Karen from Consciously Reconnect is an Empowerment Coach, Kanika Code Therapist and Teaher, Soul Guide and Alchemist

It is Karen’s passion to activate woman who deeply desire a more intimate inner-standing of themselves, so they can bring forward their authentic expression, deepen their connection to the body, mind and soul, build unshakeable power from the inside out and revel in the feelings of peace and joy.

Karen has done extensive trauma training, has worked in Mental Health and is also a Kanika Code therapist. I love observing the magic that happens as each layer of Trauma is healed and the client starts to feel safer in their body, the more their channel opens up, the more intune to their spirit they become, which in turn opens up the gifts that were hidden underneath and creates a new vision of what is possible. Alchemy at its finest.

Born a seer, over the years Karen has honed this gift through life experience and deeper training and is now using this to enhance the sessions she holds in person, online and in her group containers. Recently she has brought her life experience with healing from Narcissistic Abuse to the forefront and is passionate about helping others release the trauma around this so they can Reclaim their power by building back self esteem, releasing anxiety, feeling safe to trust themselves and others again, find inner validation and feel the freedom that comes when they can be their authentic selves.

Karen currently lives in Pukekohe with two of her 3 daughters.
