Hey,
Im Nashalie... a wife, stay at home mom of 3, homemaker, and homeschooler. If you like authentic faith based conversations about the key areas in our life, this podcast channel is for you!
In an era where morals, values, and Christian beliefs are being looked down upon, I believe we being the Salt & Light of this world have the ability to shift the narrative. Like the Bible says there is POWER of LIFE & DEATH in the tongue (Proverbs 18:21). Therefore we can either build up or tear down with what flows out of our mouth.
My goal is to encourage you and help you navigate through the challenging areas of life (motherhood, parenting, marriage/relationships, & your spiritual walk).
So brace yourself as we tag team this journey together.

Why is it that we always want to have control or the final say over a thing/matter? Im reminded of the famous meme that ran through social media.... a little child holding a small bear and Jesus was with his hand extended asking for the child to give him the small bear. What the child didn't know is that Jesus was holding a huge teddy bear behind his back ready to give the child a bigger and better one as the little child gave up its own small bear.Join me as I share a revelation the Holy Spirit gave me over discussing breakfast options with my 5 y/o.Ephesians 3:20

How do I handle ungodly thoughts when presented? These past few days I've felt disconnected from God and so distant, questioning why me? I don't "feel" chosen or remotely anyway God sees me as. In this week's episode we discuss not being silent in the midst of our struggles. Open your mouth to speak instead of letting your emotions get the best of you. The enemy will always try to creep in and muzzle you, divert you away from God's plan for your life... WE MUST STAND WITH TRUTH, & TEAR DOWN LIES!2 Corinthians 10:3-5, Dueteronomy 28:1-11

You can allow your brokenness or trauma to lead you to self destruct OR you can let it bring you to the only one who can heal you and build you... Jesus Christ. Friends, in this episode we discuss how we should view those who seem far beyond redemption & how we can overcome being the person who feels broken or hurt from past things we've had to endure. My hope is that you would learn to see yourself and others through the lens the father God sees you with. May we be light & hope to those who are in a dark hopeless place.Luke 19:10, Matthew 9:36-37, Psalm 147:3, Psalm 34:18, Matthew 9:10-13

The silence of God speaks loud. When we feel like God isn't listening to us, it's all the more reason to understand that a good father never ignores his child... this is the same with the Lord.In this episode I want to remind you and encourage you that you are heard! Even when things feel like they aren't changing, rest assured friend.Proverbs 15:29, Psalm 34:17, Isaiah 65:24, Psalm 18:6

"I don't feel the Holy Spirit the way I used to...I don't really feel connected to God like I used to, where is he?"Who remembers being on fire for the Lord? Is that fire still burning in you for him now, like when you first started this walk? In this episode we talk about what happens when we knowingly or unknowingly leave our place of first love with Christ Jesus. However, I want to encourage you... God is faithful & merciful and desires you more than you'll ever desire him. Your relationship with the Lord can certainly come back to burning with passion for him!Revelation 2:4-5, Mark 12:30

Let’s talk about marriage! In this episode we discuss two questions that are foundational in our relationship with our spouse as well as with Christ. What is our role as a woman in marriage? How does marriage reflect our relationship with Christ? This isn’t a teaching (I myself am still growing & learning) rather a conversation on such a broad topic that carries so much sub topics, I feel should be spoken of more (Returning back to 1st love, Lust vs. Love, Intimacy, Dating). As always, in hope to encourage you & share things that have helped me on my journey in marriage & walk with Christ. Ephesians 5:22-26, Romans 12:10, Mark 10:45

"Doors keep closing in my life, everything God has spoken seems far or nonexistent..." Friends, in todays' episode I share a personal testimony on my home buying journey which was a promise the Lord spoke to me about in a very uncertain time of my life. If you feel like you're in a place of discouragement or feeling hopeless awaiting a promise or word the Lord has spoken over your life... tune in! Remember we serve a faithful God whose word will NOT return onto him void.Ephesians 3:20, Hebrews 13:8

"God I feel exhausted, I feel like this walk has been too much...if feels like things seemed easier when I was not in Christ. I don't know if I have the strength to keep moving forward." Friend, if this is you I want to encourage you to join me on this episode! The Lord is your strength and desires to walk with you hand by hand on this journey of life. You are not the only one who's felt like you have no fight left in you, I've been there! My advice? KEEP GOING!Philippians 2:13, Isaiah 43:2

No thank you feministic movement... I am Female! What if I told you God never made you to be equal to a man? What if I told you there is something in you that a man can never have? In todays' episode I discuss the importance in the role of being a women. We were made for this, but society has perverted what womanhood is really about. Tune in and let's have a biblical take on this! Proverbs 31, Genesis 1:27, Genesis 2:18

How do I know if I'm in the right friendships or relationships? In this episode we dive into what good healthy relationships look like versus the unhealthy ones. Our relationships should reflect Christ and even we should reflect & analyze the type of friend we are! Let me remind you... GOD CARES about your relationships/friendships!Whether you're new or old in the faith, I want to encourage you to tune in because this is a topic we need to be aware of so we can grow on this walk with the Lord.1 Corinthians 15:33, Proverbs 18:24, Proverbs 16:28, Proverbs 27:9, 1 Samuel 18
