New EasYoga Podcast Episode 187 - Join Gemma in this episode where she talks to special guest Julie Holmwood.

Julie is a joyful wellbeing coach, helping people find their unique wellness, through listening to their body (not spelt G O O G L E). In 2017 Julie was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and given 3-6 months to live. Her son was 8. She declined everything the doctors offered, in favour of finding out why her body had got so out of balance and how to redress that, so she would be well again. Within 18 months she was cancer-free.

They now run wellbeing retreats in the Spanish mountains, about an hour from Alicante and Valencia airports. Julie coaches people one-to-one. And they are in the process of launching the Wellbeing Zone. An online community for people who want to feel better. A place she shares her secrets. Along with guests sharing theirs. They have two live calls a week, a stack of resources, and offer their community retreat discounts and special offers.
