And that tends to happen most frequently with people with endometriosis at that age. Because if it was something like fibroids or heavy bleeding, you would just take out the uterus, leave the ovaries, and they're fine. But endometriosis is not confined just to the uterus. So if you take out the uterus, leave the ovaries, and you still have problems to come back significant enough to come back and take out those ovaries, then you're trying to starve out some sort of hormonally dependent process. So at 37, five years later, she's been without estrogen significantly, and that has to feel more like 70 rather than 37.

They're essential. They just are. So for somebody like her, it's gonna be chronic. All right. Once you don't have ovaries, then your cardiovascular risk starts to mimic those of a man in his 50s, and so she's gonna have to pay attention to other processes as well. So I would replace the estrogen and possibly the testosterone. So you would be a really good candidate for pellets, hormone pellets. You only have to have those replaced two to three times a year. So those are really helpful. Once you find out what your dose is that keeps you happy, then you just place those pellets under the skin.

There's a cannula we use, and we just alternate sides of the glutes. So we'll do right. But one, you know, first time left, but the other. But there's a cannula.
