I am so happy to be here. I. Since I was last on the podcast, everything has just transformed in my life. All the manifestations are now starting to, like, bloom and it's like, wow, I put in all this work and now it's paying off, dude.

Manifesting is, like, one of the things that I don't. It's crazy because ever since I was a little girl, I've always said, fake it till you make it, but I never realized that it was really me just manifesting and believing it. So anytime I speak something into the world, it fucking happens. It's insanely crazy. But now I'm, like, trying to preach that to people like, manifest bitches, because any. Your destiny is yours, you know? Like, it's just crazy. And I love that about you too, because you are always so positive and always every. Women. I love it. Honestly, where my at? I love my man. They are. It's crazy because most girls who are half naked on the Internet literally have nothing but, like, Arabic dudes sending dick pics, you know, like, that's their jam. And for some reason, women just gravitate towards me. And I love it because I'm just like, yes, embrace me with the sisterhood.

Yes. And I used to really not have a lot of girlfriends. Yeah. And then getting into spirituality has brought so many amazing people into my life that I'm like, wow, this is my soul family. Like, these are my people. And, you know, connecting with you. And I saw Jay for the first time live in Louisville.

Yeah.

[Paige]

That did the double show. And it was just really a full circle thing for me. I'm like, wow, this touched my life and, like, changed me connecting with you.

And so he's been doing it, though. He's been doing the damn thing.

No, he's crushing it, dude. So for all of our new listeners, because we do have a lot of new listeners. Let's give them a little background of who you are as a. As a person.

[Paige]

Okay. So my name is Paige. I'm a psychic medium. I'm from Kentucky. 29 years old. Really got tapped in with my spirituality after going through the dark night of the soul. Soul. Really going through a lot of trauma, addictions. Just a lot of finding myself led me to this point.

[Bunny]

Where did we get into your addictions and stuff like that last time?

[Paige]

Yeah, we talked about that on the last episode. But, you know, I grew up in a family of alcoholics. Most of my family, you know, blue collar, work in factories, truck drivers, you know, so never really had anyone that's like, you can do whatever you set your mind to.

[Bunny]

Right.

[Paige]

You can do that. You know, And I feel like our

[Bunny]

gen not to cut you off. Sorry. I feel like our generation of parents were so traumatized that they passed on their up to us. They didn't heal from it.

[Paige]

Well, if you think about it, our grandparents were raised by people that grew up in the Great Depression.

[Bunny]

Right.

[Paige]

That's where all of that lack mindset comes from. They literally didn't have food on the table and they literally couldn't make money.

[Bunny]

Right.

[Paige]

And then war. Yeah. Where is the next thing? So our parents were raised by some up people.

[Bunny]

Yeah. And they didn't want to heal. I feel like that generation either just became addicts or alcoholics or just were like, suck it up, buttercup. And just keep, keep trudging, you know, like nobody wanted to learn how to heal.

[Paige]

I feel like that's the don't ask, don't tell generations.

[Bunny]

Yes, for sure.

[Paige]

Keep it behind closed doors, smile to people's faces. But at the end of the day, they're all miserable.

Yeah.

And they've like passed that mindset on to us. And I think it's so beautiful to see everyone rising to the occasion.

[Bunny]

Yeah.

[Paige]

We're like a collective changing that.

[Bunny]

Yeah, I love that. So you grew up in a family of addicts and stuff and alcoholics and stuff like that. And then you found peace. And when did you realize that you had this gift? So.

[Paige]

So when I was younger, between like seven and 11, those four years, I was really tapped in. And then, you know, middle school and high school, we started drinking and partying, and I kind of like numbed it out. Cause I felt so different for so long. So really what helped me find myself was when I realized that nobody was coming to save me, like, at all. And if I wanted to make a difference in my own life, then I had to get up and go get it. And so I was like the first person in my family to graduate college. Yay. So once I got out of college, started making my own money, was able to distance myself from the, you know, the negativity, we'll say. Then I realized that, you know, manifestation, speaking it into existence, like, it's a very real thing. If you believe that you're a victim, your whole life will give you that feedback to validate that.

[Bunny]

I feel like, Okay. I feel like when you are traumatized as a child, you take two paths. So you either one, become a narcissist, or two, you become an empath. I. I think it's like there's no in between. I feel like you choose one or the other. Narcissists, of course, being victims, feel sorry for themselves, so they want to inflict pain on everybody else. Empaths kind of embrace it, and some of them do victimize themselves, but then there's other empaths like us who are like, no, no, I'm gonna turn this power into this pain into power.

[Paige]

And I think that's the most beautiful thing about this global spiritual awakening that we're going through. I feel like, you know, the pandemic really helped people realize, you know what, I give way too much energy to fear or I give way too much energy to work or other people's dreams.

[Bunny]

Right.

[Paige]

And so many people I know started a small business during the pandemic.

[Bunny]

We did.

[Paige]

Or. Yeah. And a couple people I know started podcasts or started doing vlogs. And it's just like, you can stay in the negative energy or you can figure a way to empower yourself. And then in turn, when you see how that's helping other people and that outreach, it creates like a ripple effect. And I think that's one reason that I found you is because you have this ripple effect of like, you know what? I'm not a victim. And I'm going to boss up and I'm going to prove all of you all wrong.

[Bunny]

Yeah.

[Paige]

And I think that's my jam. Yeah. I'm going to show you who the fuck I am.

If somebody insults me, I try to monetize it.

And I think that's what's really been eye opening to me is some of the people that have booked readings with me through your following that they all have very different backgrounds, but they all relate to you on the same level. Like, I want to level up like Bunny. I want to, you know, get my depression under control.

My addictions are still trying to work that one out.

[Paige]

And I think, you know, when you see it come full circle, that's when you really can open your eyes and be like, you know what? I am making a difference.

[Bunny]

It's crazy because last night I was, you know. You know, I've been battling depression hardcore for the past years. I'll literally message Paige and be like, is this the year I off myself?

[Paige]

And it's not. She's not going anywhere.

[Bunny]

I love that about her because she's always so like, bitch, what is wrong with you? I'm like, are you sure you didn't see it in my chart? Because that's how bad my depression is. I get really scared and, you know, so, you know, the past couple days, I've been struggling with my mental health again. And it's. It's been constant. I think it's just because it's winter time and it's cold and it's dark, and I just need to get the out of Nashville. And I was just like, lord, I just don't. What is my purpose here? And then, literally, I got a DM from another girl who is in the music industry, who I've never talked to before, and she was like, dude, I just want to let you know that your post about Sam E. Has really saved me. She's like, you know, I've been battling really dark depression the past two years, and it's just, you know, that. And after I read the message, I was like, thank you, God. You know, like, I'm not alone. I need to stop feeling so alone, you know? And I think talking about the depression and talking about mental health is a huge part of my healing. Talking to you guys about it and talking to my. My followers about it is what helps me, you know, And I just want everybody to know that they're not alone.

[Paige]

I feel like your posts are like my church, like, the gospel, especially on Sundays. I love you. Yeah.

[Bunny]

Like, should I feel like your messages are my gospel? I'm still freaking out about the reading. She pulled a. In my reading, she pulled a jail and court card. And I have been, like, obsessing about it. Now I'm like, what does this mean? I'm too pretty for prison? What is. What am I. What is on? She's like, no, bitch, I'm talking about your mental prison. And I'm just like, okay.

[Paige]

And I love that you're so open about that, because a lot of people look at you and what you've built, and they can't comprehend why you would be depressed or why those ways. But I think it shows the world that it doesn't matter how much money or success or beauty that you have, you still have these vibrations that you have to work through.

[Bunny]

Yeah. It's trauma. They say that when you're at your happiest is when you feel your lowest, when you're battling mental illness. Like when times that supposed to be the happiest is when you're the saddest because your trauma won't let you enjoy it.

[Paige]

Right. I was to say that it's like you also feel bad for not enjoying it. Then you're even harder on yourself because you're like.

[Bunny]

You feel like you're taking it for granted.

[Paige]

Exactly.

[Bunny]

So when you started noticing that you were different, you know, as a. As a younger child, when was your first. Because you say that you're a medium too, so you talk to spirits and they come to you. When was your first encounter with that?

[Paige]

So whenever I was really young, we moved into my grandfather's house, who had passed away in the house. So he very much interacted with me. And something that he does to this day is he leaves dimes everywhere. And so I was switching my purse over to come down here into my bigger bag, and there was a dime in the small purse. And I was like, okay, grandpa, like, it's gonna go good.

[Bunny]

Especially nowadays, because there's. Who has change ever.

[Paige]

And it's exactly what came through my mind, like, how rare it is for me to find dimes everywhere I go. Yeah. And so I think there was always little hints and, like, little messages, but I just thought I was crazy. As most people think, all the thoughts that they have are coming from themselves.

[Bunny]

Yeah.

[Paige]

When really, you know, you're so tapped in with the collective because you share your life with your followers.

[Bunny]

Everybody thinks I'm a witch.

[Paige]

Well, you probably get a lot of people's projections and their energies, and then you think it's your own energy.

[Bunny]

Right.

[Paige]

And that's kind of where I was at throughout my adolescence. But then, you know, when you mix alcohol and things like that into the picture, you don't know what's real and what's not real, and that makes you more depressed. It makes you feel more different. So I think now, especially getting all the validation and feedback from clients, like every reading I do, people pretty much cry every Single time. And it's such a beautiful thing that I can touch someone like that, that I've never known and then let them know you're not alone.

[Bunny]

Yeah, you're not different.

[Paige]

And it's just been, like, throughout my whole life, but I think the last, like, five years, that I've really been dedicating myself to meditation and to journaling and, you know, doing the inner work. I see it coming out into my reality, just being able to connect with people such as yourself on a soul level where it's like, you know, there's no. What I want to say, like, there's no glass house. Like, we see right through it, and we can, like, connect on that soul level where it's like, you know, people can put up walls and hide behind those illusions, but when you connect, you connect, and you know it.

[Bunny]

Oh, yeah, for sure. That's how it was with me and Mimi. We literally. You just. You find your tribe, your tribe literally finds you. And, like, we find each other. So whenever you do talk to these spirits, do you have to, like, prepare yourself? Do you summon them?

[Paige]

Like, so I say a blessing, which, you know that.

[Bunny]

Yeah, I love that about you.

[Paige]

Intentions for protection and guidance. I have some, like, different spirit guides that basically, like, at any given time, there's probably, like, 20 spirits wanting to connect. And so I have, like, a gatekeeper guide that's like, okay, do not overwhelm her.

[Bunny]

He's like, you're homie.

[Paige]

At a time, like. And I think the coolest thing about connecting with spirits is a lot of the time, one of the first things they say, you can hear me. Like, they're shocked. They're shocked that I can hear them. And when I'm connecting, like, recently did a session for a woman. Her mom had just passed. The woman was very reluctant in the reading, but I was like, your mom's connecting with you through birds. She instantly started crying. Three days before her daughter got a bird tattoo in honor of her grandmother. So it's like, you know, we get the messages. We just think they're our own thoughts. So since I've been setting the intentions, connecting, meditating, I know it's not my thoughts. Like, I know that. I just didn't get a picture of a bird in my head for no reason.

[Bunny]

Can you see the actual spirits when they're talking to you?

[Paige]

The thing about that is, okay, if a spirit passed and they were, like, 87 and had cancer and were like a shriveled up being when they passed, they're not going to go into the spiritual world and reflect that.

[Bunny]

Right.

[Paige]

They're going to show me, like, their glory days, like in their 20s or teens or, you know, they're like, look

[Bunny]

at me, look at me, I'm hot. Exactly.

[Paige]

Like a time in their life where they felt good and empowered. If someone died from addiction or suicide, they're not going to show me those years that were, you know, filled with that trauma. They're going to show me, like, before things went wrong. So I try not to, like, describe people's looks, but describe their personalities, things that they liked. Because it's almost like. Like an aberration. Like, they change, they flow, they're. They're fluid in the spiritual realm. Like, they can literally be whatever and whoever they want.

Wow. In the spiritual realm, do you believe that they come back? Do you believe in reincarnation and stuff like that?

[Paige]

Oh, yeah. And I believe, like, me and you have totally met in another life. Like, there's just no way that I connect with people on such a soul level and I haven't known them before.

[Bunny]

I want. I want. I'm so curious to get my past life. I've been working with a Reiki lady just recently, too, and she does the past life regression stuff. So I'm like, I want to know, like, what was I? Was I Xena, the warrior princess, or was I a harlot in the castles of King Solomon?

[Paige]

You know, like, I actually done some past life regressions. I work with a lady as well. And I'll say I went back to a past life and I was a child and it was like, during, like, the war and my dad went off to war and my mom had already passed, and so I was like, seven and lost both of my parents. Like, so in that past life, I just remember him getting on this train and, like, never seeing him again. So that was intense. Yeah. Another past life I had. I was a guy. I was a man.

[Bunny]

Yes. I need a dick for a day. If I could only have a dick for a day, that would be awesome.

It just, I think that in itself showed me how fluid our soul is and how people that, you know, come into this life and are persecuted for their sexual orientation or their gender identity. It shows that our soul can attach to certain things. And then when you come back into this new reality, it's like, I'm not a woman, I'm a man.

Yeah.

[Paige]

Or vice versa. So I think the more that people dig into those past life regressions, the more that we could understand and extend compassion.

Yeah.

To people who that may Be confused in this life about who they are.

Yeah. Because in the past life, they could have been a guy or, you know, a girl.

Exactly.

[Bunny]

That's crazy. It's just so crazy when you think about the spiritual realm. It's so free. It used to scare the out of me. And literally, in the past year, I feel like I've been embracing it more, and I'm just like, where so. And since I've been doing that, like, last time I saw you, remember, I used to tell you about all the shadows and the spirits and how it just used to scare me all the time. I'm not scared anymore. I'm just like, dude, whatever's gonna happen is gonna happen, you know? And they've left me alone. Like, sometimes I'll see, like, you know, spirits out of the corner of my eye and stuff like that just kind of, like, fly over me. But people think I'm crazy when I say, like, this, but it's really the truth. And I. It's like, I don't know. The fear has left me with that whole situation.

[Paige]

And when you're operating from a fear mindset with the spiritual, you attract it. You're bringing in those lower energies. And that's why when I set my intentions, I only invite in the highest and most enlightened beings. Because there are, you know, ancestors in your lineage that don't want to see you be the one that breaks the curses.

Yeah.

[Paige]

Like, they're like, well, I'll do it when I come back. Yeah, wait, you know what I mean? And so I think those, like, mean

girls, but in spirit form, literally.

[Paige]

And I think I've learned more and more about myself connecting with spirits because it's like, the people that were, like, skeptics in this life. Like, I've had people get readings, and they're like, my dad, he passed. He wouldn't have believed in this. They're the first ones that are like, you can hear me. I did not believe this. And they just, like, sob in the spiritual realm because they're so sad that they spent so much of their life shaming spirituality or shaming other people and judging other people. And now they see that, like, they wasted so much energy and time on the wrong things.

That's crazy.

[Paige]

And so I think when people are in the spiritual realm, there's, like, this preparation period for when you come back. They say there's a waiting list to come back to earth.

[Bunny]

Why does everybody want to come back here? This place sucks.

[Paige]

Well, this is the only, like, spiritual playground to, like, fulfill Karma and destiny. And so whether your karma is good or bad, you chose a lot of it. And you know you can't control other people and their part in it, right?

[Bunny]

That's always been my question. So people, okay, so say, you know, somebody passes and their spirit goes to the spirit world world and they choose to come back here. Do they choose become a drug addict or do they choose to become, you know, beaten to death or murdered or. Or is that just circumstantial?

[Paige]

So there are exit plans in your soul's blueprint. So like someone who got murdered or overdosed on drugs took an exit plan because it would impact the people around them. So for instance, a friend of mine recently passed from addiction and when we went to his funeral, his younger brother was there and he was like, yeah, I remember you. And you know, we were just talking. And when I left, I looked at my friend and I said, I know why he took his exit plan. And she said, what do you mean? I said, because his brother will never touch drugs now ever. So they, it's like selfless service in a way. Like, spirits will take their exit plans if the impact is bigger than them staying and fulfilling the karma.

Wow, that's insane. That gave me goosebumps. I've never thought of it that way,

[Paige]

like these little details. But one thing the spiritual realm, like loathes about this realm is how stingy and greedy everyone is.

[Bunny]

Yeah. Especially nowadays.

[Paige]

Yes. That's the one thing the spiritual realm is just like dumbfounded by. Yeah. How greedy people are.

[Bunny]

How mean spirited people are nowadays too. Like, I block so much negativity on my social media platforms lately, it's been insane. Like, I just never knew so many souls could be so just mean.

[Paige]

Well, some of them are wrapped in to a cycle with lower energies and they're trapped in the chains. And because they chose not to break free from those chains, they're doing the dirty work. You know what I mean? And they're trying to dim your light. Because if they dim your light, you're not helping people. Yeah. If they make you feel different or ridiculed or judged, you're not helping people. And that's why I think I relate to you so much, is because when I came out with my spirituality, it's almost like coming out of the closet.

[Bunny]

Right.

[Paige]

Because people are like, who does she think she is? Right? She's crazy. She needs to check herself in somewhere. You know, there's a lot of judgment that gets passed along and that's the darkness trying to dim your light. Yeah.

[Bunny]

For sure. With any aspect of being a beacon of light, you know, light work such as yourself, I'm sure, you know, just anything, there's going to be people who are just like. Like, don't want it. You know, it scares them because they say that, then they have to level up.

[Paige]

Yeah. It triggers their shadows.

[Bunny]

Right, Exactly.

[Paige]

Illuminating their shadows all of a sudden. So it's basically like shining a flashlight into their darkness. Yep. And when you get close to that, it's a trigger. Like, for instance, like people that are on, like a twin flame journey. And I know you've discussed that with you and Jay. Like, your souls knew each other. When you're on, like, this twin flame journey, one twin is really in their light and one's really in the shadow. That's where that yin and yang energy comes in. And either, you know, they can rise to the occasion and balance that out, or one's darkness could consume the other. Or one's darkness could just repel the other and, like, run away. Right. So I think there's all these different opportunities in our world to expand our light and to, like, grow. And I feel like, you know, you've spoke on it before about your history and Jay's history, and when you came together, it was like this train wreck of, like, chaos and all the things were going on. Yeah. And I feel like, you know, you both showed the light side of it. Like. Right. You work through the darkness.

Oh, yeah.

To the light side.

And now in the last year, both of you all have leveled up, like, yeah. 20 levels.

It's been insane. I almost, like, when I did get that four year memory from last year, I was just like, like, or from four years ago, I was. I got it last night. I just was like, damn, I've only been doing this online for four years. Like, I felt like I was doing it for so much longer because I did have a small following before I started really dialing in, but it was.

It was. It was pointless and meaningless. Like, I didn't have a goal and I was just like, God, in four years, how, like, it's just crazy how much has changed.

And that's how I feel about, like, tick tock. I got a memory.

That this time last year, I had 500 followers and now I have like 35, 000. And so I was like, wow, like, when you started this, you didn't think that was possible at all? Nope.

Yeah, it's just crazy. And that. That goes into manifesting. I'm trying to teach Bailey that so I sat down with her at the beginning of the year and we did a vision board together, you know, And I just want her to start learning that you can get whatever you want. You just have to start speaking it into your life and, like, really focus on it. And, like, one of the things on her vision board was she wanted to start eating better. And I noticed the other day that she hadn't changed that. And I was like, b, you put on your vision board that you wanted to start eating better, you have to start working towards it. So instead of ordering all this shit, order one thing on there, you know, and just enjoy that and just try to start making better choices, you know, so that you can start putting that into fruition.

Yeah. And I think that's the one thing with manifestation is people are looking at the end result versus just the day to day habits that need to work to be altered to make that end result. Like, people think it's so far away.

[Bunny]

Yeah.

[Paige]

Like a year ago, I thought, I will never make money on Tick Tock or Tick Tock will never be a platform for me. And, you know, now everyone's starting to try to catch on to tick Tock, but the people who were on it are way ahead of the game.

Oh, yeah, for sure. Yeah, totally. I thank God we got on it when we did. I bucked tick tock for the longest time. I was like, I'm not doing tick tock. And here I am on Tick Tock. Every day I gotta make a tick tock. What'd you say, Mimi? Oh, okay. Did you bring your cards today?

Okay. So I wasn't. I didn't have this on my heart until we started talking. And, you know, you can tell me no or whatever, but I. I lost my best friend Grace in 2006 to cancer. She died of cancer. And I. She's only visited me in my dreams twice since she died. 2016. Sorry. And the whole time I've been sitting here to you, all I keep hearing is just like, grace, Grace, Grace. So is there any way that we can kind of channel her and see what it is she wants?

Because she knows how much I love going out and about. So she. Her and I were. I. I've yet to find a friend like her. Like, we fought like sisters, but we loved like sisters, you know, and she. She was an addict, you know, And I started becoming not an addict towards the end of our relationship, and she started becoming an addict. I didn't take her serious with how. With her skin cancer, because I never knew if she was always telling the truth. And I was in a very abusive relationship. So I think I've always carried a guilt of not being by her side whenever she passed, because literally, I text her a week before she passed, and I was like, I'm free because I had. My ex had gone to prison. I was like, I'm gonna come out to Texas and see you. And she was like, you know, I still have our text messages. She was like, you know, I'll see you on the other side. Says, you know, and I just didn't believe it. I was like, no. And then I got the text message that she had passed away a week later from her sister, and I was just like, bro. Like, I never got to say goodbye to her, so I've carried that with me. So when I launched this podcast, I launched it officially. I launched it in May, but it was, like, a soft launch, and then the. The first episode really dropped on June 13, which is her birthday. So I've always tried.

Birthday is May 13th.

[Bunny]

Yeah. It's crazy because both of my childhood friends were June 13, and they both passed away.

[Paige]

So I feel like a reason that you feel, like, so guilty is because you may need to get something off of your chest. And, like, she's just showing me, like, writing things. So maybe writing her a letter and, like, burning it. But holding on to the guilt is blocking the connection because, like, she obviously knew that she was Going to be there with you on the other side, or she wouldn't have said that. Yeah, but I feel like she has this. She has some kind of, like. I don't know if it's like, you know, go Scott Aven, or, like, whatever her bucket list could have been, but maybe channeling with her, a bucket list and, like, dedicating those activities to her.

No, but I want to get one.

Margaret, she was the girl who, like, we would get up at parties, and one time she got so up, she put a gun in her. Like, a real gun. It was hilarious. But she would get. We would get up, both of us, and just. She would like. She had a body like Paris Hilton. So she. Her thing was, oh, here goes Grace. At every party, she would be naked and just strutting around, talking to everybody, just sitting in their lap so I could just. Naked. And everybody.

We just.

That was Grace. You know, like, nobody cared that she was running around with her butthole hanging out. You know, I Feel like she was

definitely very center of attention because she's like, she's like. She just keeps saying like she hears me. Yeah, she hears me. So I feel like those times where you feel like she's there, like, and I feel like it's like on your left side, like you're getting messages like on your left side. Like, maybe even like. Like, do you ever feel like someone touches you?

I always feel weird. So.

Okay. Yeah, I feel like that's her because she is saying that. Like, you don't listen. Yeah, she's like, you don't listen.

I don't want to know. The two dreams I have had up from her are her laughing. She has this distinct laugh. And her and I used to laugh our asses off. And every dream, the two dreams that I've had of her that are very far and few between have been me waking up hearing her laughter.

And I think that's also about like bringing joy into your life, like fulfilling the, you know, all the things that you want to do in this world. And I feel like what her main message for you is is like anything is possible. The only thing that you can't get more of is time.

Yeah.

So like do it today, do it now.

Like, she knows. She probably knows I've been stuck in a depression and I haven't been doing anything, which you told me in my reading this year, that I need to start nurturing my inner and I need to start relaxing and try, you know, vacation more. Just find some outlet of just having fun. And that's what Grace was all about, was having fun.

And I feel like she has like this light hearted energy. So I feel like if you just invite her in, like setting the intention, kind of like what I did, calling her in and then write her like a letter. Yeah. Because I feel like she's not holding any grudge against you. Like she understands that. That you all were on two different chapters and you know, you never really went your separate ways though.

[Bunny]

Yeah.

[Paige]

You were always still very connected. So I feel like she's saying like, tell that to quit tripping.

[Bunny]

Yeah.

I'm not mad at her. Like, we're good.

But I want her to be happy and I feel like, you know, she doesn't have people that she can open up to. Like we had kind of thing.

So I feel like, you know, opening that door, calling in, you know, another person with your soul, family. I know you said you and meme connected like that, but like, you know, sometimes we have to open ourselves up.

To the Universe's plan and not feel robbed or, like, shortened.

Yeah.

You know, with other people and the time we spent. So I feel like she wants you to take the pressure off of yourself because you have made all the goals and you've crushed all the goals.

Yeah. She used to always get mad at me. She's like, do you ever just not work? You know, like, she'd always be like, can you just have fun? And there's so many times, like, big things have happened, and I just say to myself, I wish Grace was here. Makes me want to tear up. But, you know, it's just you have that one friendship that you just probably will never have ever again.

And the thing is, though, I feel like she's also going to be able to help teach you about the spiritual world even further because she is still very much by your side. And I feel like with that story, like, honoring those times you guys face.

But I feel like she literally wants you to, like, adopt a new mindset.

When it comes to life. And not just about depression or any of the things, but just like about all the things in that you've already done and the impact that you're having.

It's like. Like, sure, you can curl up in a ball and, you know, stay inside, but the world needs your smile, the world needs your light. And, you know, like you said, you all would just laugh for hours, dude.

Like, we could call each other and just start laughing. Like, it was just. We had so many inside jokes. She was literally like my sister, dude.

Yeah. It was crazy. I feel like she's gonna help me with my journey of getting in touch with my inner child.

Because she was such a child, you

So she probably is wanting to bring that memory up.

But I feel like what she's saying is, like. Like, when you were, like, 17, you didn't think this was possible. Like, you did not think this was possible, but you made it. And even not thinking it was possible, you fucking did it. So it's like, now that you know how powerful your thoughts are and how you're bringing, you know, experiences into your reality, what if you just focused on this moment, this moment here, not next week, next month, last year, this moment, it. And I think that's one thing that she said that she never took for granted was the moment. Like, she was always in the moment.

Oh, no. She was carpe diem, like, a.

And you maybe were like, do you have any goals? Yes.

Yes. That was our relationship. Was. I was always like, we have to do this. And she was like, let's go get lit. And I'd just be like, no.

And I think she's, like, saying, like, she could have dedicated a little more time to some things, but a part of her knew that she wasn't here for a long time. She was gonna be here for a good time. And I think that she really wants you to get that tattoo somewhere that you can see it, because she's like, her. I want you to think about me. Like, I want you to think about me.

And all those times that we had that we don't talk about, that no one knows about. All the secrets that you all have.

Like, you have a lot of roles and it's time to really set back and figure out what time that you can dedicate to yourself as well with self care. Because I feel like your self care time is still making, creating, doing tick tocking, whatever it is. Like your self care time is very limited on actually focusing on yourself.

Stop thinking about all the ways that it could go wrong wrong and just think about all the ways that it's going to go right. Shifting your mindset. I feel like that's a lot that gets you down is the way you think about things because then when they work out better, you're like, wow. Like, I was stressing and tripping over this for no reason. It was absolutely fine. And I feel like before you used to really stress about finances and now that that's settled, now you stress about something else. So it's time to release least that part of your daily routine that just like spins your wheels around all the ways it's gonna go wrong. Like, and I also feel like even just like the most simple thing, like you try something new that you've never tried. And instead of like congratulating yourself on how great that it's going, you're like, wow, I didn't think I could do that. Like, but you did it and it worked out better than you could have imagined. Oh, we got the 10 of cups. So Spirit is saying, like, like you have 10, 10. Like you've completed a lot of cycles and you haven't taken time to like, smell the roses in a long time. Like, you haven't taken time to just chill. I feel like, you know, your husband's doing a lot behind the scenes. You're doing a lot behind the scenes. You're doing a lot, you know, in front of the camera as well. But I feel like Spirit wants you to just take a moment and just take it all in. Like you've overcome some battles, like postpartum, like, different things you were dealing with. That people didn't know, know about. And instead of like letting that stop you, you have like cranked it up in high gear. But you're not taking time to realize, like, you know, I went from driving like, you know, this slow four cylinder to now I'm in a 10 speed transmission. I can do and go wherever I want to go, but I'm still pretending like I'm in the four cylinder kind of thing. So it's like, realize that you've upgraded and that you're not going back to how it was. And I also feel like, you know, used to stress about money so much that you repelled a lot of opportunities by not thinking you are good enough. But I feel like, you know, with the. The full being on the bottom, the overall bigger picture is it's time to jump off the cliff and know that you can swim. Like, you're not gonna drown when you hit the water, because used to, you were drowning in life, you were drowning in student loans, you were drowning in this, you were drowning in that. And now all of these things that you were worried about are taken care of. Of. So now your brain has created new things to worry about.

And I think that's one message that we all can take, is to just see how far that we've come as women, as entrepreneurs, as boss bitches, because the world doesn't want to see the women running things.

I think a lot of people see, like, the flashy lights and they come running towards, you know, the hype. And I think that, you know, I treat someone who literally is just one follower, like, doesn't.

Any platform to someone that, you know, has a million followers.

You know, if I can shed even just a little bit of light on that for someone, I'm doing my work. You know, people don't realize that when they get stuck in these loops of karma that it's a lot of the way they're perceiving it and the actions they're taking. Taking that are keeping them in the loop.

And, well, they're not doing the work to get out of it.

Exactly. And, you know, the surefire way to, like, help yourself is to selflessly help others with no intentions of getting anything in return. And that's what our soul, like, craves. And that's why I said earlier, like, the spiritual realm is so dumbfounded about people just being so stingy and greedy.

And, you know. You know, you don't have to be a rich person to be a kind person and to give what you can to others. And I think that's such a beautiful thing that you and Jelly both do, is, like, you all make people feel very special.

And I see, like, his soul, like, on a soul level, and, like, you know, all the pain and all the. The obstacles he had to overcome, like, he's now, you know, growing flowers out of the mud.

That, you know, it rained for a long damn time, you know, and it was muddy and. And I feel like it's just such a beautiful thing to see people get that light that they have been reaching for and to come out of that darkness. And I do think that, you know, we meet people in our life like you said when you met memes and when I met you. It's just like we meet people in our life and they give us a little of bit. Bit of gas in the tank to keep us going.

I feel like you're like outreach in this life because you know, you could have been consumed by your darkness in this life, but instead you've used that to level up and to empower people.

So the first card that we have for Bunny is birthing a new age, birthing new creations, dreaming a new world into being. So this is just exactly what we were just talking about. You took all of the pain and the trauma and you're showing people they're not alone and that they can do it too. And that they don't have to be afraid of being great weight.

And I also feel like so many people put you down for so long that instead of letting that drain your genuine spirit, it really made you a better person.

My new thing is when people insult me, I say, I hope. Hope you can. I hope you heal. And it pisses them off to no end, dude.

And then we've got Anna, the grandmother of Jesus. And I know you always talk about, like, how connected you are with Jesus. It says, seeding the light, laying foundations, the divine plan. So I feel like the plan for you in this life was to have this outreach where people, you're changing people's lives. Lives. Like, you know, five years ago, you didn't think this was possible even at all, not even a little bit. So it's like, you know, you have cranked it up a notch and you are empowering so many people. And it says, share your voice. Come out of the cave. Persecution expression. Oh. So I feel like that's about the book. Yeah, that's about the book. You know, taking this moment, knowing that every year in winter, we go into these hibernation, you know, seasonal depression modes. Yeah. But then when summer comes out and you got the tank top on and the crop top, you're living your best life.

So it's like finding a way to use this energy to power you.

Power your book or your voice.

Like when you say, like, you don't feel afraid anymore and that you're starting to tap in more on just an everyday basis. So Spirit supports everything that you're doing in a big way. And I feel like when you reach a level that you didn't know that you could reach, you have to celebrate that level. And how excited you were and, like, shocked. And then you were on to the next thing.

Yeah, just on to the next thing. And like, so many people look at you and they, like, see this blueprint of, like, wow, everything she's doing. Like, I could do that. And I know a lot of People talk about it with the fitness journey. Yeah. And I'll be honest, in the last couple months, I've gotten on the fitness journey and every time I'm like, I'm getting a butt like bunny. Like, you know, whenever you always do your fitness post and stuff it, like, and you're like, get up and go do it.

I'm like, I'm going, I'm going to do it.

I think that you don't really get to see on the micro level of how big your impact is, but the book is going to change the way that you see your journey. I think it's going to give you this reflection time to look back on things like, I did it. And like, Spirit just wants you to say yes to everything. Yeah. Like, yes to everything that scares you. Creating that bucket list for Gracie and just honor her and things that scare the out of you. Whether that's like, you know, hiking up the side of a mountain or jumping out of a plane or whatever it is, go live on the wild side.

Like younger you would have done. It's crazy because I've been thinking about that a lot. I'm like, God, I just remember when I was so carefree and now it's like, like, I don't know, as you get older, you realize you're not invincible, you know, and you just kind of. And you forget that inner child.

Yes. And I think like 14 year old, you, 16 year old, you like being wilder book like all the way up

to 36 year old me. I was insane. I was wild.

I feel like what really has helped you is having this strong foundation in your team and your husband and like the connections. Because I feel like before you felt extra alone and now you're like, I'm just kind of alone. But I'm not alone.
