So we'll get into it right now because that's actually a question that Melissa had. She said, can you talk about your tri appetite journey? So we'll kick it off with that. So first and foremost, I never in my life thought I would hear or see E. News quote me saying that I shit my brains out. And I mean logs, baby. That was in quotations. I love you guys at Entertainment Tonight for quoting that because one, that is hilarious. And two, the only thing that people ever hear from me in the tabloids is how I wear diapers and shit myself. So I'm never going to have a. I'm never going to be a sex symbol anymore.

I used to be a sex symbol. What happened?

I don't know.

[Haley]

I don't know. So, okay, let's. I'll take you guys on my journey because I'm about two weeks in now on the shot.

Is it. I feel you're more.

I took it September 29th and now we're a little over two weeks. So I took the shot and I felt fine until about 11:00 at night. And then that's when I all of a sudden felt like I was gonna projectile vomit. We were in the middle of doing like Halloween looks and I was like, oh my God, I'm going to be so sick. And when I tell you guys I micro dosed this, so everybody wants to know why I'm taking Trizepe and I'm going to tell you why it is because one, I'm not taking it for weight loss. I would love to have about £10 off of me, but I'm taking it for the inflammation and to regulate my hormones because I believe I have pcos. I also have endometriosis. So I'm doing it for like hormone health, I'm doing it for the inflammation, all that jazz. So when I took it, I microdosed it. My first time taking it, I took like 7 units, which is like 0.07.

It was a little bit.

[Haley]

It was the tiniest bit. And I'm so thankful that I did that because this sent me for a ride, dude. And I'm still feeling it.

You're not well for a while, bro.

[Haley]

I'm telling you. I'm telling you. So if you guys think about taking this, if you're super sensitive to things like I am and I don't even want to take, like, aspirin when I'm, you know, not feeling good. So I don't have anything in my system. I'm literally like, just raw dog in life over here. So I take the shot, start feeling like I'm going to projectile vomit. That night I ate some watermelon, felt better. But then I started getting fucking hot flashes and I was just like, bro, this is, like, terrible. So I went and laid down, went to sleep that night. Got the best sleep of my life, though. On Tri Zeppe, I had. I have been getting, like, eight hours of sleep, and it has been so great. Yeah. So good. Does it do that for you?

I don't know if I see a difference.

You've always freaking just got good sleep. I don't.

I don't. I don't. And so I've been sleeping, like, eight hours a day, eight hours a night. Like, it's so good. So it has. That is one positive that it has showed me. But the next few days after that, I would wake up and feel like I'm hypoglycemic. Like, I would feel like, such bad, like, low blood sugar. But I bought. Bought one of those kits and I would take my blood sugar and my blood sugar was finally lower than what it was supposed to be. So I have what's called the dawn phenomenon, and it's where your cortisol levels and your blood sugar raise at night. So every morning that I wake up, my blood Sugar is over 100 and it's supposed to be under. So this was the first time I've ever had that low of blood sugar of like 98 or like 97. So it wasn't. I wasn't hypoglycemic. My blood sugar was just finally where it was supposed to be. And I don't think. Yeah. And I don't know, but I hate the way I feel. Like, it's terrible. Yeah, it's. But is it because I've been running on high blood sugar for that long, you know, So I just would pound coconut waters in the morning, pound some waters, and it would go away. And I would feel better if I eat anything that has, like, coconut sugar in it, because I don't eat sugar. I haven't eaten sugar for two years. It makes me physically ill. Like, I cannot, like, it makes me get jitters, and it makes me, like, have anxiety stomach, and it's the worst. So I've. I've backed off of anything that has coconut sugar in it. Day five, I'm still getting hot flashes, all that stuff. Day five, I wake up and I think I'm going to have to go to the hospital. Like, I'm so sick. And by this time, I had diarrhea for days. So I think what had happened was my electrolytes and I was dehydrated was so bad. Luckily, we have a nurse on tour with us, Bobbi. And she came in, she gave me two IV bags and some magnesium, and I felt like a new woman. So that right there showed me that I was, like, severely dehydrated. And after that, I was fine. After I got those two bags, I felt better and I was fine. And then I got home yesterday and I drank one of my. My smoothies that I always drink. And I think all the sugar from the natural sugar from the fruit made me sick again. So all day yesterday, I was so sick, and I couldn't figure out why. Y. Yeah, anytime. That's why I asked you, like. I'm like, bro, I wish I could. I cannot eat any sort of sugar. But the scale has gone down. I was 160. I'm now 157.2. And I'm back to, like, pooping normally. In case everybody wants to know, my logs. My logs are back, and I still don't feel great on it. Like, everybody tells me it gives them energy and they feel so good. I just feel like I have a chemical in my body and I don't love it. So I think I'm going to try.
