Dude, that is fucking iconic.
Billy
What's up, you sexy motherfuckers?
Brandy
Welcome to another episode of Dumb Blonde. You guys, I got motherfucking Billy and Brandy in the house, baby. Finally. Well, what's up, guys?
Jessica
What's up? Took us a couple tries to get here, but we finally made it.
Brandy
I love it. Billy, are you going to be shy today?
Jay
No, I shy. I'm excited to be here.
Brandy
Billy's like, I am not excited to be here. My girl drugged me here. And that's exactly what's going on. Well, I figured to kind of, like, soften the blow of being on the podcast, I'm going to ask you guys a couple of questions and you guys got to give me answers. Okay. And then we'll get into, like, your life story and how you guys got on Tick tock and all that jazz.
Jessica
Sweet.
Brandy
Is that good?
Jay
Yep.
Brandy
All right, Billy and Brandy. Billy, you have to let Brandy suck mayo off your wiener or you have to, like, mustard off her tits for $1,000,000. Which one are you doing?
Jay
Oh, she's sucking on me. I ain't licking none of that.
Brandy
Is it mustard or mayonnaise that you don't like?
Jay
Oh, either one. I hate them both, right?
Jessica
Both would literally like if it even. He smelt it. It touched him. It went around his tongue. I'm telling you, he would gag.
Brandy
Is it condiments in general?
Jessica
Yes, mostly.
Brandy
Something traumatic happen to you as a child with condiments?
Jay
No, Never? No, I just. The texturing just. I don't know.
Brandy
You just don't like sauce?
Jay
No.
Jessica
You just eat dry assault ketchup. If you talk about ketchup being blood, he's.
Jay
I can only have it with French fries, though. And I can't. They can't touch nothing else, though. Ketchup.
Brandy
That's crazy. So mayonnaise, mustard, barbecue.
Jessica
Oh, my God.
Jay
Barbecue. It has to be, like, on the hot dog or, like.
Brandy
So you can't have, like, white stuff.
Jay
Oh, no.
Brandy
Is that what.
Jessica
Yeah.
Jay
Or mayonnaise.
Brandy
I love a good old mayonnaise.
Jay
Mustard and all that stuff.
Brandy
Oh, my goodness.
Billy
That's crazy.
Brandy
All right, we're gonna play Mary, Kill, Unalive. You have to pick. You guys know how to play Mary. I'm acting like we're on Tick Tock right now. Mary, Kill and Bubba. And Bubba and Angela, Jelly Roll and Bunny. Or Pumpkin and Josh. Which ones are you doing?
Jay
I don't get it.
Brandy
Okay, I lost. Okay, okay, so I'm naming three couples, and you have to say which one you'll marry, kill, or fuck out of the three that I give you.
Jessica
So I would kill Pumpkin, whoever that is.
Brandy
Pumpkin and Alana and, like, Josh from Honey Boo Boo.
Jessica
So I don't. I don't really know them. So we would go with them. Killing and what's my other options? Fucking what?
Brandy
Fucking Mary, Jelly Roll and Bunny and Bubba.
Jessica
Okay, definitely fuck Bunny and Mary, Angela and Bubba.
Brandy
Yeah, I love that. All right, cool. He said. I don't get it. That's a sound bite for everything. If you had to be an aquatic animal, which one would you be?
Jessica
I would be a dolphin.
Brandy
Me too. I said the same thing because you could fuck everybody.
Jay
Oh, wow.
Brandy
They go around trying to fuck everybody.
Jessica
I didn't. I didn't go that route, but I more was, you know, it's beautiful. It's graceful in the water, but they're very aggressive.
Brandy
Oh, gotcha. I didn't think about that.
Jessica
Yeah, they're fucking aggressive. Yeah, passive aggressive.
Jay
Baby, I'll go with you. I'll be a dolphin, too.
Jessica
You gotta pick your own fucking animal.
Jay
I'll be a dolphin with you.
Jessica
No, that's really lame.
Jay
We can float against the ocean.
Jessica
You know, we'd be dolphins together.
Jay
Yes.
Brandy
That's really fucking lame, right?
Jessica
All right, man. I guess we'll be fucking dolphins together.
Jay
All right.
Brandy
You guys will just be fucking each other. All right? If you had to pick a third for your marriage, who would it be?
Jessica
You go first, because I got, like, a list lined up, buddy.
Jay
I don't have a clue.
Brandy
The neighbor?
Jay
Yeah, the neighbor.
Jessica
Which neighbor? We've acquired several over there.
Brandy
Oh, are they all hot? Are they all hot?
Jessica
Hot. Blondes only.
Brandy
No.
Jessica
I don't know.
Jay
They're all not hot, though. Now, we won't go that far. All the neighbors.
Jessica
Oh, no, not all the neighbors. Just all your hot neighbors. They're always blonde.
Jay
They're always hot.
Jessica
That's what Billy's into. Big, blonde, not big blonde.
Brandy
Isn't it crazy how they marry the complete opposite of what they're into? My husband loves brunettes. That's his thing. He likes little 411 brunettes. And I'm not that.
Jessica
I am not what? He likes petite blonde women with big asses. And I don't have an ass at all.
Brandy
All right, next question. Would you rather kiss your ex, Billy, or one of your neighbors?
Jessica
Neighbor he loves four times?
Jay
Yeah, definitely neighbor.
Brandy
Last question. Brandy, have you ever queefed on Billy?
Jessica
Oh, I'd say probably, yeah.
Brandy
Any of material where you've looked at.
Jessica
His face or have I? Because I've been drunk a lot.
Jay
No, I've been asked that question. I would have, like, a video of that.
Jessica
Really?
Jay
Yeah. No.
Brandy
Any. There's not one that you could remember? I farted on Jay one time when he was eating out for.
Jessica
I don't. But I've been drunk a lot. Like, most videos are me drunk, so I don't know.
Jay
I don't know.
Brandy
Do you only film of whenever you're drunk?
Jessica
No. In the first three months. Yeah, definitely.
Jay
First three months.
Billy
I love that.
Jessica
First three months.
Brandy
Biggest lush when I'm drunk. Dude, just film me. I'm Jessica Rabbit, porn star.
Jessica
Like, what do you. I'm the biggest fucking freak in the world. He gets me drunk. I'm like, what is this?
Brandy
Yeah. You're like, where do you want to stick it, Daddy?
Jessica
Yeah. Like, anywhere. I'm. You just tell me what you're comfortable doing here, we'll do it.
Brandy
Does that ever catch you off guard, Billy? Because you're just like, oh, yeah, definitely. Do you like anal? Because you're so grossed out by condiments and like that, but will you stick.
Billy
Your wiener in a butt?
Jay
Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know. Yeah.
Jessica
Okay. So we've been getting this actually, you.
Jay
Know, like, super pumped, you know?
Jessica
He said, hell, yeah.
Jay
Give me the anus first and waiting.
Jessica
Really need an anal video. Like. And I was saying it for a month, and he's like, I don't know. I just. I just don't think I can do it sober. I'm like, okay, then.
Jay
I don't know.
Jessica
Tonight's the night to get fucked up.
Jay
Yeah. We have to be drunk for sure.
Jessica
He has to be drunk?
Brandy
Definitely.
Jessica
It's kind of weird because usually the chick has to be drunk.
Jay
Yeah, me, definitely.
Brandy
Is it just because it, like, freaks you out?
Jay
I don't know.
Brandy
I'm just like, there's poop.
Jessica
He says he can't think about it like that. He says, why you say shit like that? Is what he says to me.
Brandy
I mean, listen, I had anal one time and poop balls fell in. It's really bad. You gotta make sure you clean out that little cavity. Yeah.
Jay
Oh, I don't have a heart attack.
Jessica
He doesn't fart in front of.
Brandy
Listen, I just had you guys do a new skit. You gotta act like you're doing anal and poop. Like, imminent poop balls in the bed.
Jessica
Oh, he would die.
Jay
I'd kick her out and blower.
Brandy
I love it. Well, that's the end of the questions. But we just wanted to get you guys warmed up because I see you guys online. You guys have, like, the best chemistry. Like, I really. I see a lot of couples online, but you can tell, like, who's who's real and who's not, you know? And you guys really stick to who you guys are. Like, even just seeing you guys as banter back and forth just now, that's exactly what you guys do on Tick Tock. You know, it's like, it's not fake. So I love that.
Jessica
No, he's an 24 7.
Brandy
Oh, I believe it. I believe it. Everybody thinks my husband's a big teddy bear. I'm like, no, he's a. I'm like, you guys don't know him? Like, no, I am.
Jessica
I'm actually. I would say I'm more the. And he's more of the.
Brandy
I did see him flinch when you lifted your hand, knock me out. You went like this. And he was like. I was like, damn, battered wife syndrome over there. Battered husband. But I don't know the story about you guys. Like, I don't know, like, where you came from and stuff like that. So, Brandy, let's start with you. Where did you grow up?
Jessica
I actually grew up in Detroit, Michigan.
Brandy
Oh, dope. I didn't know that.
Jessica
Yeah, it was about 10 minutes south of Detroit. I grew up there until I was about 12 years old. I got taken away from my mom and dad when I was three. And all my siblings. I had a lot of siblings. My mom had seven kids, so all four of us went to live with one of her sisters. She raised us the whole time.
Brandy
Why did you get taken away?
Billy

Jessica
My dad was a drug addict. Very, very abusive. I don't remember a lot about my parents, but my older sister does, and she kind of tells me stories. People say I look just like my biological dad. Both of my parents are passed on now. My mom died of lung cancer when My daughter was 1, and my dad died of a heart attack probably six years ago. Didn't really have a relationship with my dad after he kidnapped me one summer when I was, like, I was eight years old, he picked us up and never dropped us back off.
Brandy
So let's rewind a little bit. You got taken from home when you were three.
Jessica
Yep. And placed with my mother's sister.
Brandy
So your aunt.
Jessica
Yeah.
Brandy
Okay. And then she raised you all the way up until you were eight?
Jessica
All the way up until I was 12. But my dad, for, like, six months, he kidnapped us, and no one knew where we were.
Brandy
Wow. Did they try to fight for you in court or anything like that?
Jessica
Or did they just. Yeah, I would say that my aunt fought, like, tried fighting a lot. But he really was gun hold about getting as many kids as he could to make more money, more child support. Not more child support. It wasn't free stamps and all that good stuff.
Brandy
So when dad tried to kidnap you, what happened?
Jessica
We didn't realize at the time that we had been kidnapped. Like, he had brainwashed us so much that we thought that he won and that we now get. We're living with dad, you know? And I remember the turning point. What. Which got us rescued was a really crazy incident. My stepsister and my sister Amanda, who is my older sister, who has special needs. I'm always like. I'm defending her. Like, you don't mess with my sister. Even though the other girls. My stepsister, I don't know her well, she starts fighting with my sister. So I'm like 8, 9 years old, and no one's doing anything about it. So apparently I grab a knife and try to go after her and tell her to get away from my sister because she was being crazy. And then her mother. So the. My stepsister's mom walked in and slapped me across the face and said, you know, you're not gonna touch my step or my daughter, whatever. And I was like, okay, well, I'm gonna call the cops on you. I love that I called the cops.
Brandy
Attitude now that you had back then. Yeah, I love that. And I've always been like that too. Just feisty as fuck.
Jessica
Yes. And I'm like, okay, well, I'm calling the cops. So I called the cops and I remember a social worker coming out and I was telling him, like, what. What was going on in the house? And I was like, yeah, we're. He makes us like, scrub the bathrooms with this bleach, like every single day. And really weird things were going on and the house was disgusting. So, like, I still have a visual memory of how nasty this place was.
Brandy
It was just like a really traumatic experience. Experience. More on. More trauma on top of trauma.
Jessica
Yes. I can still remember, like, the tree that we were standing by when the cops showed up to take us back to our parents. And, well, my aunt and my aunt's partner.
Billy
So hurtful.
Jessica
When we got back, they threw this giant party. They had no idea where we were.
Brandy
Did nobody went looking for you guys? Oh, yeah, they just went off the radar.
Jessica
He never. He would like. He's kind of like a con artist. So he would live in a place for. Until he got kicked out and then like an acquire another bill until he got kicked out of there. And then he would go to another place and just con his way through everything. He would even lie and say he was a nurse and.
Brandy
Wow.
Jessica
Yeah.
Brandy
Keep that meth shit.
Jessica
Yeah, he. I got a messed up finger because when I was, I guess, younger, I don't know the age, but he slammed my finger in the door and stitched it up himself.
Brandy
Oh.
Jessica
And took out the stitches. Because he truly believed in his head, I guess, that he was a nurse.
Billy
Brandy.
Jay
So he's a doctor? Yeah, he was.
Brandy
Oh, my God. So you guys go back to your aunts and you stay with them until you're 12?
Jessica
Yeah.
Brandy
And then what happens after that?
Jessica
I seeked a lot. Like I wasn't getting the attention I felt like I needed at all. So, I mean, my youngest sister, she was actually adopted. So I felt like my aunts. When I say aunts, it was my aunt and her partner. They got to adopt the youngest one right out of birth. So I felt like they had a super tight connection with her. Like that was their daughter and we weren't the other three kids. So because of that, like, it really pushed me away. And there was some really messed up things that happened due to, like, the favoritism that was going on there.
Brandy
Are we allowed to talk about it?
Jessica
I'm a little bit because, I mean, I've been very honest with my parents about how that traumatized me and how it's affected my entire life. If you see like, like there was no I love you. There was no holding your hand across the street. There was no. And their excuse was always that we were always afraid that you were going to get taken away from us and you would go back and live with your mom. So we didn't tell you that they loved you. Right. We didn't want to build. They always said they didn't want to get attached to us because they were afraid we would leave.
Brandy
It's called gaslighting.
Jessica
So it just. I never, like, I seek this attention. So I started getting it in negative ways because, yeah, looking back, I realized it, but not in the moment. So I started acting out at school. I started doing whatever I could to get the attention. I'm 12 years old, you know, so we always go to this family reunion in Kentucky. And when I was 12, my aunt Carolyn, she's like really? My third cousin, but everybody calls her Aunt Carolyn. She's like, you know, you should live with me. And I'm like, okay. I would live with just about anybody at that point. Like, if you said you wanted me to live with you, I would. So I was like, okay, this is cool. I'll live with you. So I moved my. I asked my Michigan parents, I call them Michigan parents in Kentucky, my Kentucky family. I was like, hey, can I move to Kentucky? They're like, yes, please move to Kentucky. You know, like, they did not give a. So I was like, okay. So I moved to Kentucky. And that first year wasn't much better than what I was experiencing in Michigan. So then I moved back to Michigan. I was like, okay, well, like, I don't know what's, what's worse of the two evils. So I moved back to Michigan and things just got like a lot worse.
Brandy
What happened when you did move in with the other aunt? Was it just more neglect, more trauma?
Jessica
It was almost like we were workhorses. We grew up a cattle farm and the more kids they had working for them, the. Like, she grew up in a family of 12 kids and on a farm like they very poor, country style living. I mean, so in her mindset, like you have kids to work.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
So I don't think she meant any harm by it, but that's what we did. You work for your food, you work for your shelter. Like that's kind of why you are out here working in the fields. And we raised tobacco. I don't know if you know anything about tobacco, but tobacco work is probably the hardest work I've ever done in my entire life. It only has one Season that you're off and it's topping tobacco in the heat of the summer, and you're touching it and you're getting a buzz from it, a nicotine buzz, to stripping it at 0 degrees, weather in the barn. I was a cheerleader. I honestly played sports just so I wouldn't have to come home, because every time I did, and they were very strict. If I wasn't at a sporting event, I had to be at the house. I was never allowed to go to the movie theater. I was not allowed to leave the farm unless it was school or a sport. And I thought that was normal. I thought everybody just had strict parents.
Brandy
That's how I was raised, too.
Jessica
And that, you know, you're not allowed to do this, you're not allowed to do that. So I just. I never really realized it until I started getting older that. How weird it was.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
Even when I went to college, I went to college in the same town I lived in, and they paid for my car, which was only $1,500, but they paid for it. So they use that all the time. Well, you need to work for it. You need to work for it. It's been a year. Like, what do you. Like? If I would have got a job at minimum wage, I would have already worked for this car. So it was starting to process. Like, okay, this isn't making any sense. So they would always want me to come home on the weekends to work on the farm or to mow yards. And I'm like, okay, this doesn't even make sense. So I kind of rebelled and said this. I'm out, and didn't talk to him for a couple years.
Brandy
And you. That's when you ended up going back to Detroit?
Jessica
I never actually went back there.
Brandy
Okay.
Jessica
From the time I was 14 years old, when I came back to Kentucky, I never went back.
Brandy
Oh, because you went back to Kentucky?
Jessica
Yeah.
Brandy
Okay.
Jessica
Yeah, I went back to Kentucky because it's all.
Brandy
You knew.
Jessica
Nope. Nope. They said, hey, Brandy, we'll get you braces. Well, we'll pay for your braces if you stay in Kentucky. I was like, okay. I wanted braces so bad.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
I would have pretty much done anything to have somebody get me braces. Yeah. So two years later, after being on a wait list for two years, I finally got the braces that I wanted. So, yeah, I worked my ass off. So when I say for those things.
Jay
Didn't you? Good job, Bradley.
Jessica
Yeah, I worked hard for.
Brandy
I can't with him. I cannot with him. Like, she's Talking about really traumatic. And he's over here.
Jessica
Like, this is how he knows. He probably seen a tear creeping up. So he's like, I'll break this right now.
Brandy
No, that's. Dude, Brandy, that is, like, so much trauma to go through as a child. Have you worked through any of that in your adult life? Have you, like, got counsel a little bit?
Jessica
Every time I try to do counseling, I feel like it puts me in a really dark place.
Brandy
Well, yeah, you have to rip the wound back.
Jessica
And it's like, it takes so long to, like, get through the dark place that.
Brandy
But you're never really getting through it.
Jessica
I've never actually got out on the other side.
Brandy
Right.
Jessica
Yeah. I've always gave up before then because it got too hard.
Brandy
Yep. That was one thing I learned when I had to go through all my healing was you literally have to become friends with the darkness, because the more scared of it you are, the more it's going to hurt you again. But when you just embrace it, it literally will not consume you like it used to. Like, it becomes your ally. You're like, holy. I. I didn't realize how much I really needed to heal in here. But you'll do that whenever you're ready.
Jessica
Every time I'm in therapy, I get like, you know, they have to do that initial assessment. They're like, has this ever happened to you? Has this ever happened to you? And it's like, yes, all the way. All the way back down. They're like, oh, my God.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
Like, I remember the last therapist told me, like, Brandy, you should be so proud of yourself. Not for this tick tock success you've had, but for literally just having a job, surviving, and being a mom that is not on drugs.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
For what you've went through, you should just be proud that you ended up on the side of not being on drugs.
Brandy
Yeah, absolutely.
Jessica
You broke that cycle, and that kind of hit hard. Like, you know, I should be, like, I should be proud of where I am today instead of still allowing myself to beat myself up if I'm not at a certain level or because I went to college for four years and didn't get the degree that I went.
Brandy
For, you know, Amazing that you went to college. I didn't even. Right there. Oh, yeah.
Jessica
Only two of us in my family went to college.
Brandy
After all the trauma you went through, to fucking even still go to college, like, that speaks volumes of your character and, like, your work ethic and everything. You should really be proud of yourself for that you got there. You gotta Stop and fucking smell the roses. Sometimes Mimi does that with me too, because, like, I'm always like, we'll accomplish something. I'll be like, okay, what's next? Like, I don't even allow myself to be like, oh, my God, I did this. You know, it's just always like, okay, well, what's the next goal? You know? And that's trauma. You know, we just worked our asses off to forget about all the. That we went through. So it's just instilled in us to be workhorses, you know? But that's not a way to live. You've got to, like, really stop and just say, you know what, Brandy, you did a good job, and pat yourself on the back, you know?
Jessica
I think that's where Billy comes in, though. Yeah, he has to remind me a lot. He's like, babe, look around. Like, you did this. Like, you. You did this. Just think about where you were when you met me. Yeah, you did this. Be proud.
Brandy
We're gonna get into that. What we got up to. You getting to college. Let's find out where you grew up, and let's get you all the way up to where we got her.
Jay
Well, you don't want to hear my story. Mine just.
Jessica
We might not like hers.
Brandy
Billy, we want to hear your story.
Jessica
You should share it.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jay
Story. I just growed up in Har. Kentucky. That's all it was.
Jessica
No.
Jay
Yeah, it is.
Brandy
You're being a bubba.
Jay
That's my story.
Jessica
You're not going to share at all what, like, what you went through as a kid?
Jay
I didn't go through that. My childhood was great.
Jessica
It was great. He did have a really good childhood. He was very wealthy.
Brandy
So you grew up in Kentucky?
Jay
Harland Kentucky.
Brandy
Awesome. And you have a great relationship with your parents?
Jay
Yes.
Brandy
Yeah. So how many is in your family?
Jay
Oh.
Brandy
Brothers, sisters.
Jay
Seven. Right, Bubbles? Yeah, there was all together, like, seven of us.
Brandy
Wow. Seven brothers and sisters. Or that's including mom and dad.
Jay
Mom and dad.
Brandy
Okay. Gotcha. So you guys are tight, close family?
Jay
Kind of close, yeah, but not really tight. But, yeah, I'm more close. My brother. I got three, like, step brothers and sisters and one just blood.
Brandy
Gotcha.
Jay
And I'm more closer to my stepbrother than I am about any of them, though.
Brandy
Isn't that crazy how when you can kind of, like, pick your family, that they can become closer than blood? So what was your life like growing up in Kentucky?
Jay
It was good.
Jessica
You're so shy. Like, I don't know if you're embarrassed to tell people that you had a lot of money and that you had any car you ever wanted.
Brandy
And that's amazing. I was people like you.
Jessica
So in Harlan county, like in Kentucky, these kids. I remember being a kid and like, yeah, all those Harlan county boys are living on Daddy's coal money. Like, it was a joke in my town.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
Because our towns were like two hours apart, and they're both really little country towns.
Brandy
You guys knew of each other, but didn't know of each other.
Jessica
Yeah. Yeah. You come from a town and you come from money, and that's amazing. So did you just say it and then if you really don't want her to air it, just tell them.
Jay
I don't know the story. I don't talk about.
Brandy
It's okay. It's okay. We don't have to force them. So did you go to college and stuff like that? No, you didn't go to college, you just.
Jay
I went to Lyman School and done the electrician school, like, through college a little bit, but nothing. Yeah, I've done it for the coal mines at first, and then it all shut.
Brandy
Is that what your family is in, is the coal mines?
Jay
They was. Yeah.
Brandy
Okay. I didn't even know that was still a fucking thing.
Jay
No, it's been. I worked there for nine and a half years, I guess, in the coal mines as electrician, and then it shut down.
Brandy
And then you worked in the actual coal mines?
Jay
Yeah.
Billy
That's crazy.
Jay
How are you underground?
Brandy
God, that's got to be so scary.
Jay
Yeah. My first day was I have.
Brandy
I have to have windows, but if I don't have windows, I freak the out.
Jessica
Oh, I would freak out.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jay
Just dark. Yeah, Dark all the time.
Brandy
Did you ever see anything crazy down there? No.
Jessica
No Weird.
Brandy
No ghosts?
Jay
No.
Brandy
Nobody touched your butt down there? No.
Jay
I loved. I enjoy.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jay
But I'm glad I'm not there now, though.
Brandy
But that is a family trade, right? Okay, gotcha. So high school. Everything. Any girlfriends you want to talk about or.
Jay
No, this is all crazy.
Jessica
He was a pimp. Yeah. You had a nice car, so he was picking up ladies left and right.
Jay
Oh, I'm sure it was fun, but no.
Brandy
All right. So you didn't go off to college, Brandy. You ended up going to college. Take me to through your college years.
Jessica
College was fun.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
I played softball for college. I had a full ride. A full scholarship for softball. I was very athletic.
Brandy
Are you into women?
Jessica
I wouldn't say that. I'm into women. Sober.
Brandy
Yeah. Okay, gotcha.
Jessica
Anytime. I'm drunk. Billy knows it. I'm like, oh, my God, she's so hot. Billy, do you think she has a nice ass? That is a nice ass, right? It is, right? Literally, I'll be like, is that a fake one? And he'll be able to tell me. Yeah. And he'll like, let me look. He's like, no. And he'll does it. What he does. I don't even know how he can fucking tell. But yeah, he'll tell me if it's real or fake.
Brandy
Faced. I just love bitches. I'm just like, come here.
Jessica
Yes. And I don't. I don't know what it is. I've been raised by lesbians my entire life. Yeah. Two different sets. I mean, how weird and random is that? But the people who raised me in Michigan, lesbians. But back in the day, that was very not talked about. When people would ask me why I live with two women, I would say they're sisters.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
I mean, it was embarrassing because I. Because I would get made fun of for.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
And then I moved to Kentucky and it was kind of the same thing. Like, they didn't even admit it. They still don't admit it. And I'm like, y'all live together? Yeah, my girl. And it's straight up gay. But you're not. I'm so confused.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
Make sense. I think it's because she was such a Christian that she could never admit it because she'd be afraid of being thrown out of church.
Brandy
But yeah, college was fun.
Jessica
College was fun.
Brandy
Go ahead.
Jay
Can I use the restroom? Yes, I gotta pee.
Brandy
Yep, you can.
Billy
That's right there.
Jessica
I know. He's such a cutie. Yeah.
Brandy
Brandy's over here gritting her teeth. He's such a cutie. So college was great. And then when did you end up getting pregnant?
Jessica
So I actually. So I had a high school sweetheart. I was frickin crazy about him, super in love. I even chose the college I went to because of, you know, he went there and he was a wrestler. And I was like, oh, I'm so in love. We're going to be together forever. Yeah.
Brandy
He cheated a lot.
Jessica
Like, a whole lot. Yeah. And it was kind of like shocking and devastating all the time. We are prom king and queen. I went from being like, like voted the class clown and most athletic, most talkative, most mischievous. But when I was in Michigan, I was made fun of, bullied. It was really bad. And when I got to Kentucky, it's like I got a whole new identity. And I was this cool chick. I Was like, whoa, People like me.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
People think I'm fucking funny. This is great. And realizing that I'm not getting the attention I want from home, I just would just always try to get it in a comedy kind of way.
Brandy
Right.
Jessica
So I was always like, sometimes comedy can get you in trouble. People would be like, I dare you to do. And I'm like, all right, I'll do it. So I'd always do really dumb shit to get myself in trouble in school. But never, like, smoking, not. Not drugs and alcohol, that kind of trouble. More just acting up.
Brandy
I did the same.
Jessica
Acting like a crazy.
Brandy
And I always got caught. Every time I did some fucked up shit, I was always the one who got caught.
Jessica
Yeah. And it's almost like I didn't even care because.
Brandy
Yeah, well, I mean, whatever. You didn't have anybody to really answer to.
Jessica
Yeah, well, I mean, she would be waiting with a switch when I got home if the teacher called. But, yeah, honestly, I could get whoopings all day. I didn't give a shit about the whoopings. It's like, if you. I mean, really, like, to me, it's. It's for seconds. And then it was done. So. Worth a lot of the fun I had. Where were we again?
Brandy
You were talking about your high school sweetheart.
Jessica
Oh, yeah. So then we. I went to college because of him. So we broke up. And I met my best friend. Her name's Kayla. And we became best friends because we both just went through this crazy breakup. We realized we were so much alike. She was super freaking smart, though. And she was going to be a dentist. That's what she was going to do. And I was like, okay, well, I'm going to be a school teacher, an elementary school teacher. This is our freshman year. And we started partying like rock stars. But she was a smart partier because she always had her chemistry books out and we were taking shots while I'm helping her study. I still to this day don't understand why I didn't do my own damn studying. I was always helping her.
Brandy
Right, you were learning by osmosis.
Jessica
She did become a pediatric dentist and did her thing, and we were best friends for, I would say, 15 years. And she's now in Georgia living her life. But we fell out of contact as soon as I got a divorce with my husband. So we'll rewind. And when I was hanging out with Kayla my freshman year, then I met my kid's dad. And when I met my kid's dad.
Brandy
I like how you don't call Him? Baby daddy.
Jessica
Yeah, I don't think he likes that term.
Jay
No.
Jessica
Yeah.
Billy

Jessica
Of respect for Billy. So I met him about. I stayed single for a year and that was about it. And then I met him and we got together. He got deployed when I got pregnant with my daughter my fourth year of college. Right When I was modeling, I started doing modeling, bikini shoots, and traveling for it. And I really, really wanted to do this. Like, at 16 years old, I wanted to be a Victoria's Secret model. Like, that was my dream. That was my goal. People made fun of me for it all the time. Like, there's no way. And from 12 up, I was like, I'm gonna be famous when I grow up. I'm gonna be famous. Like, it was just. Everybody asked me, what are you gonna be when you grow up? A Victoria's Secret model. I'm just gonna be famous. I know it.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
And no.
Brandy
I used to tell everybody I was gonna be a video vixen or be married to a rock star.
Jessica
Yeah. I was like, dead freaking even. When I got my dental surgery, I had to have jaw surgery. He's like, you can skip this and we can give you a small. Get a smile of a 10, but it's going to be pain. Like, I'm going to take a 10. I'm going to be a model one day. So. My daughter was actually born when her dad was deployed to Iraq.
Brandy
Okay.
Jessica
And then. So I was 21 when I had my first kid. I got married first. I did it all by the book. And I would say our marriage ended very abruptly and quickly with, like, very little warning signs. When it got bad, it just got bad. And it got bad really quick, and boom. Okay.
Brandy
Initiated the divorce. You him.
Jessica
I think in the beginning I did, but then when he did, I was like, kind of like, oh, fuck, maybe this is for real.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
I didn't think it was real. Even when we moved out into separate houses, I was like, yeah, this isn't real.
Brandy
Right?
Jessica
He'll. He'll come back, right? He never did. Well, thankfully I didn't. And then I literally was like, okay, wow, I don't have anything. I don't have a car that I can afford. I don't have a job. I didn't have a job at the time because I was raising my son as a stay at home mom. I'm like, not only do I not have a job, I don't have any money. I'm. He. I'm not even on anybody's bank account now. He just cut me off the bank account. And I'm like, okay, this. This is real. This really just hit me. And I was about to be evicted from my apartment when I met Billy. So how did me and Billy meet?
Brandy
Yeah, are you gonna talk about how you guys know?
Jessica
It's funny as. Tell him, Billy, come on. Just say It. It's so funny when you tell the story.
Brandy
Why are you so shy?
Billy
I know he needs a shyness.
Jay
I made her own face. Well, I didn't meet her on Facebook. I seen a picture of some girl and I think she's in a bikini. Maybe, or maybe not.
Jessica
It's possible.
Jay
Like a blue one, maybe. I'm not sure.
Brandy
Sounds like you're pretty sure.
Jessica
I was rebelling.
Jay
And I just messaged and said, hey. That was it.
Jessica
Hey.
Brandy
And then I just as you got that swag, Billy.
Jay
And then she messaged back and like a big, like, story. Like, she was crazy. Like, I'm going through all this. You don't want to talk to me. I'm psycho. You know, whatever. I was like, God almighty.
Jessica
You were hooked.
Brandy
You were like, yes, My kind of girl talking.
Jay
Somehow I know how I don't understand it. I only know why I messaged back after. I think that I don't really know. And I don't either.
Jessica
It was a really psycho message that.
Brandy
Describes you guys personalities to a T. Like him, man of many words. Hey. And then you woman of not admit a lot of words, writes a paragraph in short.
Jessica
Like a short. I was like, dude, I'm crazy. I'm going through a divorce. I'm broke. I'm like about to be evicted from my apartment. I have two freaking kids. You don't want nothing to do with me. I love that though.
Brandy
How could you not respect that?
Jessica
That, like, I was so sick of.
Jay
Like, person should have like pushed the block button at that point. I mean, like, for real.
Brandy
Oh, my God.
Jessica
And I was like, you just want to, don't you? I mean, if that's what you want, you can just say it. Like, I'm like in that dark place. Like, I'm just like so sick of everyone just wanting to fuck. And I heard this Tinder thing and I'm like, never even dated. I had been married my whole freaking life and now trying to date at freaking 29 years old. It was totally terrible.
Brandy
You guys saw. You guys were married for about eight years.
Jessica
Yeah, we were together 10 years.
Brandy
Okay, gotcha.
Jessica
Yeah, it was a long time.
Brandy
Yeah. I love that though, that you were just like, word vomit.
Jessica
Oh, it was. He messaged me at like a really, really bad time. And I said, you can call me, but I'm not doing this Snapchat thing where you just want to text and snap because it's just not going to work. And he's like, I'll call you. What's your number?
Jay
Then we facetime no.
Jessica
Yeah, we regular. We had a phone call.
Brandy
Did he talk?
Jay
He did, yeah.
Jessica
He was like this kind of nervous, though. The first conversation. I'll never forget it. He says, I don't really. I don't say cuss words like you. You say a lot.
Jay
That was after that night, though.
Jessica
And you're like, I don't drink either. I'm like, he don't. He don't drink and he don't cuss. Baby, come here. That's what I need in my life right now. That was probably the most. The thing he said that turned me out. I was like, oh, my God, I just found my soulmate.
Jay
And going like a couple dates, and then one I canceled on her. And then once she canceled on me.
Jessica
Yeah.
Jay
And then we finally met up at a Olive Garden. I drove two hours to go eat lunch or dinner. It was dinner, wasn't it? Yeah, dinner. And then she wouldn't get out of my car. I was like, God almighty, it's pouring to rain. We sat in the car for like, two hours after we ate. And I'm like, God, I just want to go home.
Brandy
You weren't trying to bang her after some breadsticks?
Jay
And I was trying to go home. I was trying to get out of.
Jessica
There he is. I even hinted like, y'all, you want to make out? Like, you want to give me a little sugar here? And he was not.
Brandy
She said, I even hinted. Do you want to make out? You want to give me a little sugar here?
Jessica
And he's got something.
Jay
I don't want to kiss her.
Jessica
He. He really.
Brandy
He was thinking all.
Jessica
He was married for 15 years. This guy was terrible.
Brandy
I would never know that because I couldn't get anything out of them.
Jessica
I'll give it to you, girl.
Brandy
So you were married for 15 years. Okay, to who? I. Like a high school sweetheart or.
Jay
No, not at high school.
Brandy
Okay, so this was 17.
Jessica
18 years old.
Jay
17? I'd say, yes. 17. Half.
Brandy
Okay. So you guys were married for a hell of a long time?
Jay
15 years.
Brandy
Did you guys have kids together?
Jay
Yeah, we got two.
Brandy
Okay, awesome.
Jay
So we got a. He's 18. And we got a.
Jessica
He was 18 when he had.
Jay
Oh, I was 18 when I had my first kid.
Brandy
Yeah.
Billy
Oh, wow.
Brandy
Okay.
Jay
We got married when I was. I just turned. But turned 19, I guess.
Brandy
Okay, awesome. And then. So what happened in that marriage? You guys were together for a long time.
Jessica
I'm gonna pee. No, I don't know.
Jay
You're not doing that. No, that was just. It was just. I Don't know, it just. We. I only like talking about it. I don't. We.
Brandy
So you guys had two kids together. You worked in a coal mine? Did she work in a coal mine, too?
Jay
No, she owned her own, like, gymnastics.
Jessica
Okay.
Brandy
Gotcha. Gotcha. I bet she had a banging body, because all those gymnasts have banging bodies.
Jay
And the coal mine shut down. We moved to Florida. Was there for five years, four and a half, something like that. And then we started having problems in Florida.
Brandy
What were the problems? Just, like, regular marriage.
Jay
She just said she wasn't happy and I don't know, not enough tension, you know, whatever. I did work a little bit, but not a lot. I was home every day by 5:00, you know.
Brandy
Right.
Jay
And then I knew it was having a lot of trouble at the end, before we left Florida.
Brandy
Gotcha.
Jay
Well, we owned our own business before it shut down. Whatever. And she just kept saying she wasn't happy and all this. So I told her, you know, that I'm just ready to move back home just in case something did happen. So we wouldn't be split up and the kids would be stuck in Florida, you know, there.
Brandy
Right.
Jay
Want us to be at the opposite place. And so we packed up, we moved, and then I guess I was there two months. No, I would say. I'd say six weeks. I guess something.
Brandy
Okay.
Jay
And this beautiful house you bought this? This. We decided to get divorced, so I left. I lived in with my dad for several months.
Brandy
How long after the divorce did you send the Facebook message to Brandy?
Jessica
I'd say four months. Five? Six.
Jay
No, I'd say like eight.
Jessica
No.
Jay
You divorced? Yeah.
Jessica
Well, you weren't divorced, but when you split up with her, it was that summer and you didn't message me?
Jay
I don't remember that far back.
Jessica
Yeah, he doesn't have a good timeline. So you guys broke up in the summertime, and then me and you started messaging right around Thanksgiving. But we didn't go on our first date until Christmas. It was Christmas Day.
Brandy
All right, so let's get back to the Olive Garden conversation. You won't get the hell out of his truck. And how did you.
Jay
I'm just. God's funny.
Brandy
It gets funnier, and I can't imagine it getting funny. And so after like, two hours, she's like, come on.
Jay
After two hours, she finally got out. She's fine. She's whatever, you know? Bye.
Brandy
And then he wouldn't touch you or make out with you? This whole time I rolled, I was.
Jessica
Like, this dude is not into me.
Jay
I rode down my window and she called, give me a hug. You know, and then she, like, come in really fast and, like. Like, tongue punched my mouth. And I was like, what? And I just noticed that was his face.
Jessica
I literally went to kiss him. And I went, as a joke, like, because that's just who I am. Yeah. I could tell he was terrified.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
And I just wasn't. And he still talks about how, like, creeped. Like, creeped out he was.
Brandy
How you could have been that creeped out because you married her. You know, like, there was some. There had to have been something about her that you were just like, what the is wrong with this girl?
Jay
Crazy.
Brandy
Find out more.
Jessica
There definitely had to been, because it gets even better.
Brandy
Go ahead, let's hear.
Jessica
Oh, I just was like, dude, this. This guy's not into me.
Brandy
Right?
Jessica
So I was like, you know, this ain't never gonna work. He lives two hours away. Fuck. I just get on Snapchat and I'm like. And I sent him a picture.
Jay
Yeah, we have Snapchat. Yeah.
Jessica
I'm like, you know, we're not gonna date. I tried to do it the smooth way, you know, like, the right way. Yeah, the right way.
Jay
Just come back.
Jessica
I was like, just, I'm going home. I was like, come back to my apartment. And, you know, like, I'm really now sending him some serious. He said no.
Brandy
Were you just scared? Were you intimidated?
Jay
It was just. I don't know, it just like, he was.
Jessica
He was.
Jay
I don't know, it just.
Jessica
He was shy. And I don't think that it had been so long since he's been with another woman that he was. He was terrified.
Brandy
So you hadn't dated anybody after the divorce? You were just, okay, I had friends.
Jay
But I never like that.
Brandy
Okay, so you were just like a.
Billy
Little fresh, little spring baby spring chicken.
Brandy
Just out into the world. So I'm curious as to how. When did you finally get some dick out of him? I don't know.
Jessica
Oh, I do.
Jay
Was it with Bahamas?
Jessica
No, no.
Jay
Galba.
Jessica
Yeah. So we didn't have our kids on Christmas. This was the first Christmas that we were going to have to be divorced. Both of us went through a divorce at the same exact time.
Brandy
Wow.
Jessica
They were both really miserable. We were both. I mean, we can be honest. Like, I was madly in love with my ex. He was madly in love with his ex. It was a very devastating breakup for both of us. He came into the relationship telling me that his ex wife hung the moon. And, like. And I think that had. I Had more respect for him.
Brandy
Yeah. Because he didn't talk shit.
Jessica
Yeah, he really did not talk shit about his ex to me. Like, he just. He actually, like, expressed how much he loved her, and that made me more attracted to him.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
And I expressed the same to him. And he. He always said for, like, the first year, you know, I don't want to divide a family. So, like, if you still have feelings for your ex husband, I would. I would encourage you to go back to that. Like, he really was all about it and as was I. Like, you know, we really loved each other, but we knew what family meant to both of us. Right. So that was a. Definitely important.
Brandy
So you guys, after the Olive Garden, you guys still kept in contact. Did you guys see each other again?
Jessica
Nope. Not until the Christmas day. And I ran. I was broke. I was broke, broke.
Brandy
Were you sending them nudes this whole time, too?
Jessica
I tried, but he was not taking it. He. He wasn't. He wasn't that guy.
Brandy
Yeah. And that's attractive.
Jessica
Yeah. I was like, yeah.
Brandy
Especially in this day and age.
Jessica
He didn't. He wasn't into that. Like.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
He just wanted to FaceTime me. And, man, he would just, like, be so sweet, and he wasn't cussing and he wasn't talking dirty or. It's just, like, his intentions were so pure.
Brandy
Right. That's how it is with J. J is the most vanilla, like, straight lace dude. And you would never think that looking at him, but I loved that about him because it was like I could just taint him, you know? Like, it was very attractive.
Jessica
So attractive.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
He really never even drank either. And I'm like, God, this is just. This is amazing. So we. I hinted around on a FaceTime call that we should go somewhere for Christmas so we're not miserable alone at houses, wanting to be with our families. So we went to Gatlinburg together on our second date. Spent the night in Gatlinburg for a whole weekend. I was like, this is either going to be really good or really, really bad.
Brandy
You're going to be chasing him around, trying to get some tongue.
Jessica
Yes. And I remember, I'm like, okay, he's a good guy. Brandy. Do not sleep with him. Don't sleep with him. And I was always the chick that never wanted her number to go above 10.
Brandy
Right.
Jessica
Like. And I wasn't single very long, so my number really never got above 10.
Brandy
Right.
Jessica
So I didn't sleep around with a lot of people, but I just knew, like, I really wanted him.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
And I was like, don't do it, because then he's not gonna want you. He's not gonna want you. But he came on to me.
Brandy
Ah, you finally did.
Jessica
Second day.
Brandy
What do you remember? Let's hear what you remember.
Jay
I don't even remember it.
Jessica
Well, that's sad.
Jay
No, it ain't sad. I just don't remember it.
Jessica
What the is that about? You do remember it. He was really nervous.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
He couldn't perform because, I mean, to be honest, he really felt. He felt guilty, like he was still doing something wrong. And when he opened up about it, I'm like, oh, my God.
Brandy
You're like, come here. Let me swaddle you.
Jessica
Yes. Come here. Yeah, he really just still wasn't ready to be with another woman. And I'm like, you know that. I respect it.
Jay
It's weird.
Jessica
And it took him a while.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
So you guys.
Brandy
Did you guys bang that Gatlinburg trip?
Jessica
No. We tried, but it just.
Jay
You could tell I felt guilty and it felt wrong. Yeah, I just was like.
Jessica
He said something about this just.
Jay
It just might have been too soon or something. I don't know.
Jessica
In his mind, I think it was just too soon.
Brandy
Gosh, do they make them like you anymore? Billy?
Jessica
That's crazy. That's what I said. I started falling deeper in love with him.
Brandy
Yeah, that's crazy. So, okay, moving on.
Jessica
But he did. Then I was like, okay, so maybe he's just like a prune or something. But no, we got that elevator, and he slammed me up against the wall and started making out with me. I'm like, okay, okay, what happened?
Brandy
Wait, when?
Jay
Remember that was in.
Jessica
No, it was on that second date, honey.
Brandy
But this was in Gatlinburg?
Jessica
Yes.
Brandy
He.
Jessica
We got in the Margaritaville elevator and, like, the freak of Billy came out, and he just, like, took me by the neck, slammed me up against elevator wall, and just started making out.
Brandy
Were you drinking?
Jessica
No. He wasn't sober. I know. And he grabbed my booty and just, like, lifted me up. I was like, whoa. Where did he come from?
Brandy
And did you guys finally bang or.
Jessica
No, no, it just got real fun.
Brandy
She said, it just got real fun.
Jessica
I was like, okay, so he's into me. He just. He really. That story he told is genuine and true.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jay
And then our third date was Bahamas, right? Yeah. We went to Bahamas on a cruise of her family. That was like a crap show. And it was like, oh, my gosh.
Jessica
It wasn't bad. Tell them why.
Jay
Why you thought it was so bad the first night. I believe the first night was good, I believe, but the second night, Brandy decided to get drunk, like, hammered.
Jessica
Well, I had a patch behind my ear, and anytime I ever drink on any type of medication, I get blackout and I go nuts.
Brandy
What was the patch for?
Jessica
Dizziness. Like, you're not supposed to drink.
Brandy
No, no, no.
Jessica
I drank three drinks, Red Bull and vodkas, and I was gone.
Jay
And she was on the boat, walking around everywhere naked. And I was like, oh, my gosh, what I get myself into? Because I was there with. It was nothing but women. They wouldn't. I went with. It's all girls. Her whole family. Both sides of nothing but girls.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jay
And I was by myself, and I was like. I called my dad. Next morning, I was like, oh, my God, I need to come home, but I'm in the Bahamas, you know, I'm like, this girl's. If I could have got off the boat, I would have left, and I probably would have came back.
Billy
Oh, no.
Jay
I was just like, she's crazy. You know, she just. I was in the. I found her in the cafeteria. I was sitting there eating or not. Cafeteria, but whatever you call it, wherever you get food at. In there.
Jessica
Cafeteria.
Jay
And she come walking through, like, I was like, what the crap? And she was just.
Jessica
He's very conservative, so you can't.
Brandy
I mean, like, butthole naked or just.
Jessica
I had a thong, but it wasn't on. It was, like, a loose one. And it. It got wet in the hot tub. So that's what happened. I got in the hot tub. So it was more like just cutting over to the side. So it never even covered the.
Jay
And I was like, oh, my gosh. Get mad here. Let's go home.
Jessica
Oh, my God.
Jay
And then I finally got.
Brandy
Randy, you're my kind of girl. I love it.
Jessica
See, people don't know this. This side of me.
Brandy
No, I love it.
Jessica
They really think I'm this, like. But it's because that's how I want people. Billy's super conservative, so I can't, like, be this, like, just crazy wild.
Brandy
No, I think he's good for you, though. Yeah. He wrote to you, then. Yeah, for sure. For sure. So, Billy, you still ended up banging her, though, in the Bahamas, so I think so, right?
Jay
Yeah. Yeah.
Brandy
So how did that go? What was it like the first night?
Jay
It was. I loved it, but it was just. It just. I don't know. It just felt kind of weird, I guess. I don't know. I guess.
Jessica
Yeah.
Jay
I don't remember any sex, I guess, in the 15, you know, 15 plus years or whatever. It just. It was weird, but.
Brandy
Yeah, but you were like, okay, I think I could do this again. Yeah. Do you have a black eye right now?
Jay
Me? No.
Jessica
No.
Jay
I wrecked Razor, and it still, like, stays black up there on top.
Brandy
Poor thing.
Jay
Brandy, punch me.
Jessica
A lot of people really thought that when.
Jay
For a long time.
Brandy
Oh. Anytime I get worked on on my face, everybody's like, what happened to you? Like, I'm gonna be like, oh, jelly beans.
Jay
I mean, it smelled shut for, like, weeks.
Brandy
No, I. Eye injuries. I have. My eyes got blacked out in a domestic violence relationship, and they're still black and blue underneath. Like, it's crazy that when you damage your eyes, it takes forever for that to go away.
Jay
Yeah, it really hit me, buddy.
Jessica
So moving.
Brandy
Moving on from the Bahamas, you guys decided to make it official and become a relationship, or how did that go?
Jay
She found love and said she loved me, like, two weeks later.
Brandy
Ah. And how did you feel?
Jessica
I told him I don't fall in love easy.
Brandy
You had to love her crazy.
Jay
I won't tell you I love you first. And she was first one say, I love you first, right?
Jessica
I did, yeah. I was shocked. I was surprised that I did, though, because I love you is not something that was said to me. It's not something that was said easily. My whole Kentucky family, they hang up the phone, like, love you, babe. No, like, that freaks me out. I'm better now at saying I love you. And I make sure I tell my kids. Like, they'll be like, I know, mom, you love me, but it's not something that was ever easy to say because it wasn't never said to me.
Brandy
But you're breaking a lot of generational curses.
Jessica
Heck, yeah.
Brandy
Even doing that with your kids, like, that's breaking a curse that you were raised in. So it's amazing. So let's talk about this wedding. Here we go.
Jessica
You ready?
Jay
Yep. I don't remember. So now I can't talk about it.
Brandy
What in the happened?
Jessica
Okay, so the wedding day, the. The day of the wedding, we split up at about, I think, 12 o'clock, maybe 1 o'clock to go our own ways in separate cabins. So all the groomsmen go in the cabin, all the bridesmaids go into cabin.
Brandy
Did you propose to him?
Jessica
Hell, no.
Brandy
Okay, so you actually proposed on a cruise ship. Ah, good.
Jessica
Like four months, five months after being together. But we didn't get married for a couple years. Yeah, several years. We wanted to make sure, like, baby mama, baby daddy was all out of the Picture, right? All that was. And that's kind of why my speech that I gave when he walked down the aisle was so sentimental. I said, I. I told him and made a promise that I'll never walk down that aisle and give you my heart if I couldn't give you the whole thing. So I wanted to be 100 over my ex husband and not giving him any of my heart before I could promise my entire heart to Billy.
Brandy
Right.
Jessica
So, like, there was a lot of meaning. And I walked down the aisle by myself because I felt like the place I got to from that point, I got there on my own, like independently. So I wanted to be the one to. My walk signified my independence of getting to where I was today. It really pissed a lot of people off that I didn't have anybody walk me down the aisle, but I also don't have a dad, so. And my wedding was very much like, I'm gonna do this the way I want to do it. It's our second weddings. This is gonna be exactly what we want, not what everybody else thinks we should have.
Brandy
Right.
Jessica
It's not gonna be based on religion, although it's just not gonna be a religion. Traditional based marriage.
Brandy
Right.
Billy
Y'all know I'm all about keeping it real with you. And today I want to talk about something really personal to me. You guys have heard me talk about it on the podcast numerous times. But let's discuss Obsessive Compulsive Disorder or, as most of you know, ocd.
Brandy
Now, I know some people joke about.
Billy
Being a little ocd, but as someone who's actually living with ocd, I'll be the first to tell you, it's not a laughing matter. And it isn't just being tidy or organized. OCD is actually having disturbing, unwanted thoughts that cause you overwhelming anxiety because they. They just feel so wrong and you really don't want to be thinking about them. It's also repetitive physical or mental behaviors you do to try to make the anxiety from those thoughts go away, but that just doesn't work in the long run and they just keep coming back. The idea that OCD is only about hand washing and organization is a complete misconception. OCD can latch onto anything, but it often focuses on the things we care about most. Our relationships, religious beliefs, our hobbies and passions. In an attempt to make the distress from their unwanted thoughts go away. People with OCD will often engage in repetitive physical or mental behaviors known as compulsions. And actually, I call them my rituals, which can be incredibly time consuming and exhausting. NOCD is a virtual therapy provider for OCD that makes getting specialized therapy easier than ever. With no CD you can do live face to face video therapy with licensed therapists who specialize in OCD and be able to access always on support between sessions all in the NOCD platform. NOCD accepts many major insurance plans to help make this life changing treatment affordable and offers always on support between sessions through therapists, messaging, OCD therapy tools, peer communities, support groups and so much more. If you think you might be struggling with ocd, first of all I hate that for you because I struggle with it daily also. But just know that you're not alone. If you want to learn more about therapy with no CD, go to nocd.com and schedule a free 15 minute call with their team. That's nocd.com to learn more and book a free 15 minute call.

Jessica
So we separate. I start getting ready and.
Brandy
Sorry.
Jessica
Okay, so now we're ready to walk down the aisle. I haven't seen him since 12 or 1. 12 or 1. So I walked down the aisle, and the mo. The first. My audio message first plays before I walk down the aisle. And then when I walk down the aisle is when I have my song. Billy's already crying before I even come out. And I've never seen Billy cry. Billy does not cry. Like, he's just the tough guy. He's a country boy. He's not a crier. Yeah, I. And I told him, you better cry, like, shed just two tears, like, of emotion that I look so damn fucking hot that you just are blown away. That's the feeling I want. Want. I said, please do it. Like, can you fake it? So we even, like, made jokes. Like, everyone. Like, one guy's like, I'll punch him in the nuts. And another guy's like, I'll have a water bottle hidden and spray him in the face.
Brandy
Right?
Jessica
So he'll cry. Billy was sobbing. I got halfway down the aisle, and I. Then he, like, breaks down, and I was like, I stop. I was like, oh, my God. What the Is wrong with him?
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
And I was like, he. He's drunk. He's got to be drunk, drunken, just sweating. And he's having a panic attack because he's so nervous. He's like. Gets really nervous in front of people. And he just kept saying that. He's like, I'm so nervous about being up there. Please don't make me say any vowels. And I didn't. He didn't have to talk. I said, you really. We'll be up there for three minutes. And he's just sobbing. So I'm like, what is going on? So I get up to the front, and I'm still just smiling, you know, pretending everything's great. And then the preacher dude starts giving the. You know, doing his job, reading a wedding. And he starts from the bottom. From the bottom of the wedding thing instead of the top and reads it backwards. And reads it backwards. And I'm. So we're starting out by doing our shots like it was a tick. We're doing tequila shots. And his was water.
Jay
Mine was water.
Jessica
We made sure that his had water in it because he.
Jay
I can't take a shot.
Jessica
He wouldn't have been able to take the shot without a chaser. So I was like. And mine was, like, this much full because I was like, you know, I just. I don't want to make weird faces, right? We're starting the ceremony with shots. I'm like, oh, what's going on?
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
Then the guy that's marrying us says some weird stuff. He's like, kind of stumbling a little bit like this. He looks exactly like Billy looks. They both have this really, really red face. Just sweat. It is 93 degrees out. So I'm like, maybe they're both, like, freaking about to have a heat stroke or something. I don't know what the fuck's going on.
Brandy
Right?
Jessica
And I'm just smiling away. And he says, what. What name are we using? Is it a Wiseman? The whole. Everyone's like, oh, that's my ex's name.
Brandy
That.
Jessica
That's the. The name I came from other marriage.
Brandy
Oh, my.
Jessica
So super embarrassing. And I'm like. And Billy. He's like, ingle. Like, no, it's Ingle. And he's like, oh. And he. He laughs. And then he just, like, says, engel. And I'm like, okay, what?
Brandy
What?
Jessica
That's not even in the paper. Like, what is happening?
Brandy
Right?
Jessica
And then he looks at me. He's like, what do I say next?
Brandy
The guy who's officially marrying us. Wow.
Jessica
And I'm like, I don't know. I've never done this before. Like, I've never married somebody. Yeah, you've had, like, six months to prep for this.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
And I put the flowers up, and I said just like, you may kiss the bride. Like, yeah, Mr. And Mrs. Engel. Like, you may kiss the bride. I think I seen that shit in the movies.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
And he says it, and we kiss each other, and then that was it. It was like, two minutes, right? Because at that point, I knew something was weird. I don't know what's wrong, but something's fucking going crazy, right?
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
So we walk down the aisle, and right after we get married, the wedding literally lasted two minutes. Two minutes.
Brandy
My kind of wedding.
Jessica
We walk down the aisle, and now it's time to take our pictures. So I go. My dress is huge. So I get into the air condition, and Billy's going to get into the car behind us. And, oh, first Billy is still crying, like, and I'm hugging him and stuff and trying to get him to calm down, and he's still just, like, sopping crying. Then my kids are crying, and then his kids are crying. Everybody's freaking crying. I'm like, oh, my God. What? What happened? Like, is this normal or wedding supposed to be this, like, Much of crying. Like, yeah. I mean, I get being sad or, like, happier, but I don't know what's happening. So we go to take our pictures on the top of the mountain, and Billy has this margarita in his hand. So we go. We. I'm waiting in the car, and I have three people. First come up to me, like, brandy, Billy's not doing okay. And I'm like, I know. What. Does anybody know what's going on? And they're like, no. And then a rumor. First rumor was that he took a Viagra. I'm like, a Viagra? My husband took a Viagra. There is no way. Yeah, Like, Blue Chew. Did he take a Blue Chew? Because that's what we promote. Like, but that's still not a Viagra.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
And they're like, he had to. I really think so. I'm thinking, okay, well, maybe he did. And that's what it's got him feeling like. He's like, his heart is racing. He's just not acting normal. So we have a nurse who. It was a cop and a nurse that. Where we just met randomly that weekend, and we forgot the cupcakes, so we had them. They just thought we were really cool, so they. They brought them to us. So I asked the nurse. I was like, do you care to check them out before we take the pictures? And she goes, brandy, he has rate. His heart is racing. He. His blood pressure's up. Like, he just. He. I don't know. I don't know. Did he take anything? I'm like, what are we meaning? Did he take anything? Because if you're asking if he took drugs, then, no, he doesn't do drugs. Like, I can tell you that with my entire heart. He does not do drugs.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
Billy didn't even drink. The guy doesn't fucking cuss. Yeah, he did start drinking where he started enjoying drinking tequila when he got with me.
Billy
Right?
Jessica
The guy can drink, though. Like, he could drink an entire fifth of tequila and be funny but be fine.
Brandy
Right?
Jessica
I've seen him drink so much, so I'm like, he hasn't even had time to drink an entire fifth of tequila to be like this. So there's got to be more to this going on, right? I didn't know, though. I had no idea. So we get up to the top of the mountain. He has his margarita in his hand. And I said, God, give me a drink of that. I'm sober as Crimby, and I'm stressed. And I was like, somebody's like, oh, that's Billy's drink. I'm like, okay, give it here. Like, no, that's Billy's drink. So I'm like, okay, that's. Fuck. Somebody get me a beer then. And that's all that's going through my mind. And later on in the day, we were told that, well, Billy just kept acting weird. We started doing. We went to the reception. He's still being crazy. He's still sweating. I still don't know what's going on. People keep asking, like, so why did you go on with the wedding? Because I don't know what else to do. I don't know what's happening.
Brandy
All these people there.
Jessica
I have all these people here. I'm. I'm keeping an eye on him. I'm watching him. I don't know what's happening, but I know that something isn't right. Do I think that, like, he's been drugged? No, that's not even came into my mind yet.
Brandy
Right.
Jessica
Do I think he's on drugs? I would never even. It would never cross my mind.
Brandy
Right?
Jessica
So then he's just acting weird. And he got. About 8 o'clock. Our wedding wasn't supposed to be over until about 10:00. About 8:00, the wedding director person says, brandy, Billy's in the fountain sitting.
Jay
I remember my feet being wet, though.
Jessica
And my body has a memory of his, like, looking at.
Brandy
Everything's blacked out for me.
Jay
Oh, yeah, I don't remember. I just remember, like a. I don't even know what I remember anymore. I just remember sitting in the water. I remember that. And I remember, like, being behind the air conditioning unit sometime or another.
Jessica
I don't remember that. But there was parts where I couldn't deal with it anymore that I had to, like, send him to somebody else because I didn't. I wasn't. I was devastated. I was in tears. I was about to divorce him the next day.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
I didn't know what the fuck was going on.
Brandy
Right?
Jessica
So I get to the fountain. I said, billy, get out of the fountain. What are you doing? And I said, it's time to get the fuck up. Like, what the hell is happening here? He said you to you? Yeah. And I'm like, oh, my God. He has never cussed before. It was like, literally, like, my first. I'm like, oh, my God. He just said a cuss word.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
And he just cussed at me.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
That's when some. It just dawned on me, like, something is bad wrong with this dude.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
So really, I'm just thinking Maybe he's just got really up. And then he's got the heat on top of that. And then on top of that, it's his anxiety because he's been stressed about the wedding and being in front of people. So I get him out of there. Well, then he starts fighting with other people. And that takes. And then we leave the wedding and it gets worse and worse. But then now we're. I mean, he's fighting with everybody, and then one minute he's, like, just pouring his love out, and then the next minute he's like, fuck everybody. Fuck your family. Fuck my family. And then 30 minutes later, he's like, I love you so much. And then 30 minutes after that, he's like, bringing up his childhood pain out of nowhere. I've never even heard these stories before. Yeah, I mean, when he was, like, 7 years old, he's talking about a steak that. I mean, I never heard these stories. Like, this shit was going deep, right? And then it's like now, 2:00 in the morning, and we're still fighting, trying to get Billy to go to bed. I cannot get Billy to go to bed. He's breaking my heart. And, like, at the same time, he's just, like, melting my heart, because he would be so sweet. 30 minutes and then a split. And he was just like, your family. I'm just like, okay, what's happening?
Brandy
Right? You're like, oh, my God.
Jessica
So finally I. I said, I'm calling the cops. I need an ambulance here. Something isn't right. And two dudes are like, no, that's not necessary. You don't want to get your husband in trouble. I'm like, he's not getting in trouble. Something's wrong with him. Like, this is not normal. Like, something's got to be wrong with him. He will not go to bed drunk, Billy. You can just push him in a bed. He's gonna go to bed. Yeah, I know this guy. Like, we never are not with each other. We've never partied without each other. We've never been to a bar without each other. Like, I know this guy. They're like, no, don't. I'm like, okay, fine, I won't. I said, you deal with him, then you make sure that he doesn't fall off a fucking cliff. Because that's what I'm worried about right now.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
I'm worried about. He's so gone that he's just gonna fall off a cliff. So then these two dudes are like, brandy, we need to tell you something. I'M like, all right, I'm all ears. We found a little baggie in Yalls truck. I said, okay, let's go. Let's show it to me. Let me get it. So neither one of them can produce the bag. So I'm like, okay, well, let's go fucking look in his truck. I'm not a naive bitch. I'm gonna figure this shit out.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
So I ransack our truck, like top to bottom, thinking, well, Billy hasn't even drove his truck. We've had other people driving our truck today, right? And then. Then we have now another person saying that they had 10 Adderall missing out of their purse. I'm like, oh, what the heck? So first we're. They're trying to accuse. These people are trying to say that Billy's done cocaine.
Brandy
I'm like, well, you don't act like that on cocaine.
Jessica
I'm like, well, where the fuck would he get cocaine from? You know? And if he's gonna. He. People were offering him marijuana and everything before he got married. And he's like, no, no, no. So now I'm being like. People are like, convincing me that he's doing cocaine. Like, yeah, well, why would he do that? There's just no way. But I'm not going to be naive and I'll do some research and then comes to find out that there's Adderall missing. And I'm like, it's still. To me, I'm not thinking that somebody has put Adderall in his drink or has drugged him, because why would I? I mean, it's all people that we know and love.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
The next morning, finally got. He didn't go to bed till 5am next morning. He has no idea what's going on. And I haven't been able to get him separate because we're about to leave for a honeymoon in Mexico. I said, billy, do you remember anything from last night? He goes, no, not really. Why? And you could tell he was kind of like in a fog. Like, he wasn't like, sure what was going on. Almost like he didn't even know what he was doing there. Yeah, he still was kind of messed up. I said, billy, did you do drugs? He said, what? Why would you even ask me something like that? He's like, no. And I'm like, how much did you drink? He said, I. I took about three shots. I'm like, is that what you remember? He goes, yeah, I took. I remember taking three shots. And then after that, he got his first margarita that someone made him. He doesn't remember anything after that. So somebody did make him a drink.
Brandy
Do you guys know who drugged him?
Jessica
We. We don't. We. We have our suspicion.
Billy
Was it Adderall?
Brandy
It was Adderall.
Jessica
Yes, it was Adderall. We got drugged on our. We're just on our way, and he's still crying.
Jay
Oh, I cried for, like, four days straight.
Brandy
And how much Adderall did they pump in you?
Jessica
The nurse said that due to Adderall, him not having ADHD and the amount of alcohol he had, that it wouldn't get out of his system for four days.
Brandy
Wow.
Jessica
The dude really was emotional and cried for four days straight. I was having so much anxiety that I couldn't leave the country. I was already nervous about leaving the country. I canceled my honeymoon.
Jay
We just drove the state of Florida.
Jessica
Yeah. Then we just. Yeah, but he. It came back that he tested positive for. I forget what the drug comes up on a drug screen. It's letters.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
But there was two things it could have been. It was Adderall and something else I had never heard of.
Brandy
Right.
Jessica
But then the next morning, we're getting friends telling us that one friend had an Adderall missing. This. Friends blaming this friend, this. Friends blaming this friend, this. Friends blaming this person. So do we know. No, we don't know who it was. Do I know what happened? Fuck yeah, I do. I know without a shadow of a doubt that Billy was drugged at our wedding, and it completely destroyed it.
Brandy
Ah, that is so fucked up. I can't even. That's, like, my biggest fear, too. I won't even drink, like, bottles of water that have been opened in my own studio.
Jessica
We are totally different.
Brandy
Yeah. I won't drink at a bar. Like, I don't eat this to anybody anymore. Because people really don't get. They'll drug you, and they don't even care what happens to you. Like, they don't want to fuck you or anything. They just want to inflict pain on somebody.
Jessica
Inflict pain. Humiliate.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
I mean, we don't know the intent either. Like. Yeah, it could just been. I mean, we really want to think positive about it, that maybe the intent was more like, hey, let's just get Billy really loose. Loose and let him have a good time. I mean, kind of like that's. That's what I hope they were thinking, because. Any other reasons? Just really, really fucked up. But he was on the verge of having, like, a heart attack.
Brandy
No, that's what I'm saying. And they're so lucky that it Wasn't like a medical condition condition because Billy was like. It caused sort of like a manic.
Jessica
It's crazy mania because he was on a prescription medicine.
Brandy
Right.
Jessica
So he's on a prescription now. He's drinking tequila and then on Adderall on top of the tequila and a prescription drug that he was prescribed to by a drug, a doctor. You mix those three together.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
And you get a chaos. That's what it was. It was chaos. And the fact that he couldn't go to bed until five, that's not drunk. Drunks go to. They pass out. Like, girl, I've been there too many.
Brandy
No. I had a friend who stayed up for days on Adderall like that shit. And you start hallucinating and it's like crazy shit, you know, like if you abuse.
Jessica
He didn't realize where he was at times. And there were so many emotional states that it was weird. And I'm mad at him, actually, because he's saying hurtful things and I don't know that he's been drugged. I just. I'm mad, you know, I'm really upset because he's saying these up. Like, he's saying things I never heard him say.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
So it took me a while to like, get over. Get over it.
Brandy
Yeah. I mean, that's your guys's wedding too.
Jessica
And he has no idea. He has no idea what he said. He has no idea what happened.
Brandy
Yeah. So moving on from that, when did you guys get on tick tock?
Jessica
2020. About April of 2020.
Brandy
Take me on this Tick Tock journey and how it's changed you guys lives. And then let's dive into the of too.
Jay
Okay.
Jessica
You ready? I just figured you'd have something to say.
Brandy
I've given up on trying to ask.
Jessica
Billy questions, so I got on Tick Tock during quarantine. I was a dental assistant and we got put out of work. My sister, my daughter, would not do her homework. And she's like, I don't want to do it. I'm like, okay, I got an idea. I'll do a TikTok with you if you do your homework. So I did a tick tock with her. It was fun. We posted it. She had. She did. She set my entire Tick Tock up. She was 8 years old at the time. And then I did another one with her, and it was like a way to get her to do her homework. I would do this thing that she was really into and then we would do homework.
Brandy
Right.
Jessica
Then we all did one as a family, and it Was fun. And then I did one of Billy just something really stupid and it got like 5,000 views. And we're like, oh, this is so cool. Like wow. Like, who would have thought that something would get viewed that many times? Times. And then I would, I would say I got to around 75, 000 followers. And Billy thought this was the dumbest he had ever dealt with. He's like, I hope Trump bans it.
Jay
I go after work, he's like, there's no tick tock. I'm like, oh my God, no, I hate this.
Jessica
He did, he hated it. So one night I finally got him convinced to do a tick tock with me and it blew up.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
As soon as I put Billy's country accent in it and his humor, it blew up. So then he wanted to do another one and another one. And then about 20, 21, I would say we, when we started growing, we, we started growing like rapidly.
Brandy
How it happens. Yeah.
Jessica
So we, I think we went from like 300,000 to 3 million in a matter of six months. It had to be very short period of time. And I finally started realizing, so then I started studying it. It wasn't something that just we got lucky on. Then I started studying the algorithm, I started YouTubing things. I started trying to figure out what our niche was. I, I mean I was spending every waking moment at trying to figure out how to make this work. At the same time I have his ex making fun of me for being on TikTok. I have my ex being like, you're such a loser, this is so lame.
Brandy
And I was like, meanwhile you have 3 million people following you and they have none.
Jessica
And I'm like, I don't care. I'm, I'm telling you something's going to come of this. I just, I believed it in my heart. And I had so many people like just really bashing me for being on this social media platform. They'd make fun of me for this or this and I really did not care. Yeah, he would call me ignorant. People would get really upset. And then I just realized like what was working for us is conversations that real couples have. Like, let's just have them.
Brandy
You guys need to just literally sit down and just do exactly what you did here. Like literally. It is so funny how your guys dynamic is hilarious in person person too. Like, I wish people could see that side of you guys too. Like you guys see it in your tick tocks. But it's, you know, it's not as free flowing as it is here. And that is so funny, dude. You guys are genuinely hilarious.
Jessica
So what a lot of people don't realize is that they're like, oh, you guys are so fake. It's such a skit. Well, duh, dude, it's a skit. But let me explain to you on.
Brandy
Your real, real life personalities.
Jessica
So this is. I'm gonna give you an example of how we record a tick tock. So this is how it goes. Hey, Billy, we gotta do it. Come on. We gotta do a tick tock today. Let's just go with the one, the imaginary friend, that. That's the new tick tock trend that's going on that a couples are doing. So he knows that there's a camera there. He knows that we're doing the imaginary friend tick tock. I mean, obviously all these couples know.
Brandy
Yeah, absolutely.
Jessica
Now do we. That's it. That's all we know. That's. That's what I'm gonna tell you.
Brandy
Right?
Jessica
So we know one line. So now I'm gonna be like over here in the backseat beating up the imaginary friend.
Brandy
And then everything then real, we just.
Jay
Go with it and just say.
Jessica
And the things Billy says are so funny.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
And he's so funny. Like, he's witty and he doesn't even realize it. That he comes up with the craziest freaking things out of nowhere. And it is so hard for me to keep a straight face because I'm like, oh, my God, did I really just say that? Yeah. And I think people fell in love.
Brandy
With you guys just because you guys. Were you guys, like, one of the first tick tock couples?
Jessica
I think we were one of the first tick tock couples that really blew up.
Brandy
Yeah. I remember when you guys came on my fyp, I was like, these are funny.
Jessica
And then like, these recent couples, I feel like they'll go to the bottom of our page and then start doing those skits. And I'm like, oh, look, that's our skit.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
And when I say sk, you don't.
Brandy
Get the credit for it. I wish people would credit people.
Jessica
We really. We really try to do that. Because a lot of these are things that I come up with on my own. Or like, yeah, we'll have a real life situation happen. So then we'll make comedy out of it. Like, just happens to be with poop a lot.
Brandy
Like, I love poop.
Jessica
I crap myself in the car. So obviously we didn't record it happening.
Brandy
Right.
Jessica
But we literally just recorded how it happened.
Brandy
Yeah, no, that's. That's how skits are made just as.
Jessica
Funny because it's real. Like, that's really how grossed out he was. He literally had his head hanging out the window. I'm like, please don't smell me. Please, God, can you please. Oh, I will be so embarrassed if you smell my poop. Can you please just stick your head out the window?
Jay
Just.
Jessica
It's so real.
Brandy
When did of come into play? When it. Did you guys start that the same time as Tick Tock or after you guys blew up?
Jessica
It was way after, way after.
Jay
Yeah.
Brandy
We actually did change your life.
Jay
You created like a year before we ever.
Jessica
I did create it a year before just like trying to introduce the idea to Billy. But Billy was a little jealous. Very conservative. There's no. I just really never thought he would.
Brandy
Go for it, right?
Jessica
Never thought he would go for it. We got on of in May, right around the time we got married.
Brandy
Right.
Jessica
We kept it very hush hush because we had brand deals that we were working with that we didn't think would approve of it.
Brandy
Right.
Jessica
So we, we kept it really on the deal. So our first. First month on OF was very low key and we, we did okay at it, but we just. That was it because we kept it so low key. The second month though, we're like, all right. I mean, cat's out of the bag now. Let's just. I mean, you're there in or you're out, you know, you can't be halfway.
Brandy
No, yeah, you can. Yeah.
Jessica
We didn't show our faces for two.
Jay
Months and then close to three, I would say.
Jessica
Yeah. And then it really took off and August, it freaking changed our lives.
Brandy
Yeah. No, of is crazy.
Jessica
It was the craziest. We just were mind blown and it's been a very hard adjustment though, like on so many levels. Like one, a money level, like going from like trying to paycheck to paycheck. And the most I had ever made was $30,000 in a year right to now, like, like being debt free. Completely debt free. I still, honest to God, still today, I still can't comprehend.
Jay
We still catch ourselves like, like when we go to the store, like, do we need to buy this? But no, we can, you know, but.
Jessica
We still, like, we are still, like, we're still scared to spend money because.
Brandy
I hoard money too. I'm the same way. Because it's just trauma from being so poor and not. Well, you weren't poor though.
Jessica
He wasn't poor. Come on.
Brandy
What are you shaking your head over here for saying yes, but it is. You're hoarding money because you're just never having it.
Jessica
Yeah. So then I feel like recently we've been. I think that's what's gave me so much anxiety is because now people are perceiving me as this different person because I am different person.
Brandy
You're not. It's almost like you're not allowed to grow.
Jessica
I'm not allowed to grow.
Brandy
People want you to grow. They want you to keep it real. But then once you're doing good, they. It's like they hate seeing you there.
Jay
The biggest hate I believe we got though, is the Lamborghini. That's the biggest.
Brandy
We loved it. I knew when you guys pulled up, because I have the G wagon and those motors, you can just hear them, you know. So when you guys pulled up, I was like, the Lambos hair and Haley's like, they got a Lamborghini. I was like, yeah, go look at it.
Jay
We get the most height for them.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
It is crazy. And the thing is, is like, if people realized that, I mean, when you're in a certain tax bracket that's such a huge tax write off that people don't like, people are like, oh, they're just wanting to show off. And actually, no, we really care. What's the most expensive, expensive car we can get to help us with this?
Brandy
Taxes, but who cares?
Jessica
And then that's, that's where my brain has. I struggle. Billy's like, brandy, you got to stop caring what people think. I'm like, I've been this way my whole life, Billy. I've always cared what people think. Yeah. I've always tried to win people over. I've always tried to be the lover. He's like, you gotta stop, Karen, you gotta stop reading those comments.
Jay
He'll delete them, delete them and stuff.
Brandy
You know the, you know the saying, you could be the right peach in the bunch and somebody's not gonna like peaches. You know, you're never going to be able to make everybody happy. All you can do is make your man happy, make yourself happy and make your kids happy. Everybody else that can go fuck themselves, like, it's so cool to feel the love that's online. But I don't think a lot of people realize that us people that are so out there, we feel tremendous amounts of love, but we also feel tremendous amounts of hate. And the hate does sometimes outweigh the love. And you, you react to the hate more because it hurts more, because you're like, wait a second, that's. You don't love me. Like, you know, and that's another trauma response is from you know, our childhoods. And you know, you can't let it get to you because these people are fucking miserable, they're deflecting and they would give a fucking toenail to be in you guys position, you know. And that's how you have to look at things. And I hate to talk bad about people, but you know, if you're gonna spew toxicity on a fucking keyboard to people who are doing way better than you than you deserve it, you know, you can't make everybody happy. And you gotta just know that those people.
Jessica
It's definitely been like learning that. I think people are really also just shocked to see that me and Billy have an only fans.
Brandy
Right.
Jessica
They just are blown.
Brandy
When I heard you guys had one, I thought it was awesome.
Billy
I thought I was.
Brandy
Because a lot of people don't know I have one. You know, because on Tick Tock I have. I wear so much clothes. On Instagram it's completely different story, you know. But nobody realizes that I was a fucking Instagram thought nine years ago, you know. And that's exactly how I built my career was being naked. So when I learned that you guys fucking had an oaf, I was like, fuck yeah. They're just like us cuz me and Jay are on os. Yeah.
Jessica
Yeah. And they're like oh, how can you do it? You have kids. Blah, blah, blah. I'm like, because my main. That I say how can we do it? Because I'll. My kids are never gonna have to experience some of the traumas.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
That I had to experience because I was poor.
Billy
Yeah, absolutely.
Brandy
And just because you're. What you do in your spare time doesn't is not about your kids.
Jessica
And it's not a reflection of what type of mother I am at all. Some of the best mother.
Brandy
Some of the best women I know are sex workers. You know, like some of the best, like literally the coolest humans in the world that I've ever met are involved in the sex industry. And it's because we've been through we trauma. We just know what we want to be in life and what we don't want to be. We had tons of examples of what we didn't want to be like. And we're just here breaking fucking generational curses, you know. I think that's a beautiful thing. I don't think there's anything wrong with it at all.
Jessica
I think the reason we blew up on of though is because of that. Because people were shocked conservative more because that's the image that we've built. Like, the more I don't even cuss on Tick Tock.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
Billy doesn't want me to. So, like, I say F word like, every other me too sentence. So I don't really cuss on Tick Tock. So I think a lot of people were shocked. I. And the three times I put anything semi provocative on Tick Tock, like, people really come after me.
Brandy
Oh, when you were twerking that one time, I think you were, like, wearing a unicorn suit and you were twerking. People were coming for you. I was like, she's in a unicorn suit and there's girls with, like, butthole meat in the camera on Tick Tock. Like, it's just crazy.
Jessica
I mean, I. I can do in a humorous way and still like it. Really. I'm like, okay. They just. It's always going to be something, no matter what. But we've really embraced the fact that we're on Only Fans and we stopped caring about what people actually thought about us being on there. And that's been a game changer. We're just more open to it now.
Brandy
Well, what's. What do you guys have in store for 2023?
Jessica
Yeah, Billy, what do we have store?
Jay
I don't know.
Jessica
Bless his little horse.
Jay
Dude, what you got in store? 2023? I'm with you. I'll follow you. Tell him what we want to do.
Jessica
See, he acts like that, but really, that's not the Billy. Billy will tell me like, all right, this is. He's more of the leader.
Brandy
Absolutely.
Jessica
Financially, he's the leader too.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
Yeah. I don't even talk to our financial advisor anymore. Since we got married, this guy's just like. He takes care of it.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
So that's really cute. But what we would like to do is honestly start a business.
Brandy
Yeah.
Jessica
We're not sure yet what that business is, whether it's going to be owning a bunch of houseboats and renting them out. But we want to be able to make a living off something completely away from relying on social media.
Brandy
Absolutely. I wanted to start a jet ski business. This for the longest. Yeah.
Jay
So I buy rental properties in Florida.
Jessica
Yeah, that's our love.
Jay
Do that.
Brandy
Yeah, I love that. Anything else besides, you know, just building a business and just living and loving. You guys haven't been posting as much. A lot of people, whenever I told them you were coming on. On Live Today, were like, ask them why they're not posting as much as they used to.
Jay
Yeah, we didn't. We Took, let's say a few weeks.
Jessica
So one was because it was around Christmas time. And we really do value the time that we have with our kids. A lot of the times I have my kids every other week. So on the weeks I do not have my kids, I'll bust out a bunch of tick tocks. So then when I do have my kids, I don't really. I can still post, but I'm not actually doing them when I have kids because I promised my kids that when I got to a certain point, okay, I'm gonna stop doing this so it doesn't affect the time I have with you guys.
Brandy
Right.
Jessica
Also, I think I got in a really dark place there for a little bit emotionally.
Billy
Do you battle depression?
Jessica
Yeah, especially seasonal depression. And the hate that I was getting for having an of started getting to me. And then people were just like, all of us. I don't know if I was starting to read into the comments more or if they were just getting meaner. And I still don't know if people are. I think, I think I was getting in my own head because I'm an overthinker and my anxiety was getting to me and I just was allowing it to tear me down. So I could not actually get on Tick Tock because I was scared. And now that I have been posting.
Brandy
Like my views or it's not you guys, it's every. The Tick Tock's messing with the algorithms again and everybody's Lizzo. It had like fucking 20,000 views on a video.
Jessica
Me too.
Brandy
Had been up.
Jessica
That's never happen.
Brandy
Yeah, no, it's not. You, it, the platform, they're with us. I've just been going live like crazy. I never do that. And it's been helping.
Jay
But we went live twice, I guess in the past week, posting at night a lot.
Brandy
But we just like eight or nine at night is way better than posting during the day. I can't even post during the day and get views anymore. My backup account, I just post whatever, but my main account, I have to post at like 9:00 at night just to even get views anymore.
Jessica
Yeah, I think also like, with my like mental state, my views affect my mood.
Brandy
Oh yeah.
Jessica
And because it affects everything across the board. Like, I. And this is my own freaking issues. But, like, I need to get out of that. Like, so I've really been worried and he knows it. I'm like, maybe people really just don't like us anymore.
Brandy
Oh, stop it. There's new people that are finding you every day. You Know like, yes, you don't have to.
Jessica
And I'm like, maybe it's just because you're not funny anymore, Billy. Like, I'll say that to him. I'm like, it's because you don't try anymore. You hate Tick tock, don't you?
Brandy
Oh.
Jessica
And he's like, God, I'm out of here we go like every other day thing, right? Yeah. So the last, like, I would say month has been really emotionally hard on me.
Brandy
Oh. Sometimes you need to take a break, though, and just step back because it's social media.
Jessica
Yes.
Brandy
We've built, you know, a huge business, all of us, on social media, but you can't let it affect you mentally like that because you have to realize that aside from that, you are a human with a heart that beats and it doesn't matter what goes on on there. It matters what goes on right here, you know, and that shit just. It's a phase. There's going to be another platform that we're going to fucking take over after TikTok. You know, it went from MySpace to fucking Facebook to Instagram.
Jessica
My face.
Jay
That's what I call it. My face. I never.
Brandy
Yeah, my. You know, but that's what I'm saying. Like, you can't. Don't let it get to you because there's gonna be another fucking platform that we're gonna take over and it's gonna. It goes like this. It's a roller coaster. Not everything. If everything was always up here, we wouldn't appreciate when we're down here. You know what I'm saying? It's a roller coaster and you just got to ride the waves, literally, that it's just fucking social media, so don't let it hurt you like that.
Jessica
Yeah, this guy, he's the support, though. Like, he's always like, oh, I love that. Like, he really is more loving than he lets on. Like.
Brandy
No, I can, I can read right through him.
Jessica
Like, it's.
Brandy
Baby, I was a hooker for 15 years. I can read men like a motherfucker. Trust me, I see right through him.
Jessica
Just the way he looks at me. A lot of people have been pointing out in the videos that I've been doing because I actually opened up a little bit about how I've. People are like, we don't see you anymore. And I opened up that I'm struggling with seasonal depression and when the sun is not out, I cannot. Like, I have a hard time being happy. But this guy over here just, he knows when I. We went to Disney because he Knew, like, I needed to get out of the house. I needed to do something that would make me happy. We planted in 24 hours and we freaking took the kids out of school and we just left.
Jay
You took the kids out of school for a whole week and we just jumped on a plane.
Jessica
Yeah.
Brandy
And then you needed that. You know, you needed that.
Jessica
Yeah, it really has helped. So he always knows. And that the fact that he can read me and know it's everything, baby.
Brandy
That's a good partner. Well, I appreciate you guys coming here. Why don't you guys shout out your socials where everybody can find you and your OS and your o F. So everybody, I'm about to go.
Jessica
Billy, we ain't wanting the neighbor to come over, okay? We just moved. Let's not try to get her over the house too soon, you know, let's at least make her fight for it. TikTok, of course, is Brandy underscore Billy. Our Facebook, we actually have been really growing recently. Is Brandy underscore Billy. Not any other name besides Brandy underscore Billy. Our Instagram is Brandy underscore underscore billy. So everything else is fake.
Brandy
Gotcha.
Jessica
Which is a lot of fake. And what about of Brandy Billy?
Brandy
Brandy.
Jessica
Brandy Billy. Yep.

Podcast Summary: Dumb Blonde Productions
Episode: Throwback Thursday: Brandy & Billy - From Olive Garden to Only Fans
Release Date: December 12, 2024
In this heartfelt and humorous episode of the Dumb Blonde podcast, host Bunnie XO welcomes special guests Brandy and Billy. The episode delves deep into their personal journeys, exploring themes of trauma, relationships, personal growth, and the unexpected paths that led them to social media fame.
Brandy opens up about her tumultuous childhood, painting a vivid picture of early adversity. She was taken away from her parents at the age of three due to her mother's struggles with addiction and raised by her aunt alongside her siblings. This separation and subsequent experiences on a tobacco farm in Kentucky left lasting scars.
Brandy: "[00:47] You guys already know the toasted coconut." (Aside: This quote is part of an advertisement segment and is skipped in the summary.)
Jessica shares her harrowing experience of being kidnapped by her father at the age of eight, a traumatic event that led to years of instability and neglect. Despite these challenges, Brandy portrays herself as a resilient individual who has always sought attention in unconventional ways to cope with her past.
Jessica: "[14:15] My dad was a drug addict. Very, very abusive. I don't remember a lot about my parents, but my older sister does, and she kind of tells me stories."
The conversation shifts to Brandy's adult life, where she discusses her first marriage. At 17, she married her high school sweetheart, with whom she had two children. However, the marriage was fraught with issues, leading to a swift and devastating divorce when Brandy found herself financially unstable and on the brink of eviction.
Brandy: "[24:19] All right, we're gonna get into that. What we got up to. You getting to college. Let's find out where you grew up, and let's get you all the way up to where we got her."
During the divorce process, Brandy met Billy under serendipitous circumstances. Their relationship developed amid shared struggles, including mutual divorces and personal insecurities. Their first dates were unconventional, involving long car rides and emotional connections despite initial hesitations.
Brandy: "[41:36] How could you not respect that?"
One of the most gripping parts of the episode is the detailed recounting of Brandy and Billy's wedding day. What was meant to be a joyous occasion turned into chaos when Billy exhibited uncharacteristic behavior, including excessive crying and erratic actions, leading to suspicions of drugging. This incident deeply affected their relationship, highlighting underlying issues and trust concerns.
Jessica: "[74:07] I know without a shadow of a doubt that Billy was drugged at our wedding, and it completely destroyed it."
Post-marriage turmoil, Brandy and Billy turned to social media platforms like TikTok and OnlyFans to rebuild their lives. Brandy's initial foray into TikTok with her daughter began as a creative solution to manage household challenges during quarantine. The genuine and relatable content quickly garnered attention, propelling them into the social media spotlight.
Jessica: "[83:45] I think people were shocked because of the image that we've built. Like, the more I don't even cuss on TikTok. Billy doesn't want me to."
The couple discusses the meteoric rise of their online presence, achieving millions of followers through authentic and humorous interactions. They also touch upon the challenges of managing mental health amidst online fame, particularly dealing with negative comments and anxiety related to their social media performance.
Brandy: "[96:28] Sometimes you need to take a break, though, and just step back because it's social media."
Throughout the episode, Brandy and Jessica emphasize the importance of mental health. Jessica candidly speaks about her struggles with seasonal depression and anxiety exacerbated by online negativity. Brandy offers supportive advice on embracing one's darkness and not letting external judgments define self-worth.
Brandy: "[24:19] That was one thing I learned when I had to go through all my healing was you literally have to become friends with the darkness, because the more scared of it you are, the more it's going to hurt you again."
Billy also opens up about his battle with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), highlighting the misconceptions surrounding the condition and advocating for specialized therapy.
Billy: "[60:30] NOCD is a virtual therapy provider for OCD that makes getting specialized therapy easier than ever."
Looking ahead, Brandy and Billy discuss their aspirations beyond social media. They express a desire to start their own business, exploring ideas like houseboat rentals and jet ski services. Their goal is to create financial stability independent of their online platforms while continuing to support each other through personal and professional endeavors.
Brandy: "[93:36] We're not sure yet what that business is, whether it's going to be owning a bunch of houseboats and renting them out. But we want to be able to make a living off something completely away from relying on social media."
This episode of Dumb Blonde offers an intimate look into Brandy and Billy's lives, blending humor with profound personal revelations.
