Where you from? So I kind of moved all over. Most of my life was spent in Michigan from like 10, 10 years old till I was 20. I was born in Colorado. My dad was in the military, so I moved around everywhere. But, yeah, most of my life was spent in Michigan, and then I decided to move to Florida when I got a little older and met her.

Ah. Are you close with your parents?

I'm very close to my parents now. I wasn't when I was growing up in high school.

I went to Lakeshore High School, which is in a small town in Michigan. I don't know. Can I say the town?

Not at all. Addresses, mom's birthdays, sisters, dads, cousins.

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised. Social Security card came out soon, so. No, but I went to a small. It wasn't that small. I graduated. Maybe like 300 kids.

I could be so balling that. I don't know. It was in a town called Stevensville, and I started going to school there since fifth grade. So, like I said, most of my life was spent in Michigan, where my dad's side hold the families there and everything. So.

I went to Seminole. Actually, I went to three different high schools. So I started out at Christian school my whole life until ninth grade. And then I left. Went to public school, which is like 3,000, 4,000 kids, and then went back to a Christian school, and then I got kicked out, went back to Seminole.

I grew up. I went to Christian school, too. It's very hard when you're a rebellious child.

[Whitney]

So it's kind of like now everybody knows what you're doing. Knows it's 24 hour rule. Yeah, like you.

And people are very judgmental.

That's why I left. Well, left. I got removed in 11th grade.

What'd you get removed for?

I actually dated a girl for two years and they found out and they were not happy with it.

I would say more towards men? Just, I had a really bad experience with a girl and she was very insecure. And, I mean, we both grew together, but it was, like, really hard because we both were young and we were like one of the first girls, I mean, I would say around that came out and a lot of people, like, looked up to us and it was. It was hard.

But yeah, especially because the older adults were probably a lot. Oh, yeah.

My family did not. My mom was supportive. It was just more pushing towards not right.

But is your mom extremely religious? How's your relationship with your parents?

Yeah, my. I'm really, really close to my parents. I have a stepdad. He's really. He's amazing. But my dad passed away when I was 12, so. But I'm really close to my mom now, like, very close.

So I'm sorry to hear that. My mom just passed away last week, so I couldn't imagine going through that at 12. That would suck. No, it's okay. I'm good.

It's really hard. Yeah, especially, I mean, like, nowadays, like society and like boys, they don't know how to treat women or oh.

So it's hard growing up without a dad to show you how you should be treated.

Totally. I feel for you guys having to date in this era because I thought boys, men, whatever you want to call them, or fuck boys. When I was growing up, you guys are like in the microwave era where everything's replaceable. Everybody wants everything right now.

Social media, everybody looks up to this, like, huge. I mean, someone could be prettier, nicer, funnier, have more money, have more followers.

There's always more options. They'll know. They'll never know what they have. They just constantly want to look for more.

I mean, like. I mean, girls do it too, but it's more. I mean, it's harder for us. Just.

Okay, so constantly. I didn't know this until I recently went through it, but constantly posting, you talking, everything's on social media. I'm guilty of it. I'm guilty of blasting my life on social media, but I feel like the DMs, the messages, the public, Snapchats, all that type of stuff where they can get females in any situation and they're gonna constantly compare you to them or constantly rub it in your face that they can get better or whatever the case is, so you never feel like good enough for them because there's constantly more prettier, better looking, all that type of stuff. It's just, it's a battle. It really is.

I hate to fucking have to go through that. Have you guys ever dated somebody for their social media presence?

[Kristen]

I've only had one boyfriend, so, no.

I try to date people that don't have any clout. My first relationship with the girl was I. I've had followers since I was like, 16, 17, so I know what it is. And then when I met her, I was like, I went through the exact same thing. And it's team. Team Whitney. Team my ex. And it was, like, so hard because was it.

I was Twitter. Like, Twitter famous.

Genuinely brought you guys on this podcast because one, I love little boss babies. And I think you guys. And I say that with love because I'm 42 years old, you know, and I just see you guys coming up and I'm just like, this is so cool. Whitney, you're beautiful. Kristen, you're beautiful. You know, and I think it's really cool that you guys are building these brands. And I think last time I said that, somebody was like, what brands are they building? I'm like, themselves, like that. The fact that you guys are a household name, the fact that you have a website in a frenzy with tens and thousands of people on there just dissecting your lives, that's a brand.

It's crazy. They're saying that. I don't even know if y'all have this in there, but they were saying that we. We had people signing NDAs to hang out with us. And like, all this.

I have sign NDAs to hook up with my husband and I, so there's nothing wrong with that.

Negative way because they're like, oh, well, they think they're all that. They think they're famous. They think. And we don't think we're famous, but we definitely know we have a name. How does that make you guys feel to know that these people are literally tearing you apart and just saying the meanest things? Lying outright. Because they've done it to me too. Like they will just chop up shit and just fucking make it a sentence that I didn't say and fucking say that I said it. Like, that's got. You guys are babies, you know, like you're. When I was 21, I was like fucking Lindsay Lohan. I was snorting fucking eight balls of cocaine off strippers asses. I was fucking robbing motherfuckers for their money. Like, I was doing crazy shit. So if I would have been on social media, just would have been lit with my name too, you know? And that's why I look at you guys and I'm just like, you guys are kids. Like all these people that are talking about you guys, what were they doing at 21, sitting in church with their hands in their lap, being good? Like, it's just crazy. And it's almost like you guys can't make a mistake. So how does that make you guys feel?

I actually just had a conversation about this.

Sometimes we literally just do stuff on purpose for them to post it on there.

[Kristen]

Really. To drink. Yeah, that's definitely for it. Yeah, I tagonize it. But no. And we were just talking the other day. Go ahead.

It's understandable. Yeah.

Because I mean, we've. We don't really feed into it, but it's just like if they're gonna be judging everything I do, might as well. I mean, I don't know.

We just. We're like rock hard now at this point. Like, I've had. I've had A to B, to homo, like homosexuals. Like, like homophobics. All that through now to being like fat shamed and like all that.

I'm being fat shamed. I mean, people think I'm pregnant. People think it's. I'm just. I'm fat. I'm gaining weight. But like, I mean, genuinely, I was. Not even a year ago, I was 92 pounds.

But you know that that website is a reflection of how those people feel inside. You guys are everything that they want to do.

So now we, at this point, we just kind of laugh at, like, not laugh it off, but it's just like, what else are. We know that we know the truth. We know how we are in person. We know that we're like awesome people. Like, everybody that's actually met us, they say the same thing. And if they don't, it's because they're either jealous or they don't want, like, anything to do with us.

They want other people to view us a different way.

Right. But it's got to be hurtful. Like some of the shit you guys.

It's like we'll repeat it. Like, we'll read it and like, we'll like, repeat it a few times and like in our heads and we'll laugh about it and say like, a comeback or like, say something like, well, I don't know why they would even think that or blah, blah, blah. But then we kind of just like talk each other out of it and.

Then we're really good there because they do it to us equally and we want to laugh at it because our personalities are just so, like, laughing about everything, make jokes or anything. I mean, very easygoing. But it does get to us because, I mean, imagine 23,000 people going on there and then just saying, oh, well, the thing now is for me that my pussy stinks. So, like, it doesn't help when people.

I've been in that position, whether anyone believes it or not, but I've been in the position where I have Tried to take my own life because I was bullied really bad in high school, but nothing will compare to how I'm being bullied now. But I think because I started social media a while ago, it's helped me build that. So I don't feel that way anymore. I mean, I have been depressed because of it, but.

We actually. I got together with a big group of people from TikTok. We went to Miami, all got an Airbnb.

I would say, like, names of the people who were there.

Like, honestly, my roommate, jmo, Jack Gentry, Sal Styles. I think he's.

No. A lot of them are lgbtq. Trying to think, like, Jane Rivera. There was, like, a. Like, a huge group of us, right? And we all just went to hang out. Just all me. Oh, Cat. There's a few of them. And my. I had two roommates at the time. They were boys, and they knew that her and her old roommate live and brought them to the house. And I didn't know who they were at first, and I was just like. I was actually in a really bad mood that night.

When I tell you I walked in this house, I was really upset. No, I walked in this house, and I looked at her, and I think, like, angels were, like, shining behind her. Like, she was, like, the most, like. No, I'm not joking. I just have to have this in here. The most beautiful person I've ever seen in my entire life and live literally.

Walked up to me and we're like.

[Kristen]

My mouth was.

I was like, you are gorgeous. I Was like, you guys were so cute.

So then I didn't really. I wouldn't. We didn't get close after that. She was closer to my old roommate Liv for the longest time. And then we went through some shit. And then who's.

And then after all that went through me and you're still hanging out. Well, I was.

I was friends with Connor, too, before and when they had dated together.

Were you guys together?

Yeah, we were. We were together when we moved. When I moved to Florida. And we were together most of the time I was in Michigan, but I was not together with him when me.

And her first met.

It was more. He was friends with my roommate, so he was like, kind of at the house hanging around while they were having issues. And then he ended up, like, going home or whatever. And I became friends with her, so.

Gotcha. And it was just. It was. Love it first.

I just saw she was struggling a lot and, like, I have, like, I'm kind of stable, like, with, I think, my mental health. And like, I'm always, like, adventurous and wanting to do stuff. And I could see, like, within her that she's very open and excited about doing things. Outgoing. She just needs motivation. So I was like, I would always text her and like, hey, like, you should come over and hang out. We should go do these things and blah, blah. And like, she was a little depressed at the time, so I would have to literally go pick her up to go do these things because she wouldn't get out of bed. So I think that helped her a lot. And then I started like, like, taking her in, basically. I was like, oh, I just like, I. I love you. I want to make you feel like, you should feel at home. Like, not, what are these people make you feel? So I wanted her to, like, you know, feel as I felt.

I knew what. I was going to cry.

She is homemaker.

No, but that's good. I had. I have a best friend that I'm still best friends with. Who it was, I was the brunette and she was the blonde. And literally, we have been best friends for over 30 years. She's coming to my husband's show in Chicago this weekend, so having a true friendship.

I've never been, like, I was really close with Liv I consider as my best friend and everything, but like her, she's older than me. She's like, what? Two years older than me. And so she has had a little more experience and life in general.

Yeah. So me and like just from like the start.

Yeah, just kind of. I think everybody's wondering what happened with you guys, where you guys are at now, now your relationship with her and stuff like that.

[Kristen]

Yeah, so we met through tick tock. She actually reached out to me and DM me. We both lived in Michigan at the time, like an hour away from each other. She was from Grand Rapids, I was from Stevensville. And she just had DM me and was like, why don't you come hang out with me? I was like, bet. I made an hour drive there, hung out there and I was like, oh my gosh. She's like me. So we just kept hanging out. She moved in with me. Like I would say like like two months after we met. She came and moved down the part of Michigan I was in and we lived together for a year and then we decided that we wanted to expand I guess and go somewhere else because it was just a really small town. We were, we had just started also getting bigger on social media together and we were traveling to LA in different parts and just meeting all these people. So we were super excited about it. So we decided to move to Florida. We got an apartment in August and we moved there. It was really fun. And I was, I started dating Connor before, before I moved. It was probably like three months before we moved to Florida. I started dating Connor and Because y'all.

[Whitney]

Had visited a few times, like me.

[Kristen]

Yeah, we went to Florida. We tried like where we wanted to live. We got no really big issues at all. While we were living in the apartment, we lived in two places together in Florida. So the apartment. The only problem that we ever really had was she was just upset constantly that Connor was there, which, oh my goodness, he would never leave. But that was kind of the only. We never really argued. She also did have a lot of health issues, which as a friend I constantly. And also I'm very like mother like nature. Like I constantly wanted.

[Whitney]

I get a cut, she's right there.

[Kristen]

And I'm like, I'm just. I'm just like that type of person as well. And so I was constantly taking care of her, which can take. I never told anybody, but it can take a mental toll on you because I was sick sometimes and you know, I wanted to be nurtured in a way or something like that. But I was so focused on making sure she was okay. She had lupus, she was constantly taking so many medications, shots, it was hard to keep up with it. But I was always the one that would be like, you take your meds, make sure you have your meds, call her doctors, make appointments and things like that. And she helped me too as well, taking me to appointments when I had anxiety, et cetera. So we both helped each other a lot there. Our friendship started going downhill when we moved into a house because we actually got evicted from our first apartment because. Can I say Rocky's name? Can I like say yeah, okay.

[Bunny]

I don't see why not.

[Kristen]

Okay, so Rocky and JSAs also got evicted. We lived in the same apartment complex. They got evicted because they're just dumb. They're just boys. And then so they came and we let them stay with us until they could just get situated or whatever. We had a three bedroom apartment and while I was in Michigan for Christmas, I think they decided to have some people over which got us evicted. And we weren't really upset about it, cuz it's whatever. So we got a house, four bedroom house, like 10 minutes away from where we were still really good friends at that point. And then her dating, boy, she started dating, I'mma say too, because I don't like him. His name is Brandon. She started dating him. They kind of went back a while and he changed her a lot. He was very. What's the word, Whitney? Very, very controlling. And as a friend, it's really sad seeing someone go through that because she saw me go through that with Connor. And she was constantly, like, literally crying with me on how I felt. And so seeing her go through that, I'm like, shoot.

So it's really sad seeing that.

Yeah. It's hard to watch your friend, you know, when you. It's when you see them going through something that they can't see.

But you also want to be happy for them because they're so in love with them. Whereas it seems, you know, gotcha. And then that's when. Oh, gosh. Okay. That's when me and Rocky started doing our thing. And Liv and Rocky had a past. They never dated everybody.

I mean, it feels like it.

I haven't done anything with anybody in the group, and I'm so proud of that.

Well, I think sometimes when you have a mutual dislike for somebody, that brings people closer together, too. 100 and so when we talk about Connor, I just want to give this disclaimer because Connor has called me multiple times. And everybody. I just want to clear the air. I have invited everybody on the podcast. Kristen was all for it. Whitney was all for it, everything. I invited the boys here. You know, Connor might tell a different story, but, you know, his mother did not want him to do the podcast. And after that, I called him one time after I got off the phone with you. He did not answer. I'm not going to chase him to come on my podcast. And I never heard from him.

So I felt so bad after that. I mean, because we came, we were coming. We were supposed to be on your podcast last. Months ago.

Yeah, last season.

Because that's genuinely what happened. I was literally sitting at the bar with Whitney at the airport, and I remember you calling me, and I was like, I felt horrible for you because you're like, I didn't even know anything about the drama. And I'm like, yeah, this poor woman doesn't know anything about the drama. She's getting calls from whoever. And she did. She genuinely was like, hey, would you be okay if we all came in here and sat down together? And I said, you know what? If that's what it takes to, maybe we can all get along 100%. And they didn't want Whitney to Be there, because that's my bitch. She talked shit with me. She's very well grounded as well.

And I think they were more afraid of, like, you guys just getting loud and, like, arguing. And I just kept, no, not us. Yeah. And I. Well, I kind of, you know, I've been sitting back watching the situation, and Connor, you can tell, is still very hurt by the situation. You know, he started crying to me on the phone.

And you started crying, too, when I told you that he was crying. So I kind of feel like there might be, like, some.

Yeah. So obviously, me and Connor had broken up. I broke up with Connor. I guess I've kind of forgot this part. I broke up with Connor right before he moved into the house.

It was around. It was after Christmas, January, Right. When we were moving into the house. And then it was months later. It wasn't like the next day I went and slept with Rocky type thing at all. It was months later because Rocky and Liver kind of just. No, they only did it for like two months. Two or three months.

While you were with Connor.

[Kristen]

Yeah, it was while I was with Connor. And then. So then we were all just, like, chilling, like, there was no. No one sleeping in the house, I guess. And then she brought Brandon, and then that's when they started dating and I'm hanging out.

So Liv and Rocky were hooking up before she got with Brandon?

[Kristen]

And she hadn't been with Connor yet. Or she was Live.

So started dating Brandon. And then me and Rocky were pretty low key for. Oh my gosh, sounds terrible. For like two months. We were really low key about it. We were just hooking up. And then I caught feelings like a fucking dumbass. I mean, seriously, it was ridiculous. Should have never even done that.

She said she really liked him.

They were hooking up. Then she met her boyfriend Brandon. They moved out because she was upset at me. There was a lot of like tension in the house. Brandon did not like Rocky because of Rocky and Liv and Rocky was never disrespectful to their relationship. So I don't see that side of him acting like the way he did.

But it was more. Brandon was being so like. Liv didn't really ever say anything until Brandon would start the. The fire. Like he would light the fire and that's how then Liv was like obligated to come up because Brandon was running his mouth. So it was more of like Brandon.

[Kristen]

That's how Liv changed. Liv is not a. She's a very non conformed.

[Whitney]

I've never heard her yell or argue nothing until she came around.

[Kristen]

She just said. But one thing I would try to. And I'm glad Brandon helped her was Speak her voice.

When you're upset at someone, don't be afraid to tell them. I mean, it's taken a while to learn that too, but now with social media, whatever, it's. You have to have a voice. You have to stand up for yourself in this world. So they moved out, and then obviously, me and Rocky continued doing what we were doing.

And this is why you and Connor were split?

[Kristen]

No, I had.

Oh, so you were with Rocky before Connor?

Like, I know there's a lot of rumors going on saying that I cheated on Connor with no correlation at all. And I'd say that right hand on.

My brain was broken up with him, and she gave him another chance. Like, they broke up in what, like, September.

It was in September.

They took a break another month, and then all of a sudden we got back together and they went. They went on vacation and they got back.

[Kristen]

Yeah, we got back together in October.

[Whitney]

It was never.

[Bunny]

Right. It was never overlapping.

No. But it wasn't healthy, so.

[Bunny]

[Kristen]

Yeah. So that's when we rocket. Continued during. And caught really bad feelings for the dude. I don't know why. I think it was because. So with Connor, it was a very. Like, I was. I don't know. He's so sensitive, which is not a bad thing. And I'm not hating on him. He's so sensitive. But it almost takes, like, a toll on you because I could not do anything eggshells. It was like he'd get upset for. I went out dinner with my friends and didn't invite him or something like that. Like, it was a constant battle with that.

So he got upset for me for telling the truth about why he didn't come on the podcast.

[Whitney]

And I have blocked me and got upset with me because I was hanging out with her.

[Bunny]

Yeah. Again, I'm not talking shit. I'm just painting a picture.

[Kristen]

No, it's truthful. It's not talking shit. It's truthful. And people are scared of the truth. And they're always telling me that I'm scared to get called out. And they're. They're saying, you're gonna. It's like the truth. Truthful thing. He is a very sensitive person. I dated the man for eight months. Is. It's not. It's not wrong to be sensitive, but I think that he doesn't heal.

He doesn't. It's been over a year since me and Connor. It's his birthday, September 10th. We're eight days apart. Yeah.

So I don't know. It's been a year.

I think he's just very upset that all of a sudden, like, I have.

So now. So we. I mended the relationship. It was after her and Brandon broke up. Very, very. I won't speak on their relationship, but a little bit very toxic, which I knew it would be.

I don't think anybody has a healthy relationship at you guys's age.

[Kristen]

No. Especially with social media. Most toxic relationships, they moved in together, which I think is a big, like, no, because you're with them every. You need breaks. I. I know when you're married, but you still need breaks from someone else. So when none of them have, as they tell us, real life jobs and they just do social media, they're constantly together, gonna constantly bicker and things like that. So very toxic relationship for them. They broke up. She did. We never really stopped talking while we weren't friends because she went on social media completely on my name. It was absolutely sad. I Didn't do that to her live did. It was really bad.

Really bad. I was like hurt really bad. And she was hurt too. That's why she did it. Yeah. But I've never had anybody ever do something like that to me. Very personal things too.

We pull up to this cruise ship. We're so excited to get on. Okay. They scan her passport and it error.

We get pulled aside. The only, only two people, your Whitney running Kristen women were like, they're like, oh, they emailed us saying that you guys have fake cards. And I was like, I don't know.

If you're gonna block that out, but email them. Contacted every. Contacted every cruise line that could possibly have been going out in Florida.

[Whitney]

Yeah. Because we didn't tell them the port at the date. No. And they pulled it up and they said if you can give us like your, your, your like vaccination like from like CVS or Walmart, wherever you got it from, then we'll let you go on. We're like, how we're gonna fake this?

[Kristen]

It was embarrassing. But everyone in our group.

[Bunny]

So did you guys end up getting on?

[Whitney]

Our whole family did.

[Kristen]

Everyone did. It's embarrassing.

I mean they were saying though that on the cruise it was like miserable. Everybody was just. Yeah. So I don't.

And then the week and raining. Four days later they left the whole vaccine.

But still the fact that these people have that much I know.

[Whitney]

That's for learning. I tell her.

I'm like, no. I'm like that with my team when we Go anywhere. You're only allowed to check in after we leave?

[Whitney]

Like I don't want anybody knowing where. And you have to move like that. Especially because now we don't even have half the people who want to harm us like you guys, you know. And it's really sad.

I think with my issue is I've been on social media for a while. While I absolutely enjoy posting. I enjoy. So it's like now that everyone's. I don't even think about it because like a year ago I could post up and wherever I wanted to and say I'm going on a cruise. Everyone's so excited for me. You know, they're like have a blast.

[Whitney]

But then now it's like let's show up and call every single.

[Kristen]

Ruin her life. I don't think about that.

That was the first time I saw Connor since we broke up. I had not been around. First time I saw Rocky.

He didn't do anything wrong the first time we broke up. I just. You know, when you just, like, emotionally detach yourself from someone, that's how I felt. I was just. I couldn't do it. It was exhausting. Like, emotionally exhausting.

I hate to break it to you guys, but you're gonna go through probably 10 more relationships, you know?

He's told me everything he went through in his life growing up very hard. Him and jsaw, his other best friend. It's really sad to see how social media has completely changed his mindset from the day.

From the day you all started hanging out too.

Do you think you were more emotionally attached to Rocky than you were to Connor? And that's why it was like, easier for you to break it off.

Because we were the same people. We had the same personality. I mean, he. We joked around like it was nothing. And I absolutely just. He made me laugh all the time. Yeah, he really did. And I know I made him laugh, whether he wants to admit it or not. But it was. But it was such a toxic thing. It wasn't like something that I shouldn't even be smiling. It was so Toxic that it was so sad that I. It was my fault. I went back. I don't even. He lived with me, though, so it was like, easy. And he has. He said he was bored. He was bored, so that's why he had sex with me. I'm not saying that I enjoyed it. I thought I genuinely had feelings for him.

But I was so like. But then it was. And then I looked back at it. I'm like, I guess I did that to her in a way, so I didn't really give a. It was like she knew I was upset. Not upset. She knew. She felt like she did something wrong, which didn't do anything wrong, but she felt like she did.

So she never let a guy come in between a friendship.

And that's. I think that's where I was like, what the. Because we literally. That night, we hung out for the first time after everything happened. We had a conversation about everything, and we're like, I genuinely cannot believe we let two boys the size of my arm get in the way of our friendship. And that was truthful. And we apologized and we had a whole long conversation. So when that happened, I was just.

She doesn't drink like that. So, I mean, she could have been. Like I said, like Whitney said, they left us, right? And went and hung out the table where we weren't invited, all of them. So it was from that night I had that happen. And Rocky tell me he loved me. And then Connor told me that he wanted to kill himself because of me. And then I had KB taking us out.

And I was just, like, watching it, and I was like, you don't even do those things, and you're selling these plans to people and making them think that they're gonna lose this weight by starving themselves or by, like. Like, it was really bad. But she was, like, losing weight through Vyvanse and Adderall. And I'm, like, really big against drugs. Like, do drugs if you want to do drugs. But I have never. I have smoked weed, but I will not touch a drug in my life. Like, I'll have a headache all day, and it will take me as much to take an ad. Like, if she gives it to me, I'll take it. But, like, I will not take anything.

Like, and I have to see where the pills come from before I swallow them.

I have insanely bad anxiety with pills and swallowing them even.

I. Yeah, I've never been depressed. I think, honestly, I probably should probably see a doctor. I think I'm bipolar.

But it doesn't really affect me. Like, I'm sad at times, but never, like, low.

But I think that it's like, she's really bad at. She thinks everything stresses her out. She's really bad at doing. There's something has to be done. More than one thing has to be.

But sometimes I'll realize it and I'll step back I'll call my mom. Like, I probably should see a doctor or something. She's like, yeah, well, we need to get blood work done or whatever. But I'll notice it and then I'll cry about it for a second because I'm like, I'm treating my friends like, really bad and like, I don't know how to handle it. And like, she'll just be like, just like chill out. Like, just like. Because I have. I hired and my best friend's my assistant and she. I basically just put everything on her and it's helped me a lot.

Because I was under stress, you know, so I don't. I don't know if that's would be considered bipolar, but, you know, always get blood work done. Yeah. You know.

Well, my brother was diagnosed.

With Tourette's and bipolar.

Very. I'm doing incredibly so much better now. But she can't sleep.

That's the one thing.

I have really bad restless legs. I can't sleep. Horrible. But like sleeping meds, like, I don't even deficiency. Yeah.

I start working out more is what she needs to do.

[Kristen]

I don't. I don't like smoking. I don't like the way it makes me feel. I don't like anything that makes me feel like an outof body experience. Like the sleeping meds they put me on. My therapist. I took it once. I hated it.

Yeah.

[Kristen]

So I can't sleep at all for. Shit. I really can't sleep.

[Whitney]

When she does go to sleep, she sleeps. Like if I don't wake her up, she'll sleep all day.

[Kristen]

Yeah. But when I first moved to Florida.

It was about form of depression though too.

[Kristen]

I struggle. I struggle. I really do struggle really bad. And she does try to help me a lot. I'm really stubborn too, when it comes down to it.

[Whitney]

But then she has FOMO a little bit when I'll go and do stuff.

[Kristen]

Stuff.

[Whitney]

Like, I'll go to the mall. I want to go. Like, she. Like, it's. It's getting better.

[Bunny]

Yeah.

Like, I'll have to tell her, like, you're going to the gym with me. She'll get up and go, yeah, that's.

Good for your mental health, too.

[Kristen]

It really is. She is. She's helped me a lot. But about two months before I moved to Florida, so near August, I just started getting really bad panic attacks, but I didn't know what it was. I do have heart problems. I do take Metoprolol. It's nothing crazy. I just have a really high heart rate. Just normally, you're just born with that. Yeah, it. It runs in my family.

[Bunny]

So that has. That could have a lot to do with your anxiety, and I think it.

[Kristen]

Does, because I didn't. I didn't. Like, I could feel my heart rate speeding up, and then I'd have a panic attack. But I didn't realize I had anxiety. But I didn't want to believe it because I was so mad at my cardiologist for, like, being like, it could be anxiety. I'm like, no. Like, please, there's something wrong with me. And so they finally listened, and I finally still had, like, these panic attacks. At the time, I didn't know what they were. I couldn't drive. I didn't drive for probably six months. Yeah, I did not drive it. I could not get into a car.

[Whitney]

Her car would just sit in the park, like.

[Kristen]

But, like, I've never been like that. I've always loved to drive, love long trips. I've loved traveling, all that type of stuff.

[Whitney]

It was like, gradually, though, she would, like, pull to the side of the road and be like, I need help. She would call us.

[Kristen]

I just like, someone come pick me up. I can't make it.

[Whitney]

I get it at night, like, going through, like, intersections. I'm like, oh, my God, please don't hit me.

[Bunny]

Yeah, I hate driving at night.

[Kristen]

And I couldn't. I literally could not, like, like, leave my house. She was there one time when I.

[Whitney]

Went to a. I would literally have to, like. I would. I wouldn't even tell her I was coming. I would just come pick her up.

[Kristen]

Like, get in the car. I finally couldn't. I couldn't take it anymore. And I went to a therapist, got on Lexapro. Took about three months. I went and stayed in Michigan for, like, not three months. Sorry. Three weeks. I went and stayed for Michigan with my family until the medicine kicked in, because I felt so Bad. I felt so lonely. I felt horrible. And a lot of it has to do with how I have been treated in the past and how I gone through a lot in social media and stuff like that. I just felt like I know I'm not alone but like I felt so alone.

Felt singled out. Yeah for sure. Do you feel better now? Are you still on Lexapro?

[Kristen]

I'm still. I will not probably not stop taking that. It just helps so it really helps you so much. It really does. I'm on the highest dose. I'm on my heart medication. I'm straight chilling. I really am. It's wonderful. I can travel. I can do anything. So it's wonderful. It really has helped a lot.

There's so much love for you guys online too, that outweighs the bad. It just sucks that we pay attention to the bad, you know, it does.

Because it's always there and it's hard to focus on the positive when you're constantly just being brought down by the negative.

Yeah, absolutely. But you guys do have a lot of people who love the out of you guys. Like, you know, don't ever think that just because those people over there are miserable, there's millions and millions of more people that are really invested in you guys a story and are, like, fascinated by you guys. You guys are like role models for girls your age right now, you know? So that's why everybody's watching you guys as every move. How does that feel? That's got to be like, pretty heavy on your shoulders.

[Kristen]

I. I don't know. We. We don't really even think about it sometimes. Like, we just post to post and just. And then we realize it when we go out in places that, like, we really do get noticed everywhere we go. And we love it. We really do. We're. And we know that we do have a big impact on a lot of women because I know a lot of women have gone through the same shit I've gone to, except off social media. I haven't gone through it, like with the boys. I haven't gone through anything traumatic with them. Like something that people like, how did you do it? No, it's just a simple breakup. He cheated on me. He treated me like shit. Talk like that. Mentally abusive, verbally abusive. Everyone goes through that in some form of relationship. But to see it unfold on social media, how we react, how they react, it does. It makes people open their eyes and be like, I never want to go through something like that. And this is how they cope through it. This is what I should not do. Should not go on social media and make a fool out of ourselves and stuff like that. So people learn a lot of stuff through our mistakes in life, and I think that's so cool. But I also think that people don't understand that we're willingly putting ourselves out on social media to be judged, but also that we are going to make Mistakes, Right? So. But I think it's really cool that I didn't think I'd be known or had people come up to me in Olive Garden. In Olive Garden. Last night, we're shoving breadsticks in our face, and someone's like, oh, my gosh. It's so cool, though. It really is. And my parents love it. They love when I go out and.

They'Re like, oh, my mom's.

They're looking at drama. They're so invested.

[Bunny]

Your mom is in the drama.

Both of our parents are like, give us a tea.

The moms are so invested into it.

I want to start my merch and one day hopefully open up a clothing, like, business or, like, line or something like that, because I know I can do really well with that, with the interactions I have on social media.

I want to open a doggy bar. I have four dogs at home.
