- Construction work is ongoing at three unoccupied spaces on Disney's BoardWalk.
  - Permits have been issued for former Big River Grille space referencing “Project Amazon” and former gallery space referencing “Project Bubbles.”
  - While no permits have been issued, the interior of the former Jellyrolls space has been partially demolished, leaving the side of the building open and surrounded by construction walls.

- Based on information in a new filing, the total number of units are calculated to be 876. This differs from previous announcements referring to 967 rooms. The difference could be related to lock-off units.
- The filing references a “Use Plan” and will have resale restrictions in place.
