While she has a particular interest in emerging adulthood and women's health, she is proficient in assisting clients across the lifespan.

Beyond her clinical work, Gavin-Winters combines her passion for public speaking and radio broadcasting with her dedication to empowering individuals. She hosts a weekly podcast, M.A.Y.A.
