Hi, I'm Nancy Dufresne. Welcome to our podcast channel. We know you'll be blessed by today's message. We learned last Sunday that faith is our what, title, deed and meaning to say. The only thing that you can see every day in your life is your title deed. Amen. Now we're going to learn why you seek God first tonight. And there are things that a blessing to us that the Bible said so. And you know, when we believe for our, we use our faith that God will supply our needs. You know, you can see that manifest in the natural realm. But there are things that belongs to us in Christ Jesus that you'll never see it in the natural realm. We look at the word of God tonight, but you can still enjoy it if we only understand what faith is, right? Amen. And so we're going to look at that tonight. It'll be a blessing to you. So let's read it again in the Amplified about faith. Verse 1. It says there now, faith is the assurance. That's one meaning of faith. The assurance, meaning to say it's the confirmation. So I just put it all together and when I'm studying it, the title deed, the assurance, the title deed of the things we hope for. So we need to hope first. And this hope right here is divine hope. This is not human hope. Because human hope is always empty. It's not sure that, you know, maybe I'll show up tomorrow, maybe I'll this, maybe that. I hope so, everything will be fine next week. I hope so. Those are human hope. It's not sure. Amen. It's not sure of the outcome, but divine hope, God cannot promise us a divine hope if it's not done yet. Because the Bible said he is not a man, that he should lie, right? Because man's hope, it can be truth, it can be a lie. It's not steadfast, it's not sure. But when God promises us his word, it's already done. He cannot promise us anything that is not done yet. It has to be finished for it to be a divine hope. Understand me now? That's why when you put your faith, you cannot put on your. You use your faith on something that is not done yet. Amen. So it says here, faith, it says here is the title deed of the things we hope for. Amen. So hope is very important. And many times, if we're not careful, we exchange faith to hope. We're just hoping. One day I go to church, you know, twice a week or whatever. I read my Bible and, oh, I'LL pray, whatever, you know, and hoping things will change. And sometimes we just exchange it to work. You know, I serve my church. There's nothing wrong with serving church. We ought to. But sometimes we exchange serving. Exchange it to our faith. To serving. But faith. Faith will never. Amen. But serving will never exchange. Amen. Our faith life for things. Divine hope. For it to come to pass, you got to use your faith. Amen. But you can't use your faith without divine hope. Amen. The only thing that will work in your life is the Word that is already in you. Right? You have to believe that word, that divine hope, to get it inside of you. That's the only word that matters. That's why there's a Holy Ghost that if we're studying the Word, he will highlight us a scripture. Right? What is he doing? He's giving to us a divine hope. Right? We learned that from dad Hagin. For 16 months he was bedridden. He stayed on Mark chapter 11 for 16 months. 16 months. Because that's what God highlighted into his life. Right? So you can see. You can. So we're going to study this because tonight I'm gonna teach you something. That there are things that you cannot see in the natural. Manifesting in the natural, but it belong to us. Amen. So it says here again I'm gonna read is the title deed of the things we hope for being the proof of things being the proof of things. Being the proof of things. Amen. Things we do not see. Proof of things. Faith is your proof. When you speak the word of God, watch what you say. Because that's the only fruit you can ever have in life. If there's nothing, if there's something else that you try to be a fruit to you, that then it's no longer faith. Amen. I cannot give the title deed for you. You have to do it yourself. You got to speak it yourself. And the primary action of faith is your confession. Amen. And you will understand it that it's very important that we hold fast to our confession or we hold fast to our title deed. We hold fast to our assurance. Right? We hold fast so when it escape your mouth from your heart. You watch that. That's your title deed. No matter what in the natural say. So I already have a proof. I already speak it. I already believe it in my heart. It's done. Amen. Hallelujah. It doesn't matter what I feel. And we gotta look at some men like Paul, who was put in the lowest and the lowest of life prisoners. But he never talk about that. He's a prisoner, right? He talked. He knows, you know, he was in prison bonds because of the gospel. But why is it that he's always full of joy? We're going to study this. That just joy. Just join. I mean, hallelujah. It's very important. Anything. Confessing the word. I'm just being honest with you. There's so much action of fighting. If we only understand that our words are so important that our word that we put in our heart. Amen. Hallelujah. Highlighted by the Holy Spirit to us. Amen. When we speak it out, it doesn't matter. Hallelujah. Amen. You just keep believing. Yeah, I already said it. I hold fast to my confession. I hold fast to my title deed. I hold fast to my proof. Amen. And we're gonna see in the word of God that if you want the fruit in the natural, it's no longer faith. Amen. If you're trying to get a fruit in the natural, the Bible call it unbelief. Anything that we put our faith or our title deed in the natural is not a faith. It's unbelief. Amen. So I like this. So it is the proof. Amen. Of things we do not see. And the conviction of their reality is so real. Oh, praise the Lord. Amen. It's not really that hard. You take the word of God, whatever you. You know, my wife was mentioning to us that even Pastor Nancy, start your day worshiping. Your day worshiping. Now we're going to see that why that is so important. Amen. So it says here, faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses. Anything that's revealed to the senses, that's no longer faith. Amen. Hallelujah. By his stripes, I'm healed. I don't care what I feel. I don't have to feel anything. It come out of my mouth. Amen. It doesn't matter if all the symptom is all over me. I just said I'm healed. By his stripes, I'm healed. That's my proof. Amen. That's my proof. That's my title deed, not what I feel. Amen. Praise God. So let's look at this. And the Bible said in 11, chapter 11, it says here, verse six. But without faith, it is impossible to please God, to please and be satisfactory to him. For whoever would come near to God must necessarily believe that God exists and that he is the rewarder of those who earnestly and diligently seek him. Okay, so I'm going to start. I'm going to. Amen. We're gonna study tonight by faith. Amen. That we are from above. We are from above. The only proof that we have that we are from above. You cannot even see it. Amen. Sometimes we bypass those scriptures, but those scriptures are important, you know. When you seek first the kingdom, what does it mean, you seek first from above. You always start your day above, end your day above. Amen. We're going to look at it. And that's why our faith is so important. Because you cannot see in the natural that your life is above. The only way that you know that you're from above because you said so. You believe in your heart because the Bible said, Amen. Praise God. And if we're lazy saying that if we understand the word of God, we're gonna enjoy living from above and staying from above. Hallelujah. If we understand the importance of our title deed. The proof. The proof. When it escaped from your heart, your mouth. That's the only proof that you are looking for. Period. Amen. How do you know Any one of you born again? Can I see your hand? Born again. How do you know? Can you see it? Can you see it? How do you know you're born again? I can't see it. I cannot see my spirit. Well, I'm a child of God. How do you know? Right. What is your proof? Your faith. That's the only title deed that you know. You're born again because the word of God said that if you believe that Jesus. Amen. That receive him as your Lord and Savior, that God has raised him from the dead. Well, if you believe that, how can you believe? We've never been. Two thousand years ago, when God raised him from the dead, nobody even saw because he's in hell. The power of God went to hell and raised him up from the dead. He didn't stop there. Amen. He went all the way and seated him at the right hand of the Father. Now, what is our proof? We cannot see it in the natural. We're not even there. Even the people that were there at the time. Amen. Nobody saw that. Nobody. Nobody. Even today, we cannot see it in the natural. Those things will happen. Amen. Everyone. You lead to the Lord. You cannot see that they're born again. How do you know they got born again? You watch their lips. You lead them to the Lord. You lead them to their confession of. Oh, now you're born again, brother. You're my brother now. Oh, my God. We are rejoicing. Why rejoicing? In what that brother or that sister said, we're rejoicing on the proof faith, that title deed. And after that we can stop on many things. But we're not going to do that tonight. We're going to study. Amen. How important you start your day from above and you have to do it by faith. Amen. One thing good with that is every one of us is equal in Christ Jesus. You are not less than blessed because somebody or your brother or your sister has more things, natural things in life. God, never look at how many, how much natural things were in life. Don't see yourself as unsuccessful because you barely can pay your bills. You understand? You look at the word of God. My God shall supply all my need. God is more. I'm just saying, hallelujah. More pleased or somebody that barely making it, but keeps saying, father, you're my supply than somebody that is your brother or sister who could care less about the world because they're busy making money. Making money. A lot of money doesn't please God. Only faith can please God. So don't belittle yourself. Amen. Hallelujah. Praise God. Our blessing is in Christ. Of course, things in life will come, just like my wife was ministering. He said, if you seek first the kingdom, what is the kingdom? It's from above. It's from above. If you seek that, things will be added to you. Which is what are those things from below? Anything that is earthly things is not greater than who you are in Christ. Never compare yourself, never get jealous on somebody, never tell God, Lord, they have more than I. What I have never said that. He already have blessed you with spiritual blessings. Your blessing is from above. Everything else from below will obey. Start today. See yourself from above. Amen. Let me see in Acts, chapter nine. And we'll look at that. This is where I like this, because I like this scripture. Because you know, this is where you know Paul on the way to. Let's read the whole thing so I don't have to Paraphrase it. Verse 1. And Saul, yet breathing out threatenings and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord, went into the high priest, decide of him letters to Damascus, to the synagogues, that if he found any of this way, whether they were men or women, he might bring them bound into Jerusalem. This is Saul. This is Paul before he got to know Jesus. Right? And verse three. As he journeyed, he came near Damascus. And suddenly, oh, I like how God moved. And suddenly there shine round about him a light from heaven. See heaven. There's no darkness in heaven. It's always light. Amen. And he fell to the earth and heard a voice saying unto him, saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? Amen. Now, notice here, he's not persecuting Jesus personally. He's persecuting the church. Now, if Jesus himself is identifying himself to the church, how much more we do. He identified himself. Paul was persecuting the church, but he said, you're persecuting me. He takes it personally. If Jesus. If Jesus is blessed. Amen. To say those things. Amen. Hallelujah. To put himself equal to the church, how much more we do. We have the same life in nature as him. He gave us the right to become children of God. I don't see that. I don't see myself as a child to the Father, but I worship him just like you do. That's what you call faith. That's why worship is always high above. When you worship God, you go from above. You identify yourself that your Father in heaven is your father. The same Father that Jesus Christ. Yes, even Jesus. The Lord Jesus Christ said the same love that the Father had. Loved me. He loved you. That's faith. Don't feel sorry for yourself. How can you feel sorry if your father loves you? The Heavenly Father? You just keep saying, well. Well, you might feel unloved, you know, but this is not my title deed. My title did this. My father loves me the same way he loved my Lord Jesus. Wow. Glory. You get your joy, man. Yeah, that's my proof. Devil, get out of here. This is my title deed. This is the proof that I have escaped out my mouth. Sorry, you're too late. I'm not saying you say sorry to him. I mean, that's your authority. That's your title. Title deed. He's after our title deed. He's after our faith. Amen. Hallelujah. Now we know that the Word of God said in Hebrews chapter four, Hebrews, chapter six, that hope is divine. Hope is the anchor to our soul. See, that's the problem. We don't keep the word of God in our mind. That's why I believe, you know. You know what anchor means. You know, as a ship, you know, when you anchor, that doesn't matter how the wave. The wave flows. It's anchored. Can't move it. Right? Can't move it. That's how the word in our mind, the divine hope. The divine hope. My Father loves me. And not only in your heart, but you think of that. You anchor your thought, your mind, your soul with that. That's what the devil Do. He will try to take away that anchor, right? That's why I believe. Book of James said, when you ask wisdom, ask in faith. If not, you know, you be a. You'll be a man wavering, being tossed. Why? Because the mind is not anchored. That divine hope. When you put your faith, when you ask the wisdom of God, you stay with it. Christ in me. Wisdom. I know what to do in this situation. The knowing of God. The knowledge of God. Hallelujah. I got it in me. I cannot see it, but I know the spirit of seeing and knowing, which is in me. According to the word of God. I have the wisdom of God. I have the wisdom from above. I know what to do. It may not be overnight, but anchor your mind to it. Do not worry. Do not worry. Because why? Because you already have your soul anchored in the word, you know, so you cannot be tossed and. Oh, like with the wind, right? Because it's anchored. That's what James said. Receive with meekness the engrafted word of God that's able to save your what? Soul. So when you receive revelation from God. Amen. Given by the Holy Spirit, when you spend time with the Holy Ghost, that's why we pray much in the Spirit, not only will be full of the word of God, and not only will be full of the Spirit, we will be full of the divine. Amen. The divine wisdom of the Holy Ghost. You read the Bible, man is like, whoa, open page. He's just revealing to you his word. Hallelujah. Amen. And you put your mind in anchor. My God shall supply all my needs. I mean, I'm telling you, things will show up no matter what. Because the devil may try more situation, but you're too late. Hallelujah. Well, the Bible said, count it all joy. Why? Joy is from above. It doesn't come from below. It's in us. But it came from above. All good things come from above, right? Hallelujah. And comes down from whom? From the Father of light. Whoo. Glory. Hallelujah. Amen. Praise God. Never seek the natural, because the natural is below. Natural things are below. Always start from above. Don't start in the middle. How many will pray in the name of Jesus? I need this, I need money. I need this, I need that. Because their mind is so much on worrying about the things and. And they keep asking and they keep praying from below. That's how you pray. You go up there first. Amen. Hallelujah. That's why when you look at some scriptures in the Old Testament, sometimes the prophet will say, go up to the mountain. It's not about the mountain because they cannot understand being from above. The only thing that the prophet can, only because it types in shadow, it's that a mountain is high. But they have no revelation that we are from above in Christ Jesus. That's why sometimes you see that get up in the mountain. Well, I don't know. There's no mountain here. But what I'm saying is Amen. The prophets sometimes see that believers are from above. They're seeing in the future. Okay, so let's root praise God. Let's look at some scripture here. Verse 4 again. And he fell on the earth, right? And heard the voice saying in verse four unto him, soul, soul, why persecutest thou me? And he said, who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus, whom thou persecutest. It is hard for thee to kick against the pricks. Now notice here if Jesus Amen is confident enough, right, to identify himself to us. Man that blessed me, he see himself in me. He see himself. Is that what he said? You're persecuting me, right? He persecuted the church. He persecuted. Paul was persecuting the church. He's going after the church. But he said, you're persecuting me. But now, by faith, if I see that, I'm gonna look up who I am in Christ, what he made me. Because that's the first revelation that Paul received, right? That's the first one. Right. He never heard from Jesus before, but he changed his life. It became his main revelation, main ministry. Amen. So we're going to look at the revelation that the Lord Jesus Christ have given to Paul. Oh, praise the Lord. So turn your Bible to Ephesians, chapter two. Oh, glory. Amen. Praise God. Now, for the sake of time here, let's just read verse four, okay? Talks about the condition of our spirit before we got born again and after we got born again. Now here in verse four. But God, who is rich in mercy for his great love, wherewith he loved us, past tense, even when we dared in sins, right? Had quickened us, quicken us together with what? With Christ. That's what Paul. The Lord Jesus Christ revealed to Paul. With Christ. With Christ. By grace. You are saved right? Now, how do you know? How do you know we're quickened? You can't see it. What is our proof? What is our title, deed our faith? I'm quickened together with him. That's it. I know it. That's my fruit. I don't have to see it. I don't have to feel it. I just believe it in my heart that I'm quickened with him. He loves me. When I'm still a sinner. Why condemn myself today? And he already loved me. He already died for me. Amen. Before I even became a Christian. Now we're a Christian and we live. So I don't know what my life is. I feel sorry for myself, you know I've done wrong. Well, he loves you. Before you even become his child, he still loves you. He'll never change. He already loved. You cannot change him. He already loved. It's finished. Nobody can change that. Nobody can change the mind of God. All we have to do, use our faith in agreement with what he said. You just take it as your own. Praise God forevermore. Now look at this. I'm not finished yet. Because the scripture is not done yet. Let's read the whole thing in verse six. Oh, I like this verse six. And hath raised a what? Raise. Hallelujah. Raise us. What? Say that again. Say, I can't hear you. May not change your life. Think about it. Are you up or you're down? Can you see that you're up? No, but the Bible said so. So I'm gonna put my faith. That's divine hope. Now I'm gonna put my faith on that word, right? So where do you start? Where do you start in life? Where are you? Where are you from, Brother money? Where's your supply coming from? There you go. Just that word, one word will change your life. You can't see it in the natural. Every day you can see it. The only proof that you have entitled deed. Proof of things you cannot see because you can never, will never see it in the natural. Thank God for divine faith that we can release our faith. I'm from above. I'm up together with him, seated with him. Hallelujah. I don't have to feel it. I don't have to see it. I just know it in the word that I'm together with him. Amen. I can get joy like Paul did because he always think about who he is from above. You put him in prison, he's still joyful because he never looked at his prison. Because prison is the way, way, way below. But his faith keep him from above. Well, yeah, yeah, yeah. Well, you just don't know. Pastor, my car really, you know, barely run. Well, you keep saying you're from above. He'll give you something better than a car running. Because he add that word to you. Because he loves you. When he loves you and you put your Faith to it. He'll reward you. Yeah, well, creditors are calling. Who cares? I'm calling on God. My divine hope said, my God, my God shall supply all, all. He said, all, man. That's the highest and the best, but we take it lightly. Amen. The devil tell you, well, you're getting behind and behind, devil. I have a supply. I have a supply. You hear it? The Father in heaven is hearing it. Amen. Lord Jesus is hearing it. The Holy Ghost is hearing my faith. The angels are hearing my faith. And you, devil, in your cohorts are hearing it right now. You cannot put me down. I'm from above. My supply is from above. And it's coming to pass because God didn't promise me anything that he will not fulfill as long I stand on my title deed, which is faith. You can't see it. You cannot see from above. That's why sometimes we pass that by because we wanted something we can see. I rather, if we're not careful, we rather believe for a new car, a new house than believe that we are from above because we wanted something that will come in the natural and said, oh, my God, my faith, man. You know, I'm believing God for money. The money comes, wow. And we're rejoicing because it is. But when it comes from above you, the things that you cannot see, the only proof that you have that you're from above is your faith, nothing else. That's the only title deed you have. Amen. Hallelujah. Yes, Lord. I hear that, Lord. Hallelujah. Somebody is being healed right now of pain. How do you know? I heard it, just said it by faith. Amen. I'm not the healer. He is. But I heard from above. I heard the wisdom of God said somebody is being healed of pain. Hallelujah. Amen. Anyone here? You have a pain in your body. Amen. You do, sis. You have pain. Where's that pain? Well, praise God. God said you're healed. Amen. Praise God. I'm not trying to help you check your body, but that pain will leave your body now because I said so. You believe it. You say so. Pain will leave my body now. Say it. Faith. Amen. Leave my body now. Amen. That's your title deed. Hallelujah. Amen. If you act on it. Praise God. You know? Yeah. Where's that pain? It's gone. Well, why is it gone? Because you say so. You have your title deed. Same thing with the need. They'll obey you. They'll obey your faith. They'll obey because you have a Title deed there. Anybody else that has pain? Amen. You have pain? Grab sis, please. Where's that pain? Your foot? Well, we speak to that pain in Jesus name. Yeah. Amen. Leave your body now in Jesus name, right? Yeah. We're not looking at if you have still pain or not. We live escape our mouth in the name of Jesus. Well, praise God. God is demonstrating his word. Amen. In our faith in the word of God. Hallelujah. Amen. Is it painful when you walk? Is that how it is? Yeah. So how is it now? Gone. Oh, praise the Lord. I didn't do anything to you. Yeah. What happened? Faith. Your faith works. It's from above. Your faith is from above. Amen. Hallelujah. Are you up or you're down? Up. Up. Together with him. Wow. Hallelujah. Anybody else? Because pain is from above, from below. It's the flesh. You feel it. It's from below. But when you say in the name of Jesus, you put your the authority of the word from above over the one that's from below. What the below has to obey. What is from AB. What did pastor say? Start your day in the spirit which is above and your day which is in the spirit. When you worship God, is that from below or from above? When you join the Holy Ghost, is that from below or from above? So when you join the Holy Ghost, my God, Hallelujah. Count it on joy when you fall into diverse tests and trial. Where is test and trial from below? If you put your joy in those tests and trial, those tests and trial cannot stand. Might not be overnight. But keep yourself from above. Seek you first the kingdom of God from above. Right. Amen. One more scripture and I'm gonna end with this one more scripture and Colossians, chapter three. Oh, I like Colossians, chapter three. Amen. Colossians, chapter three. Amen. Right. Verse one. Let's read it. Verse one. If you then be risen with Christ. Not only risen, he went the Holy Ghost. Take him all the way to the right hand of the Father. Right. If you then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are what? Where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. So what are you gonna do? Put your faith to it? Your title deed. I'm from above. I'm seated with you. I'm seated. Hallelujah. In Christ. I'm seated. Oh, my. Hallelujah. I don't know about you, but that word, man. Hallelujah. Set your affections, verse 2. Affection on things above, not on things on the earth. Because the earth things are below. For you are dead and your life is hid with Christ in God. That's where your life is. That's your divine hope. You can see it. The only proof that you are seated with him, that we are all seated with him, is our faith. That's the only proof of the things we cannot see. That's the only title deed that we know. If you believe it and escape your mouth, that's it, man. That's it. It's over. What I mean to say is I hold on to that. I will anchor my mind to who I am in Christ. Anchor it. And the only way you can anchor it is you keep your mouth speaking it every day of your life. You hallelujah day in and day out, daily. And you keep worshiping God. Keep fellowshipping with God, with the Word, my God. Hallelujah. Amen. Amen. Praise God. Hallelujah. Amen. We trust you've enjoyed this message. Episode: Seeking That Which Is Above | Noel Ramos | World Harvest Church | Murrieta, CA
Date: July 24, 2020
Guest Speaker: Noel Ramos
In this spiritually-charged message, guest minister Noel Ramos delves into the biblical concept of “seeking that which is above.” Drawing from the letters of Paul and his own faith journey, Ramos unpacks the role of faith, divine hope, and the believer’s position "above" rather than "below" in Christ. The episode is a passionate exhortation to live anchored in what God says, not what we feel or see, and to hold fast to our confession—the “title deed” of our faith.
Faith as Title Deed: Faith is described as the “assurance,” the “confirmation,” and the “title deed” of things hoped for—especially those things not visible in the natural realm.
Quote: “Faith is your proof. When you speak the word of God, watch what you say. Because that's the only fruit you can ever have in life.” (08:40)
Divine vs. Human Hope:
Confession as the Primary Action: Speaking God’s word and holding fast to what comes from the heart is foundational.
Our Position in Christ: Believers are “from above,” seated with Christ, and should live and pray from this position rather than from earthly lack or worry.
Never Compare or Feel Less:
The Proof is in Your Faith:
Hope as Anchor: Divine hope—anchored in God’s word—stabilizes the soul.
Resisting the Devil’s Attacks: The mind must remain anchored to God’s promises, resisting fear, anxiety, and wavering.
Faith Over Pain and Need:
All Provision is Spiritual First: Believers should first see themselves supplied and favored by God, which produces natural provision in time.
Starting and Ending “Above”: Worship and daily fellowship are practices that keep the believer living “from above.”
Joy as a Fruit of “Above”:
"He [God] cannot promise us anything that is not done yet. It has to be finished for it to be a divine hope." – Noel Ramos (02:23)
“The only word that matters—that’s why there’s a Holy Ghost, that if we're studying the Word, he will highlight us a scripture. What is he doing? He's giving us a divine hope.” (05:50)
“How do you know you’re born again? I can’t see it. I cannot see my spirit...” (19:06)
“What is your proof? Your faith. That’s the only title deed that you know.”
“Always start from above. Don’t start in the middle...You go up there first.” (50:00)
“He takes it personally. If Jesus is blessed to say those things—to put himself equal to the church—how much more we do. We have the same life in nature as him.” (32:00)
“You anchor your thought, your mind, your soul with that...the devil will try to take away that anchor.” (41:00)
“Anybody else? Because pain is from below. It’s the flesh. But when you say in the name of Jesus, you put the authority of the word from above over the one that’s from below.” (01:06:30)
Begin every day anchored in faith and “from above.” Don’t let the natural world or circumstances set your mindset or speak your reality. Let your words, rooted in the word of God, be your title deed—your unshakeable proof of who you are and what you possess in Christ.
