it back to you when you need to. So there was actually a couple of piano keyboards sitting right there. And when Brother Hagin starts prophesying, and I could. I could hear enough to hear that he's prophesying about the. The end time move of God, and he keeps prophesying about the outpouring. But that keyboard started playing like a low drone note by itself. This is a dream. This is a dream. You know, it's a dream when that happens. And I couldn't hear what he's saying. And I was thinking to myself, in the dream, I sure hope somebody's writing this down, because I'm not getting it. And I'm sitting there trying to figure out. I mean, I've used keyboards all my life, but somehow when I get on a different one, I can't seem to find the volume button, even though they're all in the same place all the time, right? And so I'm sitting there trying to get the volume down on this thing, to shut it off so I can hear what Brother Hagin's prophesying. And I couldn't hear it, but I finally got it off. And when I got it off, I looked over to him and he kind of smiled because he knew I was fiddling with it. And when he did, he looked at me and he pointed at me and he said something that marked me. Preaching, prophesying about the outpouring of God. He looked at me and pointed to me. He said, joy is the poor. Joy is the poor. And that. And that. That was the dream. Now you might say, why did that happen to you? Well, part of my assignment, of course, I don't know the answer to that, but part of my assignment has always been to perpetuate his ministry. And he left us off at a certain spot. And besides that, I have, you know, like I said, I have an assignment, really, to the body of Christ. In these areas. And I had to stop and think about that because, you know, the outpouring of God, there's a lot of components involved. You know, you heard about them last night. We're talking about healings and we're talking about miracles and we're talking about all kinds of good stuff, right? And we're talking about this river. But listen, the entry point, the entry point to the outpouring of God, if it's anything, it's an outpouring of joy. God already demonstrated that here in this service earlier. That wasn't me putting on. You understand that? Ha. He already demonstrated that. But does the word agree, does the word agree now? I think many people, and I can totally understand this based on, Based on where you may have been and different perceptions. I think many believers have the idea that a flow of joy or an outpouring of joy is kind of a lighter. Kind of a lighter flow. You know what I mean? You can understand because the, how do I say it? The movement of God's spirit upon people's flesh, it's entertaining, is it not? I mean, it's kind of fun, right? Because when we leave here today, are you going to be saying, wow, what a message. Are you going to be saying, did you see what he looked like when he was laughing like that? Right. So there's an element of fun built into it. But I want us to get past the idea that that's a light, entry level flow. And here's why. Here's what I'm going to show you. We're talking about an outpouring of the spirit. And I'm closing up somehow, some way, a subject that never closes for me. We're talking about an outpouring of God's spirit. God's what? God's spirit, AKA God, the Holy Spirit. An outpouring of God's spirit is an outpouring of him. Him? Well, what do you mean him? The way we experience him is we experience his presence. His presence? Yes, yes. And do you know what Acts chapter three says? Do you want to look at Acts chapter three? Is it a big problem to turn the page? Go over there for me. Acts chapter 3. Ha ha ha. It says verse 19 says, repent not therefore and be converted that your sins may be blotted out when the times of refreshing, literally, in the Greek seasons of revival. Seasons of revival featuring what? The presence. The distinguishing feature in any move of God is his presence. You want to talk about the fire of God on you. What's that? What's that? It's his presence, his holy presence that can be interacted with and experienced tangibly. God's presence. Times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord. You talk about the oil, you talk about the wine. You talk about the wind, you talk about the rain. There's byproducts. Healing is a byproduct. Miracles are a byproduct, Meaning they're part of it, they come from it. But at its heart, it's his presence. Because all of those things operate when the anointing is there, which is the manifestation of his presence. And on the day of Pentecost, it was, among everything else, it was an outpouring of his presence. How do you know? I read the rest of Peter's sermon from the day of Pentecost. Go back there. On the day of Pentecost, he said, listen, this is. This is what was prophesied by Joel. This is the outpouring of the Spirit. And friends, when this happened on the day of Pentecost, it wasn't a one time fulfillment. It was a perpetual fulfillment. The outpouring of God was made available for all people for all times on the day of Pentecost. That's why we can get you filled with the Spirit and speaking in tongues in about 35 seconds if we need to. Yes, we can. But he goes on to say, peter does. He's giving support for what's happening, which is amazing because he didn't know enough not to deny Jesus two pages earlier. And now look at him. I mean, Scripture is pouring out of him, right? And he says in verse 25, so he quotes Joel too. But then he quotes 16th Psalm in verse 25, it says, for David speaks concerning him, I foresaw the Lord always before my face. He's on my right hand, that I should not be moved. Look at this. Therefore did my heart rejoice, and my tongue was glad. Anybody here? Is your tongue glad? Let me see it. My heart rejoiced. My tongue was glad. And in verse 28, still quoting the 16th Psalm, he said, you've made known to me the ways of life. You'll make me full of joy in your countenance. The actual 16th Psalm says this way in your presence. Wait a second, wait a second. The outpouring of God is. The outpouring of the Spirit is an outpouring of God, the Holy Spirit. That's an outpouring of God's presence. Seasons of revival come from the presence. But in his presence is fullness of joy. Joy is the poor, joy is the poor. Because the further you go in the presence of God, the more joy you experience. And I'm telling you, that's not just some light. Yippee, yippity, whatever. How do you do it? How do you do it when you. Yee haw. Student. I'll do it again. Yee haw. Yeah. Did you hear that? Do you hear that? That's good. Now that's a holy ghost. Yee haw. But it's not just a light thing. You can experience the depths of God. I mean, his fire and his rain. And you can be like the youth group. You can be marked for life by his presence. And you get in his presence and there is fullness of joy. That's why. That's why the outpouring of God is an outpouring of joy. And friends, we always trying to skip that part. We always listen. We trying to skip that part. Let's get to the miracles. Let's get to the people raised up. Listen, I want to get to all the goodies in Acts. How many know Acts chapter three. That man was raised up. Talked about him yesterday morning. But I've said it a million times. You've heard me. You can preach it with me. What happens before Acts chapter three. Acts chapter two. If you want to get to the miracles in Acts chapter three, you got to do Acts two. You got to do Acts two. Hey. Amen. So in conclusion. In conclusion, God's pouring. We're not waiting for the outpouring. We're not hoping and praying for the outpouring. We are in the last days revival. We're in the flow of God. We're in the times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord. The fire of God is falling now. Now. It's now. It's here. It's today. It's for us. The outpouring. The outpouring. And along with everything else, you will always have an outpouring of joy. Joy. I'm not talking about just stirring yourself up in the joy of the Lord. I'm talking about an outpouring, an outpouring of joy. Ha ha ha. Yeah. Yes. Yes. Yes. Can you give. Can you give God some praise? Can you thank him? Can you thank him? Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Ha. In this vibrant message, Joel Siegel explores the theme: “Joy is the Pour”—the idea that true revival and an outpouring of God’s Spirit is, at its heart, an outpouring of joy. Siegel draws from prophetic scripture, personal testimony, and supernatural encounters to encourage Christians to move beyond surface-level experiences and embrace the fullness of God’s presence, which inevitably brings deep, uncontainable joy. The teaching is rich with scripture, humor, and practical insights for experiencing and stewarding revival.
Joel Siegel’s style is enthusiastic, humorous, and packed with scriptural references. He combines deep theological insights with accessible analogies and gentle (sometimes playful) rebuke to encourage openness to the Holy Spirit’s move. His message is both celebratory and challenging, urging every believer to go deeper in God’s river and not settle for shallow waters.
Listen to this episode for an uplifting, faith-charging invitation to step into the river of God’s presence—and discover the joy that is always poured out at the heart of revival.
