Social fears are common to all of us at certain times in our lives. No one is immune, but it is completely possible for every one of us to overcome the FEAR by converting it into EXCITEMENT. The number one root cause is our fear of being rejected and the fear of our listeners not ‘liking’ or approving of my message and delivery. When we put mental priority on the MISSION>me value statement and we focus on caring about the lives of our listeners.

The nerves will never completely disappear. But by refocusing our attitude and purpose onto the audience, we eventually draw tremendous pleasure and excitement by watching our listeners respond to our messages.
